Today was the first full day of our stay in Esat Anglia. Matthew woke up at 08:00 and had his medication. Matthew got up around 09:00 and had toast for breakfast. We got ready to go out and just after 10:00 we got in the car and we set off to Great Yarmouth. We left the camp site and we stopped at the garden centre to pick up a parcel. We turned left onto Scratby Road and we ran forwards onto Jack Chase Way. We ran forwards onto the A149 and we headed into Great Yarmouth. We ran forwards onto North Quay and we veered left onto Regent Street. We turned left onto Howards Street South and we parked up at the car park. We walked along Austin Row and onto Market Place We continued onto Theatre Plain and we turned right onto Regent Road. We went into the bus station area and we stopped at the cafe. Matthew had a full English breakfast washed down with a glass of Irn Bru. When we had finished eating Matthew went to the toilet. We said goodbye to mum and we had a look around to see what we might catch. We saw First Eastern Counties 33819 on a X1 to Lowestoft.

We saw First Eastern Counties 37579 on X1 to Norwich. We turned this down as we saw another bus approaching. As it gt closer we saw it was First Eastern Counties 37565 on a #1 to Lowestoft.

We got on the bus and we booked a Explorer Hi5 Day ticket at £14 before we went upstairs and sat down. We turned ran forwards onto Market Gates and we continued Southwards. We continued onto Alexandra Road and we crossed KIng Street onto Yarmouth Way. We turned right onto South Quay and we turned left onto the A1243. We turned left onto Southown Road and we headed towards Gorleston. We briefly joined Beccles Road and we turned left onto High Road past the former Barlcays bank which is being converted into shops and flats. We ran forwards onto High Street and into the centre of Gorleston. We continued Southwards and onto Lowestoft Road. We continued onto Victoria Road and we turned left onto Park Road. We turned right onto Marine Parade and right onto Bridge Street. We turned left onto the A47 and we turned right into Paget James hospital. We ran around the car park and we turned right on to the A47. We followed the road Southwards for a few miles and we turned left onto Station Road. We ran through Hopton and we turned right onto Coast Road. We headed towards Corton and we turned left onto Church Lane. We turned right onto Station Road and we turned right onto the B1385. We headed South down the A47 and we turned left into the retail park. After turning around at the roundabout we re-joined the A47. We ran to the North edge of town and we turned right onto St Peter's Street. We turned left onto Katwijk Way and we turned right into Gordon Road and into the bus station where we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we took a few pictures. We saw First Eastern Counties 37274 on a X22 to Norwich.

As we were wondering what to do next we saw a vintage bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was preserved London Transport RTL 1163 on a shuttle service to Carlton Coalville.

We asked the conductor if we could ride on the bus and she confirmed it was a free shuttle to Carlton Coalville as there was a London Transport even going on this weekend at the East Anglia Transport Museum. We got on the bus and we sat down in the lower deck. We set off out of the bus station and we ran down to the A47. We headed Southwards and we ran forwards onto the B1532. We ran South past the pier and the South Beach and we continued out of town. We turned right onto Bloodmore Road and left onto the B1145. We turned left onto Chapel Road and we entered the site of the East Anglia Transport Museum where we got up and got off the bus. We considered going into the museum, but the queue to get in was around the block, so we decided to come back tomorrow for the museum. Whilst we were considering what to do we saw another bus come on stand. As it got closer we saw it was London Transport RM 613 on a shuttle to Gunton Cliff.

