Today Matthew was in residential and he was going to his day service. He was also going to visit uncle Dave later on. Fangtastic fun as kids get into Halloween spirit at Clacton Pier. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast and orange juice for breakfast. Whilst waiting to go to the day service we saw First Potteries 63171 on a #11 to Newcastle. We went downstairs to go out. Transport for the trip was Harry Shaw YN15 ELX. We got on the coach and we sat down. We set off onto Temple Street and we turned right onto Christchurch Street. We turned right onto Station Bridge Road and we continued onto Heron Street. We went through the traffic lights and we crossed over the we joined the Westbound A50 and we ran down to Sideway. We turned left onto the Southbound A500 and we ran down to the motorway. We got onto the Southbound M6 and we ran through the West Midlands & Warwickshire to the end of the motorway. We got onto the South M1 and we ran South through Northamptonshire into Hertfordshire. We left the M1 at junction 6A and we got onto the clockwise M25. We ran around to junction 28 and we joined the East along the A12. North of Colchester we joined the Eastbound A120. At Hare Green we joined the A133 and we ran into Clacton and we were dropped off near to the pier. Once off the coach Matthew visited the pier and used the toilet. Once we had finished we went back to Braintree on harry Shaw YN15 ELX. We set off along the A133 and we ran forwards onto the A120. at the edge of town we ran forwards onto Coggeshall Road and into the centre of town. Once we had been dropped of Matthew went to The Bull and Matthew had a chicken burger and fries washed down with a glass of Coke. For after Matthew had chocolate and ice cream. When we had finished we return to Fenton in Harry Shaw YN15 ELX. We left the town Southbound Along the A131. On the East side of Colchester we got onto the Southbound A12. We ran down to the M25 and we got onto the anti-clockwise carriageway. We ran around to the M1 and we got onto the Northbound motorway. We ran through Hertfordshire into Northamptonshire and we got on to the start of the Northbound M6. We ran Northwards into Warwickshire and the West Midlands and up through Staffordshire. We ran North to junction 15 where we cam off onto the A500. We travelled North up to Sideway and then we joined the Eastbound A50. We came off the A50 at Heron Cross and we turned left onto Blurton Road. We went through the traffic lights onto Heron Steeet. We carried on forwards onto Station Bridge Road and we turned left onto Christchurch Street. We turned left onto Masterson Street and we turned right onto Watkin Street. We continued onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew went upstairs to use his computer and chill out in his room. We saw D&G Bus 119 on a #1 to Meir.

When it was time to go to uncle Dave's we set off onto Temple Street and at the end we turned left onto Smithpool Road. We went across the spare ground onto Willowdale Avenue and onto Whieldon Road and into uncle Dave's. Matthew had some cheesecake and a can of Tango orange. For tea Matthew had chicken potatoes and carrots. Later on he had another slice of cheesecake and a few digestive biscuits and custard creams. Uncle Dave now has a biscuit tin. Matthew chilled out in uncle Dave's house using his computer and watching television. Uncle Dave also did his DJ set. A couple of hours later staff came to take Matthew back to Fenton in a car. We set off onto Whieldon Road and we turned left onto Smithpool Road. We turned right onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. We went upstairs and Matthew we to a Halloween party. He ate doughnuts and drank a glass of Coke. He also played with the other service user and did Halloween stuff. Matthew went back to the room and went on his computer. Later on Matthew had a bath and then had toast for supper. He then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Mark.

Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going to his day service. He was also going to Matlock. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast and orange juice for breakfast. Whilst waiting to go to the day service we First Potteries 41499 on a #11 to Hanley.

