Today we decided to revisit Worcester. Matthew had chosen this destination earlier in the week. Research consisted of checking the local multi-operator tickets and finding where to park and eat. We also received at comment:- Your Websie is very good, like sir Berita Terpopuler Mine, Visit too Villabetting Which is very useful for everyone. I also have a page Villabetting With a very cool appearance. Matthew got up 10:00 and had toast and orange juice for breakfast. We set off just before 12:00 and we joined the A5035. We ran over the railway line into Trentham and at the Trentham Gardens roundabout we joined the Northbound A34. We ran up to Hanford and we joined the Southbound A500. We crossed over the A519 and we joined the Southbound M6. Travelling down on the M6 we saw Abbot Coach Travel E16 ACT, an unidentified Hamiltons of Uxbridge coach, An unidentified Appletons coach, an unidentified James Travel coach, an unidentified white Grayway coach, Stanton's of Stoke XY 5382, Copeland's Tours MIB 542, Truemans J400 TRU & taxi minibus K33 MYY. We couldn't find where we were going to eat in Worcester and there had been warning on the matrix displays of long delays from junctions 3 to 4 on the M5. We decided to come off the M6 and eat at the truckers rest in Cannock. We turned left onto the A460 and we ran forwards onto the A4601. Just before the town we saw Holmeswood PN63 ??? & YN13 TPO parked up at a pub. We turned left onto the A5 and we stopped at the truckers rest. Matthew went to the toilet and had a can of Coke. For dinner Matthew had a full English breakfast. When we had finished we set off onto the A5 and we headed Eastwards. We turned right onto the A4601 and we ran South to the A460. We continued Southwards down the M6 and at junction 8 we joined the Southbound M5. Running down the M5 we saw Alfa 85 / 86, Shearings 644, white coach FJ61 GZG and Richards Bros KX53 SJV and grey coach YJ67 ???. We came off the M5 at junction 6 and we went Westwards along the A449. We turned left and we went Southwards down the A4440. We turned right onto the A44 and we ran through Red Hill into Worcester. We ran into the centre of town and around the one-way system and we entered the crowngatw shopping centre. We parked up and we said goodbye to mum. We went down the stairs and we went too far and ended up in the basement of the shopping centre! We wen up a level and into the 1st floor of the shopping centre. We went down the escalator and down to the level of the bus station. Matthew visited the toilet and afterwards we entered the bus station to look for something to catch. We saw First Worcester 35159 on a #37 to Bevere.

Whilst we waited for the bus to be readied for service we had a look around the bus station. We saw First Worcester 66694 on a #44 to the Sixth Form.

Whilst we waited for the bus to be readied for service we saw Johnson's YY15 NJK on a #150A to Redditch. We got on the bus and we booked City Connecta tickets at £5.50 each. We went upstairs and Matthew took a picture inside First Worcester 35159 before we sat down.

We set off out of the bus station onto The Butts and we turned right onto Shaw Street. We turned left onto Foregate and we headed Northwards out of town. We travelled Northwards through Barbourne and Northwick. We turned left onto Beckett Road and we turned right onto Northwick Road. We turned right onto Willowsea Road and left onto Parkland Road. We turned right onto Grange Avenue and at the end we got up and got off the bus. We had seen on the interactive bus map there was a #303 into Worcester due in 3 minutes from the stop on Ombersley Road. We crossed over Ombersley Road and we walked to the bus stop. A few minutes later we saw the bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was required Rotala Diamond 21101 on a #303 to Worcester.

We got on the bus and we flashed the City Connecta tickets to the driver before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off Southwards down Ombersley Road and we headed into the town centre. We headed South through Northwick and we ran forwards onto Barbourne Road. We ran through Barbourne and into the town centre. We turned right onto Angel Street and we ran into the bus station where we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we had a look around to see what we could catch. We saw First Worcester 63358 on a #44 to Great Malvern.

We decided to go into the shop and get supplies. We bought a can of Coke and a couple of chocolate bars, as well as some spare batteries. When we had finished in the shop we spotted First Worcester 64033 on a #35 to Blackpole.

Whilst we were waiting for the bus to be readied for service, we spotted an old friend... Former First Potteries bus now First Worcester 42894 on a #31 to Henwick Park.

Once the bus was readied for service we got on First Worcester 64033 and we flashed the City Connecta ticket to the driver before we sat down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off out of the bus station onto The Butts and we turned right onto Shaw Street. We ran forwards onto Sansome Street. We turned left onto Lowesmoor and we ran forwards onto Rainbow Hill. We ran forwards onto Astwood Road and we turned right onto Brickfields Road. We continued onto Langdale Drive and at the end we turned left onto Windemere Drive. We turned right by the Glovers Needle onto Cranham Drive. We ran to the end we turned left onto the B4639. We turned left onto Blackpole Road and we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we waited for the next bus back towards Worcester. Matthew had purchased a triple bounty earlier so we shared that whilst we waited for the bus. Whilst waiting for the bus we saw white minibus FH19 MTK heading into the City.

