Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going out on the bus. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast and orange juice for breakfast. Later on Matthew went out on the bus. We went downstairs and cut through onto City Road and walked to the bus stop outside the flats. We waited a the bus stop for a bus towards Newcastle. At the Afford garage we saw Afford rent-a-car YM70 VMJ parked up.

A short time later we saw the bus approaching. We saw it was First Potteries 63146 on a #11 to Newcastle. We got on the bus and we booked to Newcastle before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off down City Road and we ran down the hill over the old railway line to Leek and onto the A52. We ran under the railway line and over the A500 and straight into Stoke town centre along Church Street. After a brief stop in Stoke we continued along church Street and forwards onto Hartshill Road. We ran up the hill and into Hartshill. We ran forwards onto George Street and we ran down the hill into Newcastle. We turned left at the roundabout onto Barracks Road and into the bus station where we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus Matthew got a picture of First Potteries 63146 before it returned towards Hanley on a #11 service.

A few minutes later we saw First Potteries 63250 on a #9 to Fegg Hayes.

A short time later we saw a bus come on stand. It was D&G Bus 157 on a #1 to Audley. We got on the bus and we booked to Audley before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off out of the bus station onto Barracks Road. At the roundabout we went left onto the A52 and we veered left onto Merrial Street. We turned right onto High Street and then forwards onto Liverpool Road. We rejoined the A52. We continued onto Knutton lane and we turned right onto the B5044 and ran through Silverdale. We turned left onto Mill Street and we ran forwards onto High Street. We turned left onto Buxton Avenue and we turned right onto Moffatt Way and we turned right onto Malvern Avenue and we turned right onto Bath Road and we past the old school. We turned right onto Peebles Road and we turned left onto Scot Hay Road and we turned right onto Crackley Lane and we turned right onto Leycett Road and into Scot Hay and we went across onto Scot Hay Road. We climbed the hill up to Alsagers Bank and we turned left onto High Street and we crossed over Halmer End and we turned right onto Station Road and and we ran up the hill into Miles Green. We turned left onto Heathcote Road and left onto Rye Hills and we continued onto Hougher Wall Road and we turned right onto Church Street and we got up and got off the bus. Matthew took another picture of D&G Bus 157 before it carried on towards Biddulph.

Once off the bus we set off along Church Street and we turned right onto Hall Street. We went across the spare ground onto Hall Street and onto Church Street and walked to the pub. Matthew went to the toilet and had a glass of Coke. For tea Matthew had a cajun chicken burgers followed by chocolate brownie and ice cream. After we had finished eating we set off along Church Street and we got to the stop. Eventually the bus appeared and it was D&G Bus 157 on a #1 to Newcastle. We got on the bus and we booked to Newcastle before we sat down. We set off down Church Street and we continued onto Heathcote Road and we ran forwards into Alsagers Bank. We turned right onto Scot Hay Road and we ran Southwards through Scot Hay. We turned left onto Scot Hay Road and we ran into Silverdale. We turned right onto Peebles Road and left onto Bath Road. We turned left onto Malvern Avenue and we ran forwards onto Buxton Avenue. We re-joined Scot Hay Road and we ran through the centre of Silverdale. We ran along the High Street and forwards onto Silverdale Road. We turned left onto the B5367 and we turned right onto Knutton Lane. We around the roundabout and back onto the Ryecroft. At the roundabout we turned right onto barracks Road and we turned right into the bus station. We got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we had a look around to see what we might catch. We continued up Castle Walk and we stopped at Costa Coffee. Matthew used the toilet and afterwards had some choclate cake eat in. When he had finished eating we went next door to Sports Direct and Matthew bought some boots. We walked down Castle walk and into the bus station. We saw First Potteries 63116 on a #38 to Talke Pits.

A short time later we saw First Potteries 67175 on a #25 to Keele.

Eventually the bus appeared and it was First Potteries 63357 on a #11 to Hanley.

We got on bus and we booked to Fenton before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off onto Barracks Road and we ran up to the Jubilee roundabout. We ran onto the A53 and around the one-way system onto the A52. We ran up George Street into Hartshill and we ran down the hill into Stoke town centre. After a brief stop we continued along Church Street out of Stoke and over the A500. We ran under the railway line and we continued onto City Road. At the top of the hill we got up and got off the bus. We crossed over city Road and walked back to the residential unit. Matthew went back upstairs and Matthew chilled out in his room. Later on we went downstairs and we set off onto Temple Street. We turned left onto Smithpool Road. We crossed over the railway line and we walked down to the entrance of the park. For dinner Matthew had washed down a can of Irn Bru. In the park Matthew walked up to the playground. Once we had finished in the park we walked back along Grove Road. We crossed over the Whieldon Road and we turned left onto Smithpool Road. We turned right onto Masterson Street and we turned left onto Watkin Street. We continued onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. When we got there we saw Temple Street Church RX18 GZW parked up. We went upstairs and Matthew went to his room. For tea Matthew had a Lamb Mince Pasta Bake Cheese & Bacon followed by cake. In the late evening Matthew went downstairs to spend time with the other residents ar cuppa club. Matthew had various biscuits as well as some rice crispy cakes washed down with a can of Dr Pepper. Later on Matthew went back upstairs and had a bath and then had toast for supper. He then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Mark.
