Today Matthew was going to Grandma's, going to the pub and going to Blurton, but first he was going out on the bus. Matthew woke up at 08:00 and had his medication. He also had toast and orange juice for breakfast. Matthew chilled out in his room and watched buses out of the window. In the morning Matthew was going out on the bus to Newcastle. We went downstairs and onto Temple Street. We cut through onto City Road and we headed towards the bus stop. On the way we saw blue minibus FE25 XHB. We waited for the bus towards Newcastle. A short time later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was D&G Bus 6008 on a #1A to Wood Lane.

We got on the bus and we booked to Newcastle before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off down City Road and we ran down the hill over the old railway line to Leek and onto the A52. We ran under the railway line and over the A500 and straight into Stoke town centre. We continued along Church Street onto Hartshill Road and into the centre of Hartshill. We turned left into the Avenue and left again onto Hilton Road before turning right into the City General Hospital. As we travelled through the hospital we saw Hanford Court Care Home LX12 CGO. Once through the hospital we turned right onto the A34 and we ran into Newcastle. We crossed the roundabout and we ran up Barracks Road and into the bus station from the South end. Once we got to the bus station we got up and got off the bus. Once we got off the bus. We set off on foot up Castle Walk. We stopped at Costa Coffee and Matthew had a bottle of Coke and a cake. When we had finished we walked back down Castle Walk to the bus station. We had a look around to see what we might catch. Eventually the bus appeared and it was First Potteries 35689 on a #25 to Hanley.

We got on and booked to Hanley before we went upstairs and we sat down. The bus set off out of the bus station onto Barracks Road. We went Southwards on the A34 before turning into the hospital. We trundled through the hospital grounds and ran up to Hartshill Road via Hilton Road and The Avenue. We went down Hartshill Road into Stoke town centre and we continued onto Church Street and over the A50 before passing under the railway line. We followed the A52 to the left and we went forwards onto Station Road before turning right onto College Road. At the top off College Road we continued onto regent Road before turning left onto Bethesda Street. We crossed the ring road onto Bethesda Street and we turned right onto John Street. Once in the bus station we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus Matthew went to the toilet. Afterwards we to the chip shop. We crossed over Lichfield Street and we crossed over the ring road. Matthew had sausage chips and gravy washed down with a can of Coke. When we had finished we headed back to the bus station. We crossed over the ring road and over Lichfield Street and we headed into the bus station. We waited for a bus towards Fenton. A short time later we saw a bus approaching. It was First Potteries 63176 on a #11X to Newcastle.

We got on the bus and we booked to Fenton we sat down. We set off up set off onto John Street and we turned left onto Bethesda Street. We turned left onto the ring road and left onto Lichfield Street and we turned right onto Birch Terrace. We followed the road around onto Charles Street and we turned right onto Old Hall Street. We crossed over the ring road onto Bucknall New Road. We ran down the hill through Limekiln lights and we turned right onto Dividy Road. We turned left onto Beverley Drive and right onto Dawlish Drive. We ran through the estate and back onto the A5272. We ran up to Adderley Green and we saw First Potteries 35691 parked in the garage. At the roundabout we turned right onto Anchor Road. We turned right onto Bambury Street and we ran to the end we turned left onto Galsworthy Road and left onto Heathcote Street. We turned right onto Longley Road and left onto Ashwood. We turned right onto Anchor Road and we ran under the railway line. We turned left onto Markets Street and we followed the one-way system onto Commerce Street and right onto The Strand. After a brief stop we ran down the Strand and under the railway line onto King Street. We continued down through Fenton and forwards onto City Road. We went past the new Burger King. we got up and got off the bus. We turned left onto Glebedale Road and we turned right onto Baker Street. We turned right onto Christchurch Street and we turned left onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. We went upstairs and Matthew went to his room. Matthew had a can of Irn Bru. just before 15:00 I came to pick Matthew up. He came downstairs and we put his things in the car. We said goodbye to mum and we set off towards the bus stop. We cut throught onto City Road and we walked to the bus stop. Whilst we waited we saw Copeland's Tours MIB 904 heading towards Stoke.

We waited for a further 10 minutes and we saw the bus approaching. As we got closer we saw it was D&G Bus 764 on a #1A to Wood Lane.

We got on the bus and we booked to Newcastle before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off down City Road and we ran down the hill over the old railway line to Leek and onto the A52. We ran under the railway line and over the A500 and straight into Stoke town centre. We continued along Church Street onto Hartshill Road and we passed Stanton's of Stoke 87 HBC heading towards Stoke. We ran into Hartshill and we past the former pub which will be a new convenience shop. We turned left into the Avenue and left again onto Hilton Road before turning right into the City General Hospital. As we travelled through the hospital we saw blue minibus SB73 PZW. Once through the hospital we turned right onto the A34 and we ran into Newcastle. We crossed the roundabout and we ran up Barracks Road and into the bus station from the South end. Once we got to the bus station we got up and got off the bus. We headed down the bottom of the bus station and we waited for a bus towards Grandma's. A short time later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 35946 on a #25 to Hanley.

We got on the bus and we booked to the hospital before we went upstairs and sitting down. We set off out of the bus station onto Barracks Road. We ran Southwards onto the A34 and we got up and got off the bus by the Cherry Tree. We got off the bus and Matthew took a picture of First Potteries 35946 as it continued towards Hanley.

