Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going to his day service. He was also going out on the bus later on. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast for breakfast. before Matthew went to the day centre he watched buses out of the window. whilst waiting for the time to go to the day centre, we saw black minibus BM68 ??? going towards Hanley.

We went downstairs and we walked through onto City Road. We crossed over at the crossing and we headed to the stop outside the shops. We waited for a bus towards Longton. A few minutes later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 67637 on a #11 to Hanley.

We got on the bus and we booked to Longton before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off up City Road and forwards onto King Street. We ran through Foley and under the railway line into Longton town centre. The bus stopped on Market Street and we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we crossed over the street and we headed up Transport Lane. We crossed over The Strand and we cut through the passage past Next and we headed towards Tesco. We used the cash machine and afterwards we headed into Tesco. and we went outside to book a taxi. The taxi appeared and it was an Autocabs taxi. We got in the taxi and we set off onto Baths Road. We turned right onto the Westbound A50. We crossed over the A500 and we ran into Stoke and on the one way system. We followed the road onto Lonsdale Street and right onto Fleming Street. We turned right onto Campbell Place we saw Intercity SJ16 EYF. We followed the road around back onto Church Street. We ran up the hill into Hartshill we saw First Potteries 67651 on a #11 to Hanley. and edge the edge of Newcastle we ran onto George Street. We went forwards onto the ring road and we crossed the roundabout onto Ironmarket. We parked up and and we went to the pub. Matthew went to the toilet and had a glass of Coke. Matthew had a cheese and bacon beefburger with fries. For dessert he had chocolate fudge cake with ice cream. When we had finished we set off along Ironmarket to the High Street. We turned left onto Hassell Street and we walked past the bus station. We walked onto the ring road and past the new council building and into the park. we saw ABC Supreme HV18 FHH. We got back in the car and we returned to Fenton in a car. We set off onto the roundabout and we turned right onto barracks Road. We joined the Southbound A34 and we saw First Potteries 65034 on a #101 to Hanley. we ran down to Trent Vale. We turned left onto Harpfields Road and we went forwards onto Keelings Drive. We turned left onto London Road and we ran through Boothen into Stoke. We ran around the one-way system and onto Church Street. We crossed over the A500 and under the railway line into Fenton. We ran up City Road and we turned right into Smithpool Road and left into Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew went upstairs to chill out in his room and use his computer, He also are a butterfly cake and watched buses out of the window. We saw First Potteries 44515 on a #23 to Newstead. Matthew went downstairs to have a Halloween party. Matthew ate a few ham sandwiches as well as sausage rolls. He also ate a few party rings and a small bag of Haribo washed down with a glass of Coke. After the party Matthew went back upstairs to his room to chill out. Matthew used his computer and watched music videos on the television. Later on Matthew had a bath and then had toast for supper. He then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Mark

Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going to his day service. He was also going to Hanley and Newcastle later on. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast and orange juice for breakfast. Matthew watched buses whilst he waited to go out in the morning. We saw Temple Street church RX18 GZW parked up in the Street. We went downstairs and we saw the transport was a lucky Seven Taxi. We got in the taxi and we set off onto Temple Street. In the distance we saw Temple Street church minibus RX18 GZW. We carried on along Temple Street and we turned left onto Christchurch Street. We crossed over City Road onto Manor Street and we ran to the end. We turned left onto Victoria Road and we ran down to Joiners Square we saw City Centre Central PE12 KFP. We turned right onto the A52 and we turned left onto Ivy House Road. We turned left onto Bucknall New Road and we ran up the hill towards Hanley. We turned right onto St Anne's Road and we ran forwards onto Baskerville Road. We turned left onto Eaton Street and we stopped by the health centre. Matthew went to have his teeth checked out. Matthew went to the toilet and afterwards had his twice yearly check up. when they had finished we walked down Eaton Street and we crossed over the ring road. We walked down Huntbach Street and we crossed over Tontine Square onto Tontine Street. We walked forwards onto Lichfield Street and to the bus station. Whilst we waityed for a bus back to Fenton we saw First Potteries 67699 on a #3A to Butt Lane.

