Today was the final day of Matthew's short break in East Yorkshire. He was also travelling back to Fenton by bus as coach later on. Matthew got up around 07:00 and had toast and juice for breakfast. In the morning we went to the Sea Life Centre. We set off on foot onto Trafalgar Suare and we headed Northward up Trafalgar Road. We went forwards onto Tennison Avenue and we turned right onto the A165. We turned right at the roundabout and we headed onto Cleveland Way. We headed North until we reached the Sea Life Centre. We headed inside and Matthew went into the toilet. Afterwards we went to see the octupii. We continued to the outdoor area and we saw the penguins. When we had finished we walked to the nearest bus stop to catch a bus towards Scarborough town centre. We headed Northwards up Cleveland Way to the turning circle to wait for a bus. A short time later we saw the bus approaching. It was East Yorkshire 741 on a #11 to Scrabotrough.

We got on the bus and we booked to Scarborough. The lower saloon was empty so Matthew took a picture inside of East Yorkshire 741 before we we went upstairs and sat down.

The bus set off Northwards on Scalby Mills Road and we followed the road around and headed Westwards. We turned left onto Burniston Road and right onto Cross Lane. When we got to the hospital we turned left onto Newlands Park Drive. We continued onto North Lease Avenue and we ran forwards onto Glen Bridge. We turned left onto Dean Road and we ran into town. We turned left onto Castyle Road and left onto Queen Street where we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus walked to Greggs. We turned right onto Newborough and we stopped at the shop. Matthew had a sausage roll and a bottle of Coke. We went outside and we sat down to eat the food. Whilst we were sat down and ate the sausage roll. Afterwards we went to Esquires Coffee. Matthew had a slice of cheesecake. Afterwards Matthew went to the toilet. When we had finished we headed down the zig zag path to the seafront onto Foreshore Road and we got an ice cream. When we had finished eating the ice cream we got some rock to take home. We walked along Foreshore Road to the funicular railway and we went up the hill onto the town centre. We walked uo Huntios Row and we turned left onto Westborough. We stopped at the bus stops opposite Wetherspoons. We saw East Yorkshire 741 on a school service.

We crossed the road into Wetherspoons and we had a glass of Coke. Afterwards we had a beefburger and fries. Matthew went to the toilet and afterwards we crossed over the road to the stop by the railway station. A few minutes later we saw Arriva North East 1573 on a X93 to Middlesborough.

We waited for the bus back to Leeds. As hort time the bus appeared. We saw it was Transdev York 3636 n a #843 to Leeds.

We got on the bus and we booked to Leeds at £2. We sat downstairs at the back in the seats with the bag storage and tables. The bus set off along the A64 and we headed Westwards out of town. The road turned to the South and we headed through Edgehill and Crossgates. We turned right onto B1261 and we headed Westwards to Seamer. We turned left and headed Southwards down the B1261 before rejoining the A64. We continued Southwards to Staxton and we turned right to follow the A64. We ran Westwards through Ganton, Sherburn and West Heslerton. Just after Scagglethorpe we turmed left onto Scarborough Road and we ran into Norton. We turned right onto Castlegate and we crossed over the railway line and the river Derwent. We followed the road to the left and we stopped at the bus station opposite to Malton railway station. After a brief stop in the bus station we rejoined the B1248 and we headed Westwards. We rejoined the A64 and we continued South Westwards for around 10 mile running through Flaxton Moor before we turned left onto Common Lane. We turned right onto Sandy Lane and we ran through Stockton on the forest. We continued towards York over the A64 and into Heworth. We left onto Heworth Road and and we turned right onto East Parade. We ran forwards onto Hawthorn Grove and we ran through Layerthorpe. We crossed over the River Foss and we ran inti the city. We turned left onto Piccadilly and we turned right onto Tower Street and we saw First York 39518 on a #3 to Askham Bar. We turned left onto Ouse Bridge and we crossed over the river. We turned right onto George Hudson Street and we turned left onto Station Road. We passed through the city wall and we stopped opposite to the railway station. After a brief stop we continued along the A1036 and we ran South Westwards out if town. We crossed the railway line and the A64 and we ran into Copmanthorpe. We ran forwards onto Hallcroft Lane and we turned right onto Manor Heath before joining the Westbound A64. We ran for about 4 miles and we came off the A64 onto the A659. We ran into Tacaster nd we turned left into the bus station. After a brief stop we turned left of the bus station onto A659. We turned left into Stutton Road and right onto Woodlands Ave before turning right into Garnet Lane. We turned left onto the A659 and we joined the A64. We travelled through Kiddal Lane End and Whinmoor. We rejoined onto York Road. We ran through Seacroft and we turned right into the A64. We went through Cross Gates we ran up Killingbeck and we ran forwards into Osmondthorpe and into Harehills. We ran through Leeds and we turned left onto Marsh Lane. We turned right onto York Street and we turned right into the A61. We turned into the bus station we got up and got off the bus we saw Arriva Yorkshire 1474 on a #140 to Pontefract. We went to the toiilet and afterwards we waited for the coach to Manchester. Whilst we waited Matthew had a bottle of Coke. A short time later the coach appeared. We saw it was Selwyns BV19 XSE on a National Express 171 to Liverpool.

