Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going to Newcastle later on. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast for breakfast. before Matthew went to the day centre he watched buses out of the window. whilst waiting for the time to go to the day centre, we saw First Potteries 67156 on a #23 to Hanley. We went downstairs and we set off onto City Road and we crossed over and onto Manor Street. At the end of Manor Street we turned left onto Victoria Road and and we stopped at Aldi to pickup Matthew's weekly shop. Once Matthew had finished shopping we returned to the Burslem in Autocabs taxi. We set off up Victoria Road and we ran down the hill. We crossed over the roundabout at Joiners Square onto Lichfield street and we ran up the hill towards Hanley. We went around the ring-road and we got onto the A50. We ran through Burslem past the site of the old data company which is going to be a new Lidl supermarket. and around the back of Tunstall High Street past the police station. We re-joined the High Street and ran through Sandyford. We ran through Goldenhill and down the hill into Kidsgrove. We went under the railway line and into Cheshire and we crossed over the A34 onto the B5077. We continued into Alsager and we ran forwards into Radway Green. We continued up Slaughter hill and we ran up to Haslington before running towards Crewe along the A534. We ran inti the town and past the railway station before turning right into Edleston Road. We ran into the centre of Crewe and we followed the road around onto Delamere Street. We walked past the bus station and we saw Arriva NW&W 3161 on a #38 to Macclesfield. We sat down in the chip restaurant and we order our food. Matthew went to the toilet and the food arrived. He had Chips beans and sausage with 2 round of bread and butter washed down with a cup of Coke. After we had finished eating headed back to the bus station. After we had finished we walked back through the bus station and we saw Arriva NW&W 2492 on a #84 to Chester. When we had finished we returned We got in the car and we set off onto Edleston Road and we turned left onto the A534. We ran past the railway station and we continued up towards Haslington. We turned right onto Slaughter Hill and we ran back through Radway Green and into Alsager. We continued over the A34 and into Staffordshire and we ran under the railway line into Kidsgrove. We ran up the hill into Goldenhill and we continued into Sandyford. We joined Tunstall High Street and then we ran around the town centre and joined Scotia Road near to Asda. We ran up into Burslem and we continued along the A5o into Cobridge. We ran down the hill to the edge of Hanley and we went around the ring road to Lichfield Street. We ran down the hill to Joiners Square and we turned right onto the A52. We ran forwards past the railway station and we veered left towards Fenton. We turned left onto City Road and we turned right onto Smithpool Road. We turned left onto Temple Street and we returned to the residential unit. Mathew went upstairs to his room to chill out and watch buses before going out later on. He also watched buses out of the window. Later on we went downstairs and we set off onto City Road and we saw Afford rent-a-car WM70 DHN outside there yard.

We continued down City Road and we stood at the bus stop outside the flats. We waited for a First bus to Hanley. Whilst we waited we saw D&G Bus 114 on a #1A to Wood Lane.

A few minutes later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw that it was First Potteries 69170 on a #11 to Newcastle. We got on the bus and we booked to Newcastle before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off down City Road and we ran down the hill over the old railway line to Leek and onto the A52. We ran under the railway line and over the A500 and straight into Stoke town centre along Church Street. After a brief stop in Stoke we continued along church Street and forwards onto Hartshill Road. We ran up the hill and into Hartshill. We ran forwards onto George Street and we ran down the hill into Newcastle. We turned left at the roundabout onto Barracks Road and into the bus station where we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus Matthew got a picture of First Potteries 69170 before it returned towards Hanley on a #11 service.

We set off on foot up Castle Walk and we visited Home Bargains. Matthew brought a can of Lucozade. We walked up Castle Walk and we turned right into Ironmarket and we turned left onto Castle Walk and we stopped at the Pound Bakery. Matthew brought a sausage roll before continuing along Castle Walk. We stopped at the benches at the end to eat the sausage rolls followed by a jam filled shortbread biscuit and drink the can of Lucozade. Matthew went to the toilet and afterwards continued waiting for the bus. A short time later we saw First Potteries 65003 on a #4A to Hanley.

