Trip to Newcastle / Kidsgrove 06-08-2026

Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going out on the bus. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast for breakfast. before Matthew went to the day centre he watched buses out of the window. Later on we went downstairs and we set off onto Temple Street and we turned left onto Christchurch Street. We turned left onto City Road. We walked down to the bus stop outside the flats. A few minutes later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was D&G Bus 6010 on a #1A to Wood Lane.

We got on the bus and we booked to Newcastle before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off down City Road and we ran down the hill over the old railway line to Leek and onto the A52. We ran under the railway line and over the A500 and straight into Stoke town centre. We continued along Church Street onto Hartshill Road and into the centre of Hartshill. We turned left into the Avenue and left again onto Hilton Road before turning right into the City General Hospital. As we travelled through the hospital we saw ABC Supreme HN74 DCZ. Once through the hospital we turned right onto the A34 and we ran into Newcastle. We crossed the roundabout and we ran up Barracks Road and into the bus station from the South end. Once we got to the bus station we got up and got off the bus. We waited for a bus towards Hanley. A short time later our bus appeared. Once we got to the bus station we got up and got off the bus. We waited for a back to Talke Pits. A few minutes later the bus appeared and it was First Potteries 63112 on a #38 to Kidsgrove.

We got on the bus and we booked to Talke Pits before sitting down towards the back of the bus. set of out of the bus station onto Barracks Road and at the roundabout we turned left onto Ryecroft. At the roundabout we turned right onto the Northbound A34. We ran Northwards past the bus garage and we ran through Milehouse. We ran Northwards to the McDonald roundabout and we turned left onto Wolstanton Road. At the roundabout we turned right onto Chesterton High Street. We turned right onto Crackley Bank and we ran through Crackley and Red Street. We crossed over the A500 and we veered left onto Talke High Street. We turned right somewhere and left onto Chester Road. We re-joined the road and we ran forwards onto Coalpit Hill. We ran forwards onto the A34 and up towards somewhere where we turned right onto the B5371. We turned right onto Mitchell Avenue and we turned left onto Lower Ash Road. We turned right onto First Avenue and we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we saw Safeguard SD66 GCK.

We walked around the corner onto the B5371. As we turned into the A50 and we went into the Jessie's Coffee Shop. Matthew went to the toilet and afterwards he had sausage and cheese oatcake washed down with a can of Coke. Once we had finished in the Caffe Latte we walked back onto the A50 and across to the bus stop where we waited for a #38 to Hanley. A short time later the bus appeared. It was First Potteries 63102 on a #38 to Hanley.

We got on the bus and we booked to Hanley before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off down the the B5371 and we turned right onto the A50. We ran up the hill into Goldenhill and then forwards through Sandyford past the new retail park into Tunstall. We ran down the High Street. We continued down the High Street and we ran past the former Co-operative bank. We turned left onto Williamson Street. At the roundabout we turned right onto Scotia Road and we ran into Burslem town centre. We ran past the site of the new Kiln Gate Retail park and we continued into Cobridge and down into Hanley. We joined Hope Street and we ran forwards to Stafford Street. We turned right at the end past the town hall and onto Bagnall Street before entering the bus station where we got up and got off the bus. We waited for a bus to Stoke. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 35947 on a #25 to Keele.

We got on the bus and we booked to Stoke before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off out of the bus station and we ran down John Street onto Bethesda street where we crossed over the ring road and we ran down through Shelton along Cauldon Road and we turned left onto Station Road outside the railway station. We went forwards onto A52 and we followed the road around to the right onto City Road where we got up and got off the bus just before the railway bridge. We walked up City Road and we walked down towards stoke and we stopped at The Range. Matthew bought a Christmas tree. We continued on foot under the railway line before. A short tme later the bus appeared and it was First Potteries 67172 on a #11 to Hanley. We got on the bus and we booked to Hanley before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off down City Road and we saw Travel Express HK75 ZTF. At the top of the hill we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus Matthew got a picture of First Potteries 67172 before it returned towards Hanley.

We crossed over City Road. We turned left onto Christchurch Street. We turned right onto Temple Street and we returned to the residential unit. Matthew went upstiars to his room to chill out. Later on Matthew went downstairs and we got in a car. We set off onto Temple Street and we turned right onto Smithpool Road. We turned left onto City Road and we ran down the hill into Stoke. We ran forwards onto the A52 and we went under the railway line. We crossed over the A500 and we ran onto Church Street. We followed the one way system around and we turned left onto London Road. We turned right onto Penkhull New Road and we stopped at the pub. On arrival Matthew went to the toilet. Matthew had a burger and chips washed down with a glass of Coke. We sang happy birthday as it was someone's birthday. Afterwards Matthew had some birthday cake. whne we had finished we got in the car and we returned to Fenton. We set off down Penkhull New Road and we turned left onto London Road. We ran forwards onto the the one-way system. We turned left onto Church Street and right onto Liverpool Road. We veered right onto Eleanora Street and right onto Copeland Street. We ran forwards onto Glebe Street and we turned left onto Church Street. We crossed over the A500 onto City Road and we went under the railway line. We ran up the hill into Fenton and we turned right onto Smithpool Road. We turned left into Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew collected a few suypplies from the car and headed upstairs. He chilled out in his room and watched TV. He had a can of Cherry Coke. He watched television and used his computer. Matthew had a bath and then had toast for supper. He then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Mark.

Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going out on the bus and to visit Stafford. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast and orange juice for breakfast. We went downstairs and we set off onto Temple Street and we turned left onto Christchurch Street. We waited for a bus towards Hanley. We continued along Christchurch Street. We onto City Road. At the top we crossed over Victoria Road to wait for the bus at the bus stop. A few minutes later the bus turned up and it was dud First Potteries 63361 on a #6A to Hanley.

We got on the bus and we booked the Hanley before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off down Victoria Road and towards Joiners Square. At the roundabout we went forwards onto Lichfield Street. We turned left onto the ring road. We turned right onto Bethesda Street and right onto John Street and into the bus station. We got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we set off up Lichfield Street. We turned righ onto Old Hall Street and we went into B&M. Matthew did some shopping and we crossed over the road onto Old Hall Street. We walked up Lichfield Street and back to the bus station. A short time later we saw First Potteries 63174 on a #101 to Stafford.

A few minutes later the bus appeared and it was First Potteries 63357 on a #38A to Waterhayes. We got on the bus and we booked to Newcastle before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off out of the bus station and onto John Street. At the bottom of the road we turned right onto Bethesda Street. We crossed over Broad Street and we continued onto Marsh Street. At the lights we turned left onto Etruria Road past former Sainsbury's supermarket. Just before we got to the A53 onto Festival Way. We ran past Waterworld and we turned left onto Shelton Boulevard and we turned right onto Forge Lane past a new minibus building by the Brindley Farm pub. We looped under the A53 and we joined the Westbound A53. We crossed over the A500 at Etruria and and we ran up the hill into Basford and we ran down hill to the edge of Newcastle and we got onto the one way system. At the jubilee roundabout we turned left onto Barracks Road before turning right into the bus station where we got up and got off the bus. We returned to the bus station and we waited for a bus to Hanley. We walked out of the bus station and we waited for a bus towards Trentham Gardens. Eventually the bus appeared and it was First Potteries 63174 on a #101 to Stafford. We got on the bus and we booked to Trentham Garden before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off out of the bus station onto Barracks Road. We ran Southwards onto the A34 and we ran down through Trent Vale and into Hanford. We continued down through to Trentham and we saw ABC Supreme KP25 EHC. Near to the old entrance to the gardens we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we went to across the road the road and into Trentham Gardens. We walked around the North end of the lake and we went to Totally delicious. Matthew had a ham sandwich washed down with bottle of Coke. After finishing eating Matthew went to the toilet. Once we had finished eating we walked back through the main gate and onto the A34 opposite the A5035. We turned left and walked along the A34 to the old Gardens entrance where the bus stop is situated. We waited for a bus back towards Newcastle. A few minutes later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 35688 on a #101 to Hanley.

We got on the bus and we booked to Newcastle before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off Northwards through Trentham. We continued North through Hanford and Trent Vale and we past the City General hospital before going into Newcastle. We turned right onto Barracks Road and we entered the bus station from the South end. We got up and got off the bus. Once in the bus station we waited for a bus back to Fenton. Whilst we waited we saw D&G Bus 6010 on a #1A to Wood Land.

A short time later we saw a bus come onto the stand. We saw it was First Potteries 63363 on a #11 to Hanley.

We got on the bus and we booked to Fenton. As the bus was empty Matthew took a picture inside First Potteries 63363 before we sat down.