We got on the coach and we flashed the National Express tickets to the driver before we sat down in our seats. At departure time the coach set off out of the bus station and we turned left ont York Street. We turned right onto the A653 and we crossed over the river Aire. We turned right onto the A639 and left onto the A653. We joined the M621 at junction 4 and we headed South before turning around and headed back the other way. We ran Westwards down to the M62 and we got on the A650 and headed Northwards through Bowling and into Bradford City centre. We ran forwards onto Bridge Street and left onto Hall Ings. We turned left onto Nelson Street and the coach pulled up. After a brief stop we set off along Nelson Street and we turned left onto the A641. We headed South until we reached the ring road. We turned left onto the A6177 and we joined the end of the M606 and headed Southwards. We ran Westwards over the top of the Pennines and we came off at Junction 20. We ran Southwards down the A627(M) and we ran forwards onto the A663. We ran into the centre of Chadderton and the bus stopped by the crossroads. After a brief stop we continued Southwards to New Moston Leisure Centre and the next stop. We turned right onto the A62 and we went through Failsworth. We continued into the centre of Manchester and we turned left onto Piccadilly. We turned right onto Portland Street and we turmed left into Chorlton Street and we entered Manchester Central Coach Station. We got up and got off the coach and we headed to a bar by the canal off Chorlton Street. Matthew had a can of Coke and a burger and chips. We ate the food and we headedc back to the coach station. We waoted for our coach to Hanley. A short time later it appeared. We saw it was Selwyns BV67 JXR on a #424 to London.

We got on the coach and we flashed the National Express tickets to the driver before we sat down in our seats. At departure time the coach set off along Sackville Street and we turned left onto Portland Street and and we ran onto Great Bridgewater Street we came off the A57(M). We took the spur onto the Eastbound M60 and we ran fast to the airport. As we travelled we saw Options YG17 SSX. We veered onto the M56 and we came off at junction M56. We came off at the next roundabout and we headed towards T2. We turned left onto Chicago Avenue and we went forwards into the airport and we came off at junction 8 onto the the A556. We ran the couple of mile to the motorway and we joined the Southbound M6. As we travelled down the M6 we saw an unidentified Vision Travel coach. We came off the M6 at junction 16 and we ran down the A500. We passed through Longport and Wolstanton where we came off the A500 and we the A527 and we crossed over onto Etruria Valley Link Road. We ran down the hill through Festival Way. We crossed under the A53 onto Etruria Road. We turned right onto the ring road and we ran around anti-clockwise to Bethesda Street. We turned right onto John Street and we ran up the hill to the bus station. We got up and got off the bus and Matthew visited the toilet. We crossed over Lichfield Street. We called for a Lucky Seven taxi. We got in the taxi and we set off down Lichfield Street and over the ring road. We ran down to joiners Square and we crossed over the roundabout We turned right onto the A52 and we ran towards Stoke. By the railway station we veered left along the A52 and we ran parallel to the railway line. We turned left onto City Road and right onto Smithpool Road. We turned left onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew went upstairs to his roon to watch TV and chill out. Matthew went up to his room to use his computer and watch buses. He also ate the a toffee Crisp. Later on Matthew had a bath and then had toast for supper. He then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 03:00... Mark.

Today was the first full day off our break in Scarborough. Matthew got up around 09:30 and had toast and orange juice for breakfast. After getting ready we set off onto foot down Trafalgar Road and we headed onto Dean Road. We turned left the B1364 and we parked up and we went for a walk around Park Hall. Afterwards we went into the cafe. Matthew had washed down with a can of Coke. We went to the café and used the toilet and When we had finished we walked down over Castle Road. A few minutes later we saw grey minibus YE71 FUH.

We turned right onto Newborough. We turned right onto North Street and we went to TK Maxx. We cam out of the bottom of TK Maxx onto North Street and we turned right onto Newborough and we Matthew went into a shop and brought a new bag. We came out of the shop and we visited Costa Coffee. Matthew used the toilet and then Matthew had a bottle of Coke. Once we had finished eating and drinking we walked through the shopping centre and back onto Westborough. We looked for something that we could catch to Eastfield. We saw East Yorkshire 518 on a #8 to Barrowcliffe.

