Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going out on the bus. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast for breakfast. before Matthew went to the day centre he watched buses out of the window. whilst waiting for the time to go to the day centre, we saw Shelton Care Group YS70 KWG. Matthew got ready to go to Newcastle. We went downstairs and we and we cut through onto City Road to wait a bus to Newcastle. Whilst we waited we saw First Potteries 67152 on a #23 to Hanley.

A few minutes later the bus cam around the corner. As it got closer we saw that it was D&G Bus 781 on a #1 to Park Site.

We got on the bus and we booked to Newcastle before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off down City Road and we ran down the hill over the old railway line to Leek and onto the A52. We ran under the railway line and over the A500 and straight into Stoke town centre. We continued along Church Street onto Hartshill Road and into the centre of Hartshill. We turned left into the Avenue and left again onto Hilton Road before turning right into the City General Hospital. hospital. As we travelled through the hospital we saw City Centre Central KE64 HFG. Once through the hospital we turned right onto the A34 and we ran into Newcastle. We crossed the roundabout and we ran up Barracks Road and into the bus station from the South end. Once we got to the bus station we got up and got off the bus. Once we got off the bus we saw First Potteries 67174 on a #22 to Longton. We walked out of the bus station onto Castle Walk and we went past the former Poundland. We turned right into Ironmarket. Matthew visited the Oxfam shop. We continued up Ironmarket and we went in the PDSA charity shop. We continued up to Ironmarket and we visited Mobile Phone Extra. Afterwards we cut through onto High Street past the old Santander bank which has now closed. We visited a cash machine and we withdrew some money and we stopped at McDonalds. Matthew had a burger and fries washed down with a cup of Coke. Once we had finished we walked down High Street and we turned left into Hassell Street. We returned to the bus station and we waited for a bus to Longton. After a short while we saw First Potteries 67180 on a #11 to Hanley.

We got on the bus and we booked to Fenton. As the bus was empty Matthew took a picture inside First Potteries 67180 before we sat down.

We set off onto Barracks Road and we ran up to the Jubilee roundabout. We ran onto the A53 and around the one-way system onto the A52. We ran up George Street into Hartshill and we ran down the hill into Stoke town centre. After a brief stop we continued along Church Street out of Stoke and over the A500. We ran under the railway line and we continued onto City Road. At the top of the hill we got up and got off the bus. We crossed over City Road. We crossed over City Road and onto Christchurch Street and back to the residential unit. We went upstairs and Matthew went to his room to chill out and watch buses out of the window. Once we were ready we went downstairs and out of the unit. We set off outside and we saw Shelton Care Group YS70 KWG outside the residential unit. We set off onto Temple Street and we turned left onto City Road past the new sheltered housing complex. We crossed over the A500 and went into Stoke town centre. We crossed the road to wait for the next station bound bus. When it turned up it was required First Potteries 32639 on a #25 to Hanley. We got on the bus and booked to the railway station before sitting down. The bus set off out of Stoke town centre and across the A500. We crossed under the railway line before turning left onto the A52. At the eother end of the road we turned left onto Station Road. We went past the railway station ans we turned right onto College Road where we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we we walked down College Road and we went into Hanley Park for a while. We walk northwards through the park and into the North West corner to the sensory play area where Matthew had a can of Irn Bru. Matthew walked to the toilet. and visited the ice cream van. Matthew had an ice cream with a Flake. Matthew highlights of the bus sightings included Copeland's Tours MIB 516. We walked through the park and we saw the cafe in the park. After spending a while there we walked back to the South East corner of the park. we walked down Avenue Road. When it was time to go home we returned to Fenton in a Lucky Seven taxi. We got in the taxi we set off along Avenue Road. We turned right onto Boughey Road and left onto the A52 and we ran alongside the railway line before turning left onto City Road. We ran up the hill to Fenton and we turned right onto Smithpool Road. We turned left onto Temple Street andn we returned tom the residential unit. Matthew went upstairs and chilled out in his room for a short while. For tea Matthew had burger and chips followed by a Vienetta. Later on Matthew went downstairs and we got in a taxi. We set off onto Temple Street and we turned left onto Chrsitchurch Street. We turned left onto City Road and we ran down the hill into Stoke. We ran forwards onto the A52 and we under the railway line. We crossed over the A500 and we went around the one-way system in Stoke. We turned left onto London Road and we turned right onto Chamberlain Avenue. We stopped for a short while and Matthew had a can of Coke and afterwards we returned to Fenton. We got in the car and we set off onto Chamberlain Avenue and we turned left London Road and we ran forwards onto the one-way system onto Campbell Place and we ran forwards onto Church Street. We turned right onto Liverpool Street and we veered right onto Elenora Street. We turned right onto Copeland Street and we veered left onto Glebe Street. We turned right onto Lytton Street and we ran to the end before turning left onto City Road. We ran under the railway line and up the hill into Fenton. We turned right onto Smithpool Road and left onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. We went upstairs and Matthew went to his room. He watched television and used his computer. later on he had a bath. For supper Matthew had some toast. Matthew went to bed around 23:00... Mark