We set off out of the bus station and onto Barracks Road. We ran up to the Jubilee roundabout. We ran onto the A53 and around the one-way system onto the A52. We ran up George Street into Hartshill and we ran down the hill into Stoke town centre. After a brief stop we continued along Church Street out of Stoke and over the A500. We ran under the railway line and we continued onto City Road. At the top of the hill we got up and got off the bus. We crossed over City Road and we cut through to the residential unit. We went upstairs and to his room to chill out. computer and watch buses out of the window. We went downstairs and got in the car we set off onto Temple Street and we turned right onto Smithpool Road. We turned left onto City Road and we ran down into Stoke. We ran around the one-way system and we turned left onto London Road. We turned right onto Penkhull New Road and we ran through Penkhull onto Newcastle Lane. We turned right onto Queens Road and we turned left onto St Peters Way. We turned right onto Lodge Road and we turned right onto Newcastle Lane we turned left onto St Thomas Place and forwards onto Princes Street and we saw Ambassador Travel KIG 1890. At the end of the road we turned right onto the A52 and we ran down into Stoke and onto the one way system. We turned right onto Elenora Street and we followed the road around onto Copeland Street and we turned left onto Glebe Street. We turned right onto Lytton Street and we ran through onto City Road. We ran under the railway bridge and we ran up the hill into Fenton. We turned right into Smithpool Road and we turned left onto Temple Street past the Queen Elizabeth II Court. We continued back to the residential unit. Matthew went up to his room to chill out on his computer and watch buses out of the window. Later on and we went downstairs and we set off onto City Road and we crossed over onto Manor Street for We stopped at the Fenton Community Hall and Matthew went to the toilet. Afterwards we had a drink of Coke. Matthew had a ham sandwich and sausage rolls. After we had finished we returned to the residential unit. We walked along Manor Street and we crossed over City Road and we turned right onto onto Temple Street and we returned to the residential unit. We went upstairs and back into his room. Later on Matthew chilled out in his room. He watched television and used his computer. Matthew had a bath and then had toast for supper. He then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Trip to Bucknall / Longton 19-07-2026

Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going out on the bus. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast and orange juice for breakfast. Later on we went downstairs and we set off onto Temple Street and we went onto Christchurch Street. We walked through the passageway and across the car park onto City Road. We walked up to Victoria place and we turned left onto Victoria Road. We walked down the hill to the park. In the park Matthew had a sit down and sausage rolls followed by a jam filled shortbread biscuit and ate a washed down with a can of Coke. We left the park onto Beville Street and we turned left onto Victoria Road and we got in car and we set off onto Victoria Road and we ran down the hill to Joiners Square. At the roundabout we went straight across onto A52. We did some shopping at Farmfoods and then we headed back onto the A52. At the roundabout we turned left onto Victoria Road and we turned right onto City Road. At the roundabout we turned right onto the A50 link road and then onto the Westbound A50. We came off at Heron Cross and we turned left onto Blurton Road. We ran through Blurton and we turned right onto Church Road. We turned right onto Beaconsfield Drive and and left into Blurton. We got back around 13:00. We set off around 13:51 on foot to the bus stop all the way onto Magdalen Road. We turned right the A5035 and we saw First Potteries 67144 on a #22 to Longton. We crossed back over the A5035 and we headed onto Stanley Matthews Way. We had around 10 minutes to wait for the bus. We saw D&G Bus 6010 on the #24 to Norton.

We crossed back over the A5035 and e headed onto Stanley Matthews Way. A short time later our bus appeared. As it approached we saw it was D&G Bus 5025 on a #27A to Bentilee. We got on the bus and we booked to Newstead before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off along Stanley Matthews Way and we ran down to the A50. We headed Westwards and we turned left towards the Southbound A500. We came off near to the incinerator and we ran forwards onto Railway Cottages. We turned around at the turning circle by the Dunelm Mill warehouse and we headed back along Railway Cottages. We ran forwards onto the A5006 and we turned around at the Michelin Roundabout. We turned left onto the A500 and right onto the A50. We ran up to Heron Cross and we turned left onto the A50 link road. We went under the railway line and we turned right onto King Street. We ran through Foley into Longton town centre. We ran up Market Street and we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we crossed over Market Street and onto Transport Lane. We walked down The Strand and we turned left onto onto Transport Lane and crossed over The Strand and to the bus stop. We cut through to the transport Interchange and we waited for a taxi back to Blurton. When he had finished we returned to the car to go for tea. We set off onto Baths road and we went around the A50 roundabout and we did a u-turn back onto Baths Road past Tesco and the Costa Coffee. We crossed over the A50 onto Foley Road and at the end we turned right onto Longton Hall Road where we saw white minibus LJ09 EAF. We ran to the end of the Longton Hall Road and we turned left onto Blurton Road and we climbed up the hill into Heron Cross and we ran through the lights onto Heron Street. We continued onto Station Bridge Road and we turned left onto Christchurch Street. We ran to the end of the road and we got out. We walked around the corner onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew went upstairs to his room and chilled out in his room and use his computer and watch buses out of the window. Whilst waiting for the time to go to the dentist and we saw City Centre Central GGZ 2053.