Once off the bus we headed up the hill towards Grandma's. At Grandma's Matthew had toast and a can of Irn Bru and used her computer. Around 18:00 we set off from Grandma's and headed to the pub. and we ran down Occupation Street. We turned left onto the A34. We continued southwards into Trent Vale past the Greggs. We continued through Trent Vale and we stopped at the pub. We walked into the pub and we sat down at our one our normal tables. Matthew had a brunch with oatcakes followed by toffee sponge pudding with ice cream. Highlights of the sightings whilst we ate include D&G Bus 6007 on a #22 to Newcastle. Once we had finished eating we went outside to the car. We set off and we carried on along the A34 and we went through Hanford and into Trentham. We turned left onto the A5035. We crossed over the railway line and into Blurton. We got back around 19:15. Matthew chilled out on his computer and we sorted a few things out. Matthew also had a Curly Wurly and a can of dandelion & burdock. We wrote the Blog and sent a couple of e-mails. We chilled out on the sofa until bedtime around 00:00... Mark

Today Matthew was returning to the residential unit, but first he was going out for dinner and doing his weekly shop. He was also the first day the new #340 Whitchurch - Wellington service by D&G Bus. As there was heavy snow overnight, Matthew usual dinner spot was closed today. Also we were going out with one of our friends. Matthew woke up at 08:00 and had his medication. Matthew got up around 10:15 and had toast and orange juice for breakfast. We got ready and we went out just after 12:00. We set off through Blurton onto Beconsfield Drive and we stopped to pick up our friend. We carried on along Beaconsfield Drive and we turned left onto Church Street. We veered left onto Blurton Road and we ran through Blurton to Heron Cross. We turned right onto the Eastbound A50 and we headed into Longton. We ran along the high level A50 and we turned left onto the Strand. Once we had established that the Cafe was open, We turned left onto Baths Road and we saw First Potteries 63111 on a #40 to Newstead. We went back onto the high level Eastbound A50 and we turned left onto Heathcote Road. We parked up by Sports Direct and we walked through onto The Strand and we went into the cafe. I ordered the food and Matthew watched buses out of the window. Matthew had sausage and bacon oatcakes washed down with a can of Coke. When we had finished we went onto the Strand and we saw Stanton's of Stoke VT63 SOS on a GO2 service to Newcastle.

We cut through to the car park and mum had already validated the parking. We got in the car and we set off to Asda. We turned right onto Heathcote Street and we turned left onto The Strand. We turned left onto Baths Road and at the roundabout we turned right onto the Westbound A50. We ran down to Sideway and we joined the Northbound A500. We ran Northwards to Wolstanton and we cam off at the retail park. After parking up near to the supermarket as we headed to the shop we saw blue minibus CT19 NKA parked up.

We went into the supermarket and Matthew did his weekly shop. We returned to the car and we wet off out of the retail park, passing First Potteries 63349 on a #501 Etruria Valley circular. We turned right onto the A527 and we turned right onto the Southbound A500. We ran through Etruria and Stoke and at Sideway we joined the Eastbound A50. We came off the A50 and joined Stanley Matthew Way. We passed D&G Bus 764 on a #27A to Bentilee. We stopped at the lockers near to Aldi to pick up a parcel. We contimnued along Stanley Matthews Way and we turned left onto the A5035. We passed D&G Bus 797 on a #24 to Norton. We turned into Blurton and onto Beaconsfield Drive. We dropped off our friend and ew got back onto Beaconsfield Drive. We got home around 14:15. Matthew chilled out on his computer and had a doughnut amd a can of Dr Pepper. We wrote some Blog and afterwards Matthew returned to the residential unit. We got in the car and we set off through Burton and we ran along Beaconsfield Drive where we saw gold minibus DE04 FNZ parked up. We turned left onto Church Street and left onto Blurton Road. We went through the traffic lights onto Heron Steeet. We carried on forwards onto Station Bridge Road and we turned left onto Christchurch Street and we turned left onto Masterson Street and we saw Stafford & District Community Link LA72 DDU. We turned right onto Watkin Street and we continued onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. We went upstairs to his room and we put all his shopping in his cupboard or in the kitchen. Matthew chilled out on his computer and watched buses out of the window. For tea Matthew had chicken and rice with naan bread followed by a Toffee sponge pudding and custard. Washed it down with a can of Cherry Coke. Matthew chilled in hos room for a while before we went out. Later on we went downstairs and we saw it was Shelton Care Group NX13 XDJ. We got on the bus and we set off onto Temple Street. We turned left onto Christchurch Street. and left onto City Road. We ran down the hill onto the A52 and we went under the railway line. We crossed over the A500 and we ran into Stoke and on the one way system. We followed the road onto Lonsdale Street and right onto Fleming Street. We turned right onto Campbell Place and we followed the road around back onto Church Street. We ran up the hill into Hartshill and edge the edge of Newcastle we ran onto George Street. We went forwards onto the ring road and we crossed the roundabout onto Ironmarket. We parked up and and we went to the pub. For dessert he had chocolate fudge cake with ice cream washed down with a glass of Coke. When we had finished we set off along Ironmarket to the High Street. We turned left onto Hassell Street and we walked past the bus station. We walked onto the ring road and past the new council building and into the park. After we had finished in the park we returned to the minibus. We returned to Fenton in Shelton Care Group NX13 XDJ. We got on the bus and we set off onto the roundabout and we turned right onto barracks Road. We joined the Southbound A34 and we ran down to Trent Vale. We turned left onto Harpfields Road and we went forwards onto Keelings Drive. We turned left onto London Road and we ran through Boothen into Stoke. We ran around the one-way system and onto Church Street. We crossed over the A500 and under the railway line into Fenton. We ran up City Road and we turned right into Smithpool Road and left into Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew went back to the room and went on his computer. Later on Matthew had a bath and then had toast for supper. He then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Mark.

Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going out on the bus. He was also going up to see grandma and grandad. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast and orange juice for breakfast. In the morning Matthew was going out on the bus to Hanley. We went downstairs and we cut through onto City Road. As we walked down the hill we saw Copeland's Tours MIB 302. We up to the next bus stop. A few minutes later the bus appeared and it was D&G Bus 6010 on a #1A to Wood Lane.

We got on the bus and we booked to Newcastle before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off down City Road and we ran down the hill over the old railway line to Leek and onto the A52. We ran under the railway line and over the A500 and straight into Stoke town centre. We turned left into the Avenue and left again onto Hilton Road before turning right into the City General Hospital. As we travelled through the hospital we saw Travel Express HF64 AJU. Once through the hospital we turned right onto the A34 and we ran into Newcastle. We crossed the roundabout and we ran up Barracks Road and into the bus station from the South end. Once we got to the bus station we got up and got off the bus. We waited for a back to Talke Pits. After a short while we saw D&G Bus 764 on a #94 to Congleton. A few minutes later the bus appeared and it was First Potteries 63116 on a #38 to Butt Lane.

We got on the bus and we booked to Kidsgrove before sitting down towards the back of the bus. set of out of the bus station onto Barracks Road and at the roundabout we turned left onto Ryecroft. At the roundabout we turned right onto the Northbound A34. We ran Northwards past the bus garage and we ran through Milehouse. We ran Northwards to the McDonald roundabout and we turned left onto Wolstanton Road. At the roundabout we turned right onto Chesterton High Street. We turned left onto Victoria Street and we turned right onto Audley Road. We turned right onto Church Street and we passed a building site on the left hand side. We continued along Trinity Court and we ran forwards onto Crackley Bank and we ran through Crackley and Red Street. We crossed over the A500 and we veered left onto Talke High Street. We turned right somewhere and left onto Chester Road. We re-joined the road and we ran forwards onto Coalpit Hill. We ran forwards onto the A34 and up towards somewhere where we turned right onto the B5371. We turned right onto Mitchell Avenue and we turned left onto Lower Ash Road. We turned right onto First Avenue and we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we walked around the corner onto the B5371. As we turned into the A50 and we walked back onto the A50 and across to the bus stop where we waited for a #103 to Hanley. A short time later the bus appeared. It was First Potteries 63146 on a #103 to Hanley. We got on the bus and we booked to Hanley before we sat down. We set off along the A50. We ran up the hill into Goldenhill and then forwards through Sandyford past the retail park into Tunstall. We ran down the High Street. We continued down the High Street and we ran past the former Co-operative bank. We turned left onto Williamson Street. At the roundabout we turned right onto Scotia Road and past the the old bus garage before running up the hill into Burslem town centre. We continued into Cobridge and down into Hanley. We joined Hope Street and we ran forwards to Stafford Street. We got up and got off the bus. We continued along Stafford Street and we walked up Piccadilly into Tontine Square. We continued along Tontine Street. Once we had finished we went to the Intu Potteries shopping centre. Matthew had a chicken sandwich washed down with can of Irn Bru. after visiting shops in the shopping centre we walked down Tontine Square. We went into Stafford Street and forwards onto Lichfield Street and back to the bus station. A few minutes later a bus appeared and it was First Potteries 63354 on a #101 to Stafford.

We got on and we booked to Newcastle before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off through the bus station and onto John Street. We turned right onto Bethesda Street and left onto Broad Street. We ran down the hill and over the ring road onto Snow Hill Before we turned right onto Shelton New Road and we ran down through Etruria an up into Hartshill before joining the A52. We ran into Newcastle down George Street. We joined the one way system and we turned left on the roundabout onto Barracks Road. We got to the bus station and we got up and got off the bus. We set off on foot up Castle Walk and we visited Home Bargains. We walked up Castle Walk and we turned right into Ironmarket past the old RBS bank which has now The Bank Space. We turned left onto Castle Walk and we turned left onto barracks Road and we veered left onto Stubbs Street and into the bus station. A few minutes later the bus turned up and it was dud First Potteries 67143 on a #22 to Longton.

We got on the bus and we booked to Longton before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off out of the bus station onto Barracks Road and we ran Southwards onto the A34. We ran under the A500 into Hanford and we turned left onto Church Lane. We climbed to the top of the hill and we turned right onto Wilson Road. We turned left onto New Inn Lane and we ran into Trentham. We turned left onto the A5035 and we crossed over the railway line into Blurton. We passed the end of Stanley Matthew Way and we turned left onto Magdalen Road. We turned right onto Finstock Avenue and left onto Beaconsfield Drive and we continued along Beaconsfield Drive and we ran through the estate to the other end. We turned left onto Church Road and at the the roundabout we turned left onto Blurton Road. We ran to the bottom of the hill and we turned right onto Longton Hall Road. We ran up the hill and we ran forwards onto Heathcote Street. We turned left onto the high level A50 and at the roundabout we turned right onto Baths Road. We ran past Tesco before turning right into Longton Interchange. Once off we walked onto The Strand and we walked to the bus stop. We waited for a bus towards Fenton. A few minutes later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 63361 on a #6 to Hanley.

