Today Matthew was going to the pub for his tea, but not before he had been to his day service. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast and orange juice for breakfast. Just before 09:00 his transport to his day service turned up and it was Shelton Care Group DY08 FFX.

We got on the bus and we sat down. We set off down to the A5035 were we turned left. We turned left onto Church Road and at the roundabout we turned left onto Blurton Road. We joined the Eastbound A50 and we then turned left onto the A50 link Road and we ran up to City Road. We saw an unidentified Lightning Travel minibus off the road in the industrial estate. We turned left and we ran to Glebedale Road and turned left and to our destination. In the morning Matthew Matthew did some baking. He made cupcakes which he covered in plain and chocolate icing. For dinner Matthew went to MacDonalds. We went on Shelton Care Group DY08 FFX, We set off onto Glebedale Road and right onto City Road. We turned left onto Victoria Road and we ran down the hill to MacDonalds. We went through the drive-in and we picked up the food and ate int in the minibus in Wickes car park. Matthew had a burger and fries washed down with a cup of Coke. Whilst there we saw First Potteries 63178 on a #6 to Hanley. Once we had finished eating we headed up to the Shelton day centre. We stopped at the petrol station to take on some diesel and then we continued down Victoria Road. We went over the roundabout onto Lichfield Street and we went via Ogden Street onto Regent Road. In Hinde Street car park we saw Routemaster Buses Dart N466 TPR on layover before working the #79 to Nantwich. We followed the roa around onto College Road and we turned right onto Wellesley Street. At Snow Hill we went across the roundabout onto Shelton New Road. We stopped at the day centre to pick someone up and then we went along Cemetery Road and Caledonia Road back onto Stoke Road. We turned right onto Richmond Terrace and we joined Wellesley street. We turned left onto College Road and we followed the road forwards onto Regent Road. We ran down to Lichfield Street via Ogden Street and we went into the pub. Matthew went to the toilet and then had a glass of Coke. Highlights of the bus sighting included First Potteries 63100 on a #6A to Blythe Bridge and Stanton's of Stoke GSU 344. When it wsas time to go we got back on Shelton Care Group DY08 FFX. We went down Palmerston Road onto the A52 and we turned right. At Joiners Square we turned left onto Victoria Road. At the top we turned sharp right onto City Road and left onto Glebedale Road. We then returned onto City Road and we turned right onto the A50 link road and we joined the Westbound A50. We came off at Heron Cross and we turned left onto Blurton Road. We ran through Blurton and we turned right onto Church Road. We turned right onto Beaconsfield Drive and Matthew got home just before 15:00. Matthew had toast and a drink of dandelion & burdock whilst he waited for the time to go out and catch the bus. We also saw Baker Coaches 7025 RU go past the house. Today we went to catch the 16:26 to Newcastle. We set off on foot to the bus stop all the way onto Magdalen Road. We had seen the turn earlier in the day and it was booked to be dud First Potteries 67601. Whilst we waited we saw First Potteries 67631 on an #22 to Longton.

A few minutes later we saw dud First Potteries 67601 turn the corner as expected.

We got on the bus and we booked to Harpfields Road before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We joined the Westbound A5035 and we ran over the railway line into Trentham. We turned right into New Inn Lane and we saw First Potteries 41540 turn into Pacific Drive on a #21 service. We climbed the bill into Hanford and we turned right into Wilson Road. We turned left Church Lane and we ran down the hill and joined the A34. We joined the A34 and we crossed under the A500 into Trent Vale and as we turned right into Harpfields Road. We got up and got off the bus and Matthew took a picture of First Potteries 67601 as it carried on towards Newcastle.

We walked onto the A34 and we sat outside the pub whilest we waited for her to appear. Whilst we waited we saw Bennett's Mercedes minicoach FY52 GOP going Southwards.

We also saw First Potteries 67641 on the final #22 turn to Longton.

A few minutes later we saw Meadows Ford minibus DX65 DME going South.

When mum arrived we went into the pub. Matthew had a brunch with oatcakes followed by toffee sponge pudding with ice cream. Whilst we ate highlights of the passing buses included First Potteries 65042 on a Stafford Bound #101 service, Pegassus coach FJ06 ZKS going North and ABC Supreme P881 RND on a Southbound shuttle. When it was time to go we got in the car to go home. We went South down the A34. Turned left onto the A500 and we ran North up to Sideway. We turned right onto the A50 and we continued to Heron Cross dropping down into Fenton to pick uncle Dave up. Once we had picked him up we ran back up to Heron Cross and over the A50. We ran into Blurton. At the bottom of the hill we overtook First Potteries 41500 on a #23 to Newstead. We turned right into Church Road and right again onto Beaconsfield Drive. We got home around 18:30. Matthew chilled out on his computer and we sorted things out. We chilled out on the sofa until bedtime around 00:00... Mark

Today Matthew was going to visit grandma, but not before he had been to his day service. Matthew got up around 08:00. He got dressed and had crumpets and orange juice for breakfast. Just before 09:00 his transport to his day service turned up and it was Shelton Care Group DY08 FFX.