After spending a short while in his room, Matthew was going out for dinner. We went out and it was Z Carz Iveco minibus GK02 NWJ. We got on the bus and sat down. We set off onto Christchurch Street and right onto City Road. We ran forwards onto King Street and we ran under the railway bridge into Longton. We ran forwards onto Market Street. We followed the road around onto Anchor Road and we turned right onto Sutherland Road. We ran up to near the end and then we turned left onto Weston Coyney Road. We ran to the end and we turned left onto the A520. We ran up to Cellarhead and then we turned right onto the A52. We ran through Kingsley and over the railway and through Cauldon up to Calton Moor. We continued to Ashbourne and continued Eastwards over to Matlock. We stopped in the town centre and we went into a pub. Matthew went to the toilet and then had a glass of Coke. For dinner Matthew had Chicken burger and fries followed by chocolate fudge cake and ice cream. Highlights of the sightings include Stagecoach Yorkshire 11118 on a X17 to Barnsley. when it was time to go back to Fenton we set off in Z Carz GK02 NWJ. We ran Westwards across to Ashbourne and then we got onto the Westbound A52. We travelled through Cauldon and Froghall. We ran to Cellarhead and then we turned left onto the A520. We ran down through Weston Coyney. At Meir we turned right onto A50 which we did to Heron Cross. We did the link road to City Road and then we ran towards Stoke. We turned left onto Smithpool Road and left again onto Temple Street and into the residential unit. Matthew went upstairs to his room to chill out and watched buses. We saw A2B Airports GK17 LRU going towards Longton.

Later on we went out for tea at pub in car. We set off onto Temple Street and left onto Christchurch Street. We turned left onto City Road and we ran down the hill to the A52. We went Eastwards towards the railway station and we carried on towards Joiners Square. We turned left onto Lichfield Street and we ran anti-clockwise around the ring road we saw First Potteries 67641 on a #7A to Hanley. We came off onto Town Road and we ran into Birches Head and onto the Northbound A5272. We ran through Sneyd Green up to Smallthorne and we turned left onto Moorland Road and we stopped at the pub. Matthew went to the toilet and then had a glass of Coke. For tea Matthew had a BBQ chicken burger followed by a chocolate fudge cake with ice cream. Once we had finished we returned to Fenton. We set off onto the A5272 and we ran southwards to the edge of Hanley. We ran clockwise around the ring road and we turned left onto Lichfield Street. We ran down to Joiners square and we went right onto the A52. We ran into Stoke and we turned left onto City Road. We turned right onto Smithpool Road and left onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew went up to his room to chill out on his computer and watch buses. Later on Matthew chilled out in his room. Matthew used his computer and watched music videos on the television. Later on Matthew had a bath and then had toast for supper. He then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Mark.

Trip to Hinckley / Earl Shilton 27-10-2018

Today we decided to re-visit Hinckley. We discussed the possibility of going to Hinckley and Matthew said yes. Research consisted of checking the weather, which was for cold weather with light rain showers brightening up later in the afternoon. We also checked AA roadwatch to see if the roads were clear and we downloaded a map of the Arriva services around Hinckley. Matthew got up around 10:00 and had toast and orange juice for breakfast. We set off around 12:00 onto the A5035 and we ran through Dresden up to Longton. We got onto the high Level A500 and we turned right at the next roundabout onto baths Road and into the Tesco petrol station. Once we had filled up we got onto the Westbound A50 and we ran up to Sideway. We got onto the Southbound A500 and we ran down to the motorway. We got onto the Southbound M6 and we ran down to junction 12. As we travelled South we passed Shearing Holidays 140, Abbey Coaches CE02 YRZ and an unidentified BBC East Lancs Myllenium single decker bus. We came of the M6 onto the eastbound A5 and we saw Linburg BF16 XPJ. Just before we reached Cannock we stopped at the Trucker Rest cafe. As soon as we got inside Matthew visited the toilet. Matthew had a breakfast washed down with a can of Coke. Once we had finished eating we continued Eastwards along the A5 we saw B&N coaches A20 BXN. Passing close to Lichfield and Tamworth, we came off the A5 near to Nuneaton and we went Eastwards up the B4666. We came into the town centre and we turned right into Rigby Road and we parked up in the Trinity Lane East car park. We said goodbye to mum, and we set off towards the new bus station. This is the first time we have visited Hinckley since the completion of The Crescent Bus Station. AS we walked into the bus station we saw Stagecoach Midlands 36752 on a #10 to Grove Farm.

A short while later we saw Arriva Midlands 2570 on a #7 to Nuneaton.

We decided to do something Northbound so we waited at the end stop for a #1 or #158. Whilst we waited we were surprised to see Arriva Midlands 1005 on a #2 to Burbage.

A few minutes later we saw another another approaching. As it got closer we saw it was required Arriva Midlands 1008 on a #1 to Earl Shilton.

