Today Matthew was in residential and he was going to his day service. He was also going to Grandma's later aswell as going to Blurton for the weekend. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast and orange juice for breakfast. whilst waiting to go out we saw D&G Bus 114 on a #1 to Park Site.

Around 09:00 we set off on foot to the day centre. We went onto Temple Street and we turned right onto Christchurch Street where we saw Shelton Care Group DY08 FFX.

We continued to the day centre. In the morning Matthew did cookery and made a victoria sponge. He also did some cleaning and used a mop. For dinner Matthew had sausage chips and gravy followed by a slice of victoria sponge. In the afternoon Matthew went to the pub on foot. We set off onto Christchurch Street and into the pub. Matthew went to the toilet and then had a glass of Coke. Matthew chilled out the pub for a while. He returned to the residential unit on foot. We set off along Christchurch Street and we turned left onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew went upstairs to chill out and use his computer and wait for me to pick him up. Whilst waiting we saw Stanton's of Stoke RUI 2486 going towards Blurton. When I arrived Matthew got a few things together and we went down to the car. As we left we saw Harry Shaw BF15 HDU going towards Stoke. We got in the car and we drove onto Temple Street where we saw Triumphant Christ Church NK08 LVC. We turned right onto Christchurch Street and right onto Station Bridge Road. We followed the road around onto Heron Street and into Heron Cross. We went through the traffic lights and forwards onto Blurton Road. As we travelled through Blurton we passed First Potteries 67152 on a #23A to Hanley. We continued through Blurton and we passed First Potteries 67159 on a #23 to Hanley. We turned right onto Church Street and right onto Beaconsfield Drive. By OSSMA we saw Stanton's of Stoke KX14 LZE. We got home around 15:00. When we got home Matthew had toast and a can of Irn Bru. Today we were catching the 15:56 to Newcastle as we were going to the pub via Grandma's House. We set off around 15:45 on foot to the bus stop all the way onto Magdalen Road. At the bus stop we saw Strathmore EU16 ENV going into Blurton.

Whilst we waited we saw First Potteries 41501 on a #22 to Longton.

There was a lot of traffic and the buses were running a few minutes late. A few minutes later the bus came around the corner and we saw that it was First Potteries 63097 on a #22 to Newcastle.

We got on the bus and we booked to Newcastle we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off onto the A5035. We stopped at the light by Stanley Matthews Way and we saw D&G 170 on a #14 to Stafford. We went over the railway line into Trentham and just after the Trentham Hotel we saw Lucky Seven RX60 CVO. We turned right into New Inn Lane and we ran up the hill into Hanford. As we turned left into Wilson Road, we saw First Potteries 67159 on a #21 to Trenthan Gardens. We ran down Church Lane to the A34 and we saw Intercity BP08 KJN going Southwards. We crossed under the A500 and we saw First Potteries 67602 on the final #22 turn. We turned right into Harpfields Road and forwards on Hilton Road. As we travelled through the hospital we saw ABC Supreme FY52 NSV and First Potteries 32648 on a #25 to Hanley. We turned right onto the A34 and saw City Centre Central LK13 RBU going Southwards. A couple of stops down the road we got up and got off the bus. We saw silver minibus SE14 NZF going Southwards. we crossed over the A34 and we saw E-zec patient transport YJ16 GFA going towards the hospital.

We headed up the hill to Grandma's House. At Grandma's Matthew had a can of Irn Bru and used her computer. Around 17:50 we set off onto Victoria Street. We turned left onto the A34. As we past the hospital we saw First Potteries 32627 on a #101 to Hanley. We continued down the A34 and we ran down into Trent Vale and we were passed by Roseville EX57 HKT. We carried on down the A34 and we went into the pub where we met up with uncle Dave. Matthew had a brunch with oatcakes followed by toffee sponge pudding with custard. Whilst we ate highlights of the passing buses included ABC Supreme KY15 RBX going Southwards. We also saw First Potteries 65037 on a #101 to Hanley and D&G Bus 42 running out of service back to Adderley Green. Once we had finished eating we set off back to Blurton. We ran down the A34 and we went under the A500 into Hanford. We continued Southwards down the A34 into Trentham na we saw First Potteries 65039 on a #101 to Hanley. We turned left onto the A5035 and we followed Daw 2 Door minibus EG16 VLX for a short while. We got home around 19:30. Matthew chilled out on his computer and we composed a few e-mails and sorted a few things out. We then chilled out on the sofa doing e-mails and writing the until bedtime around 01:00... Mark
