Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going out on the bus. Matthew got up around 09:00 and had toast and juice for breakfast. He chilled out in his room and watched buses out of the windown until it was time to go out. Whilst we waited to go out we went downstairs and onto Temple Street. We turned cut through onto City Road and we headed towards the bus stop. On the way we saw Afford rent-a-car YS21 KKC parked up at their garage.

We continued down to the bus stop and whilst we waited we saw First Potteries 63113 on a #23 to Newstead. We continued walking down to The Range and we did some shopping. Matthew brought a bottle of Coke. We continued on foot under the railway line and over the A500 into Stoke. We waited at the bus stop for a bus towards Newcastle. A short time later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 35943 on a #25 to Keele.

We got on the bus and we booked to Newcastle before going upstairs and sitting down. The bus set off down Church Street onto Hartshill Road and into the centre of Hartshill. We turned left into the Avenue and left again onto Hilton Road before turning right into the City General Hospital. Once through the hospital we turned right onto the A34 and we ran into Newcastle. We crossed the roundabout and we ran up Barracks Road and into the bus station from the South end. Once we got to the bus station we got up and got off the bus. We continued up Castle Walk and we stopped at Costa Coffee. Matthew used the toilet and afterwards we stopped for dinner. Matthew vegan saus'ge bap followed by a choclate cake washed down with a glass of Coke. When he had finished eating we went next door to Sports Direct and Matthew bought some boots. We walked down Castle walk and into the bus station. and we waited for a bus to Hanley. A short time later we saw D&G Bus 6009 on a #1 to Audley.

A few minutes later the bus appeared and it was First Potteries 35940 on a #25 to Hanley.

We got on the bus and we booked to Hanley before we went upstairs and sat down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off out of the bus station onto barracks Road and we ran down onto the Southbound A34 and we turned left and we traveled through the hospital we saw Travel Express SJ18 OZO. We came out of the hospital and turned left onto Hilton Road. We ran into Hartshill and we turned right onto the A52. We continued onto Albany Road and we turned right onto The Avenue. At the end of the road we turned right onto the A52 and we ran through Hartshill and down the hill into Stoke town centre. We went forwards onto and along Church Street. After a brief stop we continued along the A52, over the A500 and under the railway line. We followed the A52 and we ran past the railway station to joiners Square. We turned left onto Lichfield Street and we turned left onto the ring road and we turned right onto Bethesda Street and right onto John Street and into the bus station and we got up and got off the bus. A short time later we saw First Potteries 63112 on a #11 to Newcastle. Afterwards we went across Lichfield Street and we turned right onto Birch Terrace and we visited Iceland. When we had finished shopping we walked onto Old Hall Street past the site of the old bus station which has now been almost completely demolished. We walked onto Old Hall Street and we went into B&M. Matthew did some shopping and we crossed over the road onto Old Hall Street. We walked up Lichfield Street and back to the bus station. We waited for a bus towards Blurton. A few minutes later a bus appeared and it was First Potteries 63113 on a #23 to Newstead.

We got on the bus and we booked to Fenton before we sat down towards the back of the bus. The bus waited for time before setting off out of the bus station. We went down John Street and onto Bethesda Street. The road in front of the museum was closed so we turned right onto the the ring road. We turned right onto Broad Street. We ran down the hill and over the ring road onto Snow Hill Before we turned left onto Copeland Street. We continued forwards onto Glebe Street and we followed the road around onto Church Street. We crossed the A500 and we ran under the railway line and we continued onto City Road. After climbing up the hill into Fenton we turned right into Christchurch Street and we continued onto Station Bridge Road. We ran forwards onto Heron Street and we went through the traffic lights onto Blurton Road. After crossing over the A50 we continued through Blurton. We turned right onto Church Road and right onto Beaconfield Drive. We ran to the other end and we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we set off back to the house. Matthew had a can of Fanta orange and ate his Manchester tart. We set off around 13:51 on foot to the bus stop all the way onto Finstock Avenue. We turned right the A5035 and we saw black minibus KB54 CAB heading towards Longton. We carried on along Stanley Matthews Way. We walked to the bus stop and we waited for a bus to Hanley. As it got closer we saw it was D&G Bus 29 on a #24 to Norton. We got on the bus and we booked to Stoke before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off down Stanley Matthews Way past the BET365 Stadium. We joined the Westbound A50. We briefly got onto the Southbound A500 and we wheeled around over the A500 and past the Dunelm. We turned right onto Campbell Road. We ran into Stoke and we joined the one-way system before turning right onto Boothen Road. We turned left onto Church Street and into the centre of Stoke. After a brief stop we continued around the one-way system onto Elenora Steet and right onto Copeland street. We turned left onto Glebe Street and we went under the railway line before turning left onto Station Road. We went past the railway station and and turned right. We ran up Stoke Road and we turned right onto Avenue Road. At the roundabout we turned left onto College Road. After running the hill through Shelton we continued onto Cleveland Road and forwards onto Regent Road. We turned left onto Lower Bethesda Street and we crossed over the ring road onto Bethesda Street before we turned right onto John Street where we got up and got off the bus. when we got back to the bus stationwe decided to do a taxi. We called for a Lucky Seven taxi and we sat outside the bus station until kit arrived a few minutes later. We got in the taxi and we set off down Lichfield Street and over the ring road. We ran down to joiners Square and we went over the roundabout onto Victoria Road past Adsa and the B&M. We turned right onto Manor Street and we turned left onto City Road and we turned right Glebedale Road. We turned right Baker Street and we turned right onto Christchurch Street. We ran to the end of the road and we got out. We walked around the corner onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew went upstairs to his room and chilled out in his room and use his computer and watch buses out of the window. For a late tea we had sausages, potatoes and carrots followed by millionaire's shortbread. He chilled out in his room using his computer and watching buses out of the window. Matthew went back to the room and went on his computer. In the late evening Matthew went downstairs to spend time with the other residents ar cuppa club. Matthew had ginger biscuits as well as some chocolate butterfly cakes and some cake and custard washed down with a can of Dr Pepper. Later on Matthew went back upstairs and had a bath and then had toast for supper. He then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Mark.