A short time later we saw the bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was East Yorkshire 283 on a #7A to Eastfield.

We got on the bus and we placed the Scarborough Day tickets under the scanner for the final time today. We set off along the A64 and we headed out of Scarborough. We past the retail park and the park and ride site and we turned right onto Seamer Road. We turned left onto the B1261 and we ran past Seamer railway station. We turned left onto Manham Hill and right onto Westway. Somwhere on the estate we saw Esk Valley Coaches V7 ESK. We turned left onto Overdale and we crossed over Eastway. We ran forwards onto Priory place and we turned lefy onto Osgodby Lane. We turned left onto Filey Road and we passed Esk Valley Coaches YJ22 DXC. We joined the A165 and we ran into Ramshill and we headed into Scarborough. We turned right onto Somerset Terrace and we ran forwards onto Falconers Road. We turned left onto St Nicholas Street and we ran forwards onto St Thomas Street. We turned left onto Castle Street and left onto Aberdeen Walk. We turned left onto Abelmarle Crecent and right onto Westborough. We ran forwards onto the A64 where we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we walked along Westborugh. We saw East Yorkshire 379 on a #165 Park & Ride service.

We continued to Marks & Spencers where we went upstairs and Matthew went to the toilet. When we had done we went outside and we turned left onto Bar Street. We caught the funicular railway down to the seafront and we headed along Foreshore Road. We stoppe at a chip shop and we had sausage chips and gravy washed down with a glass of Coke. Afterwards Matthew went to the toilet. Afterwards Matthew had an ice cream. When we had finished we walked back along Foreshore Road and back up the funiculaar railway. We went forwards onto Bar Street and left onto Westboufgh. We continued to the railway station and forwards onto the A64. We stopped at the stop outside the station and we waited for a bus Northwards. A short time later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was Arriva North East 1571 on a X94 to Whitby.

We got on the bus and we booked to Peasholm Park before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off Westwards along the A64. We headed down the hill into the A165 and we ran into Peasholm Park where we got up and got off the bus. Matthew took another photo of Arriva North East 1571 as it continued towards Whitby.

Once off the bus we walked through the park. We stopped at a shop and brought a bottle of coke. We walked onto Dean Road and we went left onto Trafalgar Road and back to the appartment. For tea Matthew had sausages and potatoes followed by a few brownies. Later on Matthew went to the pub. We set off Trafalgar Road and we turnd left onto Dean Road. We stopped at the pub and Mattehw had glass a coke. Matthew went to the toilet. When we had finished we booked a taxi. We got in a taxi and we set off along Dean Road and we turned right onto Trafalgar Road. We went back to the appartment. Matthew chilled out and uploaded his picture and wrote some of the Blog. Today was the second day of the short break in Yorkshire. Research for today consisted of looking up the various dat tickets for the local operators and checking the weather. It was due to rain all morning with high winds, clearing up in the afternoon and mild for the time of year. Matthew woke up around 10:00 and had toast for breakfast. A little later on he had a glass of Coke. I asked Matthew idf he wanted to do more Arriva, Transdev or East Yorkshire buses and he chose Arriva. Just after 11:00 we set off onto the A165 and we waited for a bus towards Scarborough. As short time later we saw a bus approaching As it got closer we saw it was East Yorkshire 376 on a #10 to Scalby.

We got on the and we booked Scarborough local day tickets at £4.50 each before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off up the A165 and we headed over the river into town and we saw white minibus YJ07 UEY parked up. We turned right onto Somerset Terrace and we ran forwards onto Falconers Road. We turned left onto St Nicholas Street and we ran forwards onto St Thomas Street. We turned left onto Castle Street we saw Shoreline Suncruisers was 45 to the right of us on a #777 service to Eastfield. We conituned through town turning left onto Aberdeen Walk. We turned left onto Abelmarle Crecent and right Westborough. We ran forwards onto the A64 where we got up and got off the bus. We waited for the X93. As few minutes later it cam around the corner. As expected it was Arriva North East 7401 on an X93 to Middlesborough.

We got on the bus and we booked an Attiva North East Duo ticket at £13.50 before we went upstairs. The top deck was empty so Matthew took a picture inside of Arriva North East 7401.