Matthew decided to go to the toilet so we let that bus go. we saw First Potteries 67650 on a #4 to Audley.

Afterwards we waited for the next bus to Fenton. After a short while we saw First Potteries 42553 on a #23 to Newstead.

We got on the bus and we booked to Fenton. As the bus was empty Matthew took a picture inside First Potteries 42553 before we sat down.

We set off onto John Street and we turned left onto Bethesda Street. We crossed over the ring road and we ran down onto Regent Road and forwards onto Cleveland Road. We ran down though Shelton along College Road. we ran down to the railway station. We turned right onto Glebe Street and under the railway line an we ran around the one-way system in Stoke and stopped by Stoke Minster. We turned left onto Church Street and we crossed the A500 and we ran under the railway line. After climbing up the hill into Fenton we turned right into Christchurch Street where we got up and got off the bus. We then walked back to the residential unit. We set off onto Christchurch Street and left onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. We went upstairs and Matthew chilled out in his room. He used the computer and watched buses out of the window. Matthew went out for dinner. We went in a car to Stoke. We went downstairs and got in the car. We set off onto Temple Street and we turned right onto Christchurch Street. We turned left onto Baker Street and left onto Glebedale Road. We turned left onto City Road and we ran down the hill into Stoke. We crossed over the A500 and we went around the one-way system. We parked up on South Wolfe Street and we walked around the corner onto Campbell Place. For dinner Matthew had a sausage sandwich washed down with a can of Coke. When we had finished we returned to the car and drove back to Fenton. We set off onto South Wolfe Street and we ran forwards onto Kingsway. We turned right onto Glebe Street and left onto Church Street. We crossed over the A500 and we went under the railway line. We ran up City Road into Fenton and we stopped near to the crossing. We got out of the car and we crossed over the road to the bus stop. We waited for a bus towards Newcastle. After a short wait we saw it was First Potteries 67637 on a #11 to Newcastle.

We got on the bus and we booked to Newcastle before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off down City Road and we ran down the hill over the old railway line to Leek and onto the A52. We ran under the railway line and over the A500 and straight into Stoke town centre along Church Street. After a brief stop in Stoke we continued along church Street and forwards onto Hartshill Road. We ran up the hill and into Hartshill. We ran forwards onto George Street and we ran down the hill into Newcastle. We turned left at the roundabout onto Barracks Road and into the bus station where we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we set off up Castle Walk and we turned left onto Ironmarket. We turned left onto Hight Street and we walked down to the bottem end. We returned up the High Street and we turned right onto Hassell Street. We turned left onto Castle Walk again and we visited Home Bargains. Matthew brought a bottle of Coke. We walked up Castle Walk and we turned right into Ironmarket. We stopped at Queen's Garden and Matthew drank his bottle of Coke. Once Matthew had finished his drink we set off onto Ironmarket and we turned left onto Castle Walk. We headed into the bus station and we waited for a bus back to Fenton. After a short wait we saw First Potteries 63176 on a #11 to Hanley.

We got on the bus and we booked to Fenton. The rear of the bus was empty so Matthew took a picture inside First Potteries 63176 before we sat down.

We set off out of the bus station and we ran onto Barracks Road. We turned right at Jubilee roundabout onto the A53 and we ran around the one-way system onto the A52. We ran up George Street and into Hartshill. We ran through the village and down the hill into Stoke town centre. After a brief stop in Church Street we continued into Fenton up the A52, over the A500 and under the railway line. We ran up City Road and near to the top we got up and got off the bus. We crossed the road and we walked onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. We went upstairs and Matthew chilled out in his room. Matthew chilled out in his room on his computer. we we saw First Potteries 67156 on a #23 to Hanley. For tea Matthew had Paste and sauce followed by a Bakewell tart. Later on Matthew went downstairs. We set off onto City Road and we crossed over onto Manor Street. We stopped at the pub and Matthew went to the toilet. Afterwards we had a drink of Coke. After we had finished we returned to the residential unit. We walked along Manor Street and we crossed over City Road. We cut through onto Temple Street and we returned to the residential unit. We went upstairs and back into his room. Later on Matthew chilled out in his room. He watched television and used his computer. Matthew had a bath and then had toast for supper. He then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Mark.