We got on the back of the bus and we went upstairs and sat down. We set off out of the museum and we turned left onto Chapel Road and we ran forwards onto the A1145. We continued onto the A146 and we ran North to Oulton Broad South railway station. We continued past Oulton Broad North railway station and we ran forwards onto the A1144. We ran Northwards up the A47 and we turned right onto Corton Road. We turned right onto Links Road and we turned right onto Gunton Cliff. The bus top briefly for a photo stop and we thought it would head back to Lowestoft bus station. It turned out not to be going to the bus station and we headed back to the Museum! We set off along Gunton Cliff and we we continued onto North Parade. We headed Southwards down the A47. We ran to the North edge of town and we turned right onto St Peter's Street. We turned left onto Katwijk Way and we bypassed the town centre. We turned right onto Denmark Road and we turnd left onto the A12 and we crossed over the inner harbour. We turned right onto Waveney Drive and we continued onto Victoria Road. We joined the A146 and we headed Southwards. We ran forwards onto the A1145 and forwards onto Chapel Road and back to the museum. We got of the bus and we saw another bus move onto the bus stop. As we got closer we saw it was London Transport RF 626 on a Lowestoft Shuttle.

We got on the bus and we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off out of the museum and we saw First Eastern Counties 35291 on the park and ride shuttle of the museum. We set off out of the museum site and we turned left onto Chapel Road and we ran forwards onto the A1145. We ran forwards onto the A146 and we ran up to Oulton Broad South railway station. We turned right onto Victoria Road and we ran forwards onto Waveney Drive. We ran forwards onto the A12 and continued onto Horn Hill. We ran forwards onto Belvedere Road and we joined the A47. We turned left and we stopped at Lowestoft railway station. After the stop we ran North up Katwijk Way and we turned right onto Gordon Road where we got up and got off the bus. Matthew got another picture of London Transport RF 626 before it returned to the museum.

Once off the we headed to the pub. We walked along Gordon Road and left onto the High Street. We stopped at the pub and Matthew went to the toilet. Matthew had a glass of Coke and when we had finished we walked back down the High Street. We stopped at a Bakery and we bough Sauasge rolls and a slice of cake for later and a bottle of Coke. We headed back to the bus station and we looked for some to catch out. Whilst there we saw First Eastern Counties 44450 on #102 Lowestoft circular.

We had a look around the bus station to see what we might catch. A short time later we saw a suitable bus. As we got closer we saw it was First Eastern Counties 37711 on a X2 to Norwich.

We got on the bus and we placed the Explorer Hi5 Day ticket under the scanner before we sat down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off out of the bus station and we turned right onto Gordon Road. We went around the rouandabout and we turned sharp right onto the Southbound A47. We crossed over the inner harbour before turning left onto the B1532. There were two parrallel road with terrace housing in between them. We ran Southwards down the Eastern of the 2 roads for about 1/2 a mile before the 2 roads merged. We ran through Kirkley and into Pakefield and we turned right onto the B1384. We crossed the roundabout onto Bloodmoor Road and we ran forwards onto Elmtree Road. We turned left onto Ashburnham Road and we headed Westwards. We turned left onto the A146 and we ran fast for a few miles. We turned left onto Lowestoft Road and we ran through Worlingham. We continued onto Ingate and we ran forwards onto Blyburgate and into the centre of Beccles. We ran through Exchange Square and we ran forwards onto Smallgate. We turned left onto Old Market Place and we stopped at a small interchange. Also there were Borderbus 103 on a #580 to Harleston and Simonds YX12 FPY on a #81 ti Diss. We turned right onto Northgate and we turned left onto Bridge Street. We crossed over the river Waveney and we ran forwards Gillingham Dam. We ran forwards onto Loddon Road and through Gillingham and we joined the A146. We ran through Stubbs Green and into Thurton and we headed North Westwards. We ran fast for around 10 miles through Holveston and Bixley and we came to the A47. We crossed under the A47 and we crossed over the River Yare and we turned right onto Martineau Lane. We turned left onto the A147 and we headed into Norwich city centre. We ran past Sainsbury's and we turned right into the bus station. We got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus Matthew took another picture of First Eastern Counties 37711 before it returned to Lowestoft on a X22.

We had a look around the bus station. We saw Simmonds 592 on a PR3 Postwick park and ride service.

