Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going out on the bus and going to visit uncle Dave later on. I drove as far as Stoke and found out training had been cancelled due to the weather. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast and orange juice for breakfast. We saw Premier Travel NJ13 HJK.

We went downstairs and we set off onto Temple Street and we turned left onto Christchurch Street. We waited for a bus towards Hanley. We continued along Christchurch Street. We onto City Road. At the top we crossed over Victoria Road to wait for the bus at the bus stop. A few minutes later the bus turned up and it was dud First Potteries 67142 on a #6 to Hanley. We got on the bus and we booked the Hanley before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off down Victoria Road and towards Joiners Square. At the roundabout we went forwards onto Lichfield Street and we turned left onto the ring road and we turned right onto Bethesda Street and right onto John Street and into the bus station we got up and got off the bus. Matthew went to the toilet. We waited for a bus to Kidsgrove. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 63177 on a #38A to Kidsgrove. We got on the bus and we booked to Kidsgrove before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off out of the bus station and onto John Street. At the bottom of the road we turned right onto Bethesda Street. We turned left onto Broad Street and then we joined the clockwise ring road. At the end we turned left onto Etruria Valeey Link Road. We turned left onto Shelton Boulevard and we turned right onto Etruria Road before going under the A53 onto Festival Way. We ran past Waterworld and we turned left onto Forge Lane past a new minibus building by the Brindley Farm pub. We looped under the A53 and we joined the Westbound A53. We crossed over the A500 at Etruria and and we ran up the hill into Basford and we ran down hill to the edge of Newcastle and we got onto the one way system. At the jubilee roundabout we turned left onto Barracks Road before turning right into the bus station onto Barracks Road and at the roundabout we turned left onto Ryecroft. We veered left onto Merrial Street and we turned right onto High Street. We ran forwards onto Liverpool Road and we ran turned left onto Ryecroft. At the roundabout we turned right onto the Northbound A34. We ran North through Cross Heath and we turned left onto Brymbo Road. We travelled through the industrial estate and we turned right onto Holditch Road. At the roundabout we turned left onto London Road and we ran past the site of new Lidl. At the next roundabout we went North up the B5500 and through Chesterton. As we turned onto Crackley Bank we got up and got off the bus. We walked onto Trinity Court we turned left onto Cross Street and we ran past the site on which they intend to build 43 new houses. We turned left onto Trinity Court and we ran down to Rosevale Court and the pub and we turned up and we had a birthday party. First Matthew opened his birthday presents. Then we ate some party food. We had sandwiches and cheese oatcakes as well as burgers Matthew had a cake and he enjoyed it so much he ate 4 large slices. We also set up a computer game on his computer that he had had for his birthday.. Highlights of the bus sightings included First Potteries 60075 on the #6 to Hanley. Once off the bus we waited for the next bus towards Hanley. A few minutes later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 63363 on a #39A to Hanley. We got on the bus and we booked to Hanley before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off down Crackley bank and we ran down into Chesterton. We ran through Chesterton along the B5500 and we turned left onto London Road. Part way along we turned right onto Holditch Road and we ran through the industrial estate. We re joined the A34 and we ran south towards Newcastle. By the old bus depot we turned left onto Liverpool Road and then left onto the A52. At the Jubilee roundabout we turned right onto barracks road and then we entered Newcastle bus station. The bus set off out of the bus station and onto Barracks Road. We crossed the Jubilee Roundabout and onto the A53. We ran into Basford and over the A500. We ran down into Etruria and over the A500. We continued along the A53 and we turned left onto Forge Forge Lane. We turned left onto Shelton Boulevard and we saw First Potteries 63178 on a #38A to Crackley. We turned right onto Etruria Valeey Link Road and we ran out along the Lane and we crossed over the canal before we returned back into Etruria along festival Way. We crossed under the A53 onto Etruria Road. We turned right onto the ring road and we ran around anti-clockwise to Bethesda Street. We turned right onto John Street and we ran up the hill to the bus station. We got up and got off the bus and Matthew visited the toilet. A short time later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 44514 on a #6 to Coalville. We got on the bus and we booked to Fenton before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off out of the bus station onto John Street and we turned left onto Bethesda Street. We turned left onto the ring road and we turned right onto Lichfield Street and we ran down the hill to Joiners Square. We crossed the roundabout onto Victoria Road and we ran up the hill into Fenton. At the top of the hill we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we set off on foot on the road at the back of Victoria Road. We turned left onto Manor Street. We crossed over City Road and we went back to the residential unit. Matthew went to his room to chill out and use his computer. He also watched buses out of the window. We went downstairs to the car and we set off onto Temple Street where we turned left onto Christchurch Street and we turned right onto Station Bridge Road. We followed the road around onto Heron Street and we went through Heron Cross. We ran up Blurton Road and we turned left to joined the Eastbound A50. We came off the A50 and onto Uttoxetter Road and we turned right onto Meir Hay Road. We followed the road around onto Sutherland Road and we turned right onto Weston Coyney Road and past the site new Lidl. We ran to the top and we turned left onto the A520. We continued Northwards up to Cellarhead and we turned left onto the A52. We turned right onto Armshead Road and we ran through Wetley Moor. We ran forwards onto Bagnall Road and we stopped at Jackson Nurseries. Stopped at the cafe and Matthew had a bottle of Coke. When we had finished we we set off onto Thornyedge Road and onto Armshead Road. We turned right onto the A52 and we ran through Werrington. We ran down Ash Bank and into Bucknall and we followed the road to the left. We ran through Joiners Square and over the roundabout towards Stoke. We ran near to the railway station and we followed the road alongside the railway line. We turned left onto City Road and we turned right onto Smithpool Road. We turned left onto Temple Street and we returned to the residential unit. We went upstairsto chill out before going to uncle Dave's. Matthew took a can of Irn Bru. Whilst he waited he used his computer and watched buses out of the window. When it was time to go to uncle Dave's we went downstairs and we got in the car and set off onto Temple Street and we turned left onto Smithpool Road and we turned right onto Whieldon Road and into uncle Dave's. For tea Matthew had chicken potatoes and carrots with gravy followed by a slice of chocolate cake. Later on he had a drink of Fanta orange and a few digestive biscuits. Uncle Dave also did his DJ set. A couple of hours later staff came to escort Matthew back home by car. We got in the car and we set off onto Whieldon Road and we turned onto Smithpool Road. We turned right onto Temple Street the Queen Elizabeth II Court. We continued back to the residential unit. Matthew went upstairs to his room to chill out and watch buses out of the window. He also ate the a can of Irn Bru and a golden crunch creams. Later on Matthew had a bath and then had toast for supper. He then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Mark.
