Trip to Stoke / Trent Vale 08-08-2025

Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going out on the bus. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast for breakfast. before Matthew went to the day centre he watched buses out of the window. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast and orange juice for breakfast. After getting ready Matthew set off downstairs onto temple Street and cut through onto City Road. On the way to the bus stop we saw Afford rent-a-car DN21 RZL parked up in Elsing Street.

A few minutes later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was D&G Bus 6009 on a #1A to Wood Land. We got on the bus and we booked to Stoke before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off down City Road and we ran down the hill over the old railway line to Leek and onto the A52. We ran under the railway line and over the A500 and straight into Stoke town centre along Church Street. We got off the bus and we crossed obver the road to the stop opposite to wait for a #25 to Hanley. A few minutes later we saw a bus approaching. As soon as it cam into view we knew it was D&G Bus 6002 on a #9 to Biddulph. We got on the bus and we booked to Hanley before we sat down. The bus set off out of Stoke town centre and across the A500. We crossed under the railway line before turning left onto the A52 and we got up and got off the bus. The walked along A52 and we turned right onto Lordship Lane and we University Student Accommodation. We went around the corner The Catalyst Building. When we had finished and we said goodbye and we returned to Shelton in a taxi. We set off along the A52 and we turned right onto Boughey Road. Once off the bus we we walked down College Road and we went into Hanley Park for a while. We walk northwards through the park and into the North West corner to the park. After spending a while there we walked to Regent Road. We ran to the edge of Hanley and we stopped at Venus Fish Bar for dinner. Matthew had sausage chips and gravy washed down with can of Irn Bru. When we had finished eating we crossed over the ring road and we cut through onto Birch Terrace. We walked onto Lichfield Street and into the bus station. Whilst we waited we saw First Potteries 63354 on a #103 to Crewe.

A few minutes later the bus turned up and it was dud First Potteries 63179 on a #11 to Newcastle.

We got on the bus and we booked to Fenton we sat down. We set off up set off onto John Street and we turned left onto Bethesda Street. We turned left onto the ring road and left onto Lichfield Street and we turned right onto Birch Terrace. We followed the road around onto Charles Street and we turned right onto Old Hall Street. We crossed over the ring road onto Bucknall New Road. We ran down the hill through Limekiln lights and we turned right onto Dividy Road. We turned left onto Beverley Drive and right onto Dawlish Drive. We ran through the estate and back onto the A5272. We ran up to Adderley Green and we saw First South Yorkshire 35678 parked in the garage. At the roundabout we turned right onto Anchor Road. We turned right onto Bambury Street and we ran to the end we turned left onto Galsworthy Road and left onto Heathcote Street. We turned right onto Longley Road and left onto Ashwood. We turned right onto Anchor Road and we ran under the railway line. We turned left onto Markets Street and we followed the one-way system onto Commerce Street and right onto The Strand. After a brief stop we ran down the Strand and under the railway line onto King Street. We continued down through Fenton and forwards onto City Road. We went past KFC and we ran down the hill over the old railway line to Leek and onto the A52. We ran under the railway line and over the A500 and straight into Stoke town centre along Church Street. After a brief stop in Stoke we continued along church Street and forwards onto Hartshill Road. We ran up the hill and into Hartshill. We ran forwards onto George Street and we ran down the hill into Newcastle. We turned left at the roundabout onto Barracks Road and into the bus station where we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we headed up castle Walk and we went past the former Poundland. We continued to Paecocks and we brought some clothes. When we had finished we continued up Castle Walk and we turned left onto Ironmarket. We turned left onto High Street and left onto Hassell Street. We headed back to the bus station and we looked for something towards Hanley. When the taxi turned up it was a Lucky Seven taxi. We got in the taxi and we set off along Hassell Street. We turned left onto Barracks Road and we crossed over the Jubilee roundabout and we ran onto the one-way system. We ran onto the A52 and we ran out of Newcastle. We veered left onto Shelton New Road and we ran down to the A500. We headed Southwards to Stoke and we came off the A500 onto City Road. We ran up the hill and we turned right onto Smithpool Road. We turned left onto Temple Street. We got out of the taxi and we went back to residentual unit. We went upstairs and Matthew chiiled out in his room. One off the bus we set off on foot onto City Road. We turned left onto Christchurch Street and we walked back into Temple Street and into the residential unit. Matthew went upstairs to his room to chill out. Later on Matthew went to trent vale in a taxi. We went downstairs and we set off on foot onto Temple Street. We continued onto Chrisrchurch Street and we got in the Lucky Seven taxi. We set off along Christchurch Street and we turned left onto City Road. We ran down the hill into Stoke and we joined the A52. We ran under the railway line and we crossed over the A500. We ran into Stoke town centre and around the one-way system. We turned left onto London Road and we ran through the West End to Oakhill. We ran past the former Oak Tree pub and into Trent Vale. We turned right onto the A34 and we stopped at the pub. Matthew had Sausage, egg beans and chips with bacon and 2 oatcakes washed down with a glass of Coke. for dessert Matthew had toffee sponge pudding and custard. Whilst we ate highlights of the passing buses included First Potteries 67152 on a #22 to Longton and ABC Supreme KP25 EHC heading Northwards. When he had finished eat Matthew set off onto the A34 and around the corner onto London Road to wait for the bus back towards Stoke. A short time later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 67150 on a #21 to Hanley.

