Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going to his day service. He was also going out to the The Potteries Museum and Art Gallery. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast and orange juice for breakfast. Whilst waiting for time to got to the day centre Matthew spent time in his room watching buses. We saw D&G Bus 165 on #1 to Meir.

Around 09:00 we went downstairs and out of the unit. We set off onto Temple Street and right onto Christchurch Street. At the day centre we saw Shelton Care Group DY08 FFX.

Matthew returned to the residential unit. We set off on foot onto Christchurch Street and we turned left into Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew went upstairs to chill out and use his computer. Later on in the morning we went out on the bus to Hanley. We went downstairs and we walked onto Temple Street. We crossed over Christchurch Street and we walked through the alley and we cut through onto City Road. We crossed over City Road and we walked up to the stop near to Philpots. A we waited for a bus towards Bentilee. A few minutes later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 63097 on a #11 to Hanley.

We got on the bus and we booked to Bentilee before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We carried on along City Road and we continued forwards onto King Street. We ran through Foley and we under the railway line into Longton town centre. We stopped outside the old job centre as the #11 no longer calls in the Interchange. We ran up Market Street and we turned left onto Anchor Road. We ran up the hill to the top and ran down to the roundabout in Adderley Green. At the roundabout at the East end of Bentilee we turned right onto Beverley Drive and then left onto Dawlish Drive. We travelled along Dawlish Drive and we got up and got off. Once off the bus we walked Dawlish Drive and we turned onto Latimer Way. We crossed over Ubberley Road and forwards onto Brecon Way. We turned onto Aylesbury Road and we stopped at one of the house and Matthew had a glass of Coke. We continued along Aylesbury Road and we walked along a path onto Ubberley Road. We continued to the end and we turned right onto Dawlish Drive. We turned left onto Beverley Drive we saw First Potteries 65042 on a #11 to Newcastle. We waited for a bus towards Hanley at the bus stop. A few minutes later we saw First Potteries 63172 on a #11 to Hanley.

We got on the bus and we booked to Hanley before sitting down towards the back of the bus We set off onto Beverley Drive. At the end we turned right onto Dividy Road and we ran down the hill to Bucknall. We turned left onto the A52. We ran to limekiln lights and we went across onto Bucknall New Road. We climbed the hill up to Hanley and we joined the clockwise ring road. We turned right onto Bethesda Road and we saw The Travellers Choice BF68 LFH on a #333 to Bournemouth. We turned onto John Street and we got up and got off the bus near to the snooker club. Once off the bus we walked along Bangnall Street and past the town Hall. We stopped at B&M and we did some of Matthews weekly shop. We continued onto to Old Hall Street and we turned left onto Parliament Row. We stopped at the pound bakery and Matthew had a sausage roll. Once we had finished we walked down Percy Street and we continued onto Piccadilly. We turned left Pall mall and we turned right onto Albion Street. At the bottom of Albion Street onto Bethesda Street. We went into the museum and Matthew went around and saw the sights. E saw the replica Spifire and looked at the space exhibit and tried on and Astronauts Helmet. Matthew visited the cafe and had a can of Coke. Afterwards he went to the toilet. After seen a few of the other exhibits Matthew left the museum. We saw Bennetts Travel WU08 SOU outside the museum.

After a quick walk around there we walked up John Street to the bus station. We went into the bus station and Matthew went to the toilet. Whilst we waited for a bus back to Fenton we saw First Potteries 47519 on a #6A to Blythe Bridge.

We got on the bus and we booked to Longton before sitting down towards the back of the bus. Whilst we waited for departure time we saw First Potteries 67665 on a #7 to Kidsgrove. We set off out of the bus station onto John Street and we turned left onto Bethesda Street. We turned left onto the ring road and we turned right onto Lichfield Street and we ran down the hill to Joiners Square. We crossed the roundabout onto Victoria Road. City Road and we continued forwards onto King Street. We passed through Foley. We ran forwards into Longton and under the railway line into Longton town centre. The bus stopped on Market Street and we got up and got off the bus. As we got off the bus we saw Homers Travel coach R10 HTL going up the one-way system.

Once off the bus we crossed Market Street and walked up Transport Lane. We stopped at the chip shop and Matthew had a can of Coke and a Manchester tart. Once we had finished we walked back onto Transport Lane and crossed over The Strand and to the bus stop. We waited for a bus back towards Fenton. A few minutes later we saw First Potteries 67643 on a #6A to Hanley.

We got on the bus and we booked to Fenton before we sat down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off down The Strand and we ran under the railway line onto King Street. We ran through Foley into Fenton and forwards onto City Road. We turned right into Victoria Road and we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we walked back to the residential unit. We set off along City Road and we turned left onto Christchurch Street. We turned right onto Temple street and back to the residential unit. We went upstairs and matthew went to his room to chill out. He used his computer and watched buses out of the window whilst we waited for tea. We saw silver minibus RO08 LHH going towards Heron Cross.

For tea Matthew had bacon and mash with beans followed by a Bakewell tart. Later on we went to Festival Park by car. We went downstairs and got in the car and set off onto Temple Street. We turned left onto Christchurch Street and left onto City Road. At the bottom of the hill we turned right onto the A52. We ran alongside the railway line before turning slight left onto Station Road. We turned right onto College Road and we ran up through Shelton Towards Hanley. At the end we turned right onto Broad Street. We turned left on to the ring road and left onto Etruria Road. We crossed under the A53 and into Festival Park. At the roundabout we turned left and parked up near to the cinema. Matthew went into the cinema and had a cup of coke. Once we had finished the drink we returned to Fenton by car. We got in the car and we set off onto the road. We cross under the A53 and we joined Etruria Vale Road. We ran to the end and at Snow Hill we turned right onto Stoke Road. We ran down the hill through Shelton and we turned left onto Station Road. We ran forwards onto the A52 and we ran along side the railway line. We turned left onto City Road and we ran up the hill into Fenton. We turned right into Smithpool Road and we stopped at the chip shop. We continued along Smithpool Road and we stopped at the end. Matthew ate his sausage from the chip shop. When he had finished eating we set off back along Smithpool Road and we turned right into Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew went upstairs and back to the room and went on his computer. Later on Matthew had a bath and then had toast for supper. He then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Mark.