We got on the bus and we booked to Fenton before we sitting down. The bus set off down The Strand. After a brief stop we ran down under the railway bridge onto King Street. We ran down through Fenton and forwards onto City Road. We turned right into Victoria Road and we got up and got off the bus. One off the bus we set off on foot onto City Road. We turned left onto Christchurch Street and we walked back into Temple Street and into the residential unit. Matthew went upstairs to his room to chill out. We went downstairs and we got in a car. We set off onto Temple Street and we turned left onto Christchurch Street. We turned right City Road and we went forwards onto King Street. We ran through Foley and we under the railway line into Longton town centre. We ran up Market Street and we turned left onto Anchor Road. We ran up the hill to the top and ran down to the roundabout in Adderley Green. At the roundabout at the East end of Bentlee we turned right onto Beverley Drive and then left onto Dawlish Drive. We stopped at the children's centre and Matthew went to the toilet. He had a can of Coke. Once we had picked up the cake we headed back to the car. Once we had finished we got back into the car and we set off onto along Dawlish Drive and we turned right onto Beverley Drive. We turned left onto the A5272 and we ran past the First bus depot. We turned right onto Anchor Road and we ran up the hill and down into Longton. We turned left onto Market Street and we ran around Longton on the one-way and we turned right onto Commerce Street. We turned right onto the Strand and we ran forwards onto King Street. We ran trough Foley and forward into Fenton. We ran onto City Road and we turned left onto Smithpool Road. We turned left onto Whieldon Road and into uncle Dave's. For tea Matthew had chicken potatoes and carrots with gravy followed by a slice of chocolate cake. Later on he had a drink of Fanta orange and a few digestive biscuits. Uncle Dave also did his DJ set. A couple of hours later staff came to escort Matthew back home by car. We got in the car and we set off onto Whieldon Road and we turned onto Smithpool Road. We turned right onto Temple Street the Queen Elizabeth II Court. We continued back to the residential unit. Matthew went upstairs to his room to chill out and watch buses out of the window. Later on Matthew had a bath and then had toast for supper. He then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Mark.

Today we decided to stay local due to having a hectic weekend planned. We did no research for the trip other than to check the weather which was for dry and sunny weather turning a little cloudy latter on. Matthew woke up around 08:00 and had his medication. Matthew got up around 09:30 and had toast and orange juice for breakfast. Around 11:00 we went out and got in the car to go and pick up uncle Dave. Afterwardsb we set off up Wheildon Road and forwards onto Grove Road. We turned right onto Blurton Road and we crossed over the A50. We ran down the hill and back through the roadworks and we turned right onto Church Road. We turned right onto Beaconsfield Drive and we went back home and parked up the car. When we got back Matthew listened to some music and we packed the trip bag. We set of around 11:40 and we walked to the stop all the way over on Magdalen Road. We looked on the map and we decided to change our plans and headed to Longton as one of the First Potteries Enviro200's was heading towards Longton. We crossed over the road and almost immediately we saw the bus approching. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 44514 on a #22 to Longton as expected.

We got on the bus and we booked Smart Day tickets at £4.80 before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off along Magdalen Road and we turned right onto Finstock Avenue. We turned left onto Beaconsfield Drive and at the end we turned right onto Church Road. We followed the road around to the left onto Blurton Road and at the bottom of the hill we turned right onto Longton Hall Lane. We climbed the hill into Longton and onto the A50. We crossed the roundabout onto Baths Road and we entered Longton Transport Interchange. We got off the bus and we cut through onto The Strand to the Britannia cafe where we decided to have dinner today. Matthew had a breakfast washed down with a can of Coke. Once we had finished we walked back down The Strand to the bus stop where we spotted D&G Bus 6008 on a #1A to Wood Lane.

We got on the bus and we flashed Smart Day tickets to the driver before we sat down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off down The Strand. We turned left into Baths Road and we entered Longton Transport Interchange. After a brief stop we ran out onto Baths Road and we turned left under the railway line onto King Street. As we travelled down King Street through Foley into Fenton and forwards onto City Road, past the site of the new Costa Coffee. We ran down the hill over the old railway line to Leek and onto the A52. We ran under the railway line and over the A500. As we entered Stoke we continued into into Stoke town centre along Church Street. After a brief stop in Stoke we continued along church Street and forwards onto Hartshill Road. We ran up the hill and into Hartshill. We ran forwards onto George Street and we ran down the hill into Newcastle. We turned left at the roundabout onto Barracks Road and into the bus station where we got up and got off the bus. Once of the bus we saw D&G Bus 113 on a #94 to Congleton. A few minutes later we saw a bus heading for the Wolstanton corridor stand. We saw it was First Potteries 67149 on a #98 to Ball Green.