We headed into the main building and Matthew went to the toilet. Afterwards we sat in the waiting area and Matthew had a sausage roll. He also had a piece of Bakewell Tart and a can of orange Fanta. Whilst we ate we saw First Eastern Counties 36903 on an Excel service. We went out ibnto the bus station to take a few picture before we started to head back. We saw Konnect Bus 249 on a #84 to Hempnall Green.

We waited for a bus back towards Great Yarmouth. A short time later we saw a bus arrive on stand. We saw it was First Eastern Counties 35671 on a X11 to Belton.

We got on the bus and we placed the Hi5 Explorer ticket under the scanner before we went upstairs and sat down. We set off out of the bus station and we ran down to Queens Road. We headed out of town along the A147 and we turned right onto Martineau Lane. We turned left onto the A146 and we headed South Eastwards. On the edge of the city we joined the Eastbound A47. We ran fast for around 10 miles and we veered left onto Norwich Road. We called into Acle and we ran through town, rejoining the Eastbound A47. We ran the last 8 or so miles to the edge of Great Yarmouth and we ran into town. We ran forwards onto Fuller's Hill and forward again onto Priory Plain. We ran into the bus station and we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we had a look around to see what we could catch. We headed ovew to the WEst side of the bus station. As we got closer we saw it was First Eastern Counties 36287 on a #1A to Markham.

We got on the bus and we placed the Hi5 Explorer Day tickets under the scanner before we went upstairs and sat down. We turned ran forwards onto Temple Road and onto Priory Plain. We turned right onto Northgate Street and we headed Northwards. We continued onto Caister Road and we stopped near to the bus depot. We saw First Eastern Counties 37069 parked up outside on Staff Bus duties. We continued Northwards up Caister Road and we ran past Yarmouth Stadium where there was stock car racing taking place. We saw white coach 523 CBF. We continued North into Caister and we decided to get up and get off the bus. Once off the bus Matthew took another picture of First Eastern Counties 36287 as it continued towards Markham.

We headed to the pub and Matthew usd the toilet. Afterwards we had a glass of Coke. We wen outside and we met up with uncle Dave. We crossed the road and headed to the bus stop. We waited fior a bus towards Gorleston. A short time later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Eastern Counties 36286 on a #8 to James Paget Hospital.

We got on the bus and we placed the Hi5 Explorer Day tickets under the scanner for the final time today before we went upstairs and sat down. We ran forwards onto High Street and forwards onto Yarmouth Road. We joined the Southbound A149 and we ran past the greyhound stadium. We turned left onto Jellicoe Road and right onto Beatty Road. We turned left onto Barnard Avebue and right onto Sandringham Avenue. We continued Southwards before turning right onto Beaconsfield Road. We turned left onto Northgate Street and we headed Southwards into the town. We veered left onto Fullers Hill and we continued onto Priory Plain. We continued onto Temple Road and we stopped in the Market Gates Interchange for a short while. After a short wait we continued Southwards. We continued onto Alexandra Road and we crossed KIng Street onto Yarmouth Way. We turned right onto South Quay and we turned left onto the A1243. We turned left onto Southown Road and we headed towards Gorleston. We briefly joined Beccles Road and we turned left onto High Road past the former Barlcays bank which is being converted into shops and flats. We ran forwards onto High Street and into the centre of Gorleston. We crossed over the road and we met up with mum. We got in the car and we headed to the chip shop in Caister. We ran up the High Street and we joined Beccles Road and joined the Northbound A47. We ran onto Runham Road and we ran next to the Bure before joining the A149. We ran North past the bus garage and greyhound stadium and we ran forwards onto Yarmouth Road. We stopped in Caister and we picked up the food. We continued onto Norwich Road and we ran forwards to the dual carriage. We had gone too far so we did a u turned and we turned left onto Jack Chase Way. We ran forwards onto Scratby Road and we turned right onto Beach Road. e stopped at the caravan parked and we parked up by the chalet. We wen inside and Matthew had his food. matthew had sausage chips and gravy washed down with a bottle of dandelion & burdock. We wrote some of the Blog, We uploaded some pictures and we wrote an e-mail. later on Matthew had a Gu cheesecake and had his medication. Matthew settled to bed around 00:30... Mark