We set off down the A64 and we ran forwards onto Falsgrave Road. At the ring-road we turned right onto the A171. We headed up through Scalby and up over Burniston and we ran up the hill into Cloughton. We ran through Flask Inn and down the bank into Fylingthorpe. We continued into Robin Hood's Bay and into Hawsker. We continued into Whitby and we crossed over the A174 onto Bagdale. As we travelled into town we saw Arriva North East 1563 on an X93 to Scarborough. We up Victoria Square and we entered the bus station where we got up and got off the bus. Matthew got another picture of Arriva North East 7401 before it continued towards Middlesborough.

We crossed the road and we went to Greggs. With used the toilet and I went to the counter to get food. We btought some sausage rolls and drinks. We sat in and Matthew ate a sausage roll and had some of his bottle of Coke. When we had finsihed we crossed the road to wait for another Northbound bus. As short time later we saw Arriva North East come into the bus station on a X4 to Middlesborough.

We got on the bus and we flashed the Arriva North East day ticket to the driver before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off out of the bus station and we turned left onto Victoria Square and we ran Bagdale. We turned right onto the A174. As we travelled up we saw Arriva North East 1561 on a X4 to Whitby. We ran through Raithwaite and then we joined East Row. We ran fast up to Sandsend and we came Lythe onto Ellerby. We turned left onto Ellerby Lane and up over Runswick Bay. We turned left onto Runswick Lane and we ran into Hinderwell. We turned right onto the A174 and and we ran up towards Staithes. We ran through Easington into Loftus. After a brief stop in Loftus we saw former school which is going to be a new pub. We continued up Mill Bank and we ran onto Lorne Terrace into Brotton. We decided to get off here and go to the pub. At the other end of the village we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus Matthew took another picture of Arriva North East 1434 as it continued towards Middlesborough.

We went to visit The Queens Arms but the pub appeared to be closed. We walk back up the High Street and we went to The Green Tree. Matthew went to the toilet and I went to the bar to get the drinks. We sat down and Matthew had a glass of Coke. When we had finished we left the pub and we crossed over the road to wait for another Eastbound bus. There were 2 buses due around the same time. There was an #5 to Middleborough via Guisborough and a X3A via Redcar. We decided that we were going to go to Redcar. Whilst we waited for our bus we saw Arriva North East 1484 on a #5 to Middleborough.

We got on the bus and we flashed the Arriva North East day ticket to the driver before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off along the high Street and we ran past the Queens Arms pub. We joined the A174 and we headed Eastwards. We turned left into Pleasant Fields Lane and we entered Skelton Retail Park. We ran to the roundabout at the end and we turned around passing Tees Flex 44031. We ran back down to the A174 and we headed Southwards towards the roundabout. We turned right onto Vaughan Street and we ran trough North Skelton. We turned right onto Byland Road and left onto Station Lane. We turned left onto Saltburn Lane and right onto High Street. We continued into Skelton-in-Clevelad and we turned right onto Marske Lane. We ran forwards onto the Northbiound A174 and we turned right onto Hob Hill Lane. We turned left onto Marske Mill Lane and right onto Marske Road. We ran forwards onto Windsor Road and we turned left onto Station Street. We turned around by the railway station and we stopped near to the station. After a brief stop we ran up Station Road and we turned right onto Windsor Road. We ran forwards onto Marske Road and we turned right onto the Northbound A1085. We ran into Marske-by-the-Sea and we turned left at the roundabout onto Redcar Road. We turned right onto Greenstone Road and we ran through the estate. At the end we turned onto Redcar Lane and we ran up to the level crossing and stopped. We waited for a few minutes before we saw 66004 roar past on a potash train. The level crossing clear and we continued Northwards before turned left onto High Street where we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we headed into the Crown & Anchor pub and Matthew went to the toilet and I went to the bar to get the drinks in. We sat down and drank our drinks and afterwards we went back onto the High Street. We crossed over the road and headed to stop N to wait for an Eastbound bus. Whilst we waited we saw Arriva North East 1564 on X4 to Middlesborough.

We wait for quite a while. There seemed to be plenty of buses headed Westwards but nothing going Eastwards. Whilst we weaited we saw Arriva North East 4703 on a #63 to Middlesborough.

A few minutes later we saw a distant bus approaching. It was Arriva North East 4704 on a #62 to Marske.