We got on the bus and we flashed the Smart Day ticket to the driver before we sat town towards the back of the bus. The bus set off onto Barracks Road and up to the Jubilee roundabout. We crossed over onto the A527 and we ran out of town through Brampton up to May bank. We continued forwards through Wolstanton and at the roundabout we turned right onto Porthill Bank and across the A500. We ran up through Longport to Middleport and at Trubshaw Cross we turned right towards Burslem. We ran up Newcastle Street into Burslem and we got up and got off the bus. We took another picture of First Potteries 67149 before it carried on towards Ball Green.

We headed towards the A50 and on the way we stopped to have a look and the new statue of Lemmy that was revealed yesterday. We carried on to the bus stop and we waited for a bus up to Tunstall. A short time later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 63100 on a #39A to Butt Lane.

We got on the bus and we flashed the Smart Day ticket to the driver before we sat town towards the back of the bus. We set off onto Scotia Road and we ran up past the old Burslem bus garage to the bottom end of Tunstall. We turned left onto Williamson Street and then we turned right onto Tunstall High Street and we got up and got off the bus. We took another picture of First Potteries 63100 before it carried on towards Butt Lane.

Once off the bus we walked down to Tunstall Cafe. Matthew went to the toilet and I ordered him a slice of toffee cheesecake and a can of Coke. Once he had finished eating we went outside onto the High Street. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 47519 on a #99 to Newcastle.

We got on the bus and we flashed the Smart day ticket to the driver before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We sat off down the High Street and forwards onto Brownhills Road. We ran down the hill to Trubshaw Cross and we joined Longport Road. We crossed over the roundabout and climbed Porthill bank before turning left onto Wolstanton High Street. We ran through Wolstanton and out the other side and down into Newcastle. We crossed the Jubilee Roundabout and we ran onto barracks Road before we turned into the bus station. We got up and got off the bus and we saw First Pottereies 63116 on a #22 to Longton. We decided to head towards Hanley. Almost immediately we saw First Potteries 63102 on a #39A to Hanley.

We got on the bus and we Smart Day ticket to the driver before we sat down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off onto the bus station and onto Barracks Road. We crossed the roundabout onto the A53 and we ran up and over into Etruria and over the A500. We continued along the A53 and we turned left onto Forge Lane. We turned left onto Shelton Boulevard and we turned right onto Etruria Valeey Link Road and we ran out along the Lane and we crossed over the canal before we returned back into Etruria along festival Way. We crossed under the A53 onto Etruria Road. We turned right onto the ring road and we ran around anti-clockwise to Bethesda Street. We turned right onto John Street and we ran up the hill to the bus station. We got up and got off the bus and Matthew visited the toilet. There was a Biddulph bus in less than 20 minutes and the next buses was over an hour after that. We decided to pop to the shop and waited for the bus rather than going up to the car park to take bus pictures. We went to the Spar and Matthew had a Milky Way and a bottle of Dr Pepper. We came back to stand L and Matthew ate the Milky Way and drank the Dr Pepper.A short time later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 67143 on a #7A to Biddulph.

We got on the bus and we placed the Smart Day ticket under the scanner. The bus was empty, so Matthew took a picture inside First Potteries 67143 before we sat down.

The bus waited for time before setting off out of the bus station. We went down John Street and onto Bethesda Street before we went across onto Marsh Street and then we turned right into Trinity Street. We turned left into Stafford Street and we continued forwards to Quadrant Road and we left Hanley along Town Road past the sight of the new Tesco Express store. We travelled through Sneyd Green and due to a diversion we turned left onto the A53. We turned right onto North Street and right onto Sandbach Road. we continued onto Sneyd Hill and we turned left onto Smallthorne roundabouts towards Chell. At the roundabout we turned right and we ran down the A527 through Brindley Ford. We turned left to run through Brown Lees. We crossed over the A527 at Knypersley and we ran around through the housing estates of Biddulph before running into town via St John's Road, Colliers Way. We ran past the building site and we turned right up Wharf Road to the bus station where we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus Matthew took another picture of First Potteries 67143 before it returned to Hanley on the next #7A.

We headed along Wharf Road and we turned left onto High Street. We visited the pub and Matthew went to the toilet. I went to the bar and ordered drinks. Matthew had a glass of Coke. We sat in the bar and we finished our drinks. We headed back to the bus stop and we said if the Audley bus was still there we would catch it. As we approaching the corner we saw D&G BUs 135 set off towards Audley. We looked at the timetable and we saw there was an hour to wait for the next bus! We decided to use the time to have a look at the Hollinshead Coaches depot. We walked down Wharf Road and we crossed over the A527. We turned left and right into a short unnamed road. We stood at the entrance to the depot and we were able to take a few pictures. We saw Hollinshead Coaches MX05 OUC parked up n the depot.

We walked back onto Wharf Road and we headed into Home Bargains We bought some Cadbury's Fudge, some biscuits and some bottles of dandelion & burdock. We sat on the bench near to the old bus station building and we had a fudge each, we then ate a few biscuits. We decided the best way to get back home was to do the #94 to Newcastle and doing the #22 forward. We turned down D&G Bus 6001 on a #9 to Hanley. A short time later we saw the bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was D&G Bus 24 on a #94 to Newcastle.