Today was our first full day in East Anglia. Matthew woke up at 08:00 and had his medication. Matthew got up a little after 09:00 and had crumpets and orange juice for breakfast. We chilled out in the cararvan until it stopped raining and we set off around 10:30. We got into the car and we headed Southwards through Corton. We ram forwards onto the B1385 and we joined the A47. We turned left onto The Ravine and we turned right onto Whapload Road. We stopped at the Lighthouse Diner. Matthew went to the toilet, but the diner was full so we ended up leaving and going to somewhere else. Outside we saw Albies YJ12 FME parked up. We got back into the car and we continued Southwards. We ran forwards onto the A47 and we turned right by the Marina Theatre. The cafe was also closed due to site redevlopment. We turned around and we turned left onto Gordon Road and we turned left onto Clapham Road South. We decided to park in the car park and walk to the next cafe. After parking up we headed into the Bittern Centre. The cafe here was also closed! We decided to walk through onto London Road North and we headed South and went to the pub. Matthew had a breakfast and a glass of Coke. After we had finished we said goodbye to mum and we walked back up London Road North and back through the Bittern Centre to the bus station. We had a look around to see what we could possibly catch. We saw First Eastern Counties 33822 on a X1 from Norwich.

There were a few buses to chose from, but we saw a single decker on stand. We saw it was First Eastern Counties 44454 on a #101 Gunton circular.

We got on the bus and we booked a Explorer Hi5 Day tickets at £14. The bus was was empty, so Matthew took a picture inside First Eastern Counties 44454 before we sat down towards the back of the bus.

We settle down and a few minutes later we set off out of the bus station onto Gordon Road. We joined the Northbound A47 and we ran out of town. We turned left onto Harris Avenue and we ran forwards onto Montgomery Avenue. We turned right onto El Alamein Road amd left onto Spashett Road. We turned right onto Crestview Drive and forwards onto Westhall Road. We turned left onto Weston Road and we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus Matthew took another picture of First Eastern Counties 44454 before it continued back towards Lowestoft.

Once off the bus we went to the shop. Matthew got a bottle of Coke, we got a can for uncle Dave and we got a chocolate bar. We headed back to the bus stop and Matthew had a can of Dr Pepper and a chocolate bar. A short time later we saw ths bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Eastern Counties 44537 on a #101 to Lowestoft.

We set off along Weston Road and we turned right onto Runburgh Road. We turned right onto Wissett Way and left onto Westhall Road. We turned left onto Spashett Road and we turned right onto Hollingsworth Road. We turned left onto Harriss Avenue and left onto the Southbound A47. We headed to the edge of Lowestoft and we turned right onto St Petter's Street. We turned left onto Katwijk Way and at the roundabout we ran forwards onto Clapham Road South. We turned left onto Gordon Road and we entered the bus station where we got up and got off the bus. We had already decided that we would headed towards Norwich. There were 2 Norwich buses on stand. As we got closer we saw it was First Eastern Counties 44538 on a X2 to Norwich.

We got on the bus and we placed the Explorer Hi5 Day ticket under the scanner before we sat down towards the back of the bus. After we had finished we walked back to the stop to wait for the following service. Whilst we waited we saw First Eastern Counties 33814 on a X2 to Lowestoft. A few minutes later we saw the bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Eastern Counties 37275 on a X22 to Norwich.

We got on the bus and we placed the Explorer Hi5 Day ticket under the scanner before we went upstairs and sat down. We set off through the village along the A146 and we headed North Westwards. We ran fast for around 10 miles through Holveston and Bixley and we came to the A47. We crossed under the A47 and we saw First Eastern Counties 47511 on a #40 to Poringland. We crossed over the River Yare and we turned right onto Martineau Lane. We turned left onto the A147 and we headed into Norwich city centre. We ran past Sainsbury's and we turned right into the bus station. We got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus Matthew took another picture of First Eastern Counties 37275 before it returned to Lowestoft on a X22.