Trip to Wetley Rocks / Newcastle 04-01-2019

Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going to his day service. he was going to see Grandma later on and going to the pub and returning to Blurton for a long weekend. It was also the last day on consultation on a potential new Soft Play area in Wetley Rocks. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast and orange juice for breakfast. Around 09:00 we went downstairs and we set off onto Temple Street and we saw Stanton's of Stoke 8701 VT. We continued along Christchurch Street and to the day centre, where we saw Shelton Care Group DY08 FFX.

In the morning Matthew went out in an ABC Supreme taxi. We set off onto Glebedale Road and we continued onto Station Bridge Road. We ran forwards onto Heron Street and we went though the lights onto Blurton Road. At the roundabout we turned left and we joined the Eastbound A50. We ran through Longton and Normacot up to Meir and we came of the A50 and onto the Northbound A520. We ran through Weston Coyney and up to Cellarhead. We ran through the Crossroads and into Wetley Rocks. In Wetley Rocks Matthew went toilet and cafe had a drink of Coke. Afterwards we returned to Fenton in an ABC Supreme taxi. We set off onto the A520 and we ran Southwards to Cellarhead. We ran through the crossroad and we continued Southwards through Weston Coyney to Meir. We turned right onto the A50 and we ran through Normacot and Longton. We came off the A50 at Heron Cross and we turned right onto Blurton Road. We ran through Heron Cross lights onto Heron Street. We ran forwards onto Station Bridge Road and forwards again onto Glebedale Road and back to the day centre. For dinner Matthew had sausage chips and gravy. After dinner Matthew went to the pub. We set off onto Christchurch Street and we stopped at the pub. Matthew went to the toilet and afterwards had a glass of Coke. When it was time to go Matthew walked onto Christchurch Street. We turned left onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. I turned up around 14:30 just after Matthew to pick Matthew up. We went upstairs to his room to get ready to leave. We got things ready and we left the residential unit just after 15:00. We went downstairs and we got into the car. We drove onto Temple Street. We turned right onto Christchurch Street and right onto Station Bridge Road. We followed the road around onto Heron Street and into Heron Cross. We went through the traffic lights and forwards onto Blurton Road. We continued through Blurton and we turned right onto Church Street. We turned right onto Beaconsfield Drive. We got home around 15:00. When we got home Matthew had toast and a glass of Irn Bru. Today we were catching the 15:56 to Newcastle as we were going to the pub via Grandma's House. We set off around 15:45 on foot to the bus stop all the way onto Magdalen Road. Whilst we waited for the bus we saw First Potteries 67637 on a #22 to Longton.

A few minutes later we saw the bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 67656 on a #22 to Newcastle.

We got on the bus and we booked to Newcastle and sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off onto the A5035. We went over the railway line into Trentham passing First Potteries 67155 on a #21A to Hanley. We ran up the hill towards Hanford passing We turned right into Wilson Road passing First Potteries 67153 on a #21 to Trentham. We ran down Church Lane and we continued down onto the A34 passing First Potteries 67662 on the final #22 to Longton. We crossed under the A500 and we ran into Trent Vale. We turned right into Harpfields Road. We continued forwards on Hilton Road. we turned into the hospital. We ran through and we saw E-zec patient transport DK61 AOJ and ABC Supreme HV18 FHH. We turned right onto the A34. A couple of stops down the road we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus Matthew took a picture of First Potteries 67656 as it continued towards Newcastle.