We got on the bus and we booked Arriva Zone two tickets at £4.20 each before we sat down. We set off out of the bus station and we turned right onto Regent Street, stopping at the stop from where the services used to start. We ran forwards onto the B590 and we headed out of town. We crossed the A47 and we turned right Elmesthorpe Lane. We then ran through the estates to the East of town after travelling for over a mile we came into the North end of Earl Shilton. We travelled in along Mill Lane, Church Street and onto the High Street. A couple of stops down we got up and got off the bus. As we had got off the bus we had spotted a shop so we walked up the road to the shop. Matthew had a can of Coke and a can of Irn Bru as well as a couple of chocolate bars. We returned to the stop from where we had got off in order to wait for a bus back to Hinckley. Whilst we were waiting there was a flurry of activity. We saw Arriva Midlands 3808 going towards Leicester. We also saw Stagecoach Midlands 26220 going towards Coventry.

Right behind the Stagecoach Midlands bus was dud Arriva Midlands 3807 on a #158 to Nuneaton.

We got on the bus and we flashed the Arriva Zone two tickets to the driver before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We ran through the centre of Earl Shilton and we continued on down to Hinckley Road and we turned right onto Shilton Road. A couple of minutes later we were in the centre of Barwell. We ran onto High Street and we continued onto Mill Street. We ran forwards onto Hinckley Road and at the junction we turned left onto Ashby Road and we ran Southwards. Due to an incident on the junction of Ashby Road and he A47, We got about 1/4 mile down the road and we had to turn around. We headed back North up Ashby Road and by now a police car had turned up to stop traffic going Southwards. We turned left onto Rogue Lane and it was quite difficult for the large bus to pass cars coming the other way. At the end of the lane we turned left onto Stoke Road. We crossed the A47 by Morrison's and the road here had been blocked off by police too. We continued into town and we ran forwards onto Hollycroft. We ran onto the B4667 and we ran into town. We turned left onto Coventry Road and we turned right into the bus station. We got up and got off the bus and Matthew took another picture of Arriva Midlands 3807 before it continued towards Nuneaton.

As we came into the bus station we spotted required Arriva Midlands 1005 on a #2 to Barwell. We headed up to the top end of the bus station and Matthew got a picture of Arriva Midlands 1005.

We got on the bus and we flashed the Arriva Zone two tickets to the driver before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off out of the bus station and we turned right onto Regent Street. We stopped on the bus top were the service used to start and we continued Northwards out of town. We veered left onto Hollycroft and we turned right into Stanley Road. At the end of the road we turned right onto Tudor Road and we passed Arriva Midlands 1008 coming the other way. We continued onto Netherley Road and we crossed over Ashby Road onto Barwell Lane. We turned right onto Stoneygate Drive and we ran to the end. We turned left onto Leicester Road and we crossed over the A47 onto The Common. We ran into Barwell and we got up to get off. Matthew took a picture inside Arriva Midlands 1005 before we got off the bus.

When we got off the bus we crossed over the road and we visited the toilets. When we had finished we waited at the stop for the next Southbound bus. Even though in theory there was one due in 15 minutes, the display at the bus stop said the next bus wasn't for 30 minutes. We waited for the bus to appear and things were delayed due to the incident on Ashby Road. Going the other way we saw required Arriva Midlands 3803 on a #158 to Leicester.

Around 16:40 the bus came around the corner and it was dud Arriva Midlands 3808. We got on the bus and we flashed the Arriva Zone two tickets to the driver before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off onto the High Street and we ran forwards onto Mill Street. We continued onto Hinckley Road and at the end we turned left onto Ashby Road. We crossed over the A47 and we ran into town. Whatever had happened on the road had now been cleared up. We ran into town from the North along the B4667. We turned left onto Coventry Road and right into the bus station. We got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus Matthew took a picture of Arriva Midlands 3808 before it continued on towards Nuneaton.

Mum had messaged us to say that there was a cafe at Nuneaton bus station and there was cake waiting with Matthews name on it! Parked up in the bus station was required Arriva Midlands 2002 on layover in between working on the #66 to Nuneaton.