We got on the bus and we booked to Hanley before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off out of the bus station and onto Barracks Road. We crossed the Jubilee Roundabout and onto the A53. We ran into Basford and over the A500. We ran down into Etruria and over the A500. We continued along the A53 and we turned left onto Forge Lane. We ran out along the Lane and we crossed over the canal before we returned back into Etruria along festival Way. We crossed under the A53 onto Etruria Road. We ran into Hanley and into the bus station. Once in the bus station Matthew went to the toilet. We waited for a bus to Fenton and a short time later we saw First Potteries 67151 on a #23 to Newcastle.

We got on the bus and we booked to Fenton before we sat down. We set off onto John Street and we turned left onto Bethesda Street. We crossed over the ring road and we ran down onto Regent Road and forwards onto Cleveland Road. We ran down though Shelton along College Road. We turned right onto Avenue Road and left onto Stoke Road. We ran down the hill and we turned left onto Station Road and past the railway station. We turned right onto Glebe Street and under the railway line an we ran around the one-way system in Stoke and stopped by Stoke Minster. We turned left onto Church Street and we crossed the A500 and we ran under the railway line. After climbing up the hill into Fenton we turned right into Christchurch Street where we got up and got off the bus. We then walked back to the residential unit. Matthew went upstairs to his room to chill out and watch buses out of the window. Later on Matthew had a bath and had toast for supper. Matthew went on his computer until bedtime around 23:00... Later on we went downstairs and we set off onto Temple Street. In the distance we saw Stanton's of Stoke FJ66 CYC. We carried on along Temple Street and we turned left onto Christchurch Street. We waited for a bus towards Hanley. After a short wait we saw First Potteries 67159 on a #23 to Hanley. We got on the bus and we booked to Hanley before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off along Christchurch Street. We turned left onto City Road. and we joined the A52 to go under the railway line and over the A500. We continued onto Church Street and into the centre of Stoke. After a brief stop we continued around the one-way system onto Elenora Steet and right onto Copeland street. We turned left onto Glebe Street and we went under the railway line before turning left onto Station Road. We went past the railway station and we turned right onto College Road. After running the hill through Shelton we continued onto Cleveland Road and forwards onto Regent Road. We turned left onto Lower Bethesda Street and we crossed over the ring road onto Bethesda Street before we turned right onto John Street where we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we waited for a bus to Newcastle. We saw First Potteries 65003 on a #101 to Stafford. We decided to do this bus to Newcastle. We got on the bus and we booked to Newcastle and sat down towards the back of the bus. Whilst we waited for departure time we saw First Potteries 67156 on a #25 to Keele. We set off out of the bus station and we ran down John Street and left onto Bethesda Street. We turned right onto the clockwise ring road and we turned left onto Broad Street. We ran down to snow hill and at the roundabout we turned Shelton New Road. We ran over the canal and railway line. We ran through the cross road up to Hartshill and at the roundabout we ran into Newcastle down George Street. We joined the one-way system and at the next roundabout we turned left onto Barracks Road. We turned right into the bus station where we got up and got off the bus. A short time later we saw First Potteries 63098 on a #22 to Longton. Matthew went for dinner in a chip shop. We set off along Hassell Street. We sat on a bench in Ironmarket. We turned left down High Street. Matthew had sausage chips and gravy washed down with a can of Coke. Once we had finished eating we returned to the bus station along Castle Walk. At the bus station we saw Arriva Midlands 2983 on a #164 to Market Drayton. Matthew went to the toilet and then returned into the bus station. Whilst we waited for the bus back to Fenton we saw First Potteries 65038 on a #101 to Hanley. After a short while First Potteries 67156 on the #25 to Hanley. We got on the bus and we booked to Hanley before we sat down towards the back of the bus. When it was time to go the bus set off out of the bus station and onto Barracks Road. We turned left at the roundabout onto the A34 and we ran South as far as the hospital where we turned left. We came out of the hospital and turned left onto Hilton Road. We ran into Hartshill and we turned right onto the A52. We ran down the hill into Stoke town centre and along Church Street. After a brief stop we continued along the A52, over the A500 and under the railway line. We followed the A52 to the left and we ran alongside the railway and onto Station Road. We passed the railway station and we turned right onto College Road. We ran up the hill through Shelton and we followed the road to the right onto Cleveland Road and Regent Road. We turned left onto Lower Bethesda Street and we crossed over the ring road, continuing onto Bethesda Street. We turned right onto John Street and Lidice way. When we got to the bus station we got up and got off the bus and Matthew used the toilet. We left the bus station and we crossed Lichfield Street. We walked along Birch Terrace we decided to do a taxi. We called for a Lucky Seven taxi. We got in the taxi and we set off down Birch Terrace and we turned left onto Lichfield Street. We crossed over the ring road and we ran down Lichfield Street and into joiners Square. We crossed over the roundabout onto Victoria Road and we turned onto Manor Street. We turned right onto City Road and left onto Smithpool Road. We turned left onto Temple Street past the new building under construction and back to the residential unit. we went upstairs to his room to chill out and watch buses out of the window D&G Bus 44 on a #1A to Wood Lane.

