Trip to Newcastle / Hanley 04-09-2024

Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going on the bus later on. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast for breakfast. before Matthew went to the day centre he watched buses out of the window. whilst waiting for the time to go to the day centre. Later on Matthew went downstairs to do his shopping. We went to do the shopping. We got in car. We set off onto City Road and we crossed over and onto Manor Street. At the end of Manor Street we turned left onto Victoria Road and and we stopped at Aldi to pickup Matthew's weekly shop. Once Matthew had finished shopping we returned to the residential unit and we got in car. We set off up Victoria Road and we turned onto Manor Street. We turned right onto City Road and left onto Smithpool Road. We turned left onto Temple Street past the new building under construction and back to the residential unit. Matthew went back upstairs and chilled out in his room for a short while. After getting ready we went downstairs and we got in the car and we drove onto Temple Street. We turned right onto Smithpool Road and left onto City Road. We ran down the hiull into Stoke and we went under the railway line. We crossed over the the A500 and we joined the Northbound carriageway. At the next junction we came off onto Shelton New Road. We ran through the cross road up to Hartshill and at the roundabout we ran into Newcastle down George Street. A at the roundabout we ran forwards onto Ryecroft and we turned left onto the Southbound A34. We turned into Hassell Street and we parked up in the Roebuck Centre car park. We walked through the Roebuck shopping centre car park and we parked up on the 2nd floor and onto High Street. Matthew visited the WH Smith. We turned left onto Hassell Street and we turned left onto Castle Walk and we stoppoed at JD Sport and we brought some stuff. We turned left onto Castle Walk. Matthew called into the pound bakery and brought a sausage roll and a bottle of Coke. We headed up Castle Walk and we turned right onto Ironmarket and we went to Caffè Nero. Matthew had a luxury black forest cake. We continued along Ironmarket and past the former Malik's store which Titanic Brewers want to open up as a Bod. We turned right onto Castle Walk and we stopped at Costa Coffee. Matthew had a sausage roll and a bottle of Coke. We continued up Castle Walk and into the bus station. We turned right Hassell Street and we turned right onto The Midway. We walked around to the car park and we did the u turn on the Midway and when South down the Southbound A34 and we turned left onto the A527. We ran past the bus station and we crossed over the roundabout onto the A53. We ran around the one way system and we went along the A52 and we ran into Hartshill. We veered left onto Shelton New Road and we stopped briefly near to the old Gilberts furniture shop. We continued down Shelton New Road through the traffic lights and we turned right to join the Southbound A500. We headed South through Stoke. We stayed on the high level road and we came off the A500 at City Road. After climbing up the hill into Fenton we turned right into Christchurch Street. We ran to the end of the road and we got out. We walked around the corner onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew went upstairs to his room and chilled out in his room and use his computer and watch buses out of the window. We saw First Potteries 47520 on a #23 to Hanley.

Before tea We went downstairs out for a walk to fetch his tea. we set off onto Temple Street and we turned left onto Smithpool Road. We ordered sausages and chips gravy and then we walked back along Smithpool Road and onto and back to the residential unit. We went upstairs and Matthew went to his room to chill out. Matthew went into the living room to have tea. Matthew ate his sausages and chips gravy followed by a Butterfly cake. Later on we went downstairs and we set off onto City Road and we saw Afford rent-a-car BG72 UEU outside there yard.

A few minutes later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 67150 on a #23 to Hanley.

We got on the bus and we booked to Hanley before we sat down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off down City Road and we joined the A52 and ran under the railway line. After crossing over the A500 we ran into Stoke town centre along Church Street. We turned right onto Shelton Old Road. We ran forwards onto Stoke Road. We ran under the railway line and up through Shelton. We ran up Broad Street and we got up and got off the bus and we walked down Broad Street. We turned right onto Sun Street and stopped. We walked to a unit and we went to Truninja. Matthew had a session in the play area and returned to walked. We set off along Sun Street and we crossed over the road and we saw First Potteries 67175 on a #101 to Hanley. A few minutes later we saw the bus approaching and we saw it was First Potteries 67152 on a #23 to Newstead.