He set off downstairs and onto Temple Street. We turned left onto Watkin Street and right along the back street opposite Crawford Street by the railway line. We turned left onto Smithpool Road and we crossed over the railway line. We went into the park and Matthew. Matthew visited the playground and afterwards we got in car. We set off along Smithpool Road. We turned left onto City Road and we ran down into Stoke. We ran around the one-way system and we turned left onto London Road. We turned right onto Penkhull New Road and we ran to the top of the hill. We stopped at the pub and Matthew went to the toilet. Matthew had a glass of Coke whilst he waited for his food. Matthew had hunters chicken and home made chips. For dessert Matthew had chocolate fudge cake and ice cream. Once we had finished we set off down Penkhull New Road and we turned left onto London Road. We ran forwards onto the one=way system and we followed the road around onto Church Street. We turned right onto Liverpool Road and we veered left onto Elenora Street. We followed the road left onto Copeland Street and forwards onto Glebe Street. We ran onto Church Street and we crossed over the A500 and onto City Road before going under the railway line. We climbed the hill and we turned right onto Smithpool Road. We turned left onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. We went downstairs and we sat in the lounge and with the other residents ar cuppa club. Matthew had various biscuits as well as some rice crispy cakes washed down with a can of Dr Pepper. Later on Matthew went back upstairs and had a bath and then had toast for supper. He then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Mark.

Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going out on the bus. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast for breakfast. before Matthew went to the day centre he watched buses out of the window. whilst waiting for the time to go to the day centre, we saw First Potteries 67156 on a #23 to Hanley. Later on we went downstairs and we set off onto City Road and we stood at the bus stop outside the flats and we waited for a bus towards Hanley. A short time later we saw First Potteries 67155 on a #23 to Hanley. A few minutes later we saw the bus approaching and we saw it was First Potteries 67149 on a #11X to Hanley.

We got on the bus and we booked to Hanley before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off up City Road and we went forwards onto King Street. We ran through Foley and we under the railway line into Longton town centre. We ran up Market Street and we turned left onto Anchor Road. We turned left onto Upper Cross Street and we turned right onto Wood Street. We turned left onto Ashwood and we turned right onto Longley Road. We turned left onto Heathcote Street and we turned right onto Galsworthy Road. We turned right onto Bambury Street and we turned left onto Anchor Road. We ran up the hill to the top and ran down to the roundabout in Adderley Green. At the roundabout at the East end of Bentilee we turned right onto Beverley Drive and then left onto Dawlish Drive. We ran to the end and we turned left onto Beverley Drive. At the end we turned right onto Dividy Road and we ran down the hill to Bucknall. We turned left onto the A52 and we ran to limekiln lights and we went across onto Bucknall New Road. We climbed the hill up to Hanley and we joined the clockwise ring road. We turned right onto Bethesda Road and we turned right onto John Street. Once in the bus station we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus Matthew went to the toilet. We set off onto Lichfield Street and and we had finished in there we walked across the corner onto Old Hall Street to B&M. After doing a little more shopping there we continued along Stafford Street. We continued onto Tontine Square and we visited the Card Factory. We went forwards onto Tontine Street and we visited the barbers. Matthew had a haircut and afterwards we set off back down Tontine Street an onto Tontine Square. We continued onto Market Square and around the corner to Greggs. Matthew picked a caramel shortbread fot later. We headed back through the sqiares onto Tontine Street an onto Tontine Square. We continued onto Market Square and around the corner to Greggs. Matthew picked a caramel shortbread fot later. We headed back through the sqiares onto Once we had finished we went to the Intu Potteries shopping centre. Matthew had a chicken sandwich washed down with can of Irn Bru. after visiting shops in the shopping centre we walked down Tontine Square. We went into Tontine Street and onto Lichfield Street. We headed into the bus station and we waited for a bus to Newcastle. A short time later we saw Stanton's of Stoke 579 UXR on a #50 to Lightwood. Whilst we waited we saw D&G Bus 149 on a #100 to Stone.

As it got closer we saw that it was First Potteries 63103 on the #38A to Waterhayes.