For a late tea Matthew had a battered fish & chips with beans. Later on we went downstairs and we set off onto Temple Street. In the distance we saw Temple Street church RX18 GZW. We walked onto Temple Street and we turned right onto Christchurch Street. We continued walking to the day centre. At the day centre we saw Shelton Care Group BL69 RFE parked up at the day centre.

We went to the day centre and after spending some time baking. We made a cake and afterwards Matthew used the facilities. We returned to the residential uinit. We walked along Baker Street past the of the new housing development. We turned right onto Christchurch Street. We returned onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. When Matthew got back we went upstairs and went up to his room. Matthew used his computer and ate a jam doughnut. Later on Matthew had a bath and then had toast for supper. He then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Mark.

We walked up to the bus stop near to Philpott's and we waited for a bus towards Longton. A short time later we saw the bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 65028 on a #11 to Hanley. We got on the bus and we booked to Hanley before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We carried on along City Road and we continued forwards onto King Street. We ran through Foley and we under the railway line into Longton town centre. We ran up Market Street and we turned left onto Anchor Road. We ran up the hill to the top and ran down to the roundabout in Adderley Green. At the roundabout at the East end of Bentilee we turned right onto Beverley Drive and then left onto Dawlish Drive. We ran to the end and we turned left onto Beverley Drive. At the end we turned right onto Dividy Road and we ran down the hill to Bucknall. We turned left onto the A52 we saw First Potteries 69163 on a #11 to Newcastle. We ran to limekiln lights. We ran forwards onto the A5272 and we followed. As Bucknall New Road is due to heavy roadworks. it to the left and through Northwood. We continued through Birches Head. We ran back up Keelings Road and onto Town Road where we saw white minibus DE52 PHN. We ran back through into Hanley. We ran into town along Town Road and we crossed over the ring road. We turned right onto Quadrant Road and we went under the Intu Potteries shopping centre. We ran forwards onto Stafford Street and we passed the town hall. We ran along Bagnall Street and into the bus station and We got up and got off the bus and Matthew walked into the bus station and went to the toilet. We waited for the next bus to Leek. A short time later we saw First Potteries 65041 on a #18 to Leek. We got on the bus and we booked to Leek before we sat down. We set off out of the bus station onto john Street and we ran down the hill to Bethesda Street. We ran past the museum and we ran forwards onto Marsh Street. We turned right onto Trinity street and at the top of the hill we turned left onto Stafford Street. We ran forwards onto Quadrant Road and we went across the ring road along Town Road. We ran forwards onto the A5272 and into Sneyd Green. We turned right onto Milton Road and we ran down the hill before turning left onto Berwick Road. At the end of the road we turned right onto the A53. We ran North through Badderley Green and into Stockton Brook. We continued into Endon and then we ran out into open countryside. We climbed the hill into Longsdon and we ran down Ladderedge into the Churnet Valley. We ran up the hill into the town centre and we turned right into Leonard Street. We turned into the bus station and we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we walked through the shopping arcade onto the A523 and we turned left onto Derby Street. We went to Wrights Pie and Matthew had a sausage roll and a can of Coke. We walked to the end of Derby Street and we sat on a bench to eat the sausage roll and drink the can. we saw First Potteries 67655 on a #18 to Hanley. Once we had finished we turned right onto the A53 and we walked through the passageway into the bus station to wait for a bus back to Hanley. We saw it was First Potteries 65036 on a #18 to Hanley. We got on the bus and we booked to Hnaley before sitting down towards the back of the bus. the bus waiting to depart, we saw required Aimee's YA02 YRR on a #116 to Cheddleton. We set off onto of the bus station onto the A523 and we turned left onto the A53. We ran down the hill out of town and own into the Churnet Valley before running up the hill through Ladderedge. We ran down the other side into Longsdon. and we ran through open countryside for a mile or 2 before going into Endon. We ran down through Stockton Brook into Badderley Green. We continued South to Sneyd Green and we turned left into Berwick Road. We turned right onto Milton Road past the former Sneyd Arms pub which is now being worked on. We ran up the hill to the A5272. We turned left and we headed into Hanley. We entered town along Quadrant Road and we ran along Stafford Street and past the town hall into Bagnall Street. We ran into the bus station and we got up and got of the bus. Matthew went to the toilet. We waited for a bus back to Fenton. A few minutes later we saw First Potteries 67155 on a #23 to Newstead. we got on the bus and we booked to Fenton and sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off onto John Street and we turned left onto Bethesda Street. We crossed over the ring road and we ran down onto Regent Road and forwards onto Cleveland Road. We ran down though Shelton along College Road. We turned right onto Avenue Road and left onto Stoke Road. We ran down the hill and we turned left onto Station Road and past the railway station. For tea Matthew had a lasagne followed by a slice of Lemon meringue pie. Later on Matthew went to Stoke on the bus. We set off on foot onto City Road. We walked down to the bus stop outside the flats. on the way we saw Afford rent-a-car WM70 DHN parked up in there depot.