We got on the bus and we flashed the Smart Day ticket to the driver before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off out of the bus station we turned right onto High Street. We turned left onto Well Street and left onto Princess Street. We crossed over the roundabout onto Church Road and we turned right onto Church Close. We turned left onto Woodland Street and right onto Park Lane. We turned left onto the A527 and we ran through Knypersley into Brindley Ford. We continued down the hill to Fegg Hayes and up the other side towards Turnhurst. We crossed the roundabout and we veered left onto Furlong Road. At the end we turned left onto Tunstall High Street and forwards onto Brownhills Road. As we travelled down to Trubshaw Cross. We ran forwards along the A5271 through Longport and over the A500. We climbed up Porthill Banks and surprisingly we turned right. Bradwell and Hempstalls to pick up that section of the route. We turned right onto Arnold Grove and we went past the cemetery. We turned left onto Bursley Way and then left onto Bradwell Lane. We turned right onto Hanbridge Avenue. We turned left onto Dimsdale Parade West and then right onto Hassam Parade. We turned left onto Wulstan Drive and we turned right onto the A527 into Newcastle. We crossed the Jubilee roundabout and we ran down Barracks Road and into the bus station. We got up and got off the bus and we saw First Potteries 67178 going out of service.

We decided that we could to the #101 to Trent Vale and get an extra bus in. A short time later we saw the bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 35940 on a #101 to Stafford.

We got on the bus and we placed our Smart Day ticket under the scanner before we went upstairs and sat down. We set off out of the bus station and onto Barracks Road. We turned left at the roundabout onto the A34 and we ran into Trent Vale. As we headed South we continued to the pub where we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus Matthew took another picture of First Potteries 35940 as it continued towards Stafford.

We sat on the wall and we waited for the bus. We had around 10 minutes to wait and we we saw the bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was D&G Bus 764 on a #22 to Longton.

We set off along the A34 and we ran under the A500 into Hanford and we turned left onto Church Lane. We climbed to the top of the hill and we turned right onto Wilson Road. We turned left onto New Inn Lane and we ran into Trentham. We turned left onto the A5035 and we crossed over the railway line into Blurton. We passed the end of Stanley Matthew Way and we turned left onto Magdalen Road where we got up and got off the bus. We walked back to the house and we spent some time in the house. I went out and fetch tea. Matthew had sausage chips and gravy washed down with a can of Dr Pepper. Later on we had a few coconut biscuits. Atound 19:00 we took uncle Dave home. We set off through Blurton onto Beaconsfield Drive and we turned left onto Church Road. We turned left onto Blurton Road and we went through the road works and up the hill to Heron Cross. We crossed over the A50 and we turned left at the traffic lights onto Grove Road. We continued onto Wheildon Road and we dropped of uncle Dave. We got back in the car and we set off back to Blurton. We set off onto Wheildon Road and we ran forwards onto Grove Road. We turned right onto Blurton Road and we crossed over the A50. We continued through Blurton and we turned right onto Church Road. We turned right onto the A5035 and we got back to Blurton around 19:30. Matthew chilled out on his computer. Matthew had his medication and we did some of the Blog. Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going out on the bus. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had his medication. For breakfsast Matthew had crumpets and orange juice. In the morning Matthew went out. Matthe went dowmstairs and we cut through onto City Road. On the way we saw Afford rent-a-car BG24 LUW parked up in the garage. We waited for a Lucky Seven taxi. When it arrived we got in the taxi and we set off down City Road and we ran forwards onto the A52. We went under the railway line a and we crossed over the A500. We ran forwards onto Church Street and we stopped and got out of the taxi. Once out of the taxi we waiated for the following double decker. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 63113 on a #25 to Keele. We got on the bus and we booked to Newcastle before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off down Church Street onto Hartshill Road and into the centre of Hartshill. We turned left into the Avenue and left again onto Hilton Road before turning right into the City General Hospital. hospital. As we travelled through the hospital we saw ABC Supreme YA67 VBB. Once through the hospital we turned right onto the A34 and we ran into Newcastle. We crossed the roundabout and we ran up Barracks Road and into the bus station from the South end. Once we got to the bus station we got up and got off the bus. Matthew took another picture of First Potteries 63113 as it continued towards Keele.

We got on the bus bus and we booked to Hanley before and we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off through the bus station and onto Barracks Road and we ran forwards onto the one-way system. We continued onto the A52 and when we got to Hartshill we veered left onto Shelton New Road. We ran over the railway line and canal and we went up to Snow Hill. We turned left and ran up Broad Street. We turned right onto the ring road and left onto Bethesda Street. We turned right onto John Street and we ran up to the bus station. Once in the bus station we got up and got off the bus. We waited for a bus back to Fenton. A few minutes later we saw First Potteries 63110 on a #3A to Talke Pits. Once off the bus Matthew went to the toilet. We set off onto Lichfield Street and and went forwards onto Tontine Street and onto Tontine Square and we stopped at Greggs. Afterwards we walked back along Tontine Square to the Intu Potteries shopping centre where Matthew had a chicken sandwich washed down with can of Irn Bru. We had a walk around the shops and afterwards we walked though and down onto Market Square. We walked through Upper Market Square and we walked along Tontine Street and forwards onto Old Hall Street and right onto Charles Street. We went to Iceland to do some shopping. Matthew went shopping brought a toffee cheesecake. We walked onto Birch Terrace and forwards onto Old Hall Street to B&M. After doing a little more shopping there we crossed the road onto Lichfield Street. We went into the bus station and we waited for a bus back to Fenton. A short while later we saw D&G Bus 6005 on a #101 to Stafford. A short time later the bus arrived on stand. It was First Potteries 63175 on a #38 to Kidsgrove.