We got on the bus and we booked to Kidsgrove before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off out of the bus station and onto John Street. We got on the bus and we booked to Meir before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off out of the bus station onto barracks Road and we ran down onto the Southbound A34. We turned left into the hospital and we ran through the grounds and onto Hilton Road. We continued onto Albany Road and we turned right onto The Avenue. At the end of the road we turned right onto the A52 and we ran through Hartshill and down the hill into Stoke town centre. After a brief stop we continued along Church Street out of Stoke and over the A500. We ran under the railway line and we continued onto City Road. We ran past the site of the new Burger King and we went forwards onto King Street. We ran through Foley and we under the railway line into Longton Transport Interchange onto Baths Road and we ran forwards onto Market Street. We turned left onto Anchor Road and right onto Sutherland Road. We ran to the other end of the road and we turned left onto Weston Coyney Road. We ran up the hill past Matthew's old respite place and at the end we turned right onto the A520 and we turned left onto Brookwood Drive. We turned right onto Stansmore Road and we turned left onto Leason Road. We paused in the Square before going onto Woodville Road. We turned left onto the A520 and we ran into the centre of Meir. At the roundabout we turned right onto Broadway and we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we walked into Broadway. We turned left onto the A520. Once off the bus we waied for a taxi back to Fenton. It was a Lucky Seven taxi. We set off along the A520 and we turned right at the roundabout onto the Westbound A50. We ran through Longton to Fenton and we came off the A50 at Heron Cross. We turned right onto Blurton Road and we went through the traffix lights onto Heron Street. We ran forwards onto Station Bridge Road and we turned left onto Christchurch Street. We turned left onto Masterson Street and right onto Watkin Street. We continued onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew went back upstairs and Matthew went to his room to chill out. He used his computer and watched buses out of the window. Later on we went downstairs and we set off onto Temple Street. We turned left onto Smithpool Road. We crossed over the railway line and we walked down to the entrance of the park. The new visitor unit. Matthew had washed down a can of Irn Bru. In the park Matthew walked up to the playground. Once we had finished in the park we walked back along Grove Road and we went into Heron Cross. We turned left onto Heron Street before arriving at our destination. At the pub Matthew went to the toilet and drank some Coke. Highlights of the bus sightings included Scraggs VT 9389. We went down Heron Street and we continued onto Station Bridge Road. We turned left onto Christchurch Street and we turned left onto Temple Street. We went upstairs and Matthew went to his room. We went downstairs and we got in the car. We set off onto Temple Street and we turned right onto Smithpool Road. We turned left onto City Road and we ran down to Stoke. We crossed over the A500 and onto Church Street. We followed the one-way system around and we turned left onto London Road. We turned right onto Trent Valley Road and we stopped to the house. For tea Matthew had sausage and bean slice potatoes and carrots washed down with a can of Irn Bru followed by cheesecake. We got back in the car and we ran up Trent Valley Road into Penkhull. We ran forwards onto Princes Road and we turned right onto the A52. We ran into Stoke and around the one-way system. We turned left onto Liverpool Street and right onto Elanora Street. We turned right onto Copeland Street and forwards onto Glebe Street. We turned left onto the A52 and we crossed over the A500. We ran under a railway line and we went up City Road into Fenton. We turned right onto Smithpool Road and left onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. We went upstairs and later on Matthew chilled out in his room. Matthew used his computer and watched music videos on the television. Later on Matthew had a bath and then had toast for supper. He then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Mark.

Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going out on the bus. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast for breakfast. before Matthew went to the day centre he watched buses out of the window. Later on we went downstairs and we set off onto Temple Street and we turned left onto Christchurch Street. We turned left onto City Road. We walked down to the bus stop outside the flats. At the Afford garage we saw Afford rent-a-car CF74 DHM parked up.

A few minutes later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was D&G Bus 6008 on a #1A to Wood Lane.

We got on the bus and we booked to Newcastle before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off down City Road and we ran down the hill over the old railway line to Leek and onto the A52. We ran under the railway line and over the A500 and straight into Stoke town centre. We continued along Church Street onto Hartshill Road and into the centre of Hartshill. We turned left into the Avenue and left again onto Hilton Road before turning right into the City General Hospital. hospital. As we travelled through the hospital we saw ERS Medical YJ71 DWG and Intermediate Care YX22 MLZ. Once through the hospital we turned right onto the A34 and we ran into Newcastle. We crossed the roundabout and we ran up Barracks Road and into the bus station from the South end. Once we got to the bus station we got up and got off the bus. Whilst we waited for a bus to Hanley and Matthew visited the toilet. A few minutes later the bus turned up and it was dud First Potteries 35939 on a #25 to Hanley.

We got on the bus and we booked to Hanley before sitting down towards the back of the bus. When it was time to go the bus set off out of the bus station and onto Barracks Road. We turned left at the roundabout onto the A34. we ran South as far as the hospital where we turned left. As we travelled through the hospital. We came out of the hospital and turned left onto Hilton Road. We ran into Hartshill and we turned right onto the A52. We ran down the hill into Stoke town centre and along Church Street. After a brief stop we continued along the A52, over the A500 and under the railway line. We followed the A52 to the left and we ran alongside the railway and onto Station Road. We passed the railway station and we turned right onto Stoke Road and we turned right onto Avenue Road. At the roundabout we turned left onto College Road. We ran up the hill through Shelton and we followed the road to the right onto Cleveland Road and Regent Road. We turned left onto Lower Bethesda Street and we crossed over the ring road, continuing onto Bethesda Street. We turned right onto John Street and into the bus station where we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we set off up Lichfield Street. We turned righ onto Old Hall Street past the site of the old bus station which has now been almost completely demolished. We turned the corner onto and we walked along Parliament Row. We stopped at Poundland and Matthew brought a bottle of Coke. After we had been to Poundland we stopped on Upper Market Square and We sat down and Matthew had a bottle of coke. When we had finished we walked along Tontine Street and we walked onto Old Hall Street and we saw Roseville FD70 YDT parked up. We walked up Lichfield Street and back to the bus station. We waited for a bus back towards Fenton. As it got closer we saw it was D&G Bus 798 on a #9 to Westbury Park.