The bus appear and it was First Potteries 65003 on a #11 to Newcastle. We got on the bus and we booked to Stoke before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off down City Road and we ran forwards onto the A52. We ran under the railway line and we went over the A500. We ran into Stoke along Church Street and we got up and got off the bus. We walked down we went under the railway line onto the A52. We joined the Southbound Trent & Mersey canal towpath and we walked past Dolphin Boats. We contuniued under Whieldon Road and past the site of the old Doultons toilet factory. We continued past the wagon works and incinerator. Once we had finished eating and drinking we crossed over the canal and walked up towards the BET365 Stadium. Matthew went to the toilet and afterwards we headed back down to the canal. We stopped at the old railway truck by the side of the canal to have a can of Coke and a chocolate bar. We walked back along the canal to City Road and we went under that railway line and up into Fenton. Before we continued up City Road and we saw First Potteries 65029 on a #25 to Keele. We cut though onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. We cut through to the residential unit. We went upstairs and Matthew went to his room to chill out and watch buses out of the window. He watched television and used his computer. later on he had a bath. For supper Matthew had some toast. The bus set off down City Road and we ran down the hill over the old railway line to Leek and onto the A52. We ran under the railway line and over the A500 and straight into Stoke town centre. We continued along Church Street onto Hartshill Road and into the centre of Hartshill. We turned left into the Avenue and left again onto Hilton Road before turning right into the City General Hospital. Once through the hospital we turned right onto the A34 and we ran into Newcastle. We crossed the roundabout and we ran up Barracks Road and into the bus station from the South end. Once we got to the bus station we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus. We got up and got off the bus. Matthew went to the toilet. Afterwards we waited for a bus back to Fenton. we saw D&G Bus 160 on a #9 to Biddulph.