We got on the bus and we booked to Newcastle before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off out of the bus station and onto John Street. At the bottom of the road we turned right onto Bethesda Street. We turned left onto Broad Street and then we joined the clockwise ring road. At the end we turned left onto Etruria Road before going under the A53 onto Festival Way. We ran past Waterworld and we turned left onto Forge Lane past a new minibus building by the Brindley Farm pub. We looped under the A53 and we joined the Westbound A53. We crossed over the A500 at Etruria and and we ran up the hill into Basford. We ran down hill to the edge of Newcastle and we got onto the one way system. At the jubilee roundabout we turned left onto Barracks Road before turning right into the bus station. We got up and we got off the bus. Matthew went to the toilet. A few minutes later the bus appeared and it was First Potteries 47519 on a #9 to Fegg Hayes.

We got on the bus and we booked to Hanley before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off out of the bus station onto Barracks Road and we ran Southwards onto the A34. We turned left into the hospital and we ran through the the grounds. We turned right onto Hilton Road. At the roundabout we went left onto Newcastle lane and we ran up the hill into the centre of Penkhull. We turned left onto St Thomas Place and forwards onto Princes Street. We past the old school. on the left old North Staffs Royal Infirmary. At the end of the road we turned right onto the A52 and we ran down into Stoke. We passed through Church Street and the bus topped in the town centre. After a brief stop we continued over the A500 and under the railway line. We followed the A52 and we ran past the railway station to joiners Square. We turned left onto Lichfield Street and we turned left onto the ring road and we turned right onto Bethesda Street and right onto John Street and into the bus station and we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus Matthew went to the toilet. A few minutes later we saw D&G Bus 764 on a #7 to Kidsgrove. There was a bus towards Hanley. We saw it was First Potteries 63363 on a #11 to Newcastle.

We crossed over the ring road onto Bucknall New Road. We ran down the hill through Limekiln lights and we turned right onto Dividy Road. We turned left onto Beverley Drive and right onto Dawlish Drive. We ran through the estate and back onto the A5272. We ran up to Adderley Green and we saw First Potteries 44514 parked in the garage. At the roundabout we turned right onto Anchor Road. We turned left onto Market Street and right onto Commerce Street past the former Co-op Bank. We went arounf the roundabout and turned right onto The Strand where we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we went down The Strand and we turned left onto the passgeway by Next. We went to Tesco and Matthew went to the toilet. We walked back past the bus station onto The Strand. We went around the corner onto Transport Lane and we got in a Lucky Seven taxi. We set off along Transport Lane and we turned right onto The Strand. We ran under the railway ine onto King Street and we ran through Foley into Fenton. We ran forwards onto City Road and we turned right into Manor Street where we got out of the taxi. We crossed over City Road and we cut through onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. We went upstairs and Matthew went to his room to chill out and watch buses out of the window. We went downstairs and to the car. We set off onto Temple Street and we turned right onto Smithpool Road and left onto City Road. We ran down the hill and under the railway line into Stoke. We crossed over the A500. We went around the one-way system. We ran up the hill into Hartshill and we continued to the edge of Newcastle. We turned right into Albert Street and we crossed over the A53 onto Sandy Lane. At the roundabout we turned right onto the A527. We ran through Wolstanton and we crossed over the roundabout onto Bradwell Lane and we stopped at the pub. Matthew went to the toilet and had a glass of Coke. For tea Matthew had a burger and chips followed by chocolate fudge cake and ice cream. Once we had finished eating we set off onto Bradwell Lane and we crossed over the roundabout and ran through Wolstanton. We ran forwards onto the A527 and we ran into Newcastle. We turned right onto Barracks Road and we ran forwards onto the one-way system. We continued onto the A52 and we ran into Hartshill. At the end we turned right onto Hartshill Road and we saw blue minibus T400 CVC. At the end we turned right onto Hartshill Road. We ran down to Stoke and onto the one way system. We turned right onto Elenora Street and we followed the road around onto Copeland Street. We ran forwards onto Glebe Street and we followed the one way system onto Church Street and we crossed over the A500. At Sideway we headed Eastwards alomg the A50. We came off the A50 near the BET365 stadium and we headed Southwards along Stanley Matthews Way. Whilst we waited at the end to turn we turned left onto the A5035 and left into Blurton. We got back around 14:35. Matthew chilled out on his computer and had a can of dandelion and burbock and a piece of marble cake. We wrote some Blog and afterwards Matthew returned to the residential unit. We got in the car and we set off through Burton and we ran along Beaconsfield Drive where we saw white minibus EA07 LWW parked up. We turned left onto Church Street and left onto Blurton Road. We went through the traffic lights onto Heron Steeet. We carried on forwards onto Station Bridge Road we saw silver minibus CN57 HWA. We turned left onto Christchurch Street and we turned left onto Masterson Street and we saw Stafford & District Community Link OW73 RYR. We turned right onto Watkin Street and we continued onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. We went upstairs to his room to use his computer and watch buses. Matthew had a can of Cherry Coke. Matthew chilled out on his computer and watched buses out of the window. Matthew also watched buses out of the window. Later on Matthew had a bath and had toast for supper. Matthew went on his computer until bedtime around 23:00... Mark.

Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going out on the bus. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast for breakfast. before Matthew went to the day centre he watched buses out of the window. whilst waiting for the time to go to the day centre, we saw Shelton Care Group WF24 BCE. We went downstairs and we set off on foot to the bus stop. We walked onto Temple Street and right onto Christchurch Street. We continued up City Road and we saw Afford rent-a-car YN23 HHK outside there yard. We carried on down the road and we waited for a bus towards Newcastle. A few minutes later the bus appeared and it was First Potteries 63101 on a #11 to Newcastle. We got on the bus and we booked to Newcastle before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off down City Road and we ran down the hill over the old railway line to Leek and onto the A52. We ran under the railway line and over the A500 and straight into Stoke town centre along Church Street. After a brief stop in Stoke we continued along church Street and forwards onto Hartshill Road. We ran up the hill and into Hartshill. We ran forwards onto George Street and we ran down the hill into Newcastle. We turned left at the roundabout onto Barracks Road and into the bus station where we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus Matthew got a picture of First Potteries 63101 before it returned towards Hanley on a #11 service.

A short time later the bus arrived on stand. We saw it was First Potteries 35935 on a #101 to Stafford. We got on the bus and we booked to Trentham Garden before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off out of the bus station onto Barracks Road. We ran Southwards onto the A34 and we ran down through Trent Vale and into Hanford. We continued down through to Trentham where we saw ABC Supreme KX64 AFF. Near to the old entrance to the gardens we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus Matthew took another picture of First Potteries 35935 as it continued towards Stafford on the #101.

Once off the bus we went to across the road the road and into Trentham Gardens. We crossed over the road and we set off into the retail village and we went to the Riverside restaurant. Matthew had a burger and fries. For afters Matthew had a Bakewell tart. After finishing eating Matthew went to the toilet. Once we had finished eating we walked back through the main gate and onto the A34 opposite the A5035. We turned left and walked along the A34 to the old Gardens entrance where the bus stop is situated. We waited for a bus back towards Newcastle. A few minutes later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 35934 on a #101 to Hanley. We got on the bus and we booked to Newcastle before we went upstairs. When it was time to go the bus set off Northwards up through Hanford along the A34 and we saw ABC Supreme YA67 VBB. We went under the A500 in Trent Vale. We continued Northwards into Newcastle and past the hospital. At the roundabout we turned right onto barracks Road and into the bus station where we got up. Once the bus was empty Matthew took a picture inside of First Potteries 35934 before we got off the bus.

We set off onto Hassell Street and we turned left onto Hight Street and we walked down to the bottem end. We returned up the High Street and we stopped at Subway and Matthew had a cup of Coke and a cookie. We walked through High Street and we walked onto Hassell Street and we walked down to the bottom end of the bus station and we saw D&G Bus 764 on a #94 to Congleton.

We got on the bus and we booked to Fenton and sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off out of the bus station onto Barracks Road. We ran Southwards onto the A34. We continued onto Albany Road and we turned right onto The Avenue. At the end of the road we turned right onto the A52 and we ran through Hartshill and down the hill into Stoke town centre. After a brief stop we continued along Church Street out of Stoke and over the A500. We ran under the railway line and we continued onto City Road. At the top of the hill we got up and got off the bus. We crossed over City Road and we cut through to the residential unit. We went upstairs and chilled out in his room to use his computer and watch buses. We went downstairs and got in the car we set off onto Temple Street. In the distance we saw City Centre Central FE14 PBF. We carried on along Temple Street and we turned right onto Smithpool Road and left onto City Road and we ran forwards onto King Street and we passed through Foley We ran forwards into Longton. We went under the railway line into Longton town centre. We ran forwards onto Market Street and we turned left onto Anchor Road and we turned left onto Sutherland Road and we turned right onto Weston Coyney Road and past the site new Lidl. We ran to the top and we turned right onto the A520 and we ran into the centre of Meir. We continued through onto the A520 and and we went into Wrights Pies. We brought a couple of Manchester Tart. When we had finished in the shop. We ordered our food and once we paid for it we returned to the car. We set off onto the A520 and we turned right onto Waterhead Road. We continued onto Grosvenor Road and we followed the road onto Meir Road. We stopped at old Premier Travel. We ran through to Upper Belgrave Road down to Normacot. We continued onto Lightwood Road and into Longton. We crossed over the West bound high level A50. We ran down to Heron Cross and we came of the A50 and onto the link road. We ran up to City Road. We turned left onto Smithpool Road and left onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. We went upstairs and Matthew went to his room. He watched television and used his computer and he drank a bottle of Irn Bru. Matthew looked at buses on the Internet and watched the television. We went downstairs and we set off onto City Road and we crossed over onto Manor Street for We stopped at the Fenton Community Hall and Matthew went to the toilet. Afterwards we had a drink of Coke. Matthew had a burger and chicken with chips. After we had finished we returned to the residential unit. We walked along Manor Street and we crossed over City Road and we turned right onto onto Temple Street and we returned to the residential unit. We went upstairs and back into his room. Later on Matthew chilled out in his room. He watched television and used his computer. Matthew had a bath and then had toast for supper. He then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00...