We got on the bus and we booked to Stoke before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off along London Road and we ran through Oak Hill past the former Oak Hill pub. We continued through the the West End before running into Stoke Town centre and Campbell Place. There was nothing of interest parked up in City cabs and we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we set off along London Road. We turned right into Church Street to wait for a First bus back up to Fenton. A few minutes later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 63347 on a #11 to Hanley.

We got on the bus and we booked to Fenton before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off along Church Street out of Stoke and over the A500. We ran under the railway line and we continued onto City Road. At the top of the hill we got up and got off the bus. We crossed over City Road and back to the residential unit. We went upstairs and Matthew went to his room to chill out and watch buses out of the window. Later on Matthew had a bath followed by toast for supper. Matthew then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Mark

Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going out on the bus. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast for breakfast. before Matthew went to the day centre he watched buses out of the window. whilst waiting for the time to go to the dentist and we saw City Centre Central PO14 OKZ. Matthwe went into the living room and we saw Shelton Care Group SH71 KMZ. We went downstairs and we and we cut through onto City Road to wait a bus to Hanley today. A few minutes later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 67153 on a #23 to Hanley. We got on the bus and we booked to Stoke before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off down City Road and we ran down the hill over the old railway line to Leek and onto the A52. We ran under the railway line and over the A500 and straight into Stoke town centre along Church Street. We got up and got off the bus. We crossed over Church Street and walked to Newcastle. As it got closer we saw that it was First Potteries 35946 on a #25 to Keele.

We got on the bus and we booked to Newcastle before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off down Church Street onto Hartshill Road and into the centre of Hartshill. We turned left into the Avenue and left again onto Hilton Road before turning right into the City General Hospital. hospital. As we travelled through the hospital we saw ABC Supreme YA67 VBB. Once through the hospital we turned right onto the A34 and we ran into Newcastle. We crossed the roundabout and we ran up Barracks Road and into the bus station where we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we walkd down to the bottom of the bus station to see what we could see. We saw First Potteries 63113 on a #38A to Crackley.

A few minutes later we saw First Potteries 63115 on a #39A to Butt Lane.

Matthew visited the toilet. We continued up Castle Walk and we stopped at the Pound Bakery. Matthew brought a sausage roll before continuing along Castle walk and into the bus station. A few minutes later a bus appeared and it was First Potteries 63100 on a #39A to Butt Lane.

We got on the bus and we booked to Hanley before we sat down near to the back of the bus. We set off out of the bus station and onto Barracks Road. We crossed the Jubilee Roundabout and onto the A53. We ran into Basford and over the A500. We ran down into Etruria and over the A500. We continued along the A53 and we turned left onto Forge Lane. We ran out along the Lane and we crossed over the canal before we returned back into Etruria along festival Way. We crossed under the A53 onto Etruria Road. We ran up the hill into Hanley and we ran forwards onto Trinity Street. We turned right onto Stafford Street and after a short wait we continued past the town hall onto Bagnall Street and into the bus station. We got up and got off the bus. A short time later we saw a bus approaching. We saw it was First Potteries 63116 on a #38 to Kidsgrove.

