Trip to Normacot / Stoke 23-03-2018

Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going to his day service. Matthew was also going to Newcastle later on. It was the day Matthew found out about the Cardiff bus station start date after new deal. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast for breakfast. before Matthew went to the day centre he watched buses out of the window. Across the road we saw First Potteries 65002 on a #11 to Newcastle. At 09:00 we set off onto Temple Street and we turned right onto Christchurch Street and to the day centre and we saw Shelton Care Group DY08 FFX.

At the day centre In the morning Matthew went Children's centres in Normacot. Transport for the trip was Shelton Care Group DY08 FFX. We set off onto Glebedale Road and we turned right onto City Road. We contunued up past KFC and we turned right onto the A50 link road. We joined the Eastbound A50 and we travelled through Longton to Notmacot where we came off the A50. We turned right and crossed over the A50 onto Upper Normacot Road and we turned right onto Chaplin Road. We turned right onto Buccluech Road and we stoipped at the children's centre. Matthew went to the toilet and went to the cafe and had a can of Coke. When we had finished we returned to Brampton Park on Shelton Care Group DY08 FFX. We set off onto Buccluech Road and we turned right onto Chaplin Road. In Florence we turned right onto Lightwood Road and we ran into Longton. We got onto the Westbound A50 and we ran down to Sideway. We turned right onto the Northbound A500 and we came off at Stoke. We turned left onto Church Street and we ran around the one-way system and forwards onto Hartshill Road. We ran through Hartshill and into Newcastle along George Street. At the Jubilee roundabout we turned onto the A527 and we went to the Brampton. We got off the bus and we went for a walk. When we had finished we went to Bradwell on Shelton Care Group DY08 FFX. We set off up the A527 and we ran through May bank into Wolstanton. We continued into Bradwell and we stopped at the church. In the Church Matthew went to the cafe and had dinner. He had suasage chips and gravy followed by a cake. He also had a glass of Coke. When we had finished we returned to Fenton of Shelton Care Group DY08 FFX. We set off towards Wolstanton and we turned left onto Porthill bank. At the roundabout we turned right onto the Southbound A500. We ran Southwards through Etruria to Stoke and we came off the A500 onto City Road. We went under the railway line and up the hill into Fenton. We turned right into Smithpool Road and left into Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew went up to his room to chill out and use the computer. He also watched buses out of the window. We saw D&G Bus 115 on a #1 to Meir.

Matthew changed the batteries in his camera. Matthew went out for a walk before tea. We set off onto Temple Street and we turned left onto Christchurch Street. We turned left into Baker Street and we saw Z Carz KE03 JXC.

We continued onto Glebedale Road and we went to the doctors. We returned to the residential unit along Baker Street and right onto Christchurch Street. We turned left onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. We went out for tea and we saw it was Shelton Care Group DY08 FFX. We set off onto Temple Street and we turned right onto Christchurch Street. We turned right onto Masterson Street and we ran to the end. We turned right onto Smithpool Road and at the end we turned left onto City Road. We ran down the hil into Stoke and we went under the railway line. We crossed over the A500 and we ran around the one-way system. We turned left onto London Road and we parked up at Sainsbury's. Across the road we saw City Cabs Depot. The is also a new building being built next to Maplins. We continued into Stoke along Campbell Place. We walked onto Church Street and we saw First Potteries 42554 on a #23 to Hanley. We walked down the road to The Wheatsheaf. Matthew went to the toilet and then had a glass of Coke. For tea Matthew had a chicken burger and fries followed by a chocolate fudge cake and ice cream. Highlights of the bus sightings included First Potteries 32635 on a #25 to Keele & Harry Shaw YR16 BLX going towards Newcastle. When we had finished we walked back to Sainsbury's. We returned to the residential unit on Shelton Care Group DY08 FFX. We set off onto the one-way system and we ran around Stoke onto Glebe Street. We turned left onto Church Street and we crossed over the A500 onto City Road. We ran under the railway line and we ran up into Fenton. We had to pick food up for someone else so we ran up to the roundabout and we turned right into KFC. After picking up the food we returned onto City Road before turning left onto Glebedale Road. We turned right onto Baker Street and left onto Christchurch Street. We went onto Masterson Street and we turned right onto Watkin Street. We turned onto Temple Street and back to the residentiual unit. Once back at the unit Matthew went upstairs to chill out in his room. Later on Matthew had a bath and then had toast for supper. He then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Mark.

Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going to his day service. It was also a year since the residential unit opened. He was also going to out for tea later and going to the disco. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast for breakfast. before Matthew went to the day centre he watched buses out of the window. whilst waiting for the time to go to the day centre, we saw Shelton Care Group DY08 FFX.

