Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going out on the bus. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast for breakfast. before Matthew went to the day centre he watched buses out of the window. whilst waiting for the time to go to the day centre, we saw First Potteries 67156 on a #23 to Hanley. Later on Matthew was going out. We went downstairs and out of the residential unit. We set off onto City Road and we saw Afford rent-a-car DS21 SZX outside there yard. We carried on down the road and we waited for a First Potteries bus to Hanley. Whilst we waited we saw First Potteries 63097 on a #11 to Newcastle.

A few minutes later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 67151 on a #23 to Hanley.

We got on the bus and we booked to Hanley before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off down City Road and we joined the A52 to go under the railway line and over the A500. We continued onto Church Street. and into the centre of Stoke. After a brief stop we continued around the one-way system onto Elenora Steet and right onto Copeland Street. We ran forwards onto Glebe Street and we followed the one way system onto Church Street. We crossed over the A500 onto City Road. We went under the railway line and we turned left onto Leek Road. We ran alongside the railway and we ran forwards onto Station Road. At the mini roundabout we turned right onto College Road. After running the hill through Shelton we continued onto Cleveland Road and forwards onto Regent Road. We turned left onto Lower Bethesda Street and we crossed over the ring road onto Bethesda Street before we turned right onto John Street bus station where we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus Matthew went to the toilet. We walked up Lichfield Street. We went forwards onto Tontine Street and we walked onto Tontine Square and we sat down on a bench and Matthew had his sausage roll for dinner washed down bottle of Coke. Once we had finished we went to the Intu Potteries shopping centre. After visiting shops in the shopping centre and we headed down to supercuts where Matthew used the toilet. We went upstairs to the bubble tea cafe and Matthew had a cake washed down with a can of Coke. Upper Market Square. We visited a cash machine and we withdrew some money. After we walked up a back alley and we came out on Tontine Street ans forwards onto Lichfield Street. We continued into the bus station. We saw First Potteries 63098 on a #7A to Biddulph. A short time later we saw First Potteries 65029 on a #6A to Newstead.

We got on the bus and we booked to Meir before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off out of the bus station onto John Street and we turned left onto Bethesda Street. We turned left onto the ring road and we turned right onto Lichfield Street and we ran down the hill to Joiners Square. We crossed the roundabout onto Victoria Road. We continued onto City Road and forwards onto King street. We ran through Foley and under the railway line into Longton town centre. The bus stopped on Market Street and then we continued onto Uttoxeter Road. We ran through Normacot and then we joined the A50. We ran fast up to Meir and we came off the A50 onto Broadway. At the roundabout we turned right onto the A520 and we got up and got off the bus. Once off and we walked back onto the A520 and we saw Stanton's of Stoke TPY 245. We turned into KFC. Matthew went to the toilet and then they ordered some food. Matthew had a washed down with a cup of Coke. We sat in the window and we watched the traffic on the roundabout. Once we had finished eating we returned to Fenton. We had an Intercity taxi back to the residential unit. We set off along the A520 and at th roundabout we joined the Westbound A50. We ran fast through Normacot and Longton to Heron Cross where we came off the A50. We turned right onto Blurton Road and we went through the traffic lights onto Heron Street. We followed the road around to the left onto Station Bridge Road and we turned left onto Christchurch Street. We turned left onto Masterson Street and right onto Watkin Street. We ran onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew went up to his room to use his computer and watch buses. For tea Matthew had ham and mash followed by a jam filled sponge. Later on we went out to Longton in a car. We went downstairs and we set off onto Temple Street and we turned right onto Christchurch Street. We turned left onto Baker Street and left onto Glebedale Road. We turned right onto City Road. We ran forwards onto King Street and through Foley into Longton. We turned right onto Baths Road and we went to the Tesco Petrol Station. Once we had filled up with fuel we set off onto Baths Road and We went to Costa Coffee. Matthew went to the toilet and had chocolate & salted caramel cake and a bottle of Fanta Orange. We set off out of Costa Coffee onto Baths Road. We passed the bus station. We turned right onto King Street. We ran through Foley into Fenton and forwards onto City Road. We turned left onto Smithpool Road and left onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit and we went upstairs to his room. went to his room. He watched television and used his computer. Later on Matthew had a bath and then had toast for supper. He then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Mark