We got on the bus and we booked to Newcastle before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off out of the bus station and onto John Street. At the bottom of the road we turned right onto Bethesda Street. We turned left onto Broad Street and then we joined the clockwise ring road. At the end we turned left onto Etruria Road before going under the A53 onto Festival Way. We ran past Waterworld and we turned left onto Forge Lane past a new minibus building by the Brindley Farm pub. We looped under the A53 and we joined the Westbound A53. We crossed over the A500 at Etruria and and we ran up the hill into Basford and we ran down hill to the edge of Newcastle and we got onto the one way system. At the jubilee roundabout we turned left onto Barracks Road before turning right into the bus station. We got up and we got off the bus. Once off the bus we walked out of the bus station onto Castle Walk and we stopped at heron Foods. We bought a cake and we set off along castle Walk back to the bus station. Matthew went to the toilet. We continued onwards to the bus station and we saw D&G Bus 6002 on a #9 to Westbury Park.

A few minutes later the bus turned up and it was dud First Potteries 67180 on a #22 to Longton.

We got on the bus and we booked to Longton before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off out of the bus station onto Barracks Road and we ran Southwards onto the A34. We turned left into the hospital and we ran through the the grounds. We turned right onto Hilton Road and forwards onto Harpfields Road. We ran to the end and we turned left onto the Southbound A34. We ran under the A500 into Hanford and we turned left onto Church Lane. We climbed to the top of the hill and we turned right onto Wilson Road. We turned left onto New Inn Lane and we ran into Trentham. We turned left onto the A5035 and we crossed over the railway line into Blurton. We passed the end of Stanley Matthew Way and we turned left onto Magdalen Road. We turned right onto Finstock Avenue and left onto Beaconsfield Drive and we ran through the estate to the other end. We turned left onto Church Road and at the the roundabout we turned left onto Blurton Road. We ran to the bottom of the hill and we turned right onto Longton Hall Road. We ran up the hill and we ran forwards onto Heathcote Street. We turned left onto the high level A50 and at the roundabout we turned right onto Baths Road. We ran past Tesco before turning right into Longton Interchange. where we got up and got off the bus. We walked over to Tesco and Matthew used the toilet. Once off we walked onto The Strand and we walked to the bus stop. We waited for a bus towards Fenton. A few minutes later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 63114 on a #6A to Hanley. We got on the bus and we booked to Fenton before we sitting down. The bus set off down The Strand. After a brief stop we ran down under the railway bridge onto King Street. We ran down through Fenton and forwards onto City Road past the new petrol station and coffee shop. We turned right into Victoria Road and we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus Matthew got a picture of First Potteries 63114 before it returned towards Hanley.

One off the bus we set off on foot onto City Road. We turned left onto Christchurch Street and we walked back into Temple Street and into the residential unit. Matthew went upstairs to his room and chilled out in his room and use his computer and watch buses out of the window. We went downstairs and we set off onto Temple Street. We turned left onto Smithpool Road. We crossed over the railway line and we walked down to the entrance of the park. In the park Matthew walked up to the playground. Once we had finished in the park we walked back along Smithpool Road. We turned right onto Temple Street past the Queen Elizabeth II Court. We continued back to the residential unit. Matthew went upstairs and back to his room to chill out. We went downstairs and we got in the car. We set off onto Temple Street and we turned right onto Smithpool Road. We turned left onto City Road and we ran down to Stoke. We crossed over the A500 and onto Church Street. We followed the one-way system around and we turned left onto London Road. We turned right onto Grent Valley Road and we stopped to pick up a polar bear and a bean bag. For tea Matthew had sausages and postatoes washed down with a can of Irn Bru followed by cheesecake. We got back in the car and we ran up Trent Valley Road into Penkhull. We ran forwards onto Princes Road and we turned right onto the A52. We ran into Stoke and around the one-way system. We turned left onto Liverpool Street and right onto Elanora Street. We turned right onto Copeland Street and forwards onto Glebe Street. We turned left onto the A52 and we crossed over the A500. We ran under a railway line and we went up City Road into Fenton. We turned right onto Smithpool Road and left onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. We went upstairs and later on Matthew chilled out in his room. Matthew used his computer and watched music videos on the television. Later on Matthew had a bath and then had toast for supper. He then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Mark.

Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going out on the bus. he watched buses out of the window. whilst waiting for the time to go to the day centre, we saw First Potteries 67173 on a #11 to Newcastle. Later on we went downstairs and we set off onto City Road and we saw D&G Bus 798 on a #1A to Meir. A few minutes later we saw the bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was D&G Bus 521 on a #40 to Hanley. We got on the bus and we booked to Hanley before we sat down near to the back of the bus. The bus set off down City Road and we joined the A52 and ran under the railway line. After crossing over the A500 we ran into Stoke town centre along Church Street. We followed the one-way system around onto Liverpool Road and right onto Copeland Street. We turned left onto Glebe Street and we joined the A52 and we ran past the railway station to joiners Square. We turned left onto Lichfield Street and we turned left onto the ring road and we turned right onto Bethesda Street and right onto John Street and into the bus station and we got up and got off the bus. Matthew took a picture of D&G Bus 521 before it continued towards Endon.

Matthew visited the toilet and afterwards we waited for a bus towards Newcastle. A short time later we saw a bus approaching. We saw it was First Potteries 63174 on a #101 to Stafford.

We got on and we booked to Newcastle before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off through the bus station and onto John Street. We turned right onto Bethesda Street and left onto Broad Street. We ran down the hill and over the ring road onto Snow Hill Before we turned right onto Shelton New Road and we saw Cabability minibus DG17 UYM parkd up at their depot. We ran down through Etruria an up into Hartshill before joining the A52. We ran into Newcastle down George Street. We joined the one way system and we turned left on the roundabout onto Barracks Road. We got to the bus station and we got up and got off the bus. We walked out of the bus station onto Castle Walk and we turned left onto Ironmarket whwre we stopped at. We turned left onto High Street and we visited Wright's Pies. Matthew brought at sausage roll. We continued along High Street and we stopped at the benches at the end to eat the sausage rolls followed by a Viscount biscuit and drink the can of Fanta orange. When we had finished we set off onto High Street. When we had finished shopping we turned left onto Hassell Street and we turned left onto Castle Walk. Matthew called into the Peacocks and brought a hat and a sweat shorts. We headed up Castle Walk. We continued onwards to the bus station and we waited for a bus to Fenton. A short time later we saw First Potteries 67172 on a #101 to Hanley.

We got on the bus and we booked to Fenton before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off onto Barracks Road and we ran up to the Jubilee roundabout. We ran onto the A53 and around the one-way system onto the A52. We ran up George Street into Hartshill and we ran down the hill into Stoke town centre. After a brief stop we continued along Church Street out of Stoke and over the A500 and under the railway line. We ran up City Road and we got up and got off the bus. We crossed over City Road and we walked. We turned right onto Smithpool Road. We crossed over the railway line and we walked down to the entrance of the park. For dinner Matthew had washed down a can of Irn Bru. In the park Matthew walked up to the playground. Once we had finished in the park we walked back along Grove Road. We crossed over the Whieldon Road and we turned left onto Smithpool Road. We turned right onto Masterson Street and we turned left onto Watkin Street. We continued onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. We went upstairs and Matthew went to his room. Later on we went to Newcastle in the car. We went downstairs to the car and we set off onto Temple Street where we saw Temple Street Church RX18 GZW. We turned right onto Smithpool Road and left onto City Road. We ran down the hill into Stoke and we joined the A52. We ran under the railway line and we crossed over the A500. We ran into Stoke town centre and around the one-way system. We turned left onto London Road and we headed into the West End, and we ran past the former Oak Tree pub which has now been demolished. We ran to the end of London Road and we sat at the light waiting to turn right onto the Northbound A34. We turned left onto Whitmore Road and we turned right onto Northwood Lane. We joined the Northbound A519 and we veered left onto Kingsbridge Avenue. We turned left onto Dartmouth Avenue. We turned right onto Sandon Avenue and we went around the square and picked up a friend. We continued onto The Plaisaunce and we turned right onto Pilkington Avenue. We turned right onto the Southbound A53 and we turned right onto the A34 and as we joined the roundabout to go onto Barracks Road we ran past the bus station and we saw First Potteries 47519 on a #99 to Chell. We crossed the Jubilee Roundabout and onto the A53. We ran into Basford and over the A500. We ran down into Etruria and we turned right on to the East bound A53 and we saw silver minibus DU56 FWF. We ran uop through Cobridge. We veered left onto we stopped at Captain Kooks. Matthew visited to the toilet and afterwards had a breakfast washed down with a bottle of Coke. On the way we saw Stoke City Academy FG67 EAC.