We decided to catch the next bus to Nuneaton to meet up with mum, which in theory was a #7. A few minutes later we saw another bus approaching. It was required Arriva Midlands 3799 on a #158 to Nuneaton.

We decided to do this bus so we could get back to Nuneaton quicker. We got on the bus and we flashed the Zone two Day Saver tickets to the driver for the final time today before sitting down towards the back of the bus. After a short wait the bus set off out of the bus station and we turned B4666. We ran the two or so miles down to the A5 and after a short run along the A5 we continued down the A47 into Nuneaton. As we approached the town centre we passed required Arriva Midlands 2403 on a #7A to Sketchley Brook. We crossed over the railway line and we joined the ring road before entering the bus station. We got up and got off the bus. Matthew took another picture of Arriva Midlands 3799 before it continued towards Leicester.

Matthew went to the toilet and then we met up with mum in Jenny's Cafe. We all had burgers and fries and Matthew washed his down with a can of Coke. Once we had finished Matthew went to the toilet in the cafe and we brought Matthew some cake as promised. We decided to have a walk around the bus station to take a few pictures before we return to the car. On layover was Stagecoach Midlands 36167 between working on the #18 to Ansley.

We walked over to the multi-storey car park and we got in the car. Mum arrived at the car shortly afterwards and Matthew had a can of Irn Bru. We set off out of the car park and we crossed over the ring road into Asda where we filled up with petrol. We got back onto the ring road and we ran around the one-way system near to the railway station. We turned left onto the A444 and we ran over the railway and out of town. A few miles out of town we got onto the Westbound A5. We ran North near to Tamworth and Lichfield and we ran through Brownhills to the Eastern end of Cannock. We joined the Westbound A460 and we ran up to the motorway. At junction 11 we got onto the Northbound M6. It was now fully dark. As we travelled Northwards vehicles that we passed were an unidentified New Adventure Travel coach, an unidentified Edwards coach and an unidentified Gwyn Jones coach. We came off the M6 at junction 15 and we got onto the Northbound A500. At Sideway we came off the A500 and we got onto the Eastbound A50. As we climbed up the hill we passed unidentified red Pats Coaches tri-axle coach. We came off the A50 at Longton and we went to Z carz to see if there was anything we could see. There was nothing on the spare ground and unusually there was nothing visible at the entrance of the compound on Willow Row either. We ran Westwards along the A50 and we cam of at Heron Cross. We turned left onto Blurton Road and we ran through Blurton. We continued up to Church Road and we turned right into Beaconsfield Avenue and back home at 19:30. We had already had tea at Nuneaton, so later on as a snack we had the Greggs sausage rolls. We did an e-mail and we wrote some of the Blog. Matthew went to bed around 00:00.... Mark.

Trip to Fenton / Newcastle 26-10-2018

Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going to his day service. He was also going to see Grandma later on and going to the pub and returning to Blurton for a long weekend. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast and orange juice for breakfast. Whilst waiting to go to the day centre we saw First Potteries 67631 on a #11 to Hanley.

Around 09:00 we set off onto Temple Street and we turned right onto Christchurch Street and we continued to the day centre. In the morning Matthew did some baking, but first he went to the shop to get some supplies. We walked onto Christchurch Street and into the Co-operative Food store. After buying some shop we walked along Christchurch Street and back to the day centre. Matthew made cupcakes. For dinner Matthew had sausage chips and gravy. After dinner Matthew went to the pub. We set off onto Christchurch Street and we stopped at the pub. Matthew went to the toilet and afterwards had a glass of Coke. When it was time to go Matthew walked onto Christchurch Street. We turned left onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. I turned up around 14:30 at the same time as Matthew. We went upstairs to his room to get ready to leave. We got things ready and we left the residential unit just after 14:50. We went downstairs and we got into the car. We drove onto Temple Street. We turned right onto Christchurch Street and right onto Station Bridge Road. We followed the road around onto Heron Street and into Heron Cross. We went through the traffic lights and forwards onto Blurton Road. We continued through Blurton and we turned right onto Church Street. We turned right onto Beaconsfield Drive. We got home around 15:00. When we got home Matthew had toast and a glass of Cherry Coke. Today we were catching the 15:56 to Newcastle as we were going to the pub via Grandma's House. We set off around 15:45 on foot to the bus stop all the way onto Magdalen Road. Whilst we waited for our bus we saw Plants JP18 NTS going into Blurton.

