Today Matthew was in residential and he was going to his day service. He was also going out for a trip on the bus and was going out later. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast and orange for breakfast. Matthew chilled out in his room until dinnertime, using his computer and watching buses out of the window. We saw First Potteries 67603 on a #11 to Hanley. When it was time to go we set off onto Temple Street and walked through onto City Road. We saw First Potteries 67637 on a #11 to Newcastle. On the way to the bus stop we saw Afford Rent-A-Car minibus MK67 UEM outside their yard.

When we got to the bus stop we saw First Potteries 67157 on a #23 to Hanley.

We let go the bus go as we were waiting for a bus to Newcastle. We continued waiting at the stop and we saw a Newcastle bound bus approaching. As it got cloer we saw that it was D&G 119 on a #1A to Park Site.

We got on the bus and we booked to Newcastle before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off down City Road and we ran down the hill over the old railway line to Leek and onto the A52. We ran under the railway line and over the A500 and straight into Stoke town centre along Church Street. After a brief stop in Stoke we continued along church Street and forwards onto Hartshill Road. We ran up the hill and into Hartshill. We ran forwards onto George Street and we ran down the hill into Newcastle. We turned left at the roundabout onto Barracks Road and into the bus station where we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we saw First Potteries 41497 on a #98 to Ball Green.

We walked to the top end of the bus station and we saw First Potteries 37157 on a #4 to Hanley.

We walked up Castle Walk and we turned left onto Ironmarket where we saw a man playing the violin. In the High Street we also saw santa and a minion. We went into The Roebuck Shopping Centre and after we returned down Ironmarket to the library where Matthew used the toilet. After Matthew had been to the toilet we crossed over the road to the pub. Matthew had a glass of Coke. For dinner Matthew had a beefburger and fries followed by a chocolate fudge cake and ice cream. Once we had finished eating We walked down Market lane and onto Hassell Street. We walked down the High Street to the roundabout and then we walked up the A527 and Stubbs Street. Back at the bus station we saw First Potteries 63178 on layover.

We decide to do a bus to Hanley. A few minutes later we saw First Potteries 65033 on a #101 to Hanley.

We got on the bus and we booked to Hanley before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off out of the bus station onto barracks Road and we ran up to the Jubilee Roundabout. We joined the one-way system and we ran onto the A52. We continued up to the top of George Street and we veered left onto the B5045. We went through the traffic light onto Shelton New Road and we ran up to Snow Hill. We turned left and we went up Broad Street towards Hanley. We continued up Broad Street to the Museum and then we turned left onto Marsh Street. We turned right onto Pall Mall and we ran up to Bagnall Street before entering the bus station. We got up and got off the bus. Once of the bus we walked through Hanley to the Intu Potteries shopping centre. We went up the stair and we visited HMV on the 1st floor. After doing some shopping we crossed Tontine Square onto Tontine Street and Lichfield Street and back to the bus station. We waited for a bus back to Fenton. A few minutes later we saw it was First Potteries 67631 on a #6 to Weston Coyney.

We got on the bus and we booked to Fenton before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off up Lichfield Street and we turned right into Birch Terrace. We followed the road around to the left onto Charles Street. At the top we turned right onto Old Hall Street before turning right onto the ring road. We turned left onto Lichfield Street and we ran down the hill to Joiners Square. We crossed the roundabout onto Victoria Road and we ran up the hill into Fenton. At the top of the hill we got up and got off the bus. One off the bus we set off on foot onto City Road and we turned left onto Christchurch Street. We turned right onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Back in his room Matthew chilled out on his computer and watched buses out of the window. Later on we went out in a car. We set off onto Temple Street and we turned left onto Christchurch Street. We crossed over City Road onto Manor Street and at the end we turned left onto Victoria Road. We crossed over the roundabout at Joiners Square onto Lichfield Street. We ran up the hill and we turned right onto the ring-road. We ran around the ring-road and at the roundabout we turned right onto Waterloo Road. We ran up the hill into Cobridge. We continued into Burslem and through the traffic lights onto Scotia Road. We went past the old Burslem PMT garage and we followed the road around to the left onto Williamson Street. At the corner we turned right onto Tunstall High Street and we continued North onto the A50. We ran through Goldenhill and down the bank into Kidsgrove. We ran under the railway line into Cheshire and we crossed over the A34. We continued into Church Lawton and then into Alsager. We continued Westwards along the B5077 and ran to the edge of Crewe. We continued along Weston Road and we stopped at the pub. Matthew went to the toilet and then had a glass of Coke. Matthew had a cheeseburger and fries followed by chocolate fudge cake and ice cream. When it was time to go home Matthew returned to Fenton by car. We ran along Weston Road onto the B5077 and forwards onto the A50. we ran through Church Lawton and we crossed over the A34 and under the railway line before we ran into Kidsgrove. We ran up the hill into Goldenhill and then forwards into Tunstall. We ran down the A5271 and we followed the road to the right onto Williamson Street. We continued around the corner onto Brownhills Road and down to Trubshaw Cross. We turned right onto Station Street through Longtport and we joined the Southbound A500. We ran through Etruria to Stoke and we came off the A500 onto the A52. We ran under the railway line and forwards onto City Road into Fenton. We turned right onto Smithpool Road and left onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew went back to the room and went on his computer. Later on Matthew had a bath and then had toast for supper. He then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Mark.
