Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going to his day service. He was also going to Burslem Park later on. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast and orange juice for breakfast. Whilst waiting to go to the day service we saw First Potteries 63179 on a #11 to Hanley. Around 09:00 we set off on foot to the day centre. We walked onto Temple Street and right onto Christchurch Street. At the day centre we saw Shelton Care Group DY08 FFX.

In the morning Matthew went on the computer. For dinner Matthew had ham sandwich followed by a Bakewell tart. In the afternoon went to Burslem Park on Shelton Care Group DY08 FFX. We got on the bus and we set off onto Glebedale Road. We turned left onto City Road and we ran down the hill towards Stoke. We turned right onto the A52 and we ran alongside the railway line towards the railway station. We continued along the A52 past the university up to Joiners Square. We turned left onto Lichfield Street and we ran up the hill towards Hanley. We joined the anti-clockwise ring road and we ran to Town Road. We joined the Northbound A5272. We ran through Sneyd Green to Smallthorne Roundabout and we turned left onto Moorland Road. We ran down the hill towards Burslem and we stopped at Burslem Park. We parked up and we walked through the park to the Pavilion cafe. Matthew went to the toilet and afterwards had a can of Coke. when we had finished we walked back through the park. Transport for the journey back to Fenton was on Shelton Care Group DY08 FFX. We set off onto Moorland Road and we ran into Burslem town centre. We ran through the town centre onto Newcastle Street and down to the Wayne walker roundabout (formerly know as Trubshaw Cross). We ram through Middle port into Longport and we turned left onto the Southbound A500. We ran through Etruria and Shelton and we came off the A500 at Stoke. We turned left onto City Road and we went under the railway line. We ran up the hill into Fenton and we turned right into Smithpool Road. We turned left into Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew went upstairs to chill out in his room and use his computer. Later on Matthew went to Aldi to do his weekly shop. We went downstairs and we set off onto City Road. We crossed the road onto Manor Street and we walked to the other end. We turned right onto Victoria Road and we saw D&G Bus 40 on a #50 to Hanley.

Further down the roads we saw Stanton's of Stoke minibus NSU 531 going towards Hanley.

We turned into the supermarket and we saw First Potteries 67634 on a #6 to Coalville.

Matthew went into the supermarket and did his weekly shop. When we had finished we ran up to Smallthorne in a Lucky Seven taxi. We set off onto Victoria Road and we ran down the hill into Joiners Square. We carried straight on onto Lichfield Street and we ran anti-clockwise around the ring road. We came off onto Town Road and we ran into Birches Head and onto the Northbound A5272. We ran through Sneyd Green up to Smallthorne and we turned left onto Moorland Road and we stopped at the pub. Matthew went to the toilet and then had a glass of Coke. For dinner Matthew had a BBQ chicken burger followed by a chocolate fudge cake with ice cream. Once we had finished we returned to Fenton. We set off onto the A5272 and we ran southwards to the edge of Hanley. We ran clockwise around the ring road and we turned left onto Lichfield Street. We ran down to Joiners square and forwards onto Victoria Road and we ran through the private road on which the swimming baths are situated. At the end we turned left onto City Road and right into Smithpool Road. We turned left onto Temple Street and we returned to the residential unit. Once Matthew had put his shopping away he had a bath. He then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Mark.