A few minutes later we saw a bus come around the corner. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 67634 on a #22 to Newcastle.

We got on the bus and we booked to Newcastle and sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off onto the A5035 and we saw First Potteries 67653 on a #22 to Longton. We went over the railway line into Trentham. We ran up the hill into Hanford where we saw Destination Courtesy Travel YE17 AHA parked up. We turned right into Wilson Road. We ran down Church Lane We continued down onto the A34. We crossed under the A500 and we ran into Trent Vale where we saw First Potteries 63100 on the final #22 turn. We turned right into Harpfields Road and white minibus ML63 OCH. We continued forwards on Hilton Road and we turned into the hospital. We ran through and we saw First Potteries 37160 on a #25 to Hanley and ABC Supreme FY52 NSV. We turned right onto the A34. A couple of stops down the road we got up and got off the bus. Matthew took another picture of First Potteries 67634 as it continued towards Newcastle.

We set off along the A34 and we crossed over to the middle island. Before we crossed over the to road fully we saw First Potteries 32630 on a #25 to Keele.

We walked up the hill to Grandma's house. At Grandma's Matthew had a can of Irn Bru and used her computer. When it was time to go we went to the pub in the car. We set off just after 17:40 and we ran down Victoria Street. We turned left onto the A34 and we saw ABC Supreme KX14 EBZ parked up in the retail park. We continued southwards into Trent Vale and we stopped at the pub. We walked into the pub and sat down out our normal tables. Matthew had a brunch with oatcakes followed by toffee sponge pudding with custard. Whilst we ate highlights of the passing buses included First Potteries 65033 on a #101 to Stafford and white minibus P879 MOL. Once we had finished eating we set off to uncle Dave's to pick him up. We ran down the A34 and we joined the A500 at Hanford. We went North up the A500 to Sideway and we went Eastwards along the A50. We came off the A50 at Heron Cross. We dropped down into Fenton to pick uncle Dave up. Once we had picked him up we ran up to Heron Street and we crossed over the A50. We saw Lightning Travel SM06 MVY at the Lightning house. We continued into Blurton along Blurton Road. We turned right onto Church Road and we turned right into Beaconsfield Drive. We got home around 19:30. Matthew chilled out on his computer and we composed a few e-mails and sorted a few things out. We then chilled out on the sofa doing e-mails and writing the until bedtime around 01:00... Mark

Today Matthew was in residential and he was going to his day service. He was also going to Trentham on the bus. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast and orange juice for breakfast. Whilst waiting to go to the day service we saw First Potteries 63099 on a #11 to Hanley. we went downstairs we set off onto City Road and we walked down to the bus stop outside the flats to wait for a bus to Stoke. Whilst we waited we saw Happy Days coach 234 heading towards Stoke.

A few minutes later we saw a bus turn the corner. As it got closer we saw that it was First Potteries 67152 on a #23 to Hanley.

We got on the bus and we booked to Stoke before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off down City Road and we ran down the hill over the old railway line to Leek and onto the A52. We ran under the railway line and over the A500 and straight into Stoke town centre along Church Street where we got up and got off the bus. We walked around the corner onto Campbell Place to wait for a bus to Trentham. A few minutes later we saw a bus come around the corner. It was First Potteries 67157 on a #21A to Trentham.

We got on the bus and we booked to Trentham before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off along Campbell Place and forwards onto London Road. We continued through Oak Hill and into Trent Vale. When we got to the end of London Road we turned right onto the A34 and we went under the A500 into Hanford. We turned left onto Church Lane and we ran up to the top of the hill. We turned right into Wilson Road and at the end we turned left onto New Inn Lane. We ran down the hill past the Man in Space and forwards onto the A5035. We headed left and we stopped out side the Trentham Hotel where we got up and got off the bus. We crossed over the road and we walked down the path onto Danebower Road. We crossed over Burrington Drive onto Padstow Way and we stopped at Windrush Close. We walked onto Padstow Way and we turned right onto Oldacres Road. We turned left onto Burrington Drive and right onto Barlaston Old Road and right onto the A5035. We walked back to the same stop where we got off the bus to wait for a bus back to Stoke. A few minutes late we saw D&G Bus 100 on a #14 to Hanley.