We got on the bus and we booked to Newcastle before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off out of the bus station onto john Street and left onto Bethesda Street. We crossed over the ring road and we ran down through Shelton along Regent Road and College Road. We passed the railway station and we continued forwards onto the A52. We followed the road to the right under the railway line. We crossed over the A500 we entering Stoke town centre. We continued along Church Street and forwards onto Hartshill Road. We turned left onto Princes Road past the old school. Part of site was demolished to make more car parking spaces. We ran into Penkhull village. We onto Newcastle Lane and we turned right onto Hilton Road. We turned into the hospital and as we travelled through the hospital we saw ERS Medical FJ21 HJZ and ABC Supreme HV22 HKM. We turned right onto the A34 and we ran into Newcastle. We crossed the roundabout and we ran up Barracks Road and into the bus station from the South end. Once we got to the bus station we got up and got off the bus. Once we got off the bus. We walked out of the bus station and we waited for a bus towards Trentham Gardens. A few minutes later we saw D&G Bus 811 on a #85 to Nantwich.

We walked out of the bus station and we waited for a bus towards Hanley. Once off the bus we set off onto Castle walk and we past the former Poundland. We continued down Castle Walk and up onto Ironmarket past the old RBS bank which has now The Bank Space. We turned left onto High Street past the old Santander bank which has now closed. We visited a cash machine and we withdrew some money and we stopped at McDonalds. Matthew had a burger and fries washed down with a cup of Coke. Once we had finished we walked down Street and we turned left into Hassell Street. We returned to the bus station and we waited for a bus to Longton. Eventually the bus appeared and it was D&G Bus 6008 on a #1 to Meir.

We turned left into the hospital and we ran through the the grounds. As we travelled through the hospital we saw Roseville FD70 YDT. We turned left onto Hilton Road. We continued onto Albany Road and we turned right onto The Avenue. At the end of the road we turned right onto the A52 and we ran through Hartshill and down the hill into Stoke town centre. After a brief stop we continued along Church Street out of Stoke and over the A500. We ran under the railway line and we continued onto City Road. At the top of the hill we got up and got off the bus. We crossed over City Road and we cut through to the residential unit. We went upstairs and chilled out in his room to use his computer and watch buses. We went downstairs and got in the car we set off onto Temple Street and we turned right onto Smithpool Road. We turned left onto City Road and we ran down into Stoke. We ran around the one-way system and we turned left onto London Road. We turned right onto Penkhull New Road and we ran through Penkhull onto Newcastle Lane. We turned right onto Queens Road and we turned left onto St Peters Way. We turned right onto Lodge Road and we turned right onto Newcastle Lane we turned left onto St Thomas Place and forwards onto Princes Street. At the end of the road we turned right onto the A52 and we ran down into Stoke and onto the one way system. We turned right onto Elenora Street and we followed the road around onto Copeland Street and we turned left onto Glebe Street. We turned right onto Lytton Street and we ran through onto City Road. We ran under the railway bridge and we ran up the hill into Fenton. We turned right into Smithpool Road and we turned left onto Temple Street past the Queen Elizabeth II Court. We continued back to the residential unit. Matthew went up to his room to chill out on his computer and watch buses out of the window. Later on Matthew attended a new Years Eve party. We went downstairs and the main lounge was filled with food. Matthew ate egg sandwiches and a burger followed by lots of cake! He also drank a bottle of Coke. Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going out on the bus later on. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast for breakfast. Matthew chilled out in his room until it was time to go out. We went downstairs and we and we cut through onto City Road to wait a bus to Newcastle. We walked down to the bus stop outside the flats. At the Afford garage we saw Afford rent-a-car FE25 XDU parked up.