We walked up the hill to Grandma's house. At Grandma's Matthew had a can of Irn Bru and used her computer. He also ate a small ice cream dessert. When it was time to go we went to the pub in the car. We set off just after 18:00 and we ran down Victoria Street. We turned left onto the A34. We continued southwards into Trent Vale and we stopped at the pub. We walked into the pub and we sat down at our one our normal tables. Matthew had a brunch with oatcakes followed by toffee sponge pudding with custard. Highlights of the bus sightings included Hillcrest Glebedale School on loan to Voyager Travel YP68 BPO and First Potteries 65027 on a #101 to Hanley. Once we had finished eating we set off to uncle Dave's to pick him up. We ran down the A34 and we joined the Northbound A500. At Sideway we turned right onto the A50 and we came off the A50 at Heron CRoss. We dropped down into Fenton to pick uncle Dave up. Once we had picked him up we ran up to Heron Cross and we continued into Blurton along Blurton Road. We turned right onto Church Road and we turned right into Beaconsfield Drive. We got home around 19:30. Matthew chilled out on his computer and we composed a few e-mails and sorted a few things out. We then chilled out on the sofa doing e-mails and writing the until bedtime around 01:00... Mark

Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going to his day service. Matthew was also going to visit his uncle Dave later on. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast for breakfast. before Matthew went to the day centre he watched buses out of the window. whilst waiting for the time to go to the day centre, we saw Shelton Care Group DV10 JCU.

We set off on foot to the day centre. We walked onto Temple Street and right onto Christchurch Street. At the day centre we saw Shelton Care Group DY08 FFX.

In the morning Matthew went to Hanley on a bus. We set off on foot along Glebedale Road and we crossed over City Road. We turned sharp left onto Victoria Road and we waited for a bus to Hanley. We got to the bus stop in time to see First Potteries 67661 on a #6 to Hanley.

Whilst we waited for the next bus we saw silver minibus SF67 GYV going towards Hanley.

A few minutes later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw that it was First Potteries 63176 on a #6A to Hanley.

We got on the bus and we booked to Hanley before we sat down. We set off down Victoria Road and we crossed over the A52 at Joiners Square. We ran up Lichfield Street and we crossed over the ring road. We got up and got off the bus at the stop outside the bus station. We walked up Lichfield Street and we saw ECO Travel MK18 UZX at the taxi rank.

We walked to the corner of Lichfield street and we turned left and walked past the Town Hall. We turned left onto Bagnall Street and right onto John Street. We crossed over Bethesda Street and we went to the library. Matthew went to the library and used the facilities. Once we had finished in the library we turned right onto Bethesda Street and then left onto the ring road. We walked around to the bus station and went to the toilet. Matthew visited the Spar shop and brought a bottle of Coke. Matthew drank his can and we saw a bus back to Fenton. It was First Potteries 41500 on a #6 to Coalville.

We got on the bus and we booked to Fenton before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off up Lichfield Street and we turned right into Birch Terrace. We followed the road around to the left onto Charles Street. At the top we turned right onto Old Hall Street before turning right onto the ring road. We turned left onto Lichfield Street and we ran down the hill to Joiners Square. We crossed the roundabout onto Victoria Road and we ran up the hill into Fenton. At the top of the hill we got up and got off the bus. One off the bus we set off on foot onto City Road and we turned left onto Christchurch Street. We turned right onto Temple Street. We went out for dinner and we saw it was Shelton Care Group DV10 JCU. We got on the bus and we set off onto Temple Street. We turned left onto City Road and we continued down to the A52. We went under the railway line and over the A500 before going around Stoke's one-way system. We came out of the other side onto Church Street and we ran up the hill onto Hartshill Road. We continued along the A52 through Hartshill and forwards onto George Street. We ran down the hill into Newcastle and we crossed over the roundabout onto Ironmarket. Once off the bus we walked across the street to the pub. Matthew went to the toilet and then had a glass of Coke. After Matthew had a burger and chips followed by chocolate fudge cake and ice cream. Once we had finished eating we returned to the residential unit on Shelton Care Group DV10 JCU. We set off along Ironmarket and over the roundabout onto the A53. We went around the one-way system onto the A52 and we ran through Hartshill and down the hill into Stoke We went along Eleanora Street and onto Glebe Road and around the Stoke one-way system. We went onto Church street and we crossed over the A500 and under the railway line. We ran up City Road and we turned right into Smithpool Road. We turned left into temple street and back to the residential unit. Back at the unit Matthew went to his room to chill out on his computer and watch buses out of the window. Later on Matthew was going to uncle Daves for tea. We saw white minibus G14 SBX going towards Longton.