We got on the bus and we booked to Fenton before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off onto Barracks Road and we ran up to the Jubilee roundabout. We went upstairs and Matthew went to his room to chill out and watch buses out of the window. later on we went to smallthorne. we went downstairs and we got in car. We set of onto Temple Street and we turned left onto Christchurch Street. We crossed over City Road and onto Manor Street. At the end we turned left onto Victoria Road. We ran down the hill to Joiners Square and we went straight across onto Lichfield Street. We ran anti-clockwise around Hanley and we ran towards Birches Head along Town Road. We ran forwards onto the A5272 and we went through Sneyd Green to Smallthorne. We turned left onto Sneyd Hill and we ran down onto Sandbach Road. We parked up and we sat down. Matthew had a bottle of Coke whilst he waited for his food. He has and all day breakfast. After we had finished Matthew wen to the toilet before we returned to the car. In the car Matthew had a can of Coke. We set off along Sandbach Road and we turned left at the light onto North Road. We turned left onto the A53. We ran up the hill and we turned right onto the A5272. We ran through Sneyd Green to Birches Head and we ran forwards onto Town Road. We ran clockwise around Hanley and we turned left onto Lichfield Street. At Joiners Square roundabout we turned right onto the A52 and we ran up to Stoke. We turned left onto City Road and we ran up the hill. We turned right onto Smithpool Road and left onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew went upstairs to chill out and watch buses out of the window. For tea Matthew had chicken nuggets & chips followed by a Bakewell Tart. Matthew returned to his room to chill out. Later on Matthew went out for a Newfriars College. We went downstairs and we got in the car. We set off onto Temple Street and we turned left onto Christchurch Street. We crossed over City Road onto Manor Street and we ran to the end. We turned left onto Victoria Road and we ran down the hill to Joiners Square. At the roundabout we turned right onto the A52. We ran to Limekiln light and we turned right to follow the A52. We ran into Bucknall and we turned left onto Newhouse Road. We ran to the end and we stopped at the college. Matthew went to the toilet and returned to Fenton by car. We set off onto Newhouse Road and we turned right onto the A52. We followed the the A52 to the left and we headed up to Joiners Square. We crossed over the roundabout and we headed towards Stoke. We passed near to the railway station and we ran along side the railway line. We turned left onto City Road and we headed up into Fenton. We turned right onto Smithpool Road and left onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. We went upstairs and Matthew went to his room. He watched television and used his computer. later on he had a bath. For supper Matthew had some toast. Matthew went to bed around 23:00... Mark

We set off on foot onto Glebedale Road and we turned right onto City Road. We waited at the bus stop for a bus to Newcastle. A few minutes later we saw First Potteries 63172 on a #11 to Hanley. Afterwards we saw a bus appear from the East. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 67151 on a #11 to Newcastle.

We got on the bus and we booked to Newcastle before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off down City Road and we ran down the hill over the old railway line to Leek and onto the A52 where we saw First Potteries 67152 on a #23 to Newstead. We ran under the railway line and over the A500 and straight into Stoke town centre along Church Street. After a brief stop in Stoke we continued along church Street and forwards onto Hartshill Road. We ran up the hill and into Hartshill. We ran forwards onto George Street and we ran down the hill into Newcastle. We turned left at the roundabout onto Barracks Road and into the bus station where we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we had a walk around Newcastle. Once of the bus we set off up Castle Walk and we stopped at the 3 shop. Afterwards we continued up Castle Walk and we turned left onto Ironmarket. We saw the former Malik's store which Titanic Brewers want to open up as a Bod. We walked down past the old town hall adjacent to the High Street and we turned left onto Hassell Street and back to the bus station. We waited for a bus towards Biddulph. Whilst we waited we saw First Potteries 32649 on a #25 to Hanley.

