Trip to Stoke / Hanley 12-03-2020

Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going to his day service. He was also going out on the bus and going to visit uncle Dave. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast for breakfast. before Matthew went to the day centre he watched buses out of the window. whilst waiting for the time to go to the day centre, we saw CMP Travel BJ12 XZU going towards Stoke.

Later on we went downstairs and we set off onto Temple Street. In the distance we saw Temple Street church RX18 GZW. We walked onto Temple Street and we turned right onto Christchurch Street and onto Albert Square where we saw grey minibus BJ15 XSG parked up. We continued walking to the day centre. At the day centre we saw Shelton Care Group BL69 RFF.

In the morning Matthew was going out on the bus. We set off onto Glebedale Road and we turned right onto City Road. We walked up to the stop and we saw. The bus turned the corner and as it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 65005 on a #11 to Newcastle. We got on the bus and we booked to Stoke before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off down City Road and we ran down the hill over the old railway line to Leek and onto the A52. We ran under the railway line and over the A500 and straight into Stoke town centre along Church Street where we got up and got off the bus. Matthew took a picture of First Potteries 65005 as it continued towards Newcastle.

Once off the bus we saw D&G Bus 52 on a #9 to Biddulph. We walked around the corner onto Campbell Place and we walked up to Sainsbury's. We went in the cafe and we brought a bottle of Coke. When we had finished we walked back along Campbell Place and we turned right onto Church Street. We waited at the bus stop outside the old Bourne Sports shop. A short time later we saw First Potteries 32634 on a #25 to Hanley.

We got on the bus and we booked to Hanley before going upstairs and sitting down. We set off along Church Street over the A500 and under the railway line. We followed the A52 to the left and we ran alongside the railway and onto Station Road. We passed the railway station and we turned right onto Stoke Road and we turned right onto Avenue Road. At the roundabout we turned left onto College Road. We ran up the hill through Shelton and we followed the road to the right onto Cleveland Road and Regent Road. We turned left onto Lower Bethesda Street and we crossed over the ring road, continuing onto Bethesda Street. We turned right onto John Street and into the bus station where we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we set off up Lichfield Street and we turned right onto Old Hall Street. We visited B&M and we brought some shopping. When we had finished we set off onto Old Hall Street and we turned left onto Lichfield Street and back to the bus station. We waited for a bus towards Stoke. A short time later we saw First Potteries 44511 on a #21 to Trentham.

We got on the bus and we booked to Stoke before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off onto John Street we saw D&G Bus 159 on a #9 to Biddulph. and we turned left onto Bethesda Street. We crossed over the ring road and we ran down onto Regent Road and forwards onto Cleveland Road. We ran down though Shelton along College Road. We turned right onto Avenue Road and left onto Stoke Road. We went passed the former chemists which is becoming a new dessert shop. and we ran down the hill and we turned left onto Station Road and past the railway station. before going right onto Glebe Street. After a brief stop we continued forwards onto Glebe Street and we followed the road around onto Church Street. The bus rounded the corner onto Campbell Place and we got up and got off the bus. We walked back onto Church Street and we waited for a bus up to Fenton. A few minutes later we saw First Potteries 63173 on a #11 to Hanley.