When it was time to go to uncle Dave's we set off onto Temple Street and at the end we turned left onto Smithpool Road. We went across the spare ground onto Willowdale Avenue and onto Whieldon Road and into uncle Dave's. Matthew had some cheesecake and a can of Tango orange. For tea Matthew had chicken potatoes and carrots. Later on he had another slice of cheesecake and a few digestive biscuits and custard creams. Uncle Dave now has a biscuit tin. Matthew chilled out in uncle Dave's house using his computer and watching television. Uncle Dave also did his DJ set. A couple of hours later staff came to escort Matthew back home. We set off onto Whieldon Road and we turned onto Willowdale Avenue. We crossed the spare ground and we turned left onto Smithpool Road. We saw First Potteries 53155 on a #23A to Newstead. We turned right onto Temple Street past the new building under construction, which is now getting near to completion. We continued back to the residential unit. Matthew went back to the room and went on his computer. Later on Matthew had a bath and then had toast for supper. He then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Mark.

In the morning Matthew spent time on the computer. For Dinner Matthew had cheese oatcakes. In the afternoon Matthew went to Newcastle on the bus. We set off onto Christchurch Street and we turned left onto City Road. As we walked down the road we saw Afford Rent-A-Car MK67 UER.

We got on the bus and we booked to Newcastle before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off down City Road and we ran down the hill over the old railway line to Leek and onto the A52. We ran under the railway line and over the A500 and straight into Stoke town centre along Church Street. After a brief stop in Stoke we continued along Church Street and forwards onto Hartshill Road. We ran up the hill and into Hartshill. We ran forwards onto George Street and we ran down the hill into Newcastle. We turned left at the roundabout onto Barracks Road and into the bus station where we got up and got off the bus. After a short while First Potteries 32627 appeared on the #25 to Hanley. We got on the bus and we booked to Hanley before we went upstairs and down towards. We saw First Potteries 67637 on a #4 to Audley.

We set off out of the bus station and onto Barracks Road. We turned left at the roundabout onto the A34 and we ran South as far as the hospital where we turned left. We came out of the hospital and turned left onto Hilton Road. We ran into Hartshill and we turned right onto the A52. We ran down the hill into Stoke town centre and along Church Street. After a brief stop we continued along the A52, over the A500 and under the railway line. We followed the A52 to the left and we ran alongside the railway and onto Station Road. We passed the railway station and we turned right onto College Road. We ran up the hill through Shelton and we followed the road to the right onto Cleveland Road and Regent Road. We turned left onto Lower Bethesda Street and we crossed over the ring road, continuing onto Bethesda Street. We turned right onto John Street and we ran up the hill into the bus station where we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus Matthew took a picture of First Potteries on a #25 to Keele.

Matthew went to the toilet and headed into Hanley. As we left the bus station we saw First Potteries 67643 on a #7A to Biddulph. We set off along Lichfield Street and onto Stafford Street. After a few minutes we saw First Potteries 67647 on a #4A to Kidsgrove.

We carried on towards Debenhams and we saw First Potteries 67648 on a #8 to Ball Green. We headed into Debenhams and we came out though the Intu Potteries shopping centre into Tontine Square. We set off along Tontine Street and onto Lichfield Street and back to the bu station. We stood at the stops outside to wait for a bus back to Fenton. A few minutes later we saw First Potteries 41501 on a #6 to Coalville.