We got on the bus and we booked to Fenton before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off up Broad Street and we ran down the hill and over the ring road onto Snow Hill Before we turned left onto Copeland Street. We continued forwards onto Glebe Street and we followed the road around onto Church Street. We crossed the A500 and we ran under the railway line and we continued onto City Road and we turned right into Christchurch Street where we got up and got off the bus. We returned to the residential unit. We set off onto Christchurch Street and left onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew went up to his room to chill out on his computer and watch buses out of the window. He chilled out in his room and watched TV. He had a can of Cherry Coke. He watched television and used his computer. Matthew had a bath and then had toast for supper. He then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Mark.

Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going out on the bus. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast and orange juice for breakfast. We saw ERS Medical YJ71 DVP. We went downstairs and we set off onto Temple Street and we turned left onto Christchurch Street. We waited for a bus towards Hanley. We continued along Christchurch Street. We onto City Road. At the top we crossed over Victoria Road to wait for the bus at the bus stop. A few minutes later the bus turned up and it was dud First Potteries 35939 on a #6 to Hanley. We got on the bus and we booked the Hanley before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off down Victoria Road and towards Joiners Square. At the roundabout we went forwards onto Lichfield Street and we turned left onto the ring road and we turned right onto Bethesda Street and right onto John Street and into the bus station we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus Matthew got a picture of First Potteries 35939 before it returned towards Leek.

Once of the bus Matthew went to the toilet. We saw First Potteries 35945 on a #7A to Biddulph. Another bus came on stand and it was First Potteries 35944 on a #101 to Stafford.

We got on the bus and we booked to Trentham before we sat down. We set off out of the bus station and we ran down John Street and we turned right onto Bethesda Street. We turned left onto Broad Street. We ran down the hill and over the ring road onto Snow Hil and at the roundabout we turned Shelton New Road. We ran over the canal and railway line. We ran through the cross road up to Hartshill and at the roundabout we ran into Newcastle down George Street. We joined the one-way system and at the next roundabout we turned left onto Barracks Road. As we got to the bus station in Newcastle we saw required First Potteries 63364 on a #4 to Hanley. We set off out of the bus station onto Barracks Road and forwards onto the Southbound A34. We ran past the hospital into Trent Vale and under the A500 into Hanford. We continued into Trentham and when we got opposite to the old Trentham Gardens entrance we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we went to across the road the road and into Trentham Gardens. we walked around the North end of the lake and we went to Totally delicious. Matthew had a ham sandwich washed down with bottle of Coke. Afterwards Matthew had an ice cream in a waffle cone. After finishing eating Matthew went to the toilet. Once we had finished eating we walked back through the main gate and onto the A34 opposite the A5035. We turned left and walked along the A34 to the old Gardens entrance where the bus stop is situated. When we had finished we returned to Hanley. We set off onto the Northbound A34 and we saw First Potteries 33827 on a #101 to Hanley. A few minutes later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 35932 on a #101 to Hanley.

We got on the bus and we booked to Newcastle before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off Northwards through Trentham. We continued North through Hanford and Trent Vale and we past the City General hospital before going into Newcastle. We turned right onto Barracks Road and we entered the bus station from the South end. We got up and got off the bus. We set off onto Hassell Street and we turned right onto High Street and we stopped at McDonalds. We went to the toilet. Afterwards we went down High Street and we turned left onto Hassell Street. We continued onwards to the bus station. A few minutes later the bus appeared and it was D&G Bus 100 on a #1A to Meir.

We got on the bus and we booked to Fenton before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off out of the bus station onto Barracks Road and we ran Southwards onto the A34. We turned left into the hospital and we ran through the the grounds. As we travelled through the hospital we saw ABC Supreme YA67 VBC & ERS Medical FJ22 FSF. We turned left onto Hilton Road. We continued onto Albany Road and we turned right onto The Avenue. At the end of the road we turned right onto the A52 and we ran through Hartshill and down the hill into Stoke town centre. After a brief stop we continued along Church Street out of Stoke and over the A500. We ran under the railway line and we continued onto City Road. At the top of the hill we got up and got off the bus. We crossed over City Road and onto Christchurch Street and back to the residential unit. We went upstairs and Matthew went to his room to chill out and watch buses out of the window. Once we were ready we went downstairs and we set off on foot to the bus stop on City Road to wait a bus to Newcastle. At the Afford garage we saw Afford rent-a-car BG72 UEU parked up. We continued to the stop outside the flats and we waited for a bus to Newcastle. A few minutes later the bus turned up and it was First Potteries 63358 on a #11 to Newcastle.