We got on the bus and we booked to Fenton before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off onto Church Street out of Stoke and over the A500. We ran under the railway line and we continued onto City Road. At the top of the hill we got up and got off the bus. We crossed over City Road and onto Christchurch Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew went up to his room to chill out and watch buses out of the window we saw Roseville EJ61 VGZ. A few minutes later We went in a car to Tunstall. We went downstairs and got in the car. We set off onto Temple Street and we turned right onto Christchurch Street. We turned left onto Baker Street and left onto Glebedale Road. We turned right onto City Road and sharp left onto Victoria Road. We ran down the hill to Joiners Square and we went straight onto to Lichfield Street. We ran anti-clockwise around the ring road and we turned right onto Waterloo Road. We ran through Cobridge into Burslem and we continued forwards onto Scotia Road. We followed the road to the left onto Williamson Street and we saw Stanways OIG 5670 parked up. we turned right onto High Street. We parked up in the square and we walked around the corner to the Tunstall Cafe. Matthew went to the toilet and afterwards had Gammon, chips and egg washed down by a can of Coke. This was followed by a slice of toffee cheesecake. When we had finished we returned to the car and we returned to Fenton. We set of up High Street and we turned sharp right onto the by-pass. We ran past Asda and onto Scotia Road. We ran into Burslem and forwards onto Waterloo Road. We ran through Cobridge into Hanley and we ran Clockwise around the ring road. We turned left onto Lichfield street and we ran down to Joiners Square. We turned right onto the A52 and we ran near to the railway station and into Stoke. At the roundabout we turned left onto City Road and up the hill into Fenton. We turned right onto Smithpool Road and left into Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Later on Matthew chilled out in his room. Matthew used his computer and watched buses out of the window before going to uncle Dave's. We saw Stanton's of Stoke PSU 989. When it was time to go to uncle Dave's we went downstairs and we set off onto Temple Street and at the end we turned left onto Smithpool Road. We went across the spare ground onto Willowdale Avenue and onto Whieldon Road and into uncle Dave's. Matthew had a can of Fanta orange. For tea Matthew had chicken potatoes and carrots. Later on he had a few digestive biscuits and and some Irn Bru. Uncle Dave now has a biscuit tin. Matthew chilled out in uncle Dave's house using his computer and watching television. Uncle Dave also did his DJ set. A couple of hours later staff came to escort Matthew back home. We set off onto Whieldon Road and we turned onto Willowdale Avenue. We crossed the spare ground and we turned left onto Smithpool Road. We turned right onto Temple Street past the new building under construction, which is now getting near to completion. We continued back to the residential unit. Matthew went back to the room and went on his computer. Later on Matthew had a bath and then had toast for supper. He then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Mark.

Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going to his day service. He was also going out on the bus later on. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast and orange juice. Whilst waiting for the time to go to the day centre, we saw Temple Street church DN03 WKK.

Once Matthew had finished his breakfast he chilled out in his room until it was time to go to the day centre. We saw E-zec patient transport YJ16 GGZ going towards Stoke.

we went downstairs. We went out to catch the bus. We set off onto Temple Street and walked through onto City Road. On the way to the bus stop the flat we saw First Potteries 67654 on a #11 to Newcastle. We continued walking down to The Range and we did some shopping. Once we had finished we walked back out onto City Road and we crossed over the road to wait for a bus. A short time later we saw First Potteries 67654 on a #11 to Hanley.

We got on the bus and we booked to Hanley before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off up City Road and we went forwards onto King Street. We ran through Foley and we under the railway line into Longton town centre. We ran up Market Street past the old Woolworths store which people hope will be a Primark. We turned left onto Anchor Road. We ran up the hill to the top and ran down to the roundabout in Adderley Green. At the roundabout at the East end of Bentilee we turned right onto Beverley Drive and then left onto Dawlish Drive. We ran to the end and we turned left onto Beverley Drive. At the end we turned right onto Dividy Road and we ran down the hill to Bucknall. We turned left onto the A52 and we ran to limekiln lights and we went across onto Bucknall New Road. We climbed the hill up to Hanley and we joined the clockwise ring road. We ran around to Lichfield Street and we turned into the the stop outside the bus station where we got up and got off the bus. the bus station. Whilst we waited for a bus back to Fenton we saw D&G Bus 52 on the #43 to Badderley Green. Matthew decided to go to the toilet so we let that bus go. we saw First Potteries 65032 on a #101 to Stafford. Afterwards we waited for the next bus to Fenton. After a short while we saw First Potteries 67154 on a #23 to Newstead.

We got on the bus and we booked to Fenton. As the bus was empty Matthew took a picture inside First Potteries 67154 before we sat down.

We set off onto John Street and we turned left onto Bethesda Street. We crossed over the ring road and we ran down onto Regent Road and forwards onto Cleveland Road. We ran down though Shelton along College Road and we ran down to the railway station. We turned right onto Glebe Street and under the railway line an we ran around the one-way system in Stoke and stopped by Stoke Minster. We turned left onto Church Street and we crossed the A500. We ran under the railway line and we continued onto City Road. At the top of the hill we got up and got off the bus. We set off onto Temple Street and we turned right onto Smithpool Road. We turned right onto City Road and we walked up the road. We continued forwards onto King Street to the barbers so Matthew could get his hair cut. After we had finished we got in the car and we set off along King Street. We continued onto City Road and we ran down the hill onto the A500. We ran Southward down the A500 to Hanford and we turned right onto the Northbound A34. We ran into Trent Vale and we stopped at McDonalds. For tea Matthew had a burger and fries washed down with a cup of Coke. When we had finished we returned to Fenton. We got in the car and we set off onto the Southbound A34. We ran down to Hanford and we turned left onto the Northbound A500. We ran up to Sideway roundabout and we turned right onto the Eastbound A50. We came off the A50 at Heron Cross and we turned left onto Blurton Road. We saw First Potteries 44514 on a #23 to Newstead. We ran through the traffic lights onto Heron Street and follows the road around onto Station Bridge Road. We turned left onto Masterson Street and right onto Watkin Street. We turned right onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. We went upstairs and Matthew chilled in his room on his computer. He watched some television and he also had a can of Coke. Later on Matthew had a bath and then had toast for supper. He then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Mark.

Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going to his day service. He was also going out in the minibus today. the lady boys of bangkok: the greatest showgirls tour! Sanisbury's Newcastle. Matthew got up and had toast and orange juice for breakfast. Whilst waiting for time to got to the day centre Matthew spent time in his room watching buses. Whilst waiting to go out we saw First Potteries 67152 on a #23 to Hanley. We went downstairs and We set off onto Temple Street and we turned right onto Christchurch Street where we saw D&G Bus 41 on a #40 to Longton.

In the morning we went to Tunstall. Transport for the trip was Shelton Care Group DY08 FFX. We got on the minibus and we set off onto Glebedale Road. We turned right onto City Road and sharp left onto Victoria Road. We ran down the hill to Joiners Square and we went straight onto to Lichfield Street. We ran anti-clockwise around the ring road and we turned right onto Waterloo Road. Later on Matthew went to Newcastle. We went downstairs and transport for the trip was Shelton Care Group DY08 FFX. We got on the bus and we set off onto Temple Street. We turned right onto Smithpool Road and left onto City Road. We ran down the hill and under the railway line into Stoke. We crossed over the A500 and we saw Aimee's KX05 KGN waiting to come off the Northbound A500. We went around the one-way system. We ran up the hill into Hartshill and we continued to the edge of Newcastle. We ran forwards onto George Street and we saw Fiorst Potteries 65036 on a #101 to Hanley. We turned left onto Barracks Road. After parking up we walked along Hassell Street and we turned right onto High Street. We went forwards onto Liverpool Road. We walked to where the show was taking place and we found our seats. We went to a food van and we had sausage on a roll and a can of Coke. Matthew visited the toilet. Matthew watched the show and afterwards we went back to Fenton on Shelton Care Group DY08 FFX. We set off onto barracks Road and we Joined the one-way system. We ran ran onto the A52 and we turned left onto George Street. we ran forwards onto Hartshill Roan and into Hartshill. . We ran down to Stoke and onto the one way system. We turned right onto Elenora Street and we followed the road around onto Copeland Street. We ran forwards onto Glebe Street and we followed the one way system onto Church Street. We crossed over the A500 onto City Road and we went under the railway line. We ran up the hill into Fenton and we turned right onto Smithpool Road. We turned left into Temple Street and back to the residential unit. We went up to Matthew's room and Matthew chilled out in his room watching television and using his computer. Later on Matthew chilled out in his room. Matthew used his computer and watched music videos on the television. Later on Matthew had a bath and then had toast for supper. He then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Mark.

Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast for breakfast. before Matthew went to the day centre he watched buses out of the window. whilst waiting for the time to go to the day centre, we saw ABC Supreme SA58 KXR.

We went downstairs and we saw the transport was a lucky Seven Taxi. We got in the taxi and we set off onto Temple Street. In the distance we saw Temple Street church minibus RX18 GZW. We carried on along Temple Street and we turned right onto Smithpool Road. We turned left onto City Road. We turned right and went past Fenton manor Sport centre before turning onto Victoria Road. We ran down the hill to Joiners Square and we went over the roundabout onto Lichfield Street. We ran up the hill and we turned right onto the ring road. We turned right onto Bucknall New Road and we turned left onto St Anns Street. We crossed Bucknall Old Road and we ran forwards onto Baskerville Road. We turned left onto Eaton Street and we ran forwards onto Upper Huntbach Street. We stopped at the dentist and we got out of the taxi. Once inside Matthew to the toilet. Matthew went to the dentist but they weren't able to do the work today because they didn't have the necessary paperwork. Matthew came out of the dentist and we crossed over the ring road. We walked along Meigh Street and we turned right onto Burton Place. We turned left onto Goodson Street and right onto Old Hall Street. We turned left onto Lichfield Street and we went back to the bus station. We waited for a bus back towards Fenton. A short time later we saw First Potteries 67152 on a #23 to Newstead.