We got on the bus and we booked to Hanley before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off down City Road and we joined the A52 to go under the railway line and over the A500. We continued onto Church Street and into the centre of Stoke. After a brief stop we continued around the one-way system onto Elenora Steet and right onto Copeland street. We turned left onto Glebe Street and we went under the railway line before turning left onto Station Road. We went past the railway station and and turned right onto College Road and. After running the hill through Shelton we continued onto Cleveland Road and forwards onto Regent Road. We turned left onto Lower Bethesda Street and we crossed over the ring road onto Bethesda Street before we turned right onto John Street. We ran up the hill into the bus station and onto stand. Once in the bus station we got up and got off the bus and Matthew visited the toilet. Afterwards we saw D&G Bus 814 on a #32X to Uttoxeter. A few minutes later the bus appeared and it was First Potteries 63173 on a #38 to Kidsgrove.

We got on the bus and we booked to Newcastle before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off out of the bus station and onto John Street. At the bottom of the road we turned right onto Bethesda Street. We turned left onto Broad Street and then we joined the clockwise ring road. At the end we turned left onto Etruria Road before going under the A53 onto Festival Way. We ran past Waterworld and we turned left onto Forge Lane past a new minibus building by the Brindley Farm pub. We looped under the A53 and we joined the Westbound A53. We crossed over the A500 at Etruria and and we ran up the hill into Basford and we ran down hill to the edge of Newcastle and we got onto the one way system. At the jubilee roundabout we turned left onto Barracks Road before turning right into the bus station onto Barracks Road and at the roundabout we turned left onto Ryecroft. At the roundabout we turned right onto the Northbound A34. We ran Northwards past the bus garage and we ran through Milehouse. We ran Northwards to the McDonald roundabout and we turned left onto Wolstanton Road. At the roundabout we turned right onto Chesterton High Street. We turned right onto Crackley Bank and we ran through Crackley and Red Street. We crossed over the A500 and we veered left onto Talke High Street. We turned right somewhere and left onto Chester Road. We re-joined the road and we ran forwards onto Coalpit Hill. We ran forwards onto the A34 and up towards somewhere where we turned right onto the B5371. We turned right onto Mitchell Avenue and we turned left onto Lower Ash Road. We turned right onto First Avenue and we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we walked around the corner onto the B5371. As we turned into the A50 and we went into the Jessie's Coffee Shop. Matthew went to the toilet and afterwards he had sausage and cheese oatcake washed down with a can of Coke. Once we had finished in the Jessie's Coffee Shop we walked back onto the A50 and across to the bus stop where we waited for a #3A to Hanley. A short time later the bus appeared. It was First Potteries 63101 on a #38A to Hanley. We got on the bus and we booked to Hanley before we sat down. We set off along the A50. We ran up the hill into Goldenhill and then forwards through Sandyford past the retail park into Tunstall. We ran down the High Street. We continued down the High Street and at the top of the Road we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we walked down the Tower Square and passing the former pub on the corner. After we had finished eating we went next door Wrights shop we and Matthew bought some boots. We walked along and we set off onto onto the Tower Square and we walked onto High Street and we walked to the bus stop. We waited for a bus towards Fenton. A short time later we saw the bus come around the corner. It was First Potteries 63113 on a #103 to Hanley. We got on the bus and we booked the Hanley before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We went down the High Street and we turned left into Williamson Street. We turned right into Scotia Road and we ran into Burslem town centre. We ran past the site of the new Kiln Gate Retail park and we continued into Cobridge and down into Hanley. We joined Hope Street and we ran forwards to Stafford Street. We ran past the taxi ranks and we saw Lucky Seven SF17 LBO. We continued past the Albion and the town Hall and we ran forwards onto Bagnall Street and into the bus station. Once off the bus Matthew went to the toilet. We waited for the next #23 back to Fenton. A short time later we saw D&G Bus 813 on a #32X to Uttoxeter. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 63349 on a #11 to Newcastle.