Once we had finished we set off onto Sandbach Road and we turned right and we joined the A53. We ran through Cobridge and through Etruria and we crossed over the A53. We ran up the hill into Basford. We ran down hill to the edge of Newcastle and we got onto the one way system. At the jubilee roundabout we turned left onto the A527. We turned right onto the A34 and we turned left onto the A53. We turnned left onto Pilkington Avenue and we crossed over the sqaure onto THe Plaisaunce. We dropped off our friend and we headed back to Blurton. We ran along the Plaisaunce and forwards onto Edward Avenue. We turned right onto Abbots Way and right onto the Southbound A519. We turned left onto Stafford Avenue and we ran forwards onto Clayton Lane. We turned right onto the A34 and we headed South through Trent Vale and we turned left onto the Northbound A500. We turned right onto City Road and we ran under the railway line and up the hill into Fenton. We turned right onto Smithpool Road and left onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew collected a few suypplies from the car and headed upstairs. He chilled out in his room and watched TV. He had a can of Cherry Coke. Matthew used his computer and watched music videos on the television. Later on Matthew had a bath and then had toast for supper. He then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Mark.

Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going to do a local trip. Matthew woke up at 08:00 and had his medication. Matthew got up around 08:30 and had toast and orange juice for breakfast. Matthew went to the day centre he watched buses out of the window. whilst waiting for the time to go to Newcastle. Later on we went downstairs and we set off onto City Road. We walked down to the bus stop outside the flats. We waited for a bus to Hanley. On the way we saw Afford rent-a-car YG23 PXM parked up at their garage.

A short time later we saw a bus turn around the corner. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 67151 on a #23 to Hanley. We got on the bus and we placed the Smart Day ticket on the scanner before we sat down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off down City Road and we joined the A52 and ran under the railway line. After crossing over the A500 we ran into Stoke town centre along Church Street. We turned right onto Shelton Old Road and we saw Travel Express GN14 DVX parked up th the depot. We ran forwards onto Stoke Road. We ran under the railway line and up through Shelton. We ran up Broad Street and we turned right onto the anti-clockwise ring road. We turned left onto Bethesda Street and right onto John Street. We climbed the hill and up into the bus station. We got up and got off the bus. Once we got off the bus and Matthew took a picture of First Potteries 67154 as it continued towards Trentham.

We got on the bus and we placed our Smart Day ticket. The bus was empty so Matthew took a picture inside First Potteries 67173 before we sat down towards the back of the bus.