We got on the bus and we booked to Westbury park. We set off onto Barracks Road. We crossed over the roundabout and we joined the Southbound A519. We turned left Stafford Ave and we turned right onto Clayton Lane. We re-joined the A519 and we continued Southwards. We turned right into Westbury Park before going forward onto Seabridge Lane and then back onto the A519 closer to Newcastle. We ran down the A519 into Newcastle and then on Barracks Road. We entered the bus station onto Barracks Road and we ran Southwards onto the A34. We turned left into the hospital and we ran through the the grounds. We turned right onto Hilton Road. At the roundabout we went left onto Newcastle lane and we ran up the hill into the centre of Penkhull. We turned left onto St Thomas Place and forwards onto Princes Street. We past the old school. on the left old North Staffs Royal Infirmary. At the end of the road we turned right onto the A52 and we ran down into Stoke. We passed through Church Street and we crossed over the A500. after running under the railway line we followed the A52 around to the left running parallel to the railway line. We then turned left onto to station Road. railway station and due to roadworks we ran to the end of Station Road and turned right. We ran up Stoke Road and we turned right onto Avenue Road. At the roundabout we turned left onto College Road and we ran up the hill through Shelton. We continued onto Cleveland Road and we turned left onto Bethesda Street. We crossed over the ring road and we continued along Bethesda Street before turning right onto John Street. We ran up the hill into the bus station and onto Bethesda Street. We went onto Marsh Street before turning back into Hanley on Trinity Street. we turned onto Stafford Street and we picked up more passengers before heading out of town along Quadrant Road. We headed through Townsend an onto Chell Street. We went through Sneyd Green and we turned left at Smallthorne Roundabouts onto Ford Green Road. we turned left onto Chell Heath Road and passed his old school in Chell Heath. We carried on through Fegg Hayes. At the end of the road we turned right onto the A527 and we headed up though Brindley Ford where we saw D&G Bus 51 on a #9 to Westbury park. Knypersley and we ran around through the housing estates of Biddulph before running into town via St John's Road, past the sight of the new Aldi. We ran forwards onto Colliers Way and up Wharf Road to the bus station where we got up and got off the bus. The bus set off onto High Street and we turned left at the roundabout onto St John's Road. We ran around the estate and we crossed over the A527 and we ran down through Brindley Ford into Fegg Hayes. We turned left onto Oxford Road and we ran forwards into Chell Heath. We passed Matthew's old school site which is going to be a new sheltered housing site. We ran through Bradeley to the traffic lights. We turned right and we ran up the hill through Smallthorne where we saw D&G Bus 159 on a #9 to Biddulph. At the top of the hill we turned left onto the A5272 and into Hanley. We ran into town along Town Road and we crossed over the ring road. We turned right onto Quadrant Road and we went under the Intu Potteries shopping centre. We ran forwards onto Stafford Street and we passed the town hall. We ran along Bagnall Street and into the bus station. Once off Matthew then went for dinner at McDonalds. We set off on foot onto Lichfield Street and at the top we turned right onto Old Hall Street. We turned left onto parliament Row and we went into McDonalds Matthew used the toilet and then had a burger meal with fries and a cup of Coke. After we had finished eating we walked back to the bus station. We set off onto Parliament Row and we turned right onto Old Hall Street. We turned left onto Lichfield Street by Blackburn House and we walked down to the bus station. we saw First Potteries 67657 on a #6A to Blythe Bridge.