We got on the bus and we booked to Stoke before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off down City Road and we ran down the hill over the old railway line to Leek and onto the A52. We ran under the railway line and over the A500 and straight into Stoke town centre along Church Street. We got off the bus and we crossed over Church Street and we walked around the corner onto Campbell Place and we walked up to Sainsbury's. Matthew did his weekly shop and we returned to Fenton in a Lucky Seven taxi. We set off along London Road and forwards onto Campbell place. We followed the one-way system to the left onto Church Street and we veered left onto Liverpool Road. We veered right onto Elanora street and we followed the road to the right onto Copeland Street. We ran forwards onto Glebe Street and we followed the one way-system onto Church Street. We crossed over the A500 and we ran forwards onto City Road. We went under the railway line and we ran up City Road into Fenton. We turned right onto Smithpool Road. We turned left onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. We went upstairs to his room to chill out and watch buses out of the window. chilled out in his room and used his computer. For tea Matthew had spaghetti and tomato sauce with garlic bread followed by a cheesecake. Later on Matthew had a bath and then toast and orange juice for supper. He chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Mark.

Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going out on the bus. Matthew got up around 09:00 and had toast and juice for breakfast. He chilled out in his room and watched buses out of the windown until it was time to go out. When it was time to go out we went downstairs and onto Temple Street. We turned cut through onto City Road and we headed towards the bus stop. On the way we saw Afford rent-a-car MJ22 HHS parked up at their garage. A short time later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 67157 on a #11 to Newcastle. We got on the bus and we booked to Newcastle before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off down City Road and we ran down the hill over the old railway line to Leek and onto the A52. We ran under the railway line and over the A500 and straight into Stoke town centre along Church Street. After a brief stop in Stoke we continued along church Street and forwards onto Hartshill Road. We ran up the hill and into Hartshill and we saw Newfriars College SF70 MLN. We ran forwards onto George Street and we ran down the hill into Newcastle. We turned left at the roundabout onto Barracks Road and into the bus station where we got up and got off the bus. We got in the bus station and there was already a bus we could catch in the bus station. As it got closer we saw that it was First Potteries 67179 on a #99 to Chell Heath. We got on the bus and we booked to Longport before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off out of the bus station and onto Barracks Road. We crossed the Jubilee roundabout onto the A527 and headed through Wolstanton. We turned right onto Porthill Bank and we we went down the hill and over the A500. We went through Longport and forwards onto A5271 where we got up and got off the bus. We walked around the corner onto Brownhills Road and We joined the Southbound Trent & Mersey canal towpath and we walked past Westport Lake Road. We went to the Westport lake centre and we had dinner. Matthew had cheese oatcakes washed down with a can of coke followed a couple of slices of Victoria sponge. Once we had finished Matthew visited the toilet. Once we we had finished we set off onto Westport Lake Road. We walked back along the canal to Canal Street and we turned right onto A5271 and we crossed the road to wait for a bus to Newcastle. A few minutes later we saw Global Travel B13 HTL. A few minutes later our bus appeared and it was dud First Potteries 63172 on a #98 to Newcastle. We got on the bus and we booked to Newcastle before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off down the A5271 and over the A500 and up Porthill Bank. We turned left at the roundabout and we ran through Wolstanton and May Bank into Newcastle. We crossed the Jubilee roundabout and we ran down Barracks Road and we entered the bus station. As we got up and got off the bus. We walked out of the bus station. A short time later we saw First Potteries 35932 on a #25 to Hanley. A few minutes later the bus appeared and it was First Potteries 63346 on a #11 to Hanley. We got on the bus and we booked to Fenton before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off onto Barracks Road and we ran up to the Jubilee roundabout. We ran onto the A53 and around the one-way system onto the A52. We ran up George Street into Hartshill and we ran down the hill into Stoke town centre. After a brief stop we continued along Church Street out of Stoke and over the A500. We ran under the railway line and we continued onto City Road. At the top of the hill we got up and got off the bus. We crossed over city Road and walked back to the residential unit. Matthew went back upstairs to chill out before going to see uncle Dave. We saw Afford rent-a-car BG72 UEU parked up nearby.