We booked to Fenton and as the rear of the bus was empty Matthew took a picture inside First Potteries 41501 before we sat down.

Once off the bus we set off on foot up Victoria Road and we went sharp right onto City Road. We turned left onto Christchurch Street and we turned right onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew went upstairs and back to his room. We saw Z Carz YN11 AHJ going towards Hanley.

Matthew went shopping in Stoke. We went downstairs and transport for the trip was Shelton Care Group DY08 FFX. We got on the bus and we set off onto Temple Street turned left on City Road. We ran down the hill and joined the A52. We went under the railway line and we crossed over the A500. We got onto the one-way system and we turned left onto Lonsdale Street. We followed the road around onto Flemming Street and at the next junction we turned left onto London Road. We passed Sainsbury's and we turned into Iceland. Matthew did his weekly shop and then walked into Stoke. We set off along London Road and forwards onto Campbell Place. We crossed over Church Street and we went to the pub. Matthew went to the toilet and then had a glass of Coke. For tea Matthew had a chicken burger and fries followed by a chocolate fudge cake and ice cream. When we had finished eating we walked back along Campbell Place and onto London Road. We returned to Iceland car park and we went back to Fenton in Shelton Care Group DY08 FFX. We set off towards Stoke along London Road and we ran forwards onto Campbell Place. We followed the road around onto Church Street and we veered left onto Liverpool Road. We veered left onto Elenora Street and we turned right onto Copeland Street. We turned left onto Glebe Street and right onto Lytton Street. We ran alongside the railway line and at the end we turned left onto City Road. We went under the railway line and up the hill into Fenton. We turned right onto Smithpool Road and left onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Once back at the unit Matthew went upstairs to chill out in his room. Back in his room Matthew used his computer and watched TV in his room. Matthew had a bath and then had toast for supper. He then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Mark.

Trip to Fenton / Newcatle 28-09-2018

Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going to his day service. He was also going to see Grandma later on and going to the pub and returning to Blurton for a long weekend. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast and orange juice for breakfast. Whilst he was waiting to out we saw First Potteries 67153 on a #11 to Newcastle. Around 09:00 we went downstairs and out of the unit. We set off outside and we saw Shelton Care Group DV10 JCU outside the residential unit.

We set off onto Temple Street and we turned right onto Christchurch Street and we saw Britannia Travel S100 KKE going towards Hanley.

We continued along Christchurch Street and to the day centre where we saw Shelton Care Group DY08 FFX parked up outside.

In the morning Matthew did some baking and made cupcakes. For dinner Matthew had sausage chips and gravy followed by a cupcake. In the afternoon Matthew went to a coffee morning and ate cakes and won a box of biscuits in the raffle. When it was time to return to the residential unit we set of on foot onto Christchurch Street. We turned left onto Temple Street and we went into the residential unit. Matthew went upstairs to his room and I was already waiting for him. We transferred his pictures back onto his camera and we got ready to go to Blurton. We went downstairs and we got into the car. We drove onto Temple Street. We turned right onto Christchurch Street and right onto Station Bridge Road. We followed the road around onto Heron Street and into Heron Cross where we saw E-zec patient transport YJ16 GHV heading towards Longton. We went through the traffic lights and forwards onto Blurton Road. We continued through Blurton and we turned right onto Church Street. We turned right onto Beaconsfield Drive. We got home around 15:10. When we got home Matthew had toast and a glass of orange Irn Bru. Today we were catching the 15:56 to Newcastle as we were going to the pub via Grandma's House. We set off around 15:45 on foot to the bus stop all the way onto Magdalen Road. Whilst we waited for our bus we saw First Potteries 67637 on a #22 to Longton.

A few minutes later we saw a bus come around the corner. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 63100 on a #22 to Newcastle.