We got on the bus and the bus set of onto the A5035. We crossed the railway into Trentham and we turned right into New Inn Lane. We picked up another service user before returning on to New Inn Lane. We rejoined the A5035 and we ran over the railway into Blurton before turning left into Church Road. We ran down through Blurton along Blurton Road where we saw Bennett's coach A12 BNT. We crossed the A50 and into Heron Cross we saw Stanton's of Stoke minibus RUI 2486. We went straight onto Heron Street and over the railway line into Fenton. We headed left onto Christchurch Street and reached our destination. In the morning Matthew spent the morning in the sensory room and then went on the computer. For dinner Matthew had bacon & sausage oatcakes followed by cake. In the afternoon Matthew went shopping to Sainsbury's in Newcastle. Transport for the journey was Shelton Care Group DV10 JCU. We got on the bus and we set off onto Glebedale Road. At the end of road and we turned left onto City Road. We went under the railway line on the A52 and we joined the Northbound A500. We traveled north a couple of junction to Shelton New Road and then we went left towards Newcastle. We joined George Street and we ran down into Newcastle. At the roundabout we went straight across onto Ryecroft, and then we turned right onto the A34. A few hundred yards up the road we turned left into Sainsbury's. Matthew used the toilets and then did his shopping for the weeks dinners. Once we had finished they headed to the till and paid for the goods. When it was time to go e got back aboard Shelton Care Group DV10 JCU. We set off onto the A34 and then left onto the A52. We followed the one way system past the Borough Arms Hotel and then we joined the A52. We ran up George Street and we crossed the border back into Stoke-on-Trent. We ran through Hartshill and we ran down the hill into Stoke town centre. We went around the one-way system and we crossed over the A500 on the A52. We went under the railway line and we went forwards onto City Road. We turned into Glebedale Road and we called into the day centre. After picking uo another service user we returned onto Glebedale Road and we turned left onto City Road. We turned right onto the A52 and we saw First Potteries 32055 on a #25 service. We went forwards onto Station Road and we turned right onto College road and we turned right onto Harding Road and stopped at the YMCA. After picking someone up we went onto Regent Road and then right onto Lichfield Street. At joiners Square we crossed the roundabout onto Victoria Road. We stopped at MacDonalds and then went to Gala Bingo to an ice cream van. After getting Ice Cream we got back onto Victoria Road. We ran up Victoria road and we stopped in Edwards Street before returning to Victoria Road. At the top we turned sharp right onto City Road. We called at the day centre. After another brief stop we continued onto Christchurch Street and the right onto Station Bridge Road. We ran forwards onto Heron Street and we went through Heron Cross onto Blurton Road. After crossing the a50 we ran through Blurton and forwards onto Church Road. We continued to the end and we turned right onto the A5035. We crossed the railway line and into Trentham and we turned right into New Inn Lane. After dropping of another service user we returned onto New Inn Lane and back onto the A5035. We ran back into Blurton and Matthew got home just before 15:00. Back home, Matthew took another picture of Shelton Care Group DV10 JCU.

We set off on foot to the bus stop all the way onto Magdalen Road. Matthew had seen the turn earlier in the day and it was booked to be dud First Potteries 67632. A few minutes later the bus turned the corner and as expected it was dud First Potteries 67632.

We got on the bus and we booked to Newcastle before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off onto the A5035 and we crossed the railway line into Trentham before turning right into New Inn Lane. We climbed the hill into Hanford and we turned right into Wilson Road. We turned left into Church Lane and we ran down the hill onto the A34. We caught up with First Potteries 41522 which was on a #21A to Hanley. We crossed under the A500 into Trent Vale and we passed First Potteries 41540 on a #21A to Trentham Gardens. We turned right into Harpfields Road and we passed First Potteries 67604 on a #22 to Longton. We went forwards onto Hilton Road before turning left into the City General hospital. As we traveled through the hospital grounds we passed ABC Supreme CV08 CZB & HK57 LGZ as well as First Potteries 32055 on a #25 service. We turned right onto the A34 and when got up and got off the bus opposite to the Cherry Tree. Matthew took another picture of First Potteries 67632 as it carried on towards Newcastle bus station.

We set off on foot to Grandma's, and on the way we saw First Potteries 37159 on a #25 to Keele and Intercity minibus ND58 EDJ. When we got to Grandma's, Matthew used the computer and had a drink of Irn Bru. When it was time to leave we went outside and got in the car. We drove down to the A34 and we went North. We drove around Newcastle up barracks Road past the bus station. In the bus station were First Potteries 67604 on a #22 to Longton, D&G 113 on 'The Orange One' to Meir and First Potteries 67640 on a #4 to Audley. We got onto the A53 and we ran over the A500 into Etruria. We passed National Express liveries BX65 CKF on a #550 to Birkenhead. We traveled through Cobridge and we turned left onto Sandbach Road and we climbed the hill to Smallthorne, and we traveled around to pick a few things up. Parked up just off Ford Green Road for a short while, we saw quite a few buses go past. We saw First Potteries 41493 & 41494 on #8 services & D&G 157 & 159 on 'Nines'. After we had finished we got onto Ford Green Road and then turned left onto Hanley Road. We passed Hanley Forrest Park where there is currently a fun fare. In Sneyd Green we passed First Potteries 65026 on a #8 service. We went around Hanley on the ring Road an we turned left onto Lichfield Street. We crossed joiners square roundabout and we went forwards onto Victoria Road. After picking upa MacDonalds we returned onto Victoria Road. At the top we joined the A50 link road an we went West on the A50 to Heron Cross. We traveled through Blurton and we turned right onto Beaconsfield Drive where we saw white minibus NX03 BFP. We got home around 19:30 and Matthew ate his MacDonalds. He had chicken nuggets, a cheeseburger & fries and cup of Coke. Matthew then chilled out on his computer until bedtime around 00:00... Mark