Matthew returned to his room and we saw D&G Bus 521 on a #1A to Wood Lane.

When it was time to go to uncle Dave's we went downstairs and we set off onto Temple Street. In the distance we saw John Musso YD60 CXA. We continued along Temple Street and at the end we turned left onto Smithpool Road. We went across the spare ground onto Willowdale Avenue and onto Whieldon Road and into uncle Dave's house. For tea Matthew had chicken potatoes and carrots with gravy followed by a slice of mini battenbergs. Later on he had a drink of Fanta orange and a few digestive biscuits. Uncle Dave now has a biscuit tin. Matthew chilled out in uncle Dave's house using his computer and watching television. Uncle Dave also did his DJ set. A couple of hours later staff came to escort Matthew back home. We set off onto Whieldon Road and we turned onto Willowdale Avenue and we saw silver minibus DK53 VRE parked up. We crossed the spare ground and we turned left onto Smithpool Road. We turned right onto Temple Street past the Queen Elizabeth II Court. We continued back to the residential unit. Matthew went back to the room and went on his computer. Later on Matthew had a bath and then had toast for supper. He then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Mark.

Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going out on the bus later on. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast for breakfast. before Matthew went to the day centre he watched buses out of the window. whilst waiting for the time to go to the day centre, we saw Shelton Care Group DY08 FFX. We went downstairs and we and we cut through onto City Road to wait a bus to Newcastle. At the Afford garage we saw Afford rent-a-car BG72 UEU parked up.

A few minutes later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was D&G Bus 119 on a #1 to Park Site.

We got on the bus and we booked to Newcastle before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off down City Road and we ran down the hill over the old railway line to Leek and onto the A52. We ran under the railway line and over the A500 and straight into Stoke town centre. We continued along Church Street onto Hartshill Road and into the centre of Hartshill. We turned left into the Avenue and left again onto Hilton Road before turning right into the City General Hospital. hospital. As we travelled through the hospital we saw ERS Medical FJ21 HGG and ABC Supreme YA67 VBB. Once through the hospital we turned right onto the A34 and we ran into Newcastle. We crossed the roundabout and we ran up Barracks Road and into the bus station from the South end. Once we got to the bus station we got up and got off the bus. Once we got off the bus. We returned to the bus station and we waited for a bus to Hanley. A short time later we saw First Potteries 44515 on a #11 to Hanley. Matthew went to the toilet and afterwards continued waiting for the bus. A short time later we saw First Potteries 67158 on a #22 to Longton.

We got on the bus and we booked to Longton before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off out of the bus station onto Barracks Road and we ran Southwards onto the A34. We turned left onto New Inn Lane and we got up and got off the bus. We walked around the corner onto New Inn Lane. We walked along the footpath which used to be the old railway line to Trentham Gardens. We came out onto Brook Road and we turned right onto Stuart Avenue. We turned left onto the A5035 and we crossed over the A34 and into Trentham Gardens. we walked around the North end of the lake and we went to Totally delicious. Afterwards Matthew had washed down with can of Coke. Matthew had a ham sandwich washed down with cup of Coke. After finishing eating Matthew went to the toilet. Once we had finished eating we walked back through the main gate and onto the A34 to the old Gardens entrance where the bus stop is situated. We waited for a bus back towards Newcastle. A few minutes later we saw First Potteries 33829 on a #101 to Hanley.

We got on the bus and we booked to the hospital before we went upstairs and sitting down. We set off Northwards through Trentham. We continued North through Hanford and Trent Vale and we past the City General hospital before going into Newcastle. We turned right onto Barracks Road and we entered the bus station from the South end. We got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we saw D&G Bus 123 on a #85 to Nantwich. We waited for the next bus back Fenton. Eventually the bus appeared and it was First Potteries 67173 on a #11 to Hanley.