We set off out of the bus station onto John Street and we turned left onto Bethesda Street. We turned left onto the ring road and we turned right onto Lichfield Street and we ran down the hill to Joiners Square. We crossed the roundabout onto Victoria Road and we ran up the hill into Fenton. At the top of the hill we got up and got off the bus. One off the bus we set off on foot onto City Road and we turned left onto Christchurch Street. We turned right onto Temple Street and we returned to the residential unit. Matthew went upstairs to his room to chill out and watch buses out of the window before going out later on. After Matthew went for a walk to Aldi to get some shopping. We went downstairs and we set off onto City Road and we crossed over and onto Manor Street. At the end of Manor Street we turned left onto Victoria Road and and we stopped at Aldi to pickup Matthew's weekly shop. Once Matthew had finished shopping we returned to the residential unit in Autocabs taxi. We set off up Victoria Road and We turned right onto City Road. We turned right onto Watkin Street and onto Temple Street past the new building under construction and back to the residential unit. Matthew went back upstairs. For tea Matthew had chicken & rice followed by a Bakewell Tart. Later on Matthew went to the adult social at the old adventure playground. We went downstairs and we went in a Lucky Seven taxi. We got in the taxi and we set off onto Temple Street where we saw Temple Street Methodist Church minibus DN03 WKK. we turned left onto Christchurch Street and we turned left onto City Road. We ran down the hill and under the railway line into Stoke. We crossed over the A500. We joined the Northbound A500. we came off the A500 and we ran up to Shelton. We joined Shelton New Road where we saw D&G Bus 109 on a #85 to Hanley. and we headed into Hartshill. At the roundabout we ran forwards onto George Street and into Newcastle. We ran forwards onto Ryecroft. We ran forward onto Knutton lane and we turned left onto Dunkirk. We turned right onto Poolside and we arrived at Our Space. Matthew went to the toilet and afterwards Matthew used the play equipment. He also had a can of Coke. When we had finished we returned to Fenton by taxi. We walked out onto Stanier Street and we saw it was a Lucky Seven taxi. We got in the taxi and we set off along Stanier Street. We turned right onto John O' Gaunt's road and left onto Silverdale Road. We turned left onto the A525 and we ran past the dancing Octopus. We turned right onto the Southbound A34 and we ran Southwards past The Cherry Tree. We turned left at the Avenue and we ran up to Hartshill Road. We ran down to Stoke and onto the one way system. we veered left onto Liverpool Road. We veered left onto Elenora Street and we turned right onto Copeland Street. We turned left onto Glebe Street and right onto Lytton Street. We ran alongside the railway line and at the end we turned left onto City Road and we went under the railway line. We ran up the hill into Fenton and we turned right onto Smithpool Road. We turned left into Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Later on Matthew went downstairs to do his shopping. We set of onto City Road. After crossing over the road we turned right into Manor Street. At the end we turned left onto Victoria Road. Part way down Victoria Road we saw First Potteries 65003 on a #6A to Blythe Bridge. We turned left onto Victoria Road. In Aldi Matthew picked up his weekly shop. After he had done his shopping we went to Sandbach in a Lucky Seven taxi. We set off onto Victoria Road and we ran down to joiners Square. We crossed over the roundabout and we ran forwards onto Lichfield Street. We ran up to the ring road and we ran anti-clockwise around Hanley. We turned right onto the A50 and we ran Northwards through Cobridge into Burslem. We continued up Scotia Road towards Tunstall and we continued onto the High Street and Northwards through Goldenhill. We ran down the hill to Kisgrove and we continued under the railway line and canal into Cheshire. We ran through to Rode Heath and we turned right onto the A5011. We turned left onto the A533 and we ran the last few miles into Sandbach. We followed the A533 Northwards through town and we turned right into the town centre. We parked up on the common and we saw D&G Bus 140 on a #316 to Cooksmere Lane. We walked down the High Street and we stopped at the pub for dinner. Matthew went to the toilet and after wards had dinner. He had a burger and chips washed down with a glass of Coke. For dessert Matthew had a chocolate fudge cake and ice cream. When we had finished we walked back to the Common. We returned to Fenton in a lucky Seven taxi. We set off onto the A533 and we headed Southwards. We ran down to Rode Heath and we turned right onto the B5011. We turned left onto the A50 and we ran through Kidsgrove. We ran through Goldenhill and we joined the A527 towards the Chatterley Valley. We joined the Southbound A500 and we ran through Longport and Etruria. We came off the A500 at Stoke and we turned left onto City Road. We ran up the hill into Fenton and we and right onto Smithpool Road. We turned left onto Temple Street past the new building under construction and back to the residential unit. We turned left onto Glebe Street and we went under the railway line before turning left onto Station Road. We went past the railway station ans we turned right onto College Road. After running the hill through Shelton we continued onto Cleveland Road and forwards onto Regent Road. We turned left onto Lower Bethesda Street and we crossed over the ring road onto Bethesda Street. We turned right onto John Street and we got up and got off the bus at the top of John Street. Today we decided to stay local. We did no research for this trip other than to check the weather. It was set to rain all morning and the rain would end in the early afternoon. Matthew got up around 11:00 and had toast and orange juice for breakfast. We went out just before 12:00 with the plan to catch the 12:01 departure to Stoke. We set off onto Finstock Avenue and as we turned into Beaconsfield Drive we saw the bus pull away from the stop. We went back home for a few minutes and we returned to the bus stop. We saw First Potteries 67157 on a #23 to Newstead. We decided to catch the bus towards Longton. A few minutes later the bus turned the corner and it was First Potteries 63097 on a #22 to Longton.

We crossed the roundabout onto Baths Road and we entered Longton Transport Interchange. We got off. We set off along the path better Wrights Pies and Barclays bank onto The Strand. We continued up The Strand to the Britannia cafe where we decided to have dinner today. Matthew had a breakfast washed down with a can of Coke. As we travelled down King Street through Foley into Fenton and forwards onto City Road, past the site of the new Costa Coffee. We ran down the hill over the old railway line to Leek and onto the A52. We ran under the railway line and over the A500. As we entered Stoke we saw First Potteries 44514 on a #11 to Hanley. We continued into into Stoke town centre along Church Street and we saw First Potteries 67153 on a #25 to Hanley. After a brief stop in Stoke we continued along church Street and forwards onto Hartshill Road. We ran up the hill and into Hartshill. We ran forwards onto George Street and we ran down the hill into Newcastle. We turned left at the roundabout onto Barracks Road and into the bus station where we got up and got off the bus. Once of the bus we saw D&G Bus 43 on a #94 to Congleton.