We set off onto John Street and we turned left onto Bethesda Street. We turned left onto the ring road and left onto Lichfield Street and we turned right onto Birch Terrace. We followed the road around onto Charles Street and we turned right onto Old Hall Street. We crossed over the ring road onto Bucknall New Road. We ran down the hill through Limekiln lights. we turned right onto Dividy Road. We turned left onto Beverley Drive We got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we set off on foot on the road at the back of Beverley Drive After picking some chips up from the chip shop we walked Beverley Drive and right onto Dawlish Drive and we stopped at one of the house and Matthew had a glass of Coke. We continued along Dawlish Drive. We turned left onto Beverley Drive. We waited for a bus towards Hanley at the bus stop. A few minutes later the bus the turn the corner. as it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 67149 on a #11B to Hanley. We got on the bus and we flashed the Smart Day ticket to the driver before we sat town towards the back of the bus. The bus set off onto Beverley Drive. At the end we turned right onto Dividy Road and we turned left onto the A52 we ran to limekiln lights and we went across onto Bucknall New Road. We climbed the hill up to Hanley and we joined the clockwise ring road. We turned right onto Bethesda Road and right onto John Street and into the bus station and we got up and got off the bus. Matthew walked into the bus station and went to the toilet. Afterwards we waited for a bus to Sneyd Green. A few minutes later the bus appeared and it was D&G Bus 29 on a #32X to Uttoxeter. We got on the bus and we flashed the Smart Day ticket to the driver before we sat town towards the back of the bus. The bus set off out off the bus station. The bus went out of the bus station and onto the ring road. We turned left into Lichfield Street and onto Birch Terrace and past the old bus station. We turned right onto old Hall Street and then we crossed the ring road onto Limekiln Bank. At the bottom of the hill we went across the traffic lights onto the A52. We continued through Bucknall and we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we headed into Asda and Matthew used the toilet. We went around the shop and Matthew brought a small can of Coke. We paid for the can and we went outside onto the A52 to wait for a Hanley bound bus. A few minutes later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was D&G Bus 594 on a #32X to Hanley. We got on the bus and we flashed the Smart Day ticket to the driver before we sat town towards the back of the bus. The bus set off onto the High Street and we continued over the traffic light onto Bucknall New Road and we climbed the hill into Hanley. We turned left onto the clockwise ring road and we turned right onto Bethesda Street. We turned right onto John Street and we entered the bus station where we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we waited for a bus to Fenton. A few minutes later a bus appeared and it was D&G Bus 795 on a #9A to Tunstall. We got on the bus and we booked to Biddulph before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off out of the bus station and onto Bethesda Street. We went onto Marsh Street before turning back into Hanley on Trinity Street. We turned onto Stafford Street and we picked up more passengers before heading out of town along Quadrant Road. We headed through Townsend an onto Chell Street. We went through Sneyd Green and we turned left at Smallthorne Roundabouts onto Ford Green Road. We turned left onto Chell Heath Road and we ran down the hill to Chell Heath and we got up and got off the bus. We crossed over the road and we waited at the bus stop opposite to the old Heathfield School which is currently being built into Sheltered housing. We didn't have to wait too long for the Northbound service. A short time later as the bus approached we saw it was D&G Bus 6002 on a #9 to Clayton. We got on the bus and we placed the Smart Day ticket under the scanner for the final time today before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off Northwards out of Chell Heath and Bradeley to the traffic lights. We turned right and we ran up the hill through Smallthorne where we saw D&G Bus 161 on a #9 to Biddulph. At the top of the hill we turned left onto the A5272 and into Hanley. We ran into town along Town Road and we crossed over the ring road. We turned right onto Quadrant Road and we went under the Intu Potteries shopping centre. We ran forwards onto Stafford Street and we passed the town hall. We ran along Bagnall Street and into the bus station. We got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus and Matthew used the toilet. As we headed out of the bus station. We headed across the Lichfield Street and we called for a Lucky Seven taxi and we sat outside the bus station until kit arrived a few minutes later. We got in the taxi and we set off down Lichfield Street. At joiners Square roundabout we went around the crash on the roundabout and we turned right onto the A52. We ran past the railway station and over the river Trent Before following the A52 right and under the railway line and we turned left onto City Road. We ran up the hill into Fenton and we crossed over and onto Manor Street. At the end of Manor Street we turned left onto Victoria Road and we continued down Victoria Road and we stopped at McDonalds. Matthew went to the toilet and had a burger and fries washed down with a cup of Coke. We got an ABC Supreme taxi back to the residential unit. We set off up Victoria Road. We turned right onto City Road and left onto Smithpool Road. We turned left onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew went upstairs to his room and chilled out in his room and use his computer and watch buses out of the window. Later on Matthew chilled out in his room. Matthew used his computer and watched music videos on the television. Later on Matthew had a bath and then had toast for supper. He then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Mark.

Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going out on the bus later. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast for breakfast. before Matthew went to the day centre he watched buses out of the window. We went downstairs and we set off onto City Road and we saw Afford Rent-A-car DT23 PFJ outside there yard. We waited for a bus to Stoke. A few minutes later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 67149 on a #11 to Newcastle. We got on the bus and we booked to Stoke before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off down City Road and we ran down the hill over the old railway line to Leek and onto the A52. We ran under the railway line and over the A500 and straight into Stoke town centre along Church Street. We got off the bus and we crossed obver the road to the stop opposite to wait for a #25 to Hanley. A few minutes later we saw a bus approaching. As soon as it cam into view we knew it was D&G Bus 6002 on a #9 to Biddulph. We got on the bus and we booked to Hanley before we sat down. The bus set off out of Stoke town centre and across the A500. We crossed under the railway line before turning left onto the A52 and we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we walked up onto the A52 and we waited for a bus to Stoke. A few minutes later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 35946 on a #25 to Hanley. We got on the bus and we booked to Stoke before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off down the A52 and we ran past the railway station to joiners Square. We turned left onto Lichfield Street and we turned left onto the ring road and we turned right onto Bethesda Street and right onto John Street and into the bus station and we got up and got off the bus. Matthew took a picture of First Potteries 35946 before it continued towards Keele.