Once off the bus we walked around the bus station and we took a few pictures. We saw Sanders Services 123 on a X44 to Sheringham.

We headed to the main buildnig and went inside. Matthew had a Mars Bar Rocky Road cake and a bottle of Coke. Afterwards Matthew went to the toilet. When we had finished we decided to headed back to Yarmouth. We sawt there was a bus on stand. As we got closer we saw it was First Eastern Counties 33805 on a X1 to Lowestoft.

We got on the bus and we placed the Explorer Hi5 ticket under the scanner before going upstairs and sitting down. We set off out of the bus station and we ran down to Queens Road. We headed out of town along the A147 and we turned right onto Martineau Lane. We turned left onto the A146 and we headed South Eastwards. On the edge of the city we joined the Eastbound A47. We ran fast for around 10 miles and we veered left onto Norwich Road. We called into Acle and we ran through town, rejoining the Eastbound A47. We ran through the roadworks, where they are currently straightening the road and building a new dual carriageway. We did the last few miles to the edge of Great Yarmouth and we ran into town. We ran forwards onto Fuller's Hill and forward again onto Priory Plain. We ran into the Market Gates and we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus Matthew took another picture of First Eastern Counties 33805 before it continued towards Lowestoft.

We walked around the corner onto Regent Road and we saw Sanders Services 531 on a X6 to North Walsham.

We continued into Victoria Arcade and we walked through onto Hall Plain and ontho the A1243. I had got my dearings wrong, instead of going towards the coast I walk towards the river! We walked Soluthwards before turning left onto Nottingham Way. We walked forwards onto St Peter's Road and we stopped at a shop to get some food to keep us going unmtil later. We bough sausage rolls, acan and a chocolate bar. When we had finished we continued along St Peter's Way. Matthew indicated that he needed the toilet and we went into the betting shop. After using the toilet we continued onto Marine Parade. We crossed over the road and we stopped to have something to eat. Whilst Matthew ate his sausage roll we saw First Eastern Counties 37065 going Northwards. We walked down to the bus stop to wait for the next Northbound 1C service. At the bus stop we were opposite the old Winter Gardens, which has recently received a grant to restore it back into use. A short time later we saw the bus a;pproaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Eastern Counties 37067 on a #1C to Hemsby.

We got on the bus and we placed the Explorer Hi5 ticket under the scanner before going upstairs and sitting down. We set off Northwards along Marine Parade passing JKT International XX23 JKT going thr other way. We also saw Alfa We continued onmto North Drive and we continued to the end and turned around. We turned right onto Jellicoe Road and we ran past the Racecourse. We turned right onto the Caister Road and we ran past Yarmouth Stadium where there was stock car racing taking place. We saw white coach 523 CBF. We continued North into Caister and we decided to get up sna get off the bus. Once off the bus Matthew took another picture of First Eastern Counties 37067 as it continued towards Hemsby.

We crossed over the road and we waited for the next Southbound service. A short time later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Eastern Counties 37533 on a #1C to the Pleasure Beach.

We got on the bus and we placed the Explorer Hi5 ticket under the scanner before going upstairs and sitting down. We set off Southwards through Caister and we headed South towards Yarmouth Stadium. After going past the stadium we decided to get of opposite Bure Park, So we could do the following bus to the campsite. We got up and got off the bus and Matthew took another picture of First Eastern Counties 37533.

We didn't have long to wait for the following bus. A short time later we saw the bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Eastern Counties 36194 on a #1 to Lowestoft.