We checked on the live interactive map to see where the buses were and which bus it would be. We saw there were 3 buses travelling through Blackpole together, 2 buses on the #35 and a bus on the #33. First Worcester 64045 on a #35 was leading the pack with First Worcester 47517 right behind it on a #33. A few minutes later a bus turned the corner and as predicted it was required First Worcester 64045 on a #35 to Worcester.

We goWe got on the bus and we flashed the City Connecta tickets to the driver before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off Southwards down Blackpole Road. Near to Lidl we turned left onto Windermere Drive and we headed back past the Glovers Needle pub. We turned right onto Langdale Drive and we ran through Brickfields. We ran forwards onto Brickfield Road and over the railway line. We turned left onto Astwood Road and we ran Southwards into the City. We ran forwards onto Lowesmoor and we veered left onto Pheasant Street. We crossed the roundabout onto the A38 and we followed the road to the left. We ran forwards onto Angel Street and we ran forwards into the bus station where we got up and got off the bus. In the bus station we spotted required First Worcester 35156 on a #44 to the Sixth Form College.

We got on the bus and we flashed the City Connecta ticket to the driver. The lower saloon was empty so Matthew took a picture inside First Worcester 35156.

We went upstairs and we saw the top deck was empty too, so Matthew took another picture inside First Worcester 35156 before we sat down.

The bus set off out of the bus station and we turned left onto All Saint's Road. We continued onto Deansway and past Worcester Cathedral. We continued onto London Road and we ran into Red Hill. At the roundabout we turned left onto Spetchley Road. We travelled down the road a few hundred yards and we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we decided to turn down the bus coming back and walk to the pub. As we walked towards the pub we saw Custom Travel AF65 HGO.

We walked walked Spetchley Road and we stopped at the pub on the roundabout. Matthew went to the toilet and afterwards had a glass of Coke. When we had finished we met up with uncle Dave. We had around 25 minutes until the next bus was due to Worcester. We visited the garage around the corner and Matthew brought a chocolate bar and a Kinder Egg. We crossed over the A44 and we sat in the bus stoop to wait for the bus back to Worcester. Mum messaged us to say she had gone to Sainbury's in Blackpole. Whilst we waited for our bus we saw Butler Brothers coach M6 BUT heading out of the city. Matthew ate a Flake which we had in our bag. We checked on the live bus map to see the the X50 was going to be dud First Worcester 66693. A few minutes later as predicted we saw First Worcester 66693 approaching on the X50.

We got on the bus and we flashed the City Connecta ticket to the driver before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off up the A44 through Red Hill and into the city centre. Just before the cathedral we turned right onto the A38 and we went further into town. We followed the A38 to the left and at the next junction we went straight on and into Angel Street entering the bus station. We got up and got off the bus. Matthew took another picture of First Worcester 66693 as it returned to the depot.

Once off the bus we looked for a bus heading towards Blackpole. On stand was required First Worcester 63361 on a #33 to Blackpole.

We got on the bus and we flashed the City Connecta ticket to the driver for the final time today before we sat down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off out of the bus station onto The Butts and we turned right onto Shaw Street. We ran forwards onto Sansome Street. We turned left onto Lowesmoor and we veered right onto Tolladine Road. We ran out off town for over a mile into Long Meadow and we ran forwards onto Windemere Drive. We ran for a few hundred yeards and we turned right by the Glovers Needle onto Cranham Drive. We ran to the end we turned left onto the B4639. We turned left onto Blackpole Road and we headeded Southwards. Near to Lidl we turned left onto Windermere Drive and we got up and got off the bus. Matthew took another picture of First Worcester 63361 before it returned into Worcester.

We walked into the car park and we met up with mum. Mum was waiting at the car with Morrison's sausage rolls and a bottle of Irn Bru. We set off out of the car park and we turned right onto Windermere Drive. We turned right onto Blackpole Road and we headed Northwards out of town. We crossed over the A449 and we took the slip road and joined the Eastbound A449. We ran East for 2 miles before joining the Northbound M5. As we travelled Northwards up the motorway we saw an unidentified Marchants coach, Paul's of Stoke Y16 POS, an unidentifed Globe Coaches coach, and unidentified KB Coaches coach, black minibus BC66 JUH and an unidentified Harry Shaw coach. We ran to the end of the M5 and we joined the Northbound M6. As we went towards Staffordshire we saw Sky Coaches AT07 GYZ went past us.

Coninuing Northwards on the M6 was saw an unidentified white grey yellow coach, an unidentified Ridley's coach, black minbus WR12 LCY and an unidentified KB Coaches coach. We came off the M6 at junction 15 and we headed Northwards up the A500. At Sideway we went up the roundabout and we joined on the Eastbound A50. Seen on the A50 were an unidentified white minibus and D&G Bus 107 on the E1 service. We came off the A50 at Longton to see what was parked up at Z Carz this evening. We turned left into Willow Row and at the near end of the row was Z Carz Mercedes minibus KE03 JXC.

We turned around and got back onto the A50 and we went Westwards to Heron Cross. We turned left onto Blurton Road and we ran through Blurton. We ran forwards onto Church Street and we turned right into Beaconsfield Drive. We got home around 19:15. For a late tea we had bangers and mash with carrots followed by a slice of egg custard tart. We spent time doing the e-mails and doing the Blog. We chilled out on the computer and watching telly until 01:00... Mark