We got on the bus and we flashed the Arriva North East day ticket to the driver before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off along the High Street and at the roundabout we went straight on to the Esplanade. We continued onto Coast Road before veering right onto Lilac Grove. We joined Borough Road and we went past Redcar East railway station. We turned right onto Redcar Lane and rioght on Warwick Road. We ran forwards onto Castle Road and we ran around a loop and back onto Warick Road. We re=joined Redcar Lane and we ran down to the A174. We joined the Eastbound A174 and we turned right onto Longbeck Lane. We turned left onto Birkdale Road and left onto Gleneagles Road. We ran forwards onto St Andrews Road and we turned right onto Longback Lane. We crossed over the A174 and we ran forwards onto Longbeck Road and we crossed over the railway line. We turned onto Redcar Road and we ran to the roundabout before doing a u-turn and stopping at the terminus where we got up and got off the bus. We headed back towards the roundabout on foot and we stopped at the toilets. Afterwards we crossed over the road to wait for the X4. A couple of minutes later we saw a bus turn the corner. It was Arriva North East 1435 on a X4 to Whitby.

We got on the bus and we flashed the Arriva North East day ticket to the driver before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off along the A1085 and we headed Southwards we turned left onto Marske Road. We ran into Saltburn and we turned left onto Station Street. We did a u-turna dn stopped at the main stop before turning onto Windsor Road. We continied onto Saltburn Road and we crossed Skelton Beck before climbing out of the town and heading up the hill into Brotton. We turned right onto Coach Road and we turned right onto Laburnham Road. We turned left onto Linden Road and we continued onto Willow Drive. We joined the Skelton Road and we ran through the centre of Btotton onto Lome Terrace. We joined the A174 and we ran towards Easington along Boulby. We went through Staithes to Hinderwell. We turned left turned left onto Runswick Lane and into Runswick Bay. We continued Hinderwell Lane onto Ellerby Lane and we turnd right onto the A174. As we travelled up we saw Arriva North East 1434 on a X4 to Middlesbrough. We headed down the hill into Ellerby and Lythe and we went up to Sandsend. We ran Northwards into Boulby and we continued up Raithwaite. We continued through Whitby and we turned left onto Bagdale. We up Victoria Square and we entered the bus station where we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we crossed the road and we visited The Station Inn. Matthew went to the toilet and afterwards we had a small glass of Coke. When we had finished we went outside and our bus was in the bus station. We crossed over the road and around the corner to Bargain Booze to buy choclate and pop for later on. We walked back into the bus station just as the driver was getting the bus ready for service. It was Arriva North East 1563 on an X93 to Scarborough.

We got on the bus and we flashed the Arriva North East day ticket to the driver for the final time today before we went sat down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off out of the bus station and we turned left onto Victoria Square and we ran Bagdale. We turned left onto the A174 and onto the A171. We ran through into Hawsker and into Robin Hood's Bay. We ran through Fylingthorpe and down the bank into Flask Inn. We headed up through Cloughton and up over Burniston and we ran up the hill into Scalby. We headed down the hill into Scarborough. We turned left onto Falsgrave Road and and we ran forwards onto the A64 and we turned into the railway station and we got up and got off the bus. Matthew took another picture of Arriva North East 1563 before it returned to Middlesborough on the X93.

Once off the bus Matthew indicated that he needed to go to the toilet We crossed over the A165 onto Westbrough and we visited Wetherspoons. Matthew went to the toilet and afterwards Matthew had a glass of Coke. When we had finished we crossed over the A165 and went back to the railway station and we waited for a bus up towards the apartment. A short time later we saw the bus approaching. It was East Yorkshire 288 on a #10 to Eastfield.

We got on the bus as we flashed the Scarborough Day ticket to the driver for the final time today before we we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off along Westbrough and turned left onto Northway. We turned right onto the B1364 and we turned right onto Queen Street. We turned right onto Newbrough and right onto St Thomas Street. We re-joined the B1364 and we turned right onto Aberdeen Walk. We turned right onto Abermarle Crescent and we ran to the end and turned right onto Westborough. We turned left onto the A165 and we crossed the bridge over Valley Road and we ran up the hill into Ramshill. We veered left onto West Street and we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we headed back onto the the A165 and we crossed over the road to the chip shop. Mum had phoned in the order and we picked up the food and payed for it. We walked back to the apartment and we had our food. Matthew had a battered sausage, chips and gravy washed down with a glass of Coke. WE chiulled out at the apartment and did some of the Blog and wrote e-mails. Later on Matthew had a bath. We got ready for bed and Matthew went to bed around 00:00... Mark.

Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going to Sunderland. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast for breakfast. before Matthew went to Sunderland he watched buses out of the window. whilst waiting for the time to go to Sunderland. we saw Temple Street Church RX18 GZW.