We crossed the Jubilee roundabout onto the A527 and headed through Wolstanton. As we travelled North up the road we passed First Potteries 67662 on a #99 to Newcastle. We turned right onto Porthill Bank and we we went down the hill and over the A500. We went through Middleport and at Trubshaw Cross we went left onto Brownhills Road. We joined Tunstall High Street and at the top of the Road we got up and got off the bus. Matthew took another picture of 65004 before it carried on towards Chell Heath.

As we travelled down to Trubshaw Cross. We ran forwards along the A5271 through Longport and over the A500. We climbed up Porthill Banks and surprisingly we turned right. Bradwell and Hempstalls to pick up that section of the route. We turned right onto Arnold Grove and we went past the cemetery. We turned left onto Bursley Way and then left onto Bradwell Lane. We turned right onto Hanbridge Avenue. We turned left onto Dimsdale Parade West and then right onto Hassam Parade. We crossed over Milehouse Lane and we continued through Hempstalls into Newcastle. We passed the side of the old PMT bus garage and we turned left onto Liverpool Road and passed the Freebird. We turned left onto Ryecroft and at the roundabout we went onto Barracks Road. We pulled into the bus station and we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus Matthew took another picture of D&G 52 as it went on layover.

We continued along the A53 and we turned left onto Forge Lane. We ran out along the Lane and we crossed over the canal before we returned back into Etruria along festival Way. We crossed under the A53 onto Etruria Road. We ran into Hanley and into the bus station. Once off the bus we visited the toilet before going over to John Street car park to take a few bus pictures. We went up a floor and we saw Arriva Midlands 2997 on a #164 to Market Drayton.

We crossed over the A527 at Knypersley and we ran around through the housing estates of Biddulph before running into town via St John's Road, Colliers Way and up Wharf Road to the bus station. We continued past the former Royal Oak pub which is currently up for sale, with suggestion being mooted that it may become a new Costa Coffee. We stopped at Biddulph Pizza & Burger and we had 2 portions of fries and 2 cans to share between the 3 of us. We walked back up the High Street and we turned right onto Wharf Road. We visited the toilet and Matthew used the facilities. When we came out we saw D&G 157 on a #9 to Hanley.

The bus set off onto the High Street and we turned left onto St Johns Road. We ran around the estate and onto Woodland Street. We crossed over the A527 at Knypersley. We ran through Brown Lees and we rejoined the A527 by the industrial estate. We ran down through Brindley Ford and to Fegg Hayes. We ran up the hill to Chell and we turned left onto High Lane. We ran back through Smallthorne & Sneyd Green into Hanley. When we got up and got off the bus. We had arranged with mum to get picked up near to the bus station. As we walked through the bus station we saw D&G Bus 20 on a #16 to Leek.

We crossed over Lichfield Street and we walked over to Birch Terrace where mum was parked up. She was waiting with Wright's sausage rolls and a can of Irn Bru for Matthew. Once in the car we set off down Birch Terrace and we turned left onto Lichfield Street and we saw First Potteries 44511 on a #6 to Hanley. We crossed over the A52 and onto Victoria Road. We climbed to the top of the hill and we joined the A50 link road. We joined the Eastbound A50 and we ran up to Longton. where we came off. We then headed to Z Carz to see what was parked up there this today. There was nothing on the spare ground and we turned left onto Willow Row. We saw Z Carz Mercedes minibus CE02 LYX in the compound.

We turned around and got back onto the A50 and we went Westwards to Heron Cross. We turned left onto Blurton Road and we ran through Blurton. We ran forwards onto Church Street and we turned right into Beaconsfield Drive. We got home around 19:15. For a late tea we had bangers and mash with carrots followed by a slice of egg custard tart.
