Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going out on the bus. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast for breakfast. before Matthew went to the day centre he watched buses out of the window. whilst waiting for the time to go to the day centre, we saw Shelton Care Group YS70 KWG. Later on we went downstairs and we set off onto Temple Street and we turned left onto Christchurch Street. We waited for a bus towards Hanley. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 67159 on a #23 to Hanley. We got on the bus and we booked to Hanley before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off along Christchurch Street. We turned left onto City Road. and we joined the A52 to go under the railway line and over the A500. We continued onto Church Street and into the centre of Stoke. After a brief stop we continued around the one-way system onto Elenora Steet and right onto Copeland street. We turned left onto Glebe Street and we went under the railway line before turning left onto Station Road. We went past the railway station and and turned right. We ran up Stoke Road and we turned right onto Avenue Road. At the roundabout we turned left onto College Road. After running the hill through Shelton we continued onto Cleveland Road and forwards onto Regent Road. We turned left onto Lower Bethesda Street and we crossed over the ring road onto Bethesda Street before we turned right onto John Street. Once in the bus station and onto stand. Once in the bus station we got up and got off the bus and Matthew took another picture of First Potteries 67159.

We headed down the bus station and Matthew decided to go to Talke. A few minutes later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 63171 on a #38 to Kidsgrove.

We got on the bus and we booked to Fenton before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off out of the bus station and onto John Street. At the bottom of the road we turned right onto Bethesda Street. We turned left onto Broad Street and then we joined the clockwise ring road. At the end we turned left onto Etruria Road before going under the A53 onto Festival Way. We ran past Waterworld and we turned left onto Forge Lane past a the Brindley Farm pub. We looped under the A53 and we joined the Westbound A53. We crossed over the A500 at Etruria and and we ran up the hill into Basford where we ran down hill to the edge of Newcastle and we got onto the one way system. At the jubilee roundabout we turned left onto Barracks Road before turning right into the bus station onto Barracks Road and at the roundabout we turned left onto Ryecroft. We veered left onto Merrial Street and we turned right onto High Street. We ran forwards onto Liverpool Road and we ran turned left onto Ryecroft. At the roundabout we turned right onto the Northbound A34. We ran Northwards past the bus garage and we ran through Milehouse. We ran Northwards to the McDonald roundabout and we turned left onto Wolstanton Road. At the roundabout we turned right onto Chesterton High Street. We turned right onto Crackley Bank and we ran through Crackley and Red Street. We crossed over the A500 and we veered left onto Talke High Street. We turned right somewhere and left onto Chester Road. We re-joined the road and we ran forwards onto Coalpit Hill. We got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we crossed over Coalpit Hill and we walked along Swan Bank to St Martin Church. Matthew used the toilet and afterwards had sausage chips and gravy washed down with can of Coke. When we had finished we walked across Coalpit Hill the road to wait for a bus to Kidsgrove. A short time later we saw Premier Travel NK68 AXS. As approached we saw it was D&G Bus 106 on a #95 to Biddulph. We got on the bus and we booked to Kidsgrove before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off down Coalpit Hill. We ran forwards onto the A34 and up towards somewhere where we turned right onto the B5371. We got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we walked around the corner onto the B5371 and we turned left onto Woodshutt's Street. We turned right onto the A34 and we turned right onto Slacken Lane past the site on where a to build 170 new homes. We got in the car. We set off along Slacken Lane and we turned right onto the A34 and we turned right onto B5371 and parked up. A few minutes later the bus appeared and it was First Potteries 63112 on a #39 to Hanley.