We got on the bus and we placed the Explorer Hi5 ticket under the scanner for the final time today before going upstairs and sitting down. We set off down Caister Road and we headed Southwards. We stopped outside the depot for a driver change and we saw First Eastern Counties 36198 parked up which causght fire a few weeks ago. We veered left onto Caister Road and we ran forwards onto Northgate Street. We veered left onto Fuller's Gate and we ran forwards onto Priory Plain. We contnined onto Temple Road and we stopped in Market Gates interchange. After a short wait we continued Southwards. We continued onto Alexandra Road and we crossed KIng Street onto Yarmouth Way. We turned right onto South Quay and we turned left onto the A1243. We turned left onto Southown Road and we headed towards Gorleston. We briefly joined Beccles Road and we turned left onto High Road past the former Barlcays bank which is being converted into shops and flats. We ran forwards onto High Street and into the centre of Gorleston. We continued Southwards and onto Lowestoft Road. We continued onto Victoria Road and we turned left onto Park Road. We turned right onto Marine Parade and right onto Bridge Street. We turned left onto the A47 and we turned right into Paget James hospital. We ran around the car park and we turned right on to the A47. We followed the road Southwards for a few miles and we turned left onto Station Road. We ran through Hopton and we turned right onto Coast Road. We headed towards Corton and we stopped outside of the holiday park where we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus mum came to pick us up. We got in the car and we set off along Coast Road. We turned right onto Stirrups Lane and left onto the Southbound A47. We ran for a few miles and we turned right onto Weston Road. We turned right onto Blyford Road and we parked at the back of the shops. Mum and Matthew went to the shop whilst I went to the chip shop. Matthew bought some pop and chocolate and I bought the food from the chip shop. When we had finished we set off onto Blyford Road and we turned left onto Weston Road. We turned right onto the Northbound A47 and we turned right onto the B1385. We turned left onto The Street and we ran forwads onto Church Lane. We continued onto Coast Road and back to the caravan. We got out of the car and went inside. Matthew had sausage chips and gravy washed down with a glass of Cherry Coke. We did the Blog and later on wrote an e-mail. We had some cornflake cakes for supper. Matthew went to bed around 00:00... Mark.

Today was the first full day off our break in East Anglia. Matthew had already expressed a wish to go to Norwich, so we decided we were going to drive over to Norwich later in the day. Matthew got up around 09:30 and had toast and orange juice for breakfast. We got ourselves ready and we got in the car and set off out of the caravan park around 11:00. We set off onto Oasis Way and we turned right onto the Southbound A149. We did not continue along the by-pass and we ran through Snettisham and Dersingham passing Lynx Bus 22(#34) and 23(#34). The sat nav took a very cross country route. We turned left onto Manor Road and right onto the B1440. We ran passed the royal residence at Sandringham and we continued down to the A148. We headed East for a short while before turning right onto Lower Lynn Road. We turned right onto Nethergate Street and we headed Southwards through Little Messingham and Great Messingham. We turned left onto the B1145 and we crossed over the A1065. We ran through Litcham Beeston and High Green and we joined the Eastbound A47. We by-passed Dereham and we ran around the South Side of Norwich. Mum had found a cafe that we could stop at on the way into town. We came of the the A47 onto the Northbound A146 and we approached the city from the South East. We turned onto the ring road and we along the A1054 before turning left onto the A147. We turned left onto Hall Road and we passed the cafe before turning right onto Southwell Road and parking up. We walked around the corner back onto Hall Road and we went into the cafe. Matthew went to the toilet and afterwards we sat in a table outside. Matthew had a breakfast washed down with a can of Coke. When we had finished we got back into the car which I had move adjacent to the cafe. We set off along Hall Road and we turned right onto Southwell Road. We turned right onto Grove Road and we turned right onto Brazen Gate before we turned left ibti Sainsbury's and parked up. We said goodbye to mum and we walked onto Queens Road. We crossed over the road and we turned right into the Southern end of the bus station. There were a few buses parked up on layover. We saw KonectBus 619 parked up in the layover area.

Matthew wanted to go in the direction of Yarmouth. We saw a bus on stand and it was First Eastern Counties 33806 on a X11 to Great Yarmouth.

