Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going out on the bus later on. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast for breakfast. before Matthew went to the day centre he watched buses out of the window. whilst waiting for the time to go to Newcastle. Later on we went downstairs and we set off onto City Road. We walked down to the bus stop outside the flats. We waited for a bus to Hanley. On the way we saw Afford rent-a-car YG23 PXM parked up at their garage.

We stood at the bus stop and we waited for a first but to Hanley. A short time later we saw the bus approaching. It was D&G Bus 149 on a #1A to Audley. We got on the bus and we booked to Newcastle before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off down City Road and we ran down the hill over the old railway line to Leek and onto the A52. We ran under the railway line and over the A500 and straight into Stoke town centre. We continued along Church Street onto Hartshill Road and into the centre of Hartshill. We turned left into the Avenue and left again onto Hilton Road before turning right into the City General Hospital. As we travelled through the hospital we saw Travel Express HF64 AJU. Once through the hospital we turned right onto the A34 and we ran into Newcastle. We crossed the roundabout and we ran up Barracks Road and into the bus station from the South end. Once we got to the bus station we got up and got off the bus. Matthew took a picture of D&G Bus 149 before it continued towards Audley.

Once off the bus we set off onto Hassell Street and we turned left onto High Street and we visited Wright's Pies. Matthew brought a egg custards. We continued along High Street and we sat on a bench to eat the egg custards and drink the bottle of coke. When we had finished we walked back along High Street and we turned left into Hassell Street. We returned to the bus station and we waited for a bus to Hanley. A few minutes later we saw First Potteries 35945 on a #25 to Keele.

Whilst we waited we saw First Potteries 35944 on the #25 to Hanley.

A few minutes later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 63174 on a #4 to Hanley.

We got on the bus and we booked to Hanley before we sat down near to the back of the bus. We set off out of the bus station and onto Barracks Road. We crossed the Jubilee Roundabout and onto the A53. We ran into Basford and over the A500. We ran down into Etruria and over the A500. We continued along the A53 and we turned left onto Forge Lane. We ran out along the Lane and we crossed over the canal before we returned back into Etruria along festival Way. We crossed under the A53 onto Etruria Road. We turned right onto the ring road and we ran around anti-clockwise to Bethesda Street. We turned right onto John Street and we ran up the hill to the bus station. We got up and got off the bus and Matthew visited the toilet. Afterwards we saw First Potteries 67172 on a #7A to Biddulph. A few minutes later the bus appeared and it was First Potteries 67152 on a #23 to Newstead.

We got on the bus and we booked to Fenton before we sat down towards the back of the bus. The bus waited for time before setting off out of the bus station. We went down John Street and onto Bethesda Street. The road in front of the museum was closed so we turned right onto the the ring road. We turned right onto Broad Street. We ran down the hill and over the ring road onto Snow Hill Before we turned left onto Avenue Road. At the roundabout we turned right onto College Road. We ran down though Shelton along College Road and we ran down to the railway station. We turned right onto Glebe Street and under the railway line an we ran around the one-way system in Stoke and stopped by Stoke Minster. We turned left onto Church Street and we crossed the A500 and under the railway line. We ran up City Road. After climbing up the hill into Fenton we turned right into Christchurch Street where we got up and got off the bus. We walked back to to the residential unit. We set off onto Christchurch Street and left onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew went up to his room to chill out on his computer and watch buses out of the window. Later on we went out on the bus to Newcastle. We went downstairs and we set off onto City Road. We walked down to the bus stop outside the flats. At the Afford garage we saw Afford rent-a-car NU72 XGV parked up.

A few minutes later the bus cam around the corner. As it got closer we saw that it was First Potteries 67153 on a #23 to Hanley.

We got on the bus and we booked to Hanley before we sat down near to the back of the bus. The bus set off down City Road and we joined the A52 and ran under the railway line. After crossing over the A500 we ran into Stoke town centre along Church Street. We followed the one-way system around onto Liverpool Road and right onto Copeland Street. We turned left onto Glebe Street and we ran under the railway line before turning left onto Station Road. After stopping briefly outside the railway station we turned right onto College Road and We turned left onto Avenue Road where we saw A1 Embassy YX17 ZZL. We turned right onto Stoke Road. We ran up through Shelton into Snow Hill and forwards onto Broad Street. We turned right onto Marsh Street and then we turned right into Pall Mall. We ran forwards onto Bagnall Street and into the bus station. We got up and got off the bus. Afterwards we saw First Potteries 63176 on a #3A to Clough Hall. A few minutes later the bus appeared and it was First Potteries 67176 on a #7A to Biddulph.

We got on the bus and we booked to Sneyd Green before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus waited for time before setting off out of the bus station. We went down John Street and onto Bethesda Street before we went across onto Marsh Street and then we turned right into Trinity Street. We turned left into Stafford Street and we continued forwards to Quadrant Road and we left Hanley along Town Road. We travelled through Sneyd Green and we got up and got off the bus by the Sneyd Arms. We crossed over Milton Road and we turned right onto Noblett Road and we turned right onto Ralph Drive and we saw Travel Express HF64 AJU.

We headed into The Indi Club and Matthew went to the toilet whilst I ordered some food. Matthew had chicken and chips and followed by red velvet cake and ice cream washed down with a can of Coke. When we had finished we went outside and we crossed the road to catch a taxi towards Fenton. Whilst we waited we saw blue minibus HV53 OAO. Matthew did his weekly shop and we returned to Fenton in a Lucky Seven taxi. We set off along Ralph Drive and we turned left onto Milton Road past the former Sneyd Arms pub which is now being worked on. We turned We veered left onto the A5272 and we continued into Birches Head. We ran forwards onto Town Road and we joined the clockwise ring road. We turned left onto Lichfield Street and over the ring road. We ran down to joiners Square and we went over the roundabout onto Victoria Road past Adsa and the B&M. We turned right onto Manor Street and we saw blue minibus P879 PMB. We turned left onto City Road and we ran through the private road on which the swimming baths are situated. At the end we turned left onto City Road and right into Smithpool Road. We turned left onto Temple Street and we returned to the residential unit. Matthew went upstairs to his room and chilled out in his room and use his computer and watch buses out of the window. Matthew also drank a can of Cherry Coke. Later on Matthew chilled out in his room. Matthew used his computer and watched music videos on the television. Later on Matthew had a bath and then had toast for supper. He then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Mark.