When it was time to go we went to the day centre it was Shelton Care Group DY08 FFX. We got on the bus and sat down. We ran onto Temple Street and right onto Christchurch Street. We continued to the day centre. In the morning Matthew went on the computer. For dinner Matthew had a ham sandwich followed by Bakewell Tart. In the afternoon Matthew went to the YMCA on Shelton Care Group DY08 FFX. we set off onto Glebedale Road and we turned right onto City Road. At the roundabout we went sharp left onto Victoria Road and we ran down the hill to Joiners Square. At the roundabout we went straight across onto Lichfield Street. We turned left onto Regent Road and left again onto Harding Road and to our destination. In the YMCA Matthew played football with his peers. After Matthew had finished we returned to Fenton on Shelton Care Group DY08 FFX. We set off onto Harding Road and we ran forwards onto The Parkway. We continued onto Ridgeway Road and then we turned left onto Mawson Grove. We turned left onto the A52 and we ran up to Joiners Square. At the roundabout we turned right onto Victoria Road and we ran up the hill into Fenton. We turned right onto Manor Street and then right onto City Road. We turned left onto Smithpool Road and then left into Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Back at the unit Matthew went up to his room to use his computer. He also watched buses out of the window. We saw D&G Bus 115 on a #1 to Meir.

It was quite a busy period outside with load of different buses and coaches going past. A short while later we saw E-zec patient transport YJ16 GHB going towards Stoke.

Matthew was waiting for me and mum to pick him up to go out for tea. The busy period continued and we saw First Potteries 63098 on a #11 to Newcastle.

Mum and dad turned up in the car to take me out for tea. We spent a short while getting ready before we went down to the car. we st off onto Temple Street and we turned left onto Christchurch Street. We turned left onto City Road and we ran down the hill onto the A52. We ran down the hill under the railway line and over the A500 into Stoke town centre. We ran around the one-way system and we saw First Potteries 37157 going toward Keele. ran up Hartshill Road through Hartshill passing First Potteries 32630 on a #25 to Hanley. We continued along the A52 to the edge of town. We turned right into Albert Street and at the traffic light we turned right onto A53 where we saw Aimee's / Taxico coach YN54 NYP going towards Etruria. A short time later we stopped at the pub. Matthew went to the toilet and then we found mum who had saved us a table. I ordered the food and Matthew had a glass of Coke whilst we waited. The food arrived and Matthew had a burger and fries. He also helped us eating the some of our chicken new yorkers. Whilst we ate we Aimee's / Taxico coaches UK03 BUS & YN04 UHZ going towards Etruria. For dessert Matthew had ice cream as they had ran out of chocolate fudge cake! After we had finished eating we left the pub and went to the car. We turned left onto the A53 and ran through Basford down to Etruria. We turned left onto the A500. We came of the A500 in stoke and we turned left onto City Road. An we ran up the hill into Fenton. We turned right into Smithpool Road. We turned left Temple Street and back to the residential unit. We went up to Matthew's room and we wrote some of the Blog. After doing a couple of entries I left and Matthew chilled out in his room watching television and using his computer. Matthew pointed out that his headphones weren't working so mum returned to Blurton to get a new pair and i stayed with Matthew for a while. When mum got back we set up the headphones and then it was time for Matthew to go out. Transport for the trip out was Lucky Seven SM12 HGX.

We got on the minibus and we set off onto Temple Street and we turned right onto Christchurch Street. We turned left onto Baker Street and left onto Glebedale Road. We turned right City Road and at the roundabout we turned left onto Victoria Road. We ran down the hill to Joiners Square. At the roundabout we turned right onto the A52 and we ran North to Bucknall. We went straight cross onto the A5009 and we ran up through Abbey Hulton. We turned left onto Birches Head Road and we stopped at the disco. Matthew went to the toilet and then had a glass of Coke. Matthew danced to Halloween themed song until it was time to go home. The transport back to Fenton was in a Lucky Seven taxi. We set off onto Birches Head Road and we turned right onto the A5009. We ran through Abbey Hulton and into Bucknall. We ran forwards onto the A52 and at joiners Square we turned left onto Victoria Road. We ran up the hill and went forwards onto City Road. We turned right onto the A50 link Road and we turned right onto the Westbound A50. We came off at Heron Cross and we turned right onto Blurton Road. We ran through the lights and we went forwards onto Heron Street. We ran forwards onto Station Bridge Road and Glebedale Road and we turned left onto City Road. We turned left onto Smithpool Road and we turned left onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. When Matthew got back he went up to his room. He used his computer and watched music videos on the Television. Later on Matthew had a bath and then had toast for supper. He then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Mark.