We got on the bus and we booked to Fenton before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off onto Barracks Road and we ran up to the Jubilee roundabout. We ran onto the A53 and around the one-way system onto the A52. We ran up George Street into Hartshill and we saw First Potteries 69161 on a #11 to Newcastle. We ran down the hill into Stoke town centre. After a brief stop we continued along Church Street out of Stoke and over the A500. We ran under the railway line and we continued onto City Road. At the top of the hill we got up and got off the bus. We crossed over city Road and walked back to the residential unit. We went upstairs to his room to chill out and watch buses out of the window. We saw grey minibus MF71 ZVE going towards Stoke. Later on we went downstairs and we set off onto Temple Street. In the distance we saw Travel Express GC65 OXG. We set off onto Temple Street and we turned left onto City Road past the new sheltered housing complex. We crossed over the A500 and went into Stoke town centre. We crossed the road to wait for the next station bound bus. When it turned up it was required First Potteries 35942 on a #25 to Hanley. We got on the bus and booked to the railway station before sitting down. The bus set off out of Stoke town centre and across the A500. We crossed under the railway line before turning left onto the A52. At the eother end of the road we turned left onto Station Road. We went past the railway station ans we turned right onto College Road where we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we we walked down College Road and we went into Hanley Park for a while. We walk northwards through the park and into the North West corner to the sensory play area where Matthew had a can of Irn Bru. Matthew walked to the toilet. and visited the ice cream van. Matthew had an ice cream with a Flake. Matthew highlights of the bus sightings included Copeland's Tours MIB 516. We walked through the park and we saw the cafe in the park. After spending a while there we walked back to the South East corner of the park. we walked down Avenue Road. When it was time to go home we returned to Fenton in a Lucky Seven taxi. We got in the taxi we set off along Avenue Road. We turned right onto Boughey Road and left onto the A52 and we ran alongside the railway line before turning left onto City Road. We ran up the hill to Fenton and we turned right onto Smithpool Road. We turned left onto Temple Street andn we returned tom the residential unit. Matthew went upstairs and chilled out in his room for a short while. For tea Matthew had lasagne. Later on Matthew chilled out in his room. Matthew used his computer and watched music videos on the television. Later on Matthew had a bath and then had toast for supper. He then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Mark.

Trip to Leek / Newcastle 14-12-2022

Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going out on the bus. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast for breakfast. before Matthew went to the day centre he watched buses out of the window. whilst waiting for the time to go to the day centre, we saw Autocabs SY67 WLC. Later on Matthew went downstairs to do his shopping. We set of onto City Road. After crossing over the road we turned right into Manor Street. At the end we turned left onto Victoria Road. Part way down Victoria Road and we turned left onto Victoria Road. In Aldi Matthew picked up his weekly shop. After he had done his shopping we went to Hanley in a Lucky Seven taxi. We set off onto Victoria Road and we ran down to Joiners Square. At the roundabout we turned right onto the A52 and we ran up to Bucknall. At the lights we continued onto the A5009 and we ran through Abbey Hulton and Milton to Stockon Brook and we saw First Potteries 37160 on a #18 to Hanley. We joined the Northbound A53 and we ran through Endon and and Longsdon. We continued through Ladderedge and up the hill into Leek town Centre. We turned left onto St Edwards Street and left onto the A523 past the site of the new Tim Hortons. We took the next right turning and parked up. We went in the pub and Matthew went to the toilet. Matthew had a mixed grill with beans washed down with a glass of Coke. For afters Matthew had chocolate fudge cake and custard. When we had finished we got in the car and we set off onto the A523. We turned right onto St Edwards Street and right onto the A53. We ran out of lee town centre and we climbed the hill up towards Ladderegde. We continued through Longsdon and down towards Endon. We continued down through Stockton Brook and we passed under the A5272 and past the site of a new building and down to Cobridge. At the lights we turned left onto Waterloo Road. We ran down to the ring Road and then we ran around Hanley. We turned right by the bus station and we parked in the small car park by The Coachmakers Arms. Once we had parked up we walked up Lichfield Street and onto Tontine Street. After we had finished eating we continued along Parliament Row and into the market. Matthew visited the toilet and afterwards we walked through Tontine Square past the HSBC bank onto Piccadilly. We walked along to The Regent Theatre. We went to a bar and Matthew had a glass of Coke. Matthew went to see the Pantomine Peter Pan. We made our way up to the seats on the balcony and the show started. Matthew really enjoyed watching this. After the show had finished we left the theatre and we walked back along Piccadilly and we turned left onto Pall mall and we saw Lakeside YX63 NFH. We walked past radio stoke and onto Lichfield Street. We called for a Lucky Seven taxi. We got in the taxi and we set off down Lichfield Street and over the ring road. We ran down to joiners Square and we went over the roundabout onto Victoria Road past Adsa and the B&M. We turned right onto Manor Street and we saw blue minibus P879 PMB. We turned left onto City Road and we turned right Glebedale Road. We turned right Baker Street and we turned right onto Christchurch Street. We ran to the end of the road and we got out. We walked around the corner onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew went upstairs to his room and chilled out in his room and use his computer and watch buses out of the window. Matthew also drank a can of Cherry Coke. Later on Matthew chilled out in his room to chill out and watch buses before going out later on. We saw Stanton's of Stoke PSU 969. We went downstairs and we and we cut through onto City Road to wait a bus to Hanley. At the Afford garage we saw Afford rent-a-car BG72 UEU parked up.