We went downstairs and we got in a car. We set off onto Temple Street and right onto Smithpool Road. We turned left onto City Road and we headed down the road into Stoke. We joined the Southbound A500. We ran North up to the M6 and we went Eastwards along the M62 and then we joined the Northbound A1(M). We ran North up to junction 62 and we went eastwards to Sunderland along the A690 and we parked up in a side street near to Albion Place. We went into the pub and Matthew used the toilets. Once we had been to the facilities mum went to the bar to order the food. Matthew had a chicken fillet and a burger on a bap with fries washed down with a glass of Coke. When we had finished we said goodbye to mum and we walked Albion Place and around the corner onto the A690 and we waited at the bus stop for a bus to Durham. A few minutes later we saw Go North East 5427 on a #20 to Durham. We got on the bus and we booked Durham Local Saver tickets at £4.70 each before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off along the A690. We ran North through Barnes Park and into Thorney Close. We continued into Farringdon and we ran out into East Herrington. We turned left onto the B1286. We travelled through the industrial estate and we turned right onto Monarch Way. At the roundabout we turned left onto B1286. At the next roundabout we went North up the A690 and through Stony Gate. and we ran down the hill through Houghton. We turned right onto the A182 and we turned left onto Newbottle Street and we ran up The Broadway. As we travelled up we saw Go North East 6374 on a X1 to Newcastle. We ran down Dairy Lane and we turned left into the A1052. We turned left into the A690 and we turned right onto Lake Road. We ran down Seaham Road and we turned right onto Gillas Lane East. We continued into Gilesgate and into Durham. We continued Westwards along the A690 and we turned left onto North Road. We turned left onto Millburngate where we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we walked across to the riverwalk shopping centre. Matthew used the toilet. After we had used the toilets we headed over to the South side of the shopping centre. We picked up a couple of bus timetables. A few minutes later we saw required Arriva North East 1595 on a #57 to Hartlepool. As it got closer we saw it was Arriva North East 1419 on a X12 to Middlesbrough. We got on the bus and we Flashed the Durham Local Saver tickets to the driver before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off along Millburngate. We turned left onto the A690 and we ran forwards onto Margery Lane. We turned right onto Quarryheads Lane and we ran around the estate and the A177. We continued through Shincliffe into Bowburn and we continued Coxhoe. We ran alongside into Sedgefield and we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus, we popped into the Black Lion where Matthew went to the toilet before we had a can of Coke from behind the bar. After Matthew had drank the Coke we went back outside to meet uncle Dave. We decided to go back to the same bus stop and catch another X12 on back towards Durham. A few minutes later we saw required Arriva North East 1415 on a X12 to Newcastle. We got on the bus and we flashed the Durham Local Saver tickets to the driver before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off along High Street and we turned right onto North End. We joined Durham Road and we ran through Salters Lane. We turned left onto the B1278 and we turned right onto Old Durham Road. We turned right onto the A177 and into Coxhoe. We turned right onto the B6291 and we continued along the A688. We ran onto the A177 and we ran Southwards out of town. We climbed up the hill towards Bowburn and we ran down the other side into Shincliffe. We turned left onto Stockton Road and we ran fordwards onto Quarryheads Lane. We turned left onto Margery Lane and we turned right onto the A690. We ran down the hill into Durham and we turned right onto North Road. We turned left onto Millburngate where we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we walked along North Road and into the temporary bus stop. We turned right onto Cooper's Terrace and we turned left onto the B1279. We travelled through the industrial estate and we turned right onto Quilstyle Road along the B1279. We turned right onto Bridge Road and we ran through the estate and we crossed over the A19 and into Peterlee and up the B1320 and we turned right onto Bede Way and into the bus station where we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we saw Arriva North East 1527 on a #22 to Sunderland. A few minutes we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw that it was required Go North East 7111 on a X9 to Newcastle. We got on the bus. We booked a Gateshead day ticket at £14 and we sat down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off out of the bus station and we continued onto Bede Way. We turned right onto the B1320 and we turned left onto the A1086. We exited onto the A19 central expressway and into the Dalton Park shopping centre. We turned right into the B1285 and we turned left onto the A19 and we ran through West Boldon. We turned left onto the A184 and we ran through to Heworth, We went under the railway line and the bus went into Heworth Interchange. A minute or so later we carried on out of the interchange and onto the B1426. We ran up the hill into Gateshead and forwards onto High West Street. We turned left onto Walker Terrace before entering the bus station where we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we visited the toilet. We saw A-Line X922 WGR on a #54 to Newcastle. We went back inside and we walked down the stands. We saw required Go North East 7108 on a X9 to Middlesbrough. We got on the bus and we we flashed the Gateshead day ticket to the driver before we sat down towards the back of the bus. we set off out of the bus station and we turned right onto High West Street and forwards onto the B1426. We ran Northwards through Heworth and left into Newport Street before entering the bus station where we got up and got off the bus. We considered what to do next. A few minutes later we saw a bus approaching the stand. It was dud Go North East 7130 on a X9 to Newcastle. We got on the bus and we flashed the Gateshead day ticket to the driver for the final time today before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off out of the bus station and we went under the B1426. We ran up the hill into Gateshead and forwards onto High West Street. We turned left onto Walker Terrace before entering the bus station where we got up and got off the bus. Afterwards we walked up West Street and High Level Bridge. We walked down St Nicholas' Street and the B1307. We turned right onto Grainger Street and we visited McDonalds. Matthew had a burger and fries washed down with a cup of Coke. After eating his food Matthew went to the toilet. We got in the car and Matthew had a sausage roll and a can of Irn Bru. We set off onto along Grainger Street and we turned right onto Market Street. We turned right onto A167(M) and we crossed over the Tyne Bridge. We joined the A167 and we ran up to Gateshead. We joined the A1 and we ran out of town though Low Fell and Harlow Green. We ran South through Little Lumley. We down the M1 before going South down the M621. We went Westwards along the M62 as far as the M6 where we went Southwards. At junction 16 we went southwards down the A500. We came off the A500 onto City Road and We continued up City Road under the railway line up to Fenton and we turned right onto Smithpool Road. We turned left onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew went upstairs to his room to chill out and watch buses. We saw white minibus DS53 TMU.

