Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going to his day service. He was going out on the bus later on. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast for breakfast. before Matthew went to the day centre he watched buses out of the window. Whilst waiting for the time to go to the day centre, we saw Z Carz PO55 URU going towards Heron Cross.

After a few minutes we saw First Potteries 67156 on a #23 to Hanley.

Around 09:00 we set off to the day centre. We went downstairs and we set off onto Temple Street. In the distance we saw Afford Rent-A-Car minibus YO19 AXT parked up near to the flats.

We walked onto Temple Street and in the distance we saw white minibus G14 SBX.

We carried on along Temple Street and we turned right onto Christchurch Street and to the day centre. At the day centre we saw Shelton Care Group DY08 FFX.

In the morning Matthew went out on the bus. We set off onto Christchurch Street and we turned left onto City Road. We walked down to the stop outside the flats and we waited for a First Potteries bus to Newcastle. A few minutes later we saw a First Potteries Streetlite approaching. As it got closer we saw that it was First Potteries 63174 on a #11 to Newcastle.

We got on the bus and we booked to Newcastle before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off down City Road and we ran down the hill over the old railway line to Leek and onto the A52. We ran under the railway line and over the A500 and straight into Stoke town centre along Church Street. After a brief stop in Stoke we continued along church Street and forwards onto Hartshill Road. We ran up the hill and into Hartshill. We ran forwards onto George Street and we ran down the hill into Newcastle. We turned left at the roundabout onto Barracks Road and into the bus station where we got up and got off the bus. We decided to do a bus up to Keele. A few minutes later we saw First Potteries 32632 on a #25 to Keele.

We got on and booked to Keele before we went upstairs. The top deck of the bus was empty so Matthew took a picture inside First Potteries 32632 before we sat down.

The bus set off out of the bus station onto Barracks Road we turned right onto Ryecroft. We veered left onto Merrial Street and after a brief stop we ran forwards onto Church Street. We crossed over the roundabout and we ran forwards onto the A525. We turned right into Orme Road and we saw St Giles And St George's academy MF68 AFJ. We continued along Orme Road before we re-joined the Westbound A525. We climbed the steep hill up to Keele and we turned left into the campus. We turned left onto University Drive we did a u-turn and headed into the campus. At the main roundabout we turned left and we ran around the shops and student union bar. We ran through the campus past the back of the library and out the other side into the village. We got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we decided to go back to Hanley on the double decker. We got on the bus and we booked to Hanley before going upstairs and sitting down. We set off through the campus We turned right onto University Drive and we ran up to the entrance of the campus before turning right onto the A525. We ran down the hill and we crossed over the roundabout. We went past the scrapyards and we turned left onto Orme Road. We ran through the estate and to the end of the road. We turned left onto the A525 and at the roundabout onto the Southbound A34. We ran down two roundabout and we went left onto Barracks Road. We entered the bus station and we pulled up on stand. After a short while in the bus station the bus set off out onto Barracks Road. We went Southwards on the A34 before turning into the hospital. We trundled through the hospital grounds and ran up to Hartshill Road via Hilton Road and The Avenue. We went down Hartshill Road into Stoke town centre and we continued onto Church Street and over the A50 before passing under the railway line. We followed the A52 to the left and we went forwards onto Station Road before turning right onto College Road. At the top off College Road we continued onto regent Road before turning left onto Bethesda Street. We crossed the ring road onto Bethesda Street and we turned right onto John Street. At the top of the hill we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we walked along Bagnall Street and we went past the town hall. We walked up Tontine Street and we turned right onto Parliament Street. We turned left onto Parliament Row and we visited The Pound Bakery. Matthew had a chicken pasty and a bottle of Coke. We walked along Parliament Row and across Tontine Square and into the Intu Potteries shopping centre. We went to the first floor and Matthew visited Superdrug. Matthew brought some of his weekly shopping. Once we had finished we went out of the Shopping centre onto Stafford Street. We continued onto Lichfield Street and we went to the bus station. Matthew visited the toilet and afterwards we waited for a bus back to Fenton. A few minutes later we saw First Potteries 67151 on a #23 to Newstead.

We got on the bus and we booked to Fenton before we sat down. We set off onto John Street and we turned left onto Bethesda Street. We crossed over the ring road and we ran down onto Regent Road and forwards onto Cleveland Road. We ran down though Shelton along College Road and we ran down to the railway station. We turned right onto Glebe Street and under the railway line an we ran around the one-way system in Stoke and stopped by Stoke Minster. We turned left onto Church Street and we crossed the A500 and we ran under the railway line. After climbing up the hill into Fenton we turned right into Christchurch Street where we got up and got off the bus. We then walked back to the day centre. Later on we returned to the residential unit. We set off onto Christchurch Street and left onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew went upstairs to his room to chill out on his computer and watch buses out of the window. We saw Copeland's Tours MIB 746. We went downstairs and we walked through onto City Road. We crossed over at the crossing and we headed to the stop outside the shops. We waited for a bus towards Longton. A few minutes later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 63171 on a #11 to Hanley.

We got on the bus and we booked to Longton before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off up City Road and forwards onto King Street. We ran through Foley and under the railway line into Longton town centre. The bus stopped on Market Street and we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we crossed over the street and we headed up Transport Lane. We crossed over The Strand and we cut through the passage past Next and we headed towards Tesco. We used the cash machine and afterwards we headed into Tesco. We brought some Irn Bru and we went outside to book a taxi. The taxi appeared and it was an Autocabs taxi. We got in the taxi and we set off onto baths Road. We turned right onto the Westbound A50 and we came off at Heron Cross. We turned right onto Blurton Road and we went through the lights onto Heron Street. We ran forwards onto Station Bridge Road and we turned left onto Christchurch Street. We stopped at the end near to Temple Street. We got out of the taxi and we walked onto Temple Street and back into the residential unit. Matthew went back upstairs to the room and went on his computer. For tea Matthew had chicken wraps washed down with Irn Bru. Later on Matthew had a bath and then had toast for supper. He then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Mark.
