Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going out on the bus. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast for breakfast. before Matthew went to the day centre he watched buses out of the window. whilst waiting for the time to go to the day centre, we saw Shelton Care Group YS70 KWG. We went downstairs and we walked through onto City Road. We headed towards the bus stop by the flats. We continued to the stop and we waited for a bus towards Hartshill. A short time later we saw First Potteries 47520 on a #11 to Newcastle.

We got on the bus and we booked to Hartshill before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off down City Road and we ran down the hill over the old railway line to Leek and onto the A52. We ran under the railway line and we went over the A500 and straight into Stoke town centre along Church Street. After a brief stop in Stoke we continued along church Street and we ran forwards onto Hartshill bank. Approximatley half way up the bank we got up and got off the bus. We stopped for a short while and Matthew had a sausages cheese oatcakes washed down with a can of coke followed a couple of slices of Victoria sponge. When we had finished we went outside and we crossed the road to catch a bus towards Hanley. A short time later we saw D&G Bus 157 on a #9 to Hanley.

Also seen was First Potteries 35940 on a #25 to Keele.

A few minutes later we saw D&G Bus 44 on a #1 to Meir.

Whilst we waited we saw First Potteries 35941 on a #25 to Hanley.

A short time later the bus appeared and it was First Potteries 47520 on a #11 to Hanley.

We got on the bus and we booked to Longton before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off down the hill and we ran into Stoke. We ran along Church Street and we crossed over the A500. We ran under the railway line and we continued onto City Road. We ran past the site of the new Burger King and we went forwards onto King Street. We ran through Foley and we under the railway line into Longton town centre. We stopped outside the old job centre as the #11 no longer calls in the Interchange. We ran up Market Street and we turned left onto Anchor Road. We ran up the hill to the top and ran down to the roundabout in Adderley Green. At the roundabout at the East end of Bentilee we turned right onto Beverley Drive and then left onto Dawlish Drive. We ran to the end and we turned left onto Beverley Drive. At the end we turned right onto Dividy Road and we ran down the hill to Bucknall. We turned left onto the A52 and we ran to limekiln lights and we went across onto Bucknall New Road. We climbed the hill up to Hanley and we joined the clockwise ring road. We turned right onto Bethesda Road and we turned right onto John Street and we saw First Potteries 63357 on a #4 to Crackley. Once in the bus station we got up and got off the bus and Matthew walked into the bus station and went to the toilet. We waited for the next bus to Leek. As we walked through the bus station we saw First Potteries 35948 on the #101 to Stafford. We got on and we booked to Newcastle before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off through the bus station and onto John Street. We turned right onto Bethesda Street and left onto Broad Street. We ran down the hill and over the ring road onto Snow Hill Before we turned right onto Shelton New Road. We ran down through Etruria an up into Hartshill before joining the A52. We ran into Newcastle down George Street. We joined the one way system and we turned left on the roundabout onto Barracks Road. We got to the bus station and we got up and got off the bus. We had a look around and we saw a bus that was heading towards Burslem come into the bus station. It was First Potteries 67153 on a #98 to Ball Green. We got on the bus and we booked to Burslem before we sat town towards the back of the bus. The bus set off onto Barracks Road and up to the Jubilee roundabout. We crossed over onto the A527 and we ran out of town through Brampton up to May bank. We continued forwards through Wolstanton and at the roundabout we turned right onto Porthill Bank and across the A500. We ran up through Longport to Middleport and at Trubshaw Cross we turned right towards Burslem. We ran up Newcastle Street into Burslem and we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we walked around the corner onto the A50 to wait for a bus towards Hanley. We didn't have to wait for long before we saw blue minibus SF64 EKD. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 63349 on a #3 to Hanley. We got on the bus and we booked to Hanley before we sat town towards the back of the bus. We set off onto the A50 and we ran past the site of the new Kiln Gate Retail park and we continued into Cobridge. We ran down the hill to the edge of Hanley and we went around the ring road to Town Road and we ran into Hanley. We ran down Quadrant Road and forwards onto Stafford Street. We ran across the shared space past the town hall and onto Bagnall Street. We ran forwards into the bus station. We got off the bus and we waited for a bus to Fenton. After a short while the bus appeared and it was First Potteries 44514 on a #6 to Coalville. We got on the bus and we booked to Longton before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off out of the bus station onto John Street and we turned left onto Bethesda Street. We turned left onto the ring road and we turned right onto Lichfield Street and we ran down the hill to Joiners Square. We crossed the roundabout onto Victoria Road. and we ran up the hill into Fenton. At the top of the hill we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we set off on foot up Victoria Road and we went sharp right onto City Road. We turned left onto Christchurch Street and we turned right onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew went upstairs and back to his room. Matthew used his computer and watched television in his room. We went downstairs and we set off onto Temple Street and we turned left onto Christchurch Street. We turned left onto City Road. We stopped at the kebab shop and we brought burger and fries. When we brought the food we walked back down City Road and we turned left into Christchurch Street. We turned left onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew went upstairs to his room to chill out and use the computer. For tea Matthew had burger and fries followed a couple of red velvet cheesecake with custard. Matthew also had a can of Coke. Later on we went downstairs and we set off onto Temple Street and we turned right onto Christchurch Street and we turned right onto Masterson Street and we crossed over Smithpool Road. We walked through the park and came out on Smithpool Road. We turned right onto Temple Street past the Queen Elizabeth II Court. We continued back to the residential unit. Matthew went back to the room and went on his computer. Later on Matthew had a bath and then had toast for supper. He then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Mark.