A few minutes later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw that it was D&G Bus 109 on a #1 to Park Site.

We got on the bus and we booked to Newcastle before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off down City Road and we ran down the hill over the old railway line to Leek and onto the A52. We ran under the railway line and over the A500 and straight into Stoke town centre. We continued along Church Street onto Hartshill Road and into the centre of Hartshill. We turned left into the Avenue and left again onto Hilton Road before turning right into the City General Hospital. hospital. As we travelled through the hospital we saw ABC Supreme YA67 VBB. Once through the hospital we turned right onto the A34 and we ran into Newcastle. We crossed the roundabout and we ran up Barracks Road and into the bus station onto Barracks Road. At the roundabout we went left onto the A52 and we veered left onto Merrial Street. We turned right onto High Street and then forwards onto Liverpool Road. We got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we set off up Liverpool Road and forwards onto High Street and we stopped at McDonalds. Matthew had a burger and fries washed down with a cup of Coke. Once we had finished we walked down High Street and we turned left into Church Street. We turned left onto the Southbound A34 and we went under the subway on to the A34. We turned left onto the A525 and we turned right onto Stanier Street. When we got into the building Matthew went to the toilet. Afterwards Matthew went outside and went on the slide. He also spent time in the soft play area. We watch buses out of the window we saw Priory Adult Care EJ21 RNU. When we had finished we said goodbye and we returned to Fenton in a taxi. We set off onto Stanier Street. When we returned to Fenton in a Intercity taxi. We set off along John O'Gaunt's Road and we turned left onto the B5044. We turned left onto the A525 and left onto the Northbound A34. We turned right onto Ryecroft and we ran forwards onto the one-way system. We continued onto the A52 and we ran into Hartshill. We veered left onto Shelton New Road and we stopped briefly near to the old Gilberts furniture shop. We continued down Shelton New Road through the traffic lights and we turned right to join the Southbound A500. We stayed on the high level road and we came off the A500 at City Road. We ran under the railway line and up the hill into Fenton. We turned right onto Glebedale Road. We turned right Baker Street and we turned right onto Christchurch Street. We ran to the end of the road and we got out. We walked around the corner onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew went upstairs to his room and chilled out in his room and use his computer and watch buses out of the window. Matthew also drank a can of Cherry Coke. Later on Matthew chilled out in his room. Matthew used his computer and watched music videos on the television. Later on Matthew had a bath and then had toast for supper. He then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Mark.

Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going out on the bus. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast for breakfast. before Matthew went to the day centre he watched buses out of the window. whilst waiting for the time to go to the day centre, we saw Scraggs VT 9389. Later on we went downstairs and we set off onto City Road and we saw Afford rent-a-car BG72 UEU outside there yard.

A few minutes later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 67142 on a #11 to Newcastle.

We got on the bus and we booked to Newcastle before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off down City Road and we ran down the hill over the old railway line to Leek and onto the A52. We ran under the railway line and over the A500 and straight into Stoke town centre along Church Street. After a brief stop in Stoke we continued along church Street and forwards onto Hartshill Road. We ran up the hill and into Hartshill and in the petrol station. We ran forwards onto George Street and we ran down the hill into Newcastle. We turned left at the roundabout onto Barracks Road and into the bus station where we got up and got off the bus. We walked out of the bus station and we waited for a bus towards Trentham Gardens. Eventually the bus appeared and it was First Potteries 65034 on a #101 to Stafford.