As the coach was leaving from Newcastle. We went downstairs and we saw it was an Autocabs taxi. We got in the taxi and we set off along Temple Street. We turned left onto Christchurch Street and we turned left onto City Road. We ran down the hill and under the railway line into Stoke. We crossed over the A500. We joined the Northbound A500. we came off the A500 and we ran up to Shelton. We joined Shelton New Road. We headed into Hartshill. At the roundabout we ran forwards onto George Street. We stopped near to the swimming baths and we got pout to wait for the coach. We saw a Copeland's Tour coach approaching. As it got closer we saw it was Copeland's Tours MIB 615 on a day trip to Wellesbourne Market. A few minutes later we saw another coach approaching. As it got closer we saw that it was required Paul's of Stoke Y13 POS on the day trip to Scarborough. We got on the coach and we sat down in our seats. We set off down George Street and we turned right at the roundabout onto the A527. We ran up to Wolstanton and we followed the A527 down onto the A500. We ran Northwards up the A500 and we got onto the Northbound M6. We ran Northwards to junction 21A and we got onto the Eastbound M62. After passing around North manchester on the M60 we continued along the M62. We stopped at the Birch services and Matthew went to the toilet. We continued along the M62 to the South end of Leeds and we joined the Northbound M1. We ran to the end and we joined the Northbound A1(M). We ran Northwards for a junction and we joined the Eastbound A64. We ran around the South side of York and around Malton. We continued through Seamer and into Scarborough. We ran into town and we parked at the Williams Street coach park. We got off the coach and we walked across Castle Road onto Aberdeen Walk. We stopped at Jenny's Cafe. Matthew went to the toilet and mum and uncle Dave found a table. After Matthew had used the toilet we sat down and we ordered some food. Matthew had a full English Breakfast washed down with a can of Coke. When we had finished eating we said goodbye to mum and we set off along Aberdeen Walk. On the way to the railway station we saw East Yorkshire 277 on a #7A Eastfield circular service. We continued along Aberdeen Walk and we turned right onto Westborough and we decided to do a lap of the railway station. We had already decided to catch Arriva buses today, so when we saw East Yorkshire 792 on a #13 to Bridlington. A few minutes later we saw the bus approaching. We got on the bus and we brought a Arriva North East day ticket at £4.50 each before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off down the A64 and we ran forwards onto Falsgrave Road. We headed up through Scalby and up over Burniston and we ran up the hill into Cloughton. We ran through Flask Inn and down the bank into Fylingthorpe. We continued into Robin Hood's Bay and into Hawsker. We continued into Whitby and we crossed over the A174 onto Bagdale. As we travelled into town we saw Transdev York 2773 on a #840 to York. We up Victoria Square and we entered the bus station where we got up and got off the bus. We had a walk around the bus station and we saw Arriva North East 2862 on a #95 to Stainsacre. We ran through Easington into Loftus where we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we walked back into the centre of the town and we spotted a Co-operative Food store. We sat on some seats by the bus stops in the centre of town and Matthew drank a bottle of Irn Bru. Whilst we waited for a bus back towards Whitby. We ran forwards onto Nelson Street and into Runswick Bay. We continued Hinderwell Lane onto Ellerby Lane and we turnd right onto the A174. Once we walked along the A165 and left onto Westborough. We turned right onto Huntriss Row and we visited McDonalds. Matthew had a burger and fries washed down with a cup of Coke. After eating his food Matthew went to the toilet. Afterwards we left McDonalds and we set off along Huntriss Row. We turned right onto Newborough. We walked back up Vernon Road and towards the coach park and the return journey was on Paul's of Stoke Y13 POS. We got on the coach and we ran down to the A64. We ran out of town through Seamer and around the Malton by-pass. We ran to the South of York and we joined the A1(M). We ran Southwards for a junction and we joined the Southbound M1. Near to the Southern side of Leeds we joined the Westbound M62. We stopped at Birch service and Matthew went to the toilet. We continued westwards along the M62 