We got on the bus and we booked a FirstDay Group Explorer ticket at £14 before we went upstairs and sat down. We set off out of the bus station onto Surrey Street and we ran down to Queens Road. We headed out of town along the A147 and we turned right onto Martineau Lane. We turned left onto the A146 and we headed South Eastwards. As we ran out of town we saw Belle Coaches LD10 HOL going into the city. On the edge of the city we joined the Eastbound A47. We ran fast for around 10 miles and we veered left onto Norwich Road. We called into Acle and we ran through town, rejoining the Eastbound A47. We ran the last 8 or so miles to the edge of Great Yarmouth and we ran into town. We ran forwards onto Fuller's Hill and forward again onto Priory Plain. We ran into the bus station and we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we saw First Eastern Counties 32654 on a #8 to James Paget Hospital.

We headed over the road and we went to the pub. Matthew went to the toilet and afterwards we found a table and I went to the bar and got glasses of Coke. We sat and drank the coke and we saw Ambassador Travel (NX) BV22 VSG on a #491 to London. When we had finished out drinks we went outside and we spotted an ALX400 bodied bus at the other end of the bus station. We got closer we and we saw it was First Eastern Counties 32653 on a #2 Barracks Estate circular service. We got on the bus and we placed the FirstDay Group Explorer ticket under the scanner before we went upstairs. The top deck was empty so Matthew took a picture inside First Eastern Counties 32653 before we sat down. The bus set off out of the bus station onto Regent Road. We turned right onto Alexandera Road. We ran forwards onto King Street. We turned right onto St Peter's Road and we turned right onto Blackfirars Road. We ran forwards onto Camden Road and continued onto Admiralty Road. We passed 2 gas holders and some artwork behind perspex which is potentially a Banksy. We turned left onto Main Cross Road and left onto South Beach Parade where we got up and got off the bus. Once of the bus Matthew took another picture of First Eastern Counties 32653 as it returned to the centre of Great Yarmouth.

Once off the the bus we spotted grey minibus DA13 YRR parked up near to the Pleasure Beach.

We turned left onto Harbord Crescent and left onto Peggotty Road. We turned right onto Admiralty Road and we went to photograph the gas holders. We continued up to the bus stop opposite to the Banksy and we waited for the bus to appear. It was a 20 minute frequency service and it was the same bus doing the run all day. A short time later we saw the bus approaching. It was as expected First Eastern Counties 32653 on the #2 Barracks Estate circular.

We got on the bus and we placed the FirstDay Group Explorer ticket under the scanner before we went upstairs and we sat down. We set off down Admiralty Road and we ran past the gas holders again. We turned left onto Main Cross Road and left onto South Beach Parade. We turned left onto Harbord Crescent and left onto Peggotty Road. We turned right onto Admiralty Road and we headed Northwards. We ran forwards onto Camden Road and forwards again onto Blackfriars Road. We turned right onto St Peter's Road and left onto Nelson Road Central. We turned left onto St Nicholas Road and we turnd left and entered the bus station where we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we looked for something else we could catch. We saw First Eastern Counties 37022 on a #8 to Caister.

We turned right into The Conge and we enterted the market place. We crossed over Fuller's Hill and we saw First Eastern Counties 36281 on a X1 to Norwich. We continued Northwards up Northgate Street and we turned right onto Beaconsfield Road. We turned left onto North Denes Road and we ran forwards onto Sandringham Road. We turned left onto Barnard Avenue and we turned right onto Beatty Road. We turned left onto Lellicoe Road and we ran past Gret Yarmouth racecourse. We turned right onto the Northbound A149 and we ran past the greyhound track and blue coach D15 SFC which was parked up at the side of the road. We ran forwards onto Yarmouth Road and we ran into Caister. We ran onto the High Street and we veered right onto Ormesby Road. We passed the Haven holiday Park and we turned right onto Second Avebue. We turned right onto Carter Close. We turned left onto Halt Road and left onto Marram Drive where the bus terminated. We got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we walked along Marram Drive and we turned right onto Second Avenue. We walked down onto the beach and we walked to the esa. After a quick look at the sea we waslked back to the end of Sevond Avenue and matthew used the toilet. We had a few minutes before the next bus was due to go back so we sat on the bench on the sea front and Matthew had a can of Irn Bru. We also shared a bounty between the 3 of us. We walked back to Second Avenue and we turned left onto Marram Drive. We saw the bus was already at the stop. As expected it was First Eastern Counties 32654 on a #8 to James Paget Hospital.