We got on the bus and we booked to Fenton and sat down towards the back of the bus. Whilst we waited for departure time we saw First Potteries 67699 on a #3 to Crewe. We set off onto John Street and we turned left onto Bethesda Street. We crossed over the ring road and we ran down onto Regent Road and forwards onto Cleveland Road. We ran down though Shelton along College Road and we ran down to the railway station. We turned right onto Glebe Street and under the railway line an we ran around the one-way system in Stoke and stopped by Stoke Minster. Later on we went to Trent Vale. We went downstairs and we got in a car. We set off onto Temple Street and we turned right onto Smithpool Road. We turned left onto City Road and we ran down the hill onto the A500. We ran Southward down the A500 to Hanford and we turned right onto the Northbound A34. We ran into Trent Vale and we stopped at McDonalds. For tea Matthew had a burger and fries washed down with a cup of Coke. When we had finished we returned to Fenton. We got in the car and we set off onto the Southbound A34. We ran down to Hanford and we turned left onto the Northbound A500. Today Matthew was in respite and was also going to his day service. He got up around 08:00 and had toast for breakfast. Just before 09:00 his transport to his day service turned up and it was Shelton Care Group DY08 FFX.

We got on the bus and the bus set off onto Dividy Road. We went South Eastwards towards Adderley Green and then we turned right onto Anchor Road. We saw Stanways OIG 5670. At longton we went around the one way system and then we crossed over the A50 onto the A5035. We ran through Dresden into Blurton and then over the railway line into Trentham. We turned right into New Inn Lane and then right again into Pacific Drive. After picking up a service user we set off back onto New Inn Lane and then left onto the A5035. We ran into Blurton and turned left onto Church Road. At the roundabout we went forwards onto Blurton Road. We ran through Blurton to the A50 and we joined the A50 Link Road. At the end of the link road we turned left onto City Road and then left onto Glebedale Road to our destination. This morning Matthew was going to do some cooking in Shelton. The transport for the ride up to Shelton arrived and it was required City cabs SF58 UBZ.

We set off onto Glebedale Road and we turned right onto City Road. At the top we turned sharp left onto Victoria Road and down to Joiners Square. At the roundabout we went forwards onto Lichfield Street and then left onto Regent Road. We continued onto college Road before turning right onto Wellesley Street. At snow hill went forwards onto Shelton New Road an to our destination. In the car park was Shelton Care Group NX13 XDJ.

In cookery Matthew made chicken and bacon followed by a flapjack. Whilst there we saw First Potteries 65033 on a #10 to Hanley. When it was time to go we returned to Fenton in a taxi. We set off onto Cemetary Road and we turned right onto Stoke Road. We turned left onto Avenue Road and right onto College Road. At the railway station we turned left onto Station Road. At the traffic light we went forwards onto the A52 and then we turned left onto City Road. At the top of the hill we turned right onto Glebedale Road and to our destination. In the afternoon Matthew went to Park Hall. Transport for the journey was Shelton Care Group DY08 FFX. We set off onto Glebedale Road and left onto City Road. We continued Forwards onto King Street and we ran into Longton. We continued onto market Street and then we turned left onto Anchor Road. We climbed the hill into Adderley Green and we turned right onto Park Hall Road. We turned left onto Hulme Road and we parked near to where the visitor centre used to be. Matthew went for a short walk and used the toilet in the toilet block there. After they had finished they went back to the car park where Shelton Care Group DY08 FFX was waiting to take Matthew back to respite. We set off onto Hulme Road and right onto Park Hall Road. At Adderley Green we turned left onto Anchor Road and we ran down the hill to the Co-operative food store. Matthew had a bottle of sprite and then got back onto the bus. We continued down Anchor Road and into Longton. We went around the one way system and then across the A50 onto the A5035. We ran through Dresden into Blurton and then over the railway line into Trentham. We turned right into New Inn Lane and then right again into Pacific Drive. After picking up a service user we set off back onto New Inn Lane and then left onto the A5035. We ran through Blurton and Dresden and back up to Longton. We crossed the A50 and we went up to Anchor Road via Chadwick Street, Bridgewood Street and Forrister Street. We climbed up Anchor Road and at Adderley Green we turned left onto Dividy Road and to our destination. Once back in respite Matthew had chips carrots for tea followed by lemon sponge and custard. Matthew chilled out watching telly, spent time in his room on his computer and watching buses on the main road. Later on he had a bath and then went to bed around 23:00... Mark