and we rounded the North side of Manchester on the M60. We continued onto the Westbound M62 and we joined the Southbound M6. We came off the M6 at junction 16 and we joined the Southbound A500 to Etruria and we cam off the A500 and onto the Westbound A53. We ran through Basford and we joined the one-way system in Newcastle. We stopped outside the baths and we got off the coach and the coach carried on back towards the depot. We got a Lucky Seven taxi back to Fenton. We set off down George Street we crossed over the roundabout onto the A53. We ran around the one way system and we went along the A52 into Hartshill. We ran down the hill into Stoke and we went around the one-way system in Stoke. We turned left onto Liverpool Road and we veered right onto Elenora Street. We turned right onto Copeland Street and we turned left onto Glebe Street. We turned right onto Lytton Street and we ran through onto City Road. We ran under the railway bridge and we ran up the hill into Fenton. We turned right into Smithpool Road and we turned left onto Temple Street past the new building under construction and back to the residential unit. We ran down the hill onto the A52. We crossed over the A500 and we got onto the Northbound A500. We ran North up the the motorway and we joined the Northbound M6. We ran Northwards to junction 21A and we got onto the Eastbound M62. After passing around North Manchester on the M60 we continued along the M62. We continued Eastwards along the M62. We continued to junction 29 and we joined the Northbound M1. We traveled Up to the A1(M) and we headed Eastwards along the A64. We ran around the South Side of York and Northwards towards Pickering. We continued North into Whitby amd we parked up. We visited a cafe and Matthew had a breakfast washed down with a can of Coke. When we had finished we got back in the minibus. It was Shelton Care Grou DY08 FFX. We set off Westwards along the A171 and we turned right onto the B3166. We ran into Loftus and we parked up. Once off the bus we went to the soft play area. It was a former primary schools that has been converted into a pub and soft play area. After having a session we returned to the bus. It was Shelton Care Group DY08 FFX. We Headed Westwards out of Loftus along the A174. We continued for a few miles and we joined the Southbound A19. We continued Southwards to Thirsk and we ran to the East of the town Centre. We joined the Southbound A168 and afterwards we joined the Southbound A1(M). We ran along the M1 for one junction before going Westwards along the M62. We ran to the North of Manchester along the M60 and we re-joined the M62. We came off the M62 and we joined the Southbound M6. We continued down the M6 as far as the A556 and then we went down to the A50. We traveled South through Knutsford. We continued to Holmes Chapel and down into Kidsgrove. We carried on South towards Tunstall and we turned left onto the A527. In Fegg Hayes we turned right onto Oxford Street and we ran through Chell Heath past Matthew's old school. In Smallthorne we turned right onto Ford Green Road and at the roundabouts we turned left onto the A5272. We followed the road through Sneyd Green and Northwood and down to Bucknall. We turned right onto the A52 and at Joiners Square roundabout we turned left onto Victoria Road. At the top of the hill we turned right onto City Road and we ran down the hill to Smithpool Road. We turned left and left again onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. We went upstairs and Matthew went to his room to chill out and watch buses out of the window. We saw green minibus DG53 TVV going towards Hanley.

For tea Matthew had chips followed by a Bakwell tart. Latter on Matthew went out for a walk to Stoke. We went downstairs and we set off ontop City Road. We walked down the hill over the railway line and we joined the A52. We went under the railway line and over the A500. We walked forwards onto Chursh street and into Stoke town centre. Matthew went the pub for a drink. He used the toilet and afterwards had a glass of Coke. When we had finished we walked back to the residential unit. We set off along Church street and over the A500. We continued onto the A52 and under the railway line. We continued up City Road into Fenton and we cut through to the residential unit. Matthew went upstairs to his room to chill out and use his computer. Later on Matthew had a bath and then had toast for supper. He then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Mark.
