Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going out on the bus later. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast for breakfast. before Matthew went to the day centre he watched buses out of the window. whilst waiting for the time to go to Newcastle. Later on we went downstairs and we set off onto City Road. We walked down to the bus stop outside the flats. We waited for a bus to Hanley. On the way we saw D&G Bus 5220 on a #1 to Meir. A short time later we saw the bus approaching. It was First Potteries 63177 on a #11 to Newcastle.

We got on the bus and we booked to Newcastle before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off down City Road and we ran down the hill over the old railway line to Leek and onto the A52. We ran under the railway line and over the A500 and straight into Stoke town centre along Church Street. After a brief stop in Stoke we continued along church Street and forwards onto Hartshill Road. We ran up the hill and into Hartshill. We ran forwards onto George Street and we ran down the hill into Newcastle. We turned left at the roundabout onto Barracks Road and into the bus station where we got up and got off the bus. Once in the bus station we waited for a bus back to Fenton. Matthew went to the toilet and we walked out of the bus station onto Castle Walk and we stopped at the Pound Bakery. Matthew brought a sausage roll before continuing along Castle Walk. We stopped at the benches at the end to eat a jam filled shortbread biscuit and drink the can of Irn Bru. A short time later we saw D&G Bus 781 on a #94 to Congleton.

A few minutes later a bus appeared and it was First Potteries 63356 on a #38 to Kidsgrove.

We got on the bus and we booked to Kidsgrove before sitting down towards the back of the bus. set of out of the bus station onto Barracks Road and at the roundabout we turned left onto Ryecroft. At the roundabout we turned right onto the Northbound A34. We ran Northwards past the bus garage and we ran through Milehouse. We ran Northwards to the McDonald roundabout and we turned left onto Wolstanton Road. At the roundabout and due to a diversion we came back down Wolstanton Road and left onto the A34 past Bradwell Hospital which is awaiting funding to help rebuild it. We ran forwards onto Parkhouse Road we ran forwards onto Cedar Road and we ran through Crackley and we turned left onto Audley Road. We turned right onto Church Street and we passed a building site on the left hand side. We continued along Trinity Court and we ran forwards onto Crackley Bank and we ran through Crackley and Red Street. We crossed over the A500 and we veered left onto Talke High Street. We turned right somewhere and left onto Chester Road. We re-joined the road and we ran forwards onto Coalpit Hill. We ran forwards onto the A34 and up towards somewhere where we turned right onto the B5371. We turned right onto Mitchell Avenue and we turned left onto Lower Ash Road. We turned right onto First Avenue and we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we walked around the corner onto the B5371. As we turned into the A50 and we walked back onto the A50 and across to the bus stop where we waited for a #103 to Hanley. A short time later the bus appeared. It was First Potteries 35942 on a #38A to Hanley. We got on the bus and we booked to Hanley before we sat down. We set off along the A50. We ran up the hill into Goldenhill and then forwards through Sandyford past the retail park into Tunstall. We ran down the High Street. We continued down the High Street and at the top of the Road we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we walked down the Tower Square and passing the former pub on the corner. After we had finished eating we went next door Wrights shop we and Matthew bought some boots. We walked along and we set off onto onto the Tower Square and we walked onto High Street and we walked to the bus stop. We waited for a bus towards Fenton. A short time later we saw the bus come around the corner. It was First Potteries 67180 on a #103 to Hanley. We got on the bus and we booked the Hanley before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We went down the High Street and we turned left into Williamson Street. We turned right into Scotia Road and we ran into Burslem town centre. We ran past the site of the new Kiln Gate Retail park and we continued into Cobridge and down into Hanley. We joined Hope Street and we ran forwards to Stafford Street. We got up and got off the bus. We continued along Stafford Street and we walked up Piccadilly into Tontine Square. We continued along Tontine Street. Once we had finished we went to the Intu Potteries shopping centre. Matthew had a chicken sandwich washed down with can of Irn Bru. after visiting shops in the shopping centre we walked down Tontine Square. We went into Stafford Street and forwards onto Lichfield Street and back to the bus station. After a short while we saw First Potteries 35689 on a #25 to Keele.

A few minutes later a bus appeared and it was First Potteries 63346 on a #101 to Stafford.

We got on and we booked to Newcastle before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off through the bus station and onto John Street. We turned right onto Bethesda Street and left onto Broad Street. We ran down the hill and over the ring road onto Snow Hill Before we turned right onto Shelton New Road and we ran down through Etruria an up into Hartshill before joining the A52. We ran into Newcastle down George Street. We joined the one way system and we turned left on the roundabout onto Barracks Road. We got to the bus station and we got up and got off the bus. As it got closer we saw that it was First Potteries 35684 on a #25 to Hanley.

We got on the bus and we booked to Fenton before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off out of the bus station onto barracks Road and we ran down onto the Southbound A34. We turned left into the hospital and we ran through the grounds and onto Hilton Road. We continued onto Albany Road and we turned right onto The Avenue. At the end of the road we turned right onto the A52 and we ran through Hartshill and down the hill into Stoke town centre. We went forwards onto Church Street and the bus topped in the town centre. After a brief stop we continued over the A500 and we got up and got off the bus just before the railway bridge. A short time later we saw the bus approaching. As it closer we saw it was First Potteries 47519 on a #11 to Hanley. We got on the bus and we booked to Fenton before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off up City Road and we got up and got off the bus. We crossed over City Road and walked back to the residential unit. Matthew went back upstairs and Matthew went to his room to chill out. He used his computer and watched buses out of the window. Later on we went to uncle Dave's. We went downstairs and we set off onto we set off onto Temple Street. We walked onto Watkin Street and we turned right onto Masterson Street and alongside the railway line. We turned left onto Smithpool Road and we went across the spare ground onto Willowdale Avenue and onto Whieldon Road and into uncle Dave's. Dave's house. For tea Matthew had chicken potatoes and carrots with gravy followed by a slice of toffee cheesecake. Later on he had a drink of Fanta orange and a few digestive biscuits. Uncle Dave now has a biscuit tin. Matthew chilled out in uncle Dave's house using his computer and watching television. Uncle Dave also did his DJ set. A couple of hours later staff came to escort Matthew back home. We set off onto Whieldon Road and we turned onto Willowdale Avenue and we saw silver minibus RO21 HZW parked up. We crossed the spare ground and we turned left onto Smithpool Road. We crossed over the railway line and we turned left into the back alley. We went forwards onto Crawford Street and we turned left onto Watkin Street and right onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. We went upstairs to his room to use his computer and watch buses. He also ate the a bottle of Coke and a toffee Crisp. Later on Matthew had a bath and had toast for supper. Matthew went on his computer until bedtime around 23:00... Mark.