We got on the bus and we booked to Newcastle and sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off onto the A5035 and we went over the railway line into Trentham. As we turned right into New Inn Lane we saw First Potteries 41500 on a #21A to the Trentham Hotel. We ran up the hill into Hanford and we turned right into Wilson Road. We ran down Church Lane We continued down onto the A34 where we saw Gardiners BX14 KRN going Northwards. We crossed under the A500 and we ran into Trent Vale where we saw ABC Supreme FJ18 DNX. We turned right into Harpfields Road and saw First Potteries 41500 on the final #22 turn. We continued forwards on Hilton Road and we turned into the hospital. We ran through and we saw First Potteries 32633 on a #25 to Hanley and ABC Supreme ST56 MUE. We turned right onto the A34. A couple of stops down the road we got up and got off the bus. Matthew took another picture of First Potteries 63100 as it continued towards Newcastle.

We crossed over the A34 and we walked up the hill to Grandma's house. Matthew had a can of Irn Bru and used her computer. As mum was at work, grandad gave us a lift to the pub in his new car. We set off just after 17:40 and we ran down Victoria Street. We turned left onto the A34 and we saw First Potteries 63098 on a #101 to Hanley. and we ran southwards into Trent Vale. We carried on down the A34 and we went into the pub. Matthew had a brunch with oatcakes followed by toffee sponge pudding with custard. Whilst we ate highlights of the passing buses included Robin Hood YJ10 JZF going Northwards and First Potteries 65036 on a #101 to Hanley. Once we had finished eating we went out to catch a bus towards home. We had missed the last #22 to Blurton by 15 minutes and since the timetable change the last bus of Newcastle is 18:09! We decided to catch a bus as far as Trentham and walk the rest of the way. We crossed over London Road and we waited at the stop opposite the pub. A few minutes later the bus appeared and as it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 67650 on a #21A to the Trentham Hotel.

We got on the bus and we booked to the Trentham Hotel before we sat down to wards the back of the bus. We set off onto the A34 and we went under the A500 into Hanford. We turned left onto Church Lane and we ran up to the top of the hill. We turned right into Wilson Road and at the end we turned left onto New Inn Lane. We ran down the hill past the Man in Space and forwards onto the A5035. We headed left and we stopped out side the Trentham Hotel where we got up and got off the bus. Matthew got another picture of First Potteries 67650 before it returned to Hanley on the last #21A of the evening.

Once we let the bus go we headed along the A5035 towards Blurton. We crossed over the railway line into Blurton and we continued past the Hem Heath pub. We crossed over the A5035 to have a better look at the Party Bus we had seen earlier and we saw that it was Party Bus L102 GBO.

We crossed over the road and we continued walking past the Newstead Industrial estate. We turned into the estate and we got home around 19:30. Back at Blurton we wrote e-mails and worked on the Blog. Matthew had a glass of Irn Bru as well as a bag of Frazzles. We then chilled out watching music videos on the television and Matthew went to bed around 00:30... Mark

Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going to his day service. He was also going to Scarborough. He was also going to out for tea later. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast for breakfast. before Matthew went to the day centre he watched buses out of the window. we saw Shelton Care Group DY08 FFX.