We got on the bus and we booked to Trentham Garden before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off out of the bus station onto Barracks Road. We ran Southwards onto the A34 and we ran down through Trent Vale and into Hanford. We continued down through to Trentham where we saw silver minibus JAZ 6687. Near to the old entrance to the gardens we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we went to across the road the road and into Trentham Gardens. we walked around the North end of the lake and we went to Totally delicious. Matthew had a ham sandwich washed down with bottle of Coke. Afterwards Matthew had an ice cream in a waffle cone. After finishing eating Matthew went to the toilet. Once we had finished shopping we walked down to The News Kiosk Matthew brought can of Coke. We went into the gardens and we walked to the North West corner and we stopped to benches sit down on the benches. Matthew had a can of coke. Once we had finished eating we walked back through the main gate and onto the A34 opposite the A5035. We turned left and walked along the A34 to the old Gardens entrance where we saw Copeland's Tours MIB 978.

A few minutes later we saw First Potteries 65034 on a #101 to Hanley. got on the bus and we booked to Newcastle before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off Northwards through Trentham. We continued North through Hanford and Trent Vale and we past the City General hospital before going into Newcastle. We turned right onto Barracks Road and we entered the bus station from the South end. We got up and got off the bus. We waited for the next bus back Fenton. Eventually the bus appeared and it was First Potteries 44514 on a #11 to Hanley.

We got on the bus and we booked to Fenton before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off onto Barracks Road and we ran up to the Jubilee roundabout. We ran onto the A53 and around the one-way system onto the A52. We ran up George Street into Hartshill and we ran down the hill into Stoke town centre. After a brief stop we continued along Church Street out of Stoke and over the A500 and under the railway line. We ran up City Road and we got up and got off the bus by the the swimming baths turn. We crossed over City Road and we walked. We turned right onto Smithpool Road and left onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. We went upstairs and Matthew took a can of Irn Bru. Later on we went out. We went downstairs and we set off on foot to the bus stop. We walked onto Temple Street and right onto Christchurch Street. We continued up City Road and we saw Afford rent-a-car BG72 UEU outside there yard. We stood at the bus stop outside the flats and we waited for a bus to Newcastle. A few minutes later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 67150 on a #11 to Newcastle.

We got on the bus and we booked to Hanley before we went upstairs. When it was time to go the bus set off out of the bus station and onto Barracks Road. We turned left at the roundabout onto the A34. we ran South as far as the hospital where we turned left. As we travelled through the hospital. We came out of the hospital and turned left onto Hilton Road. We ran into Hartshill and we turned right onto the A52. We ran down the hill into Stoke town centre and along Church Street. After a brief stop we continued along the A52, over the A500 and under the railway line. We followed the A52 to the left and we ran alongside the railway and onto Station Road. We passed the railway station and we turned right onto Stoke Road and we turned right onto Avenue Road. At the roundabout we turned left onto College Road. We ran up the hill through Shelton and we followed the road to the right onto Cleveland Road and Regent Road. We turned left onto Lower Bethesda Street and we crossed over the ring road, continuing onto Bethesda Street. We turned right onto John Street and into the bus station where we got up and got off the bus. At the bus station Matthew used the toilet. Afterwards Matthew visited the shop and brought a toffee Crisp. We waited for a bus back to Fenton. Whilst we waited we saw First Potteries 63175 on a #7A to Biddulph.

We set off out of the bus station onto Lichfield Street. we stopped at the benches at the end to eat the Cadbury Fudge and drink the can of Coke. We waited for the next #23 back to Fenton. A few minutes later we saw First Potteries 67153 on a #23 to Newstead.

We got on the bus and we booked to Fenton before we sat down. We set off onto John Street and we turned left onto Bethesda Street. We crossed over the ring road and we ran down onto Regent Road and forwards onto Cleveland Road. We ran down though Shelton along College Road and we ran down to the railway station. We turned right onto Glebe Street and under the railway line an we ran around the one-way system in Stoke and stopped by Stoke Minster. We turned left onto Church Street and we crossed the A500 and we ran under the railway line. After climbing up the hill into Fenton we turned right into Christchurch Street where we got up and got off the bus. We then walked back to the day centre. Later on we returned to the residential unit. We set off onto Christchurch Street and left onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew went up to his room to chill out on his computer and watch buses out of the window. For tea Matthew had steak pie and chips followed by treacle tart and custard. Matthew spent time in his room watching television and using his computer. Later on Matthew had a bath and then had toast for supper. He then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00...
