Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going out on the bus later on. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast and orange juice for breakfast. Matthew watched buses whilst he waited to go out in the morning. We saw Afford rent-a car WM23 EUN. We went downstairs and we set off on foot to the bus stop. We walked onto Temple Street and right onto Christchurch Street. We continued up City Road and we walked up to the roundabout and around the corner onto Victoria Road to wait for the bus to Hanley. Whilst we waited we saw Autocabs DX17 VWC.

A few minutes later the bus turned up and it was dud First Potteries 67151 on a #6A to Hanley.

We got on the bus and we booked the Hanley before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off down Victoria Road and towards Joiners Square. At the roundabout we went forwards onto Lichfield Street and we turned left onto the ring road and we turned right onto Bethesda Street and right onto John Street and into the bus station we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus Matthew got a picture of First Potteries 67151 before it returned towards Coalville.

Matthew went to the toilet. We waited for a bus to Meir Park. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 67146 on a #6A to Blythe Bridge.

We got on the bus and we booked to Meir Park before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off out of the bus station onto John Street and we turned left onto Bethesda Street. We turned left onto the ring road and we turned right onto Lichfield Street and we ran down the hill to Joiners Square. We crossed the roundabout onto Victoria Road. We continued onto City Road and forwards onto King street. We ran through Foley and under the railway line into Longton town centre. The bus stopped on Market Street and then we continued onto Uttoxeter Road. We ran through Normacot and then we joined the A50. We ran fast up to Meir and we came off the A50 onto Broadway. At the roundabout we turned right onto the A520 and we headed up the hill to Rough Close and we turned left onto Grindley Lane. We turned left onto Whitestone Road and then left onto Lysander Road. We ran around the Meir Park and we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus and Matthew had spotted the pub and decided he needed the toilet. We headed into the pub and Matthew used the facilities. We returned to the bar and Matthew had a small Coke. After finishing his drink we went outside and we had spotted the next #6A to Fenton. we crossed over the road and waited at the stop. A few minutes later we saw a bus turned the corner. As it got closer we saw that it was First Potteries 67146 on a #6A to Hanley. We got on the bus and we booked to Fenton before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off down Lysander Road and around the estate. After nearly completng the loop we turned right onto Whitestone Road. We turned right onto Grindley Lane and we ran up the hill to Rough Close. At the roundabout we turned right onto the A520 and we ran down the hill to Meir. At the roundabout we turned left onto the A50. We ran fast down to Normacot and we came off the A50 onto Uttoxeter Road. We came into Longton and we went around the one-way system. We turned left onto Commerce Street and then we turned right onto The Strand. After a brief stop in Longton we continued down to the railway bridge and then we ran forwards onto King Street. We ran through Foley to Fenton and we ran forwards onto City Road past the site of the new Burger King. We turned right into Victoria Road and we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we walked back to the residential unit. We set of around the corner onto City Road and we crossed over. We turned left into Christchurch Street and right into Temple Street and back to the residential unit. We went upstairs and Matthew went to his room to chill out. He used his computer and watched buses out of the window whilst and ate his Manchester tart whilst we waited for tea. Later on Matthew went downstairs. We set off onto Temple Streeet and onto Christchurch Street and into the Co-operative food store. Matthew brought a Milky Way before setting off back to the house. We went onto Christchurch Street and onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. We went upstairs and Matthew went back to his room to chill out. Matthew returned to his room to chill out. We went downstairs to the car and we set off onto Temple Street and we turned right onto Smithpool Road and left onto City Road. We ran down the hill into Stoke and we joined the A52. We ran under the railway line and we crossed over the A500. We ran into Stoke town centre and around the one-way system. We turned right onto Campbell Place I turned left onto Hill Street and left onto Epworth Street. We continued onto Sprk Terrace and we turned left onto Bath Street. At the bottom of the hill we turned left onto London Road and we ran through the West End to Oakhill. We ran past the former Oak Tree pub and into Trent Vale. We turned right onto the A34 and we stopped at the pub. Matthew had Sausage, egg beans and chips with bacon and 2 oatcakes washed down with a glass of Coke. for dessert Matthew had toffee sponge pudding and custard. Whilst we ate highlights of the passing buses included D&G Bus 503 on a #101 to Stafford. We got in the car and we set off onto the A34. We turned left onto London Road and we ran through Oak Hill and the the West End before running into Stoke Town centre and Campbell Place and onto the one way system. We followed the one-way system to the left onto Church Street and we veered left onto Liverpool Road. We veered right onto Elanora street and we followed the road to the right onto Copeland Street. We ran forwards onto Glebe Street and we followed the one way-system onto Church Street. We crossed over the A500 and we ran forwards onto City Road. We went under the railway line and we ran up City Road into Fenton. We turned right onto Smithpool Road and left onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew went upstairs and to his room to chill out. He watched television and used his computer. Later on he had a bath. After his bath he had some toast for supper. He chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Mark