In the morning Matthew went to Scarborough. We went downstairs and out of the residential unit. We set off on foot onto Temple Street and we turned right onto Christchurch Street. We waited for the coach to appear. When the coach came it was Stanways Coaches coach EGZ 1850. We got on the coach and we sat down. We set off onto Glebdale Road and we turned left onto City Road. We ran down the hill onto the A52. We crossed over the A500 and we got onto the Northbound A500. We ran North up the the motorway and we joined the Northbound M6. We ran Northwards to junction 21A and we got onto the Eastbound M62. After passing around North manchester on the M60 we continued along the M62. We stopped at the Birch services and Matthew went to the toilet. We continued along the M62 to the South end of Leeds and we joined the Northbound M1. We ran to the end and we joined the Northbound A1(M). We ran Northwards for a junction and we joined the Eastbound A64. We ran around the South side of York and around Malton. We continued through Seamer and into Scarborough. We ran into town and we parked at the Williams Street coach park. We got off the coach and we walked across Castle Road onto Aberdeen Walk. We went into the shopping centre Matthew went to KFC. He went to the toilet and we ordered the food. Matthew had a chicken burger and fries washed down with a cup of Pepsi. When we had finished eating we went down onto Falconers Road and we saw EYMS 509 on a #165 Park and ride service. We walked down Vernon Road and onto the seafront. We saw EYMS 380 on a #8 to Throxenby. We stopped at the Olympia and Matthew went to the toilet. Matthew had a go on the penny falls machines. He played a game of pool. We walked back down the seafront. We walked back up Vernon FRoad and towards the coach park and the return journey was on Stanways Coaches EGZ 1850. We got on the coach and we ran down to the A64. We ran out of town through Seamer and around the Malton by-pass. We ran to the South of York and we joined the A1(M). We ran Southwards for a junction and we joined the Southbound M1. Near to the Southern side of Leeds we joined the Westbound M62. We stopped at Birch service and Matthew went to the toilet. We continued westwards along the M62 and we rounded the North side of Manchester on the M60. We continued onto the Westbound M62 and we joined the Southbound M6. We came off the M6 at junction 16 and we joined the Southbound A500. We travelled South through Longport and Etruria and we cam off the A500 at Stoke. We turned left onto the A52 and we ran forwards up City Road into Fenton. We stooped on Christchurch Street and we got off the coach. Matthew returned to the residential unit. We turned left onto Temple Street. We went upstairs and Matthew went to his room. Matthew chilled out on his computer and watched buses out of the window whilst he waited for me to pick him up. We saw First Potteries 63173 on a #11 to Newcastle.

A few minutes later I turned up with uncle Dave. We went downstairs and we got into the car. We set off onto Temple Street and we turned left onto Christchurch Street. We turned left onto City Road and we saw Afford rent-a-car YT18 GYJ at the garage. We ran down the hill and under the railway line into Stoke. We crossed over the A500 and we went around the one-way system. We ran up the hill into Hartshill and we continued to the edge of Newcastle. We ran forwards onto the One-way systen and we turned right onto Ryecroft. We turned right onto the A34 and we saw First Potteries 67661 at the depot. We ran North up the A34 through Crackley and over the A500 into Talke. At the junction we followed the A34 to the right and we stopped at the pub. Matthew went to the toilet. Afterwards he had a glass of Coke. For tea Matthew had a carvery. After having a re-fill of Coke, Matthew had choclate fudge cake and custard for afters. When we had finished we returned to Fenton in the car. We set off down the A34 and we followed it to the left. We ran through Talke and over the A500 into Crackley. We continued down through Bradwell and Cross Heath and into Newcastle. As we passed the depot where we saw First Potteries 67637 parked up at the garage. We turned left onto Ryecroft and at the roundabout we turned right onto Barracks Road. We saw D&G Bus 35 on a #25 to Crewe. We continued onto the Southbound A34 and we turned left onto The Avenue. Travelling up towards Hartshill. At the end we turned right onto Hartshill Road. We ran down to Stoke and onto the one way system. We turned right onto Elenora Street and we followed the road around onto Copeland Street. We ran forwards onto Glebe Street and we followed the one way system onto Church Street. We crossed over the A500 onto City Road and we went under the railway line. We ran up the hill into Fenton and we turned right onto Smithpool Road. We turned left into Temple Street and back to the residential unit. We went up to Matthew's room and we wrote some of the Blog. Matthew also drank a can of Irn Bru. After doing a couple of entries I left and Matthew chilled out in his room watching television and using his computer. Later on Matthew chilled out in his room. Matthew used his computer and watched music videos on the television. Later on Matthew had a bath and then had toast for supper. He then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Mark.
