Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going out on the bus. He was also going out for tea later on. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast for breakfast. before Matthew went to the day centre he watched buses out of the window. whilst waiting for the time to go to the day centre, we saw Shelton Care Group DY08 FFX. We went downstairs and we cut through onto City Road. We walked to the bus stop outside the flats. We waited for a bus to Hanley. A short time later we saw red minibus YY60 HBG.

A short time later we saw the bus approaching. As it got closer we saw that it was First Potteries 67152 on a #23 to Hanley. We got on the bus and we booked to Hanley before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off down City Road and we joined the A52 to go under the railway line and over the A500. We continued onto Church Street and into the centre of Stoke. After a brief stop we continued around the one-way system onto Elenora Street and right onto Copeland street. We turned left onto Glebe Street and we went under the railway line before turning left onto Station Road. We went past the railway station ans we turned right onto College Road. After running the hill through Shelton we continued onto Cleveland Road and forwards onto Regent Road. We turned left onto Lower Bethesda Street and we crossed over the ring road onto Bethesda Street and we saw Stanton's of Stoke 7239 VT on the IN2 to Cheadle. We turned right onto John Street and we got up and got off the bus at the top of John Street. We walked down John Street and we crossed over Bethesda Street. We set off along Piccadilly and we walked up Stafford Street. We turned right onto Old Hall Street. We went into B&M and we brought a bottle of Coke. Once we had finished we went out of the shop. We went down Lichfield Street and back to the bus station. We waited for a bus to Trentham. A short while later we saw First Potteries 32067 on a #101 to Stafford.

A few minutes later the bus appeared and it was D&G Bus 171 on a #100 to Stone.

We got on the bus and we booked to Fenton before we sat down. We set off onto John Street and we turned left onto Bethesda Street. We crossed over the ring road and we ran down onto Regent Road and forwards onto Cleveland Road. We ran down though Shelton along College Road and we ran down to the railway station. We ran forwards onto the A52 and we ran alongside the railway line before turning right onto City Road. We went South on the A500 which we did down to A34. Once on the A34 we went South through Trentham. Near to the old entrance to the gardens we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we went to across the road the road and into Trentham Gardens. we walked around the North end of the lake and we went to Totally delicious. Matthew had a ham sandwich washed down with bottle of Coke. Afterwards Matthew had an ice cream in a waffle cone. After finishing eating Matthew went to the toilet. Once we had finished eating we walked back through the main gate and onto the A34 opposite the A5035. We turned left and walked along the A34 to the old Gardens entrance where the bus stop is situated. We waited for a bus back towards Newcastle. A few minutes later we saw First Potteries 32067 on a #101 to Hanley.

We got on the bus and we booked to Newcastle before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off Northwards through Trentham. We continued North through Hanford and Trent Vale and we past the City General hospital before going into Newcastle. We turned right onto Barracks Road and we entered the bus station from the South end. We got up and got off the bus. We walked out of the bus station onto Castle Walk. We stopped at Greggs and brought a sausage roll and a can of Coke. We continued onwards to the bus station. A few minutes later the bus appeared and it was First Potteries 67143 on a #11 to Hanley.

We got on the bus and we booked to Fenton. The rear of the bus was empty so Matthew took a picture inside First Potteries 67143 before we sat down towards the back of the bus.

We set off onto Barracks Road and we ran up to the Jubilee roundabout. We ran onto the A53 and around the one-way system onto the A52. We ran up George Street into Hartshill and we ran down the hill into Stoke town centre. After a brief stop we continued along Church Street out of Stoke and over the A500. We ran under the railway line and we continued onto City Road. At the top of the hill we got up and got off the bus. We crossed over City Road and we cut through to the residential unit. We went upstairs to his room to chill out and watch buses out of the window. He also ate the a can of Dr Pepper and a toffee Crisp. Later on we went to Smallthorne in the car. We went downstairs to the car and we set off onto Temple Street where we saw Temple Street Church RX18 GZW. We turned right onto Smithpool Road. We turned right onto Wheildon Road and we picked up uncle Dave. We continued down Wheildon Road and we joined the Northbound A500 and nwe joined the Northbound side. We ran up to Etruria and we turned right on to the East bound A53 and we saw red minibus P776 ONG. We ran uop through Cobridge. We veered left onto we stopped at Captain Kooks. Matthew visited to the toilet and afterwards had a breakfast washed down with a bottle of Coke. Once we had finished we set off onto Sandbach Road and we turned left at the light onto North Road and we turned left onto the A53. We ran up the hill and we turned right onto the A5272. We ran through Smallthorne Roundabouts and we joined the Northbound A5272. We ran across the roundabouts onto High Lane. We turned left onto Shaftsbury Avenue. We ran down the hill and around the before coming back up Shaftsbury Avenue and re-joining High Lane and we saw First Potteries 63097 on a #7A to Hanley. We turned right onto Sprink Bank Road to Chell Heath and ran past Matthew's old school site, where there are now building a new sheltered housing complex. We ran around Cornhill Road and we stopped to drop something off with a friend. We stopped briefly on a side street and then we ran down to Sprink Bank Road. We turned left onto High Lane and we ran through Stanfields and we saw grey minibus ND71 SXK. We turned right onto Shaftsbury Avenue. After a quick stop we continued down the hill and turned left onto Doll'y Lane. We continued onto Stanfield Road and we turned left onto Hamil Road and we turned right onto Northbound A5272 and we saw City Centre Central PY13 CNC. At the end we ran through Sneyd Green into Birches Head. We ran into Hanley and we joined the clockwise ring road. We ran past the bus station and we turned left onto Broad Street and we continued down to Snow Hill. We ran forwards onto Stoke Road and down the hill through Shelton into Stoke. We turned left onto Station Road and we ran past the railway station. We ran forwards onto the A52 and we ran alongside the railway line. We turned left onto City Road and right into Smithpool Road. We turned left onto Temple Street past the the Queen Elizabeth II Court and back to the residential unit. Matthew went upstairs and chilled out in his room. He had a can of Dr Pepper. Later on Matthew had a bath and then had toast for supper. He then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Mark.
