Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going out on the bus. He was also going away for the weekend to Yorkshire. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast and orange juice for breakfast. We saw Shelton Care Group YP70 JYJ outside. We went downstairs and we set off onto Temple Street. In the distance we saw Temple Street church minibus RX18 GZW. We carried on along Temple Street and we turned left onto Christchurch Street. We waited for a bus towards Hanley. We continued along Christchurch Street. We onto City Road and we saw Afford rent-a-car MT70 AFK outside there yard.

We continued to the bus stop and we waited for the bus to Newcastle. A short time later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 67173 on a #11 to Newcastle.

We got on the bus and we booked to Newcastle before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off down City Road and we ran down the hill over the old railway line to Leek and onto the A52. We ran under the railway line and over the A500 and straight into Stoke town centre along Church Street. After a brief stop in Stoke we continued along church Street and forwards onto Hartshill Road where we saw blue minibus V604 MBL. We ran up the hill and into Hartshill. We ran forwards onto George Street and we ran down the hill into Newcastle. We turned left at the roundabout onto Barracks Road and into the bus station where we got up and got off the bus. Once we got off the bus we saw First Potteries 65032 on a #4 to Hanley. Once off the bus we had a look around to see what we could catch. We saw First Potteries 32639 on a #101 to Hanley.

A short time later we saw a bus to Hanley arrive on stand. It was First Potteries 63173 on a #4 to Hanley.

We got on the bus and we booked to Hanley before we sat down near to the back of the bus. We set off out of the bus station and onto Barracks Road. We crossed the Jubilee Roundabout and onto the A53. We ran into Basford and over the A500. We ran down into Etruria and over the A500. We continued along the A53 and we turned left onto Forge Lane. We ran out along the Lane and we crossed over the canal before we returned back into Etruria along festival Way. We crossed under the A53 onto Etruria Road. We ran up the hill into Hanley and we ran forwards onto Trinity Street. We turned right onto Stafford Street and we ran forwards onto Albion Street. We continued onto Bagnall Street and we entered the bus station. We got up and got off the bus and we waited for a bus towards Fenton. short time later the bus pulled on stand. We saw it was First Potteries 63096 on a #11 to Newcastle.

We got on the bus and we booked to Fenton before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off onto John Street and we turned left onto Bethesda Street. We turned left onto the ring road and left onto Lichfield Street and we turned right onto Birch Terrace. We followed the road around onto Charles Street and we turned right onto Old Hall Street. We crossed over the ring road onto Bucknall New Road. We ran down the hill through Limekiln lights. We turned right onto Dividy Road and we saw . We turned left onto Beverley Drive and right onto Dawlish Drive. We ran through the estate and back onto the A5272. We ran up to Adderley Green. At the roundabout we turned right onto Anchor Road. system onto Commerce Street and right onto The Strand. After a brief stop we ran down the Strand and under the railway line onto King Street. We continued down through Fenton and forwards onto City Road. We went past KFC and we got up and got off at the Travers Court bus stop outside the block of flats. We crossed over the road and we headed onto Smothpool Road and we visited the chip shop to get dinner. AFter we had brough the food we walked back along Smithpool Road and turned right onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. We went upstairs nd Matthew had his dinner. It was sausage chips and gravy washed down with a can of Coke. I called Matthew up and told him we were on our way and we were going to pick him up early. Around 13:45 Matthew came downstairs and got in the car. We set off onto Temple Street and we turned left onto Smithpool Road. We turned right onto Wheildon Road and we picked up uncle Dave. We realised that Matthew did not have his batteries so we set off onto Wheildon Road and we turned right onto Smithpool Road. We turned left onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew went upstairs to get his batteries before coming back downstairs and getting in the car. We set off onto Temple Street and we turned right onto Christchurch Street. We turned right oto station Bridge Road and we continued onto Heron Street. We crossed through the traffic lights onto Blurton Road and we turned left to join the Eastbound A50. We ran through Longton and Meir and we saw Travel Express HF64 AJU and silver minibus SD63 FGN. We followed the road to the right and we ran the 10 or so miles to Uttoxeter. We joined the Northbound A38 and we saw blue minibus CE52 YCX. We travelled Northwards through Derby and we joined the Northbound M1. Travelling up the M1 we saw Wray's of Harrogate BU14 EGF, Go North East (NX) 7139(#133), Stott's (NX) BV17 GRK(#131). We decided to have a break at Woodall service station. We pulled into the service station and we saw MPB minibus KY68 VVF parked up.

We headed towads the coach park and we saw Eavesway EV63 WAY parked up next to EV05 WAY.

Matthew went to the toilet and we came out and saw Acklams YX16 NWH.

As we were going back to the car we saw Acklams YX18 LLO and Redfern Travel 98 RT arrive in the coach park.We got in the car and Matthew had a scotch egg and a can of Orange Fanta. We got back onto the Northbound M1 and we saw Cawthornes Travel SF54 TKY and an unidentified Snowdons coach. We got onto the M18 and we ran up to the M62. We ran a short distance to Goole and we came off the M62 ans got on the Eastbound A614. We ran through Howden and we followed the A614 up to Driffield and we joined the Northbound A1249. We ran North for about 10 miles through Foxholes before joining the Northbound A64. We ran past the park and ride site and the reatila park and we turned right onto Queen Margaret's Road. We turned left onto the A165 and we turned left by the Church and we parked up at the appartment. We came in and we settled down. Matthew had a ham sandwich and a can of orange Fanta. We decided to go out and get a couple of buses in. We set off onto the A165 and e walked up to the bus stop. On the way we saw Shoreline Suncruisers 45 on a Xandor works service. We got to the bus stop and we had a few minutes to wait. A short time later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was East Yorkshire 288 on a #10 to Scarborough.

We got on the bus asn we booked Scarborough Day tickets at £4.50. The bus was empty so Matthew took a picture inside East Yorkshire 288.

The bus set off Northwards up the A165 and we headed into Scarborough. We turned right onto Somerset Terrace and we ran forwards onto Falconers Road. We turned left onto St Nicholas Street and we ran forwards onto St Thomas Street. We turned left onto Castle Street and left onto Aberdeen Walk. We turned left onto Abelmarle Crecent and right Westborough where we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus Matthew took another picture of East Yorkshire 288 as it headed off towards the depot.

Once off the bus we looked for another bus to catch. We decided to do A #7A back around to Ramshill. Whilst we waited we saw Transdev Yorkshire 3629 on a #843 to Leeds. A short time later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was East Yorkshire 277 on a #7A Eastfield circular service.

We got on the bus and we placed the Scarborough Day tickets under the scanner for the final time today. We set off along the A64 and we headed out of Scarborough. We past the retail park and the park and ride site and we turned right onto Seamer Road. We turned left onto the B1261 and we ran past Seamer railway station. We turned left onto Manham Hill and right onto Westway. Somwhere on the estate we saw Esk Valley Coaches V7 ESK. We turned left onto Overdale and we crossed over Eastway. We ran forwards onto Priory place and we turned lefy onto Osgodby Lane. We turned left onto Filey Road and we passed Esk Valley Coaches YJ22 DXC. We joined the A165 and we ran into Ramshill where we got up and got off the bus. We walked back to the apartment and we chiled out in the main room. watching TV and writing the Blo. Mum order some food so Matthew had a cheeseburger, fries and some chicken nuggets, washed down with a can of Orange Fanta. We did some more of the Blog and we wrote e-mails. Matthew went to bed around 00:30... Mark