We ran forwards onto High Street and forwards onto Yarmouth Road. We joined the Southbound A149 and we ran past the greyhound stadium. We turned left onto Jellicoe Road and right onto Beatty Road. We decide to go to the pub so we got up and got off the bus. Matthew took another picture of First Eastern Counties 32654 as it carried on towards James Paget Hospital.

We headed into the pub and Matthew used the toilet. We got a glass of Coke and we sat down to watch some lads playing pool whilst we had our drinks. We we had finished we went outside and we waited for the next Southbound bus. Whilst we waited we saw First Eastern Counties 36188 on a #8 to Caister.

A short time later we saw the bus approaching. It was as expected First Eastern Counties 37026 on a #8 to James Paget Hospital.

We turned left onto Barnard Avebue and right onto Sandringham Avenue. We continued Southwards before turning right onto Beaconsfield Road. We turned left onto Northgate Street and we headed Southwards into the town. We veered left onto Fullers Hill and we continued onto Priory Plain. We continued onto Temle Road and we entered the bus station from the North end where we got up and got off the bus. We need to head back to Norwich to meet up with mum. We set off out of the bus station and we turned right onto King Street and we followed the road to the left onto Regent Street. We turned right onto Howard Street South and we headed Northwards. We ran fast along the A47 for another 7 or so miles and we came off the A47 onto the Northbound A146. We crossed over the river Yare and the railway line and we turned right onto the A1054. We turned left onto the A147 and we ran the last mile or so into the city centre. We ran past Sainsburys and we turned right into the bus station where we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we saw First Eastern Counties 37274 on a X1 to Lowestoft.

We called mum to find out where she had parked. She was in the multi-storey car park of the adjacent shopping centre. We headed out of the bus station onto the A147 and we walked North Eastwards along the road to the shopping centre. We walked through the shopping centre. Matthew went to the toilet and and we saw a new Costa Coffee shop. Afterwards we looked for the entrance to the car park. Eventually, found our way into the car park. We paid for the parking and we set off out of the carpark onto the Northbound A147. We turned right onto St Crispins Road and left onto Oak Street. We ran forwards onto St Martins Road and we crossed over the A1607 before we turned left onto the A1402. We saw First Eastern Counties 37407 on a #37 to Norwich. We crossed the A140 and we ran forwards onto Reepham Road. We headed through the darkness across Norfolk and we came to the A1270. We travlled along the A1270 for a short distance before joined the Northbound A1067. We continued Northwards through Lenwade, Bawdeswell, Bintree and Guist before travelling to the East of Fakenham and joining the Westbound A148. We turned right onto the B1454 and we headed Northwards. After a few miles we came to a stop and we had to turn around due to an accident on a crossroads with the police and fire brigade in attendance. We went back down the B1454 and we turned right onto an unmarked road before joining the Westbound B1155 We ran through Great Bircham and a few miles later we came out in Snettisham. We turned right onto the Northbound B1440 and we continued Northwards up to the A149. We turned left onto Oasis Way and we crossed over the roundabout onto South Beach Road. We stopped at the chip shop and we picked up food. We turned in the road and we turned right into the caravan park. After we parked up we went into the chalet and we ate our food. Matthew ate his sausage chips and gravy washed down with a can of Cerry Coke. We chilled out and Matthew soaked his feet in hot water as he had a sore foot. We edited to Blog and we wrote and e-mail.