We got on the bus and we booked to Kidsgrove before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off out of the bus station and onto John Street. We turned right onto Bethesda Street and we ran forwards onto Marsh Street. We turned right onto Trinity Street and left onto Stafford Street. We turned left onto New Hall Street and we re-joined Marsh Street. We ran forwards onto the A50 and we ran through Cobridge up to Burslem. We ran into the centre of town past the old Lloyds bank and onto Scotia Road past the site of the new Lidl. We turned left onto Williamson Street and right onto Tunstall High Street. We continued up the High Street past the City Centre Central depot and past the Tesco Express. We ran to towards Goldenhill and down the hill into Kidsgrove where we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we walked around the corner onto the B5371. As we turned into the B5371 and we headed into Kidsgrove Methodist Church. Matthew to the toilet and I ordered the food. Matthew had a breakfast washed down with a can of Coke. After we had finished eating we walked down the B5371 to the Hanley bus stop. A short time later we saw the bus come around the corner. It was First Potteries 63176 on a #3A to Hanley.

We ran up the hill into Goldenhill and then forwards through Sandyford past the new retail park into Tunstall. We ran down the High Street. We continued down the High Street and we ran past the former Co-operative bank. We turned left onto Williamson Street. At the roundabout we turned right onto Scotia Road and we ran into Burslem town centre. We ran past the site of the new Kiln Gate Retail park and we continued into Cobridge and down into Hanley. We joined Hope Street and we ran forwards to Stafford Street. We turned right at the end past the town hall and onto Bagnall Street before entering the bus station where we got up got off the Bus. Matthew went to the toilet and afterwards waited for a bus to Coalville. Whilst we waited we saw D&G Bus 795 on a #6A to Tunstall. A few minutes later the bus appeared and it was First Potteries 67155 on a #23 to Newstead.

After climbing up the hill into Fenton we turned right into Christchurch Street where we got up and got off the bus. We then walked back to the residential unit. Matthew went upstairs to his room to chill out and watch buses out of the window. Later on we went downstairs and we set off onto onto City Road. We walked down to the bus stop outside the flats. A few minutes later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 67152 on a #23 to Hanley. We got on the bus and we booked to Hanley before we sat down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off down City Road and we joined the A52 and ran under the railway line. After crossing over the A500 we ran into Stoke town centre along Church Street. We turned right onto Shelton Old Road. We ran forwards onto Stoke Road. We ran under the railway line and up through Shelton. We ran up Broad Street and we turned right onto the anti-clockwise ring road. We turned left onto Bethesda Street and right onto John Street. We climbed the hill and up into the bus station. We got up and got off the bus and Matthew visited the toilet. As we walked through the bus station we saw First Potteries 67145 on layover. A few minutes later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 63356 on a #6A to Blythe Bridge. We got on the bus and we booked to Fenton before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off out of the bus station onto John Street and we turned left onto Bethesda Street. We turned left onto the ring road and we turned right onto Lichfield Street and we ran down the hill to Joiners Square. We crossed the roundabout onto Victoria Road and we ran up the hill into Fenton. At the top of the hill we got up and got off the bus. One off the bus we set off on foot onto City Road and we turned left onto Glebedale Road and we continued onto Gimson Street. We continued onto Masterson Street and we turned left onto Smithpool Road. We went across the spare ground onto Willowdale Avenue and onto Whieldon Road and into uncle Dave's. For tea Matthew had chicken potatoes and carrots with gravy followed by a slice of chocolate cake. Later on he had a drink of Fanta orange and a few digestive biscuits. Uncle Dave also did his DJ set. A couple of hours later staff came to escort Matthew back home. We set off onto Whieldon Road and we turned onto Willowdale Avenue and we crossed the spare ground and we turned left onto Smithpool Road. We turned right onto Temple Street the Queen Elizabeth II Court. We continued back to the residential unit. Matthew went upstairs to his room to chill out and watch buses out of the window. He also ate the a can of Irn Bru and a golden crunch creams. Later on Matthew had a bath and then had toast for supper. He then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Mark.