We got on the bus and we booked to Newcastle before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off along The Avenue. We turned left onto Lower Ash Road and right onto Mitchell Avenue. We turned left onto Harecastle Avenue and we turned left onto The A34 and we ran up to the traffic lights and we crossed over the junction on Coalpit Hill. We ran forwards onto Swan Bank and we turned left onto Chester Road. We ran around the estate and we Ashenough Road. We turned left onto Monument Road and left onto High Street. We ran down to the roundabout and we ran forwards onto Talke Road. We ran through Red Street and we past community centre. We continued down Crackley Bank to Dragon Square and into Chesterton. We ran down the High Street and we turned left onto Wolstanton Road. At the roundabout we joined the Southbound A34. We ran through Milehouse and as we headed towards Newcastle and we turned left onto Liverpool Road and left onto Ryecroft. At the roundabout we turned right onto barracks Road and we turned right into the bus station. We got up and got off the bus. Whilst we waited for a bus to Kidsgrove and Matthew visited the toilet. A few minutes later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it First Potteries 63363 on a #39A to Butt Lane. We got on the bus and we booked to Hanley before we sat down near to the back of the bus. We set off out of the bus station and onto Barracks Road. We crossed the Jubilee Roundabout and onto the A53. We ran into Basford and over the A500. We ran down into Etruria and over the A500. We continued along the A53 and we turned left onto Forge Lane. We turned left onto Shelton Boulevard and we turned right onto Etruria Valeey Link Road and we ran out along the Lane and we crossed over the canal before we returned back into Etruria along festival Way. We crossed under the A53 onto Etruria Road. We ran up the hill into Hanley and we ran forwards onto Trinity Street. We turned right onto Stafford Street and we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we set off on foot up Stafford Street and we continued to Discount Store. We brought a bottle of Coke. Once we had finished we crossed over Stafford Street. We continued onto Lichfield Street and to the bus station. We waited for a bus back to Fenton. A short time later we saw First Potteries 63100 on a #18 to Leek. A few minutes later the bus appeared and it was First Potteries 67176 on a #23 to Newstead.

We got on the bus and we booked to Fenton before we sat down. We set off onto John Street and we turned left onto Bethesda Street. We crossed over the ring road and we ran down onto Regent Road and forwards onto Cleveland Road. We ran down though Shelton along College Road. We turned right onto Avenue Road and left onto Stoke Road. We ran down the hill and we turned left onto Station Road and past the railway station. We turned right onto Glebe Street and under the railway line an we ran around the one-way system in Stoke and stopped by Stoke Minster. We turned left onto Church Street and we crossed the A500 and we ran under the railway line. After climbing up the hill into Fenton we turned right into Christchurch Street where we got up and got off the bus. We set off along Christchurch Street and we turned left onto Temple Street. We went upstairs and Matthew returned to his room to chill out. We went downstairs and we got in the car and we set off along Temple Street. We turned right onto Smithpool Road and left onto City Road. We turned right onto the A52 and we ran past the railway station and past the university towards Joiners Square. We turned left onto Lichfield Street and we ran up the hill to Hanley. We turned right onto the ring Road and we ran around town. We turned left the sliproad and right onto Town Road. We crossed over the ring road and at Birches Head we ran forwards onto the A5272. We ran through Sneyd Green and Smallthorne and we continued into Stanfield. We turned left onto We turned left onto Haywood Road and right into the hospital. We turned left onto haywood Road and right onto the A5272 and we ran into Smallthorne. We turned right and we joined the A53. We ran through Cobridge and through Etruria and we crossed over the A53. We turned left onto Victoria Street and into Hartshill. We turned left onto Hartshill Road. We ran down to Stoke and onto the one way system. We turned right onto Elenora Street and we followed the road around onto Copeland Street. We ran forwards onto Glebe Street and we followed the one way system onto Church Street. We crossed over the A500. We turned right onto the A500. We veered left into Fenton to uncle Dave's house. For tea Matthew had chicken potatoes and carrots with gravy followed by a slice of chocolate cake. Later on he had a drink of Fanta orange and a few digestive biscuits. Uncle Dave also did his DJ set. A couple of hours later staff came to escort Matthew back home. When it was time to go we got back into the car and we said goodbye to uncle Dave. As there are roadworks blocking part of the road we went down Whieldon Road. We crossed under the A500 and we turned right onto City Road and we crossed over the A500. We ran under the railway line and up the hill into Fenton. We turned right onto Smithpool Road and we turned left onto Temple street and back to the residential unit. Matthew went back to the room and went on his computer. Later on Matthew had a bath and then had toast for supper. He then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Mark.