We got on the bus and we booked to Stoke before we sat down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off along the A5035 and we turned left onto Stanley Matthews Way. We ran past the BET365 stadium and we joined the Westbound A50. We briefly got onto the Southbound A500 and we wheeled around over the A500 and onto Campbell Road. We ran into Stoke and we joined the one-way system before turning right onto Boothen Road. We turned left onto Church Street and we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we crossed over Church Street to wait for a First bus back up to Fenton. We saw D&G Bus 119 on a #1A to Meir.

A few minutes later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 63098 on a #11 to Hanley.

We got on the bus and we booked to Fenton before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off along Church Street out of Stoke and over the A500. We ran under the railway line and we continued onto City Road. At the top of the hill we got up and got off the bus. We crossed over City Road and back to the residential unit. We went upstairs and Matthew went to his room to chill out and watch buses out of the window. later on we went to smallthorne. we went downstairs and we got in car. We set of onto Temple Street and we turned left onto Christchurch Street. We crossed over City Road and onto Manor Street. At the end we turned left onto Victoria Road. We ran down the hill to Joiners Square and we went straight across onto Lichfield Street. We ran anti-clockwise around Hanley and we ran towards Birches Head along Town Road. We ran forwards onto the A5272 and we went through Sneyd Green to Smallthorne. We turned left onto Sneyd Hill and we ran down onto Sandbach Road. We parked up and we sat down. Matthew had a bottle of Coke whilst he waited for his food. He has and all day breakfast. After we had finished Matthew wen to the toilet before we returned to the car. In the car Matthew had a can of Cherry Coke. We set off along Sandbach Road and we turned left at the light onto North Road. We turned left onto the A53. We ran up the hill and we turned right onto the A5272. We ran through Sneyd Green to Birches Head and we ran forwards onto Town Road. We ran clockwise around Hanley and we turned left onto Lichfield Street. At Joiners Square roundabout we turned right onto the A52 and we ran up to Stoke. We turned left onto City Road and we ran up the hill. We turned right onto Smithpool Road and left onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew went upstairs to chill out and watch buses out of the window. we saw Stanton's of Stoke WIL 2928 going towards Stoke.

Matthew went shopping in Stoke. We went downstairs and transport for the trip was Shelton Care Group DY08 FFX. We got on the bus and we set off onto Temple Street turned left on City Road. We ran down the hill and joined the A52. We went under the railway line and we crossed over the A500. We got onto the one-way system and we turned left onto Lonsdale Street. We followed the road around onto Flemming Street and at the next junction we turned left onto London Road. We passed Sainsbury's and we turned into Iceland. Matthew did his weekly shop Shelton Care Group DY08 FFX. We set off towards Stoke along London Road and we ran forwards onto Campbell Place. We followed the road around onto Church Street and we veered left onto Liverpool Road. We veered left onto Elenora Street and we turned right onto Copeland Street. We turned left onto Glebe Street and right onto Lytton Street. We ran alongside the railway line and at the end we turned left onto City Road. onto Manor Street and we ran to the end where we turned left onto Victoria Road. At Joiners square we went forwards onto Lichfield Street. We ran anti-clockwise aroubf the ring road and we turned left onto Town Road. After crossing over the ring road we We travelled through Sneyd Green and over Smallthorne roundabouts to Chell we saw First Potteries 67151 on a #7A to Hanley. At the roundabout we turned right and we ran down the A527 In Fegg Hayes we turned right onto Oxford Street and we ran through Chell Heath past the site of Matthew's old school which has now been demolished. In Smallthorne we turned right onto Ford Green Road. We stopped at Joe's house and Matthew had chicken & chips followed by a Bakewell tart and custard. We turned onto Ford Green Road and at the roundabouts we turned left onto the A5272. We followed the road through Sneyd Green and Northwood and down to Bucknall. We turned right onto the A52 and at Joiners Square roundabout we turned left onto Victoria Road. At the top of the hill we turned right onto City Road and we ran down the hill to Smithpool Road. We turned left and left again onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew went up to his room and chilled out on his computer. Later on Matthew had a bath and then had toast for supper. He then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Mark.

Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going to his day service. He was also going out on the bus later on. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast and orange juice for breakfast. Whilst he was waiting to out we saw First Potteries 65705 on a #11 to Newcastle. we went downstairs and out of the unit. We set off on foot to the day centre. We walked onto Temple Street and right onto Christchurch Street. At the day centre we saw Shelton Care Group DY08 FFX.

In the morning Matthew went on the computer. For dinner Matthew had a ham sandwich followed by Bakewell Tart. In the afternoon Matthew went out to Hanley on the bus. We set off out of the day centre on to Christchurch Street. We waited for the bus to appear and a few minutes later we saw a bus approaching. The bus appeared and it was First Potteries 67153 on a #23 to Hanley.

We got on the bus and we booked to Hanley before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off along Christchurch Street. We turned left onto City Road we saw First Potteries 41496 on a #23 to Newstead. and we joined the A52 to go under the railway line and over the A500. We continued onto Church Street and into the centre of Stoke. After a brief stop we continued around the one-way system onto Elenora Steet and right onto Copeland street. We turned left onto Glebe Street and we went under the railway line before turning left onto Station Road. We went past the railway station and we turned right onto College Road. After running the hill through Shelton we continued onto Cleveland Road and forwards onto Regent Road. We turned left onto Lower Bethesda Street and we crossed over the ring road onto Bethesda Street before we turned right onto John Street where we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we walked up Lichfield Street and onto Tontine Street. We turned left onto Percy Street and we stopped at the pub. Matthew went to the toilet and had a Coke. Once we had finished we returned to the bus station. We set off onto Percy Street and we turned right onto Tontine Street. We went straight onto Lichfield Street and back to the bus station. we saw First Potteries 67654 on a #6 to Coalville. We stood at the stops outside the bus station to wait for a bus back to Fenton. A few minutes later we saw First Potteries 63174 on a #6A to Blythe Bridge.

We followed the road around to the left onto Charles Street. At the top we turned right onto Old Hall Street before turning right onto the ring road. We turned left onto Lichfield Street and we ran down the hill to Joiners Square. We crossed the roundabout onto Victoria Road and we ran up the hill into Fenton. At the top of the hill we got up and got off the bus. One off the bus we set off on foot onto City Road and we turned left onto Christchurch Street. We turned right onto Temple Street and we returned to the residential unit. Matthew went upstairs to his room to chill out and watch buses out of the window. We saw Christchurch Primary DU56 DNN going towards Stoke.

Matthew went out for tea on the bus. We went downstairs and we walked through onto City Road. We waited at the bus stop outside the flats for a bus towards Stoke. A few minutes later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw that it was First Potteries 67632 on a #11 to Newcastle.

We got on the bus and we booked to Stoke before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off down City Road and we ran down the hill over the old railway line to Leek and onto the A52. We ran under the railway line and over the A500 and straight into Stoke town centre along Church Street where we got up and got off the bus. We walked to the one stop shop and Matthew visited the library. Matthew went to the toilet. We walked up Church Street and we went to the pub. Matthew went to the toilet and then had a glass of Coke. For tea Matthew had a chicken burger and fries followed by a chocolate fudge cake and ice cream. Highlights of the bus sightings included First Potteries 37157 on a #25 to Keele & Stanton's of Stoke FJ13 CUV going towards Newcastle. Once we had finished we went outside to the stop by the Dougie Mac charity shop and we waited for a bus to Hanley. A few minutes later we saw First Potteries 32635 on a #25 to Hanley.

We got on the bus and we booked to Hanley before we went upstairs and sat down. The bus set off out of Stoke town centre and across the A500. We crossed under the railway line before turning left onto the A52. we turned left onto Station Road. By the railway station We carried on up College Road. After running the hill through Shelton we continued onto Cleveland Road and forwards onto Regent Road. We turned left onto Lower Bethesda Street and we crossed over the ring road onto Bethesda Street before we turned right onto John Street and into the bus station. We turned left onto Christchurch Street and we turned right onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew went upstairs and back to his room. Matthew used his computer and watched television in his room. Later on Matthew had a bath and then had toast for supper. He then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Mark.