Today Matthew wa returning to the residential unit. But first he was going out for dinner and going shopping. Matthew woke up at 08:00 and had his medication. Matthew got up around 10:00 and toast and orange juice for breakfast. Mum arrived home from work and we set off for dinner kjust after 12:00 going to pick up a friend first. We got in the car and we set off through Blurton onto Beaconsfield Drive. We turned right onto Finstock Avenue and ;eft onto Magdalen Road. We turned right onto the A5035 and we headed over the railway line into Trentham. We turned right onto the Northbound A34 and we headed through Hanford to Trent Vale. We passed First Potteries 63177 on a #101 to Stafford. We turned left onto Clayton Lane and we continued onto Stafford Avenue. We turned right onto the Northbound A519 and we turned left onto Abbots Way. We turned left onto Edwards Avenue and we ran forwards onto The Plaisaunce. We picked up a friend and we headed back along the Plaisaunce. We ran forwards onto Edwards Avenus and we turned left onto the A519. There were roadworks on the A519 near to Morrisons and we took a while to get through the queue. Near to Morrisons we saw D&G Bus 6002 on a #9 to Westbury Park. There were more roadworks in Newcastle so we turned left onto the A34. We turned right onto Ryecroft and we headed around the one way system onto George Street. We veered left Shelton New Road and we turned right onto the A500 slip road. We turned right onto Garner Street and under Shelton New Road. We parked up and we went to the food truck. Matthew had cumberland ring bap with bacon and egg washed down with a can of Coke. When we had finished eating we said goodbye and we got back into the car. We set of along Garner Street and we joined the Eastbound A53. We turned left onto Forge Lane and left onto Shelton Boulevard. We turned left onto the Etruria Valley Link Road and we went under the A500 and onto the retail park. We ran into asda and we saw grey minibus SF69 FCU parked up. Also seen was black minibus MJ72 GWY. We parked up and we went into the shop. Matthew used the toilet and afterwards we did his weekly shop. When we had finished we went to drop off our friend avoidng Newcastle. We got in the car and we set off out of the retail park. We turned left onto the A527 and we followed the road to the marsh. We turned right onto the B5369. We turned left onto Mailhouse Lane and we crossed over the A34. In Knutton we turned left onto High Street and left onto the B5368. We ran forwards onto Cemetery Road and we crossed over the A525 onto Gallowstree Lane. We turned right onto Sneyd Avenue and we crossed over the A53 onto Dartmouth Avenue. We turned left onto Sandon Avenue and we crossed over the square onto The Plaisaunce. We dropped off our friend and we continued along the Plaisaunce. We ran forwards onto Edwards Avenue and we turned right onto Abbots Way. We turned right onto the A519 and left onto Northwood Lane. We turned left onto the B5038 and we ran down to TRentham. We turned right onto the Southbound A34 and we saw ABC Supreme HV24 LSY. We turned left onto the A5035 and we crossed over the railway line into Blurton, getting back around 15:30. We did some of the Blog and Matthew finished off mum's bottle of Cherry Coke. When it was time to go we got in the car and we set off through Blurton onto Finstock Avenue and we turned left onto Beaconsfield Drive. We turned left onto Church Road and left again onto Blurton Road. We went through the traffic lights onto Heron Street. We carried on forwards onto Station Bridge Road we turned left onto Christchurch Street and we turned left onto Masterson Street and we saw Stafford & District Community Link DK05 ERV. We turned right onto Watkin Street and we continued onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. We went upstairs to his room and we put all his shopping in his cupboard or in the kitchen. Matthew had a can of Cherry Coke. Matthew chilled out on his computer and watched buses out of the window. Whilst getting ready we saw Afford rent-a-car YR24 GBY outside there yard. For tea Matthew had chicken & rice. Matthew then went out to catch a bus to Newcastle. We went downstairs and we and we cut through onto City Road to wait a bus to Newcastle. As it got closer we saw that it was First Potteries 67158 on a #11 to Newcastle.

We continued down Castle Walk and up onto Ironmarket. We parked up and and we went to the pub. Matthew went to the toilet and then had a glass of Coke. For dessert he had chocolate fudge cake with ice cream. When we had finished we set off along Ironmarket to the High Street. We turned left onto Hassell Street and we walked past the bus station. On Stubbs Street we saw First Potteries 35950 on a #25 to Hanley. A few minutes later we saw our bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 67158 on a #11 to Hanley.

After a brief stop we continued along Church Street out of Stoke and over the A500. We ran under the railway line and we continued onto City Road. At the top of the hill we got up and got off the bus. We crossed over city Road and walked back to the residential unit. Matthew went back upstairs and Matthew went to his room.