At the bottom of the hill we went across the traffic lights onto the A52. We got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we walked up onto Finney Green and we turned right onto the A52. We turned left onto Dividy Road and We got in the car and we set off along Dividy Road and we turned right onto the A52. We turned left onto Eaves Lane and we turned left onto George Steele Ave. We turned left onto Richard Dawson Drive and we turned left onto George Treglown Grove. We turned left onto Cambrian Way. After picking something up we turned in the road and we headed back down Cambrian Way. We turned left onto Eaves Lane and we turned left onto Greasley Road and continued onto past the former Suburban Social Club. Before we joined the A5009 and we ran past the Cemetery to Milton and we turned left onto Millrise Road and we ran forwards onto Maunders Road and we crossed over the old railway line. We turned right onto Newford Crescent and left onto the A53. We turned into the retail park. We headed through Cobridge and we ran past the site of the new Wrights Pies shop. At the lights we turned left onto Waterloo Road. We ran down to the ring Road and then we ran around Hanley before going onto Lichfield Street. We ran down to Joiners Square and we continued onto Victoria Road. We ran up to the top and we turned sharp right onto City Road. We ran down to Smithpool Road and we turned left. We turned left onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew went upstairs and chilled out in his room to use his computer and watch buses. We went downstairs and we got in the car. We set off onto Temple Street and we turned right onto Smithpool Road. We turned left onto City Road and we ran down to Stoke. We crossed over the A500 and onto Church Street. We followed the one-way system around and we turned left onto London Road. We turned right onto Trent Valley Road and we stopped to the house. For tea Matthew had sausages and postatoes washed down with a can of Irn Bru followed by cheesecake. We got back in the car and we ran up Trent Valley Road into Penkhull. We ran forwards onto Princes Road and we turned right onto the A52. We ran into Stoke and around the one-way system. We turned left onto Liverpool Street and right onto Elanora Street. We turned right onto Copeland Street and forwards onto Glebe Street. We turned left onto the A52 and we crossed over the A500. We ran under a railway line and we went up City Road into Fenton. We turned right onto Smithpool Road and left onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. We went upstairs and later on Matthew chilled out in his room. Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going on the bus later on. We went downstairs and we set off onto City Road and we crossed over and onto Manor Street. At the end of Manor Street we turned left onto Victoria Road and and we stopped at Aldi to pickup Matthew's weekly shop. Once Matthew had finished shopping we returned to the Bucknall in Autocabs taxi. We set off up Victoria Road and we ran down the hill. We crossed over the roundabout at Joiners Square onto Lichfield street and we ran up the hill towards Hanley. We went around the ring-road and we turned right onto Bucknall New Road. We ran down the hill through Limekiln lights and we ran forwards onto the A52. We stopped at the shop and we went inside. Matthew went in a brought a sausages cheese oatcakes to take away. We got into the car and we set off up the A52. At Limekiln Light we followed the A52 to the left. At Joiners Square. we turned left onto Victoria Road and we ran up the hill into Fenton. We turned right onto Manor Street and right onto City Road and we ran down the hill into Stoke. We ran forwards onto the A52 and we under the railway line. We crossed over the A500 and we went around the one-way system in Stoke. We turned left onto London Road and we turned right onto Chamberlain Avenue. We stopped for a short while and Matthew had a sausages cheese oatcakes washed down with a can of coke followed a couple of slices of Victoria sponge. we returned to Fenton. We got in the car and we set off onto Chamberlain Avenue and we turned left London Road and we ran forwards onto the one-way system onto Campbell Place and we ran forwards onto Church Street. We turned right onto Liverpool Street and we veered right onto Elenora Street. We turned right onto Copeland Street and we veered left onto Glebe Street. We turned right onto Lytton Street and we ran to the end before turning left onto City Road. We ran under the railway line and up the hill into Fenton. We turned right onto Smithpool Road and left onto Temple Street and we and we cut through onto City Road to wait a bus to Hanley. A few minutes later the bus appeared and it was First Potteries 67159 on a #11X to Hanley.

We ran up the hill to the top and ran down to the roundabout in Adderley Green the bus terminated. We got up and got off the bus. We set off out of the A5272 and at the roundabout at the East end of Bentilee we turned right onto Beverley Drive and then left onto Dawlish Drive. We ran to the end and we turned left onto Beverley Drive. At the end we turned right onto Dividy Road and we ran down the hill to Bucknall. We turned left onto the A52 and we ran to limekiln lights and we went across onto Bucknall New Road. We climbed the hill up to Hanley and we joined the clockwise ring road. We turned right onto Bethesda Road and we turned right onto John Street. Once in the bus station we got up and got off the bus. Matthew visited the toilet. We crossed over Lichfield Street. We went forwards onto Tontine Street and we visited the barbers. Matthew had a haircut and afterwards we set off back down Tontine Street and onto Lichfield Street and into the bus station. Matthew had a Flake and waited for the bus back to Fenton. A short time later we saw a bus pull on stand. We saw it was First Potteries 67174 on a #11X to Newcastle.

A few minutes later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was D&G Bus 6012 on a #1 to Park Site. We got on the bus and we booked to Longton before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off along King Street. We ran through Foley into Fenton and forwards onto City Road. We went past KFC and we got up and got off. We walked down City Road and we turned left onto Christchurch Street. We turned right onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew went upstairs to his room to chill out and watch buses out of the window. We went downstairs and we set off onto Temple Street and we turned left onto Christchurch Street. We turned left onto City Road. We stopped at the kebab shop and we brought burger and fries. When we brought the food we walked back down City Road and we turned left into Christchurch Street. We turned left onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew went upstairs to his room to chill out and use the computer. For tea Matthew had burger and fries followed a couple of red velvet cheesecake with custard. Matthew also had a can of Coke. We chilled out on his computer. Later on we went out on the bus to Newcastle. After getting ready Matthew set off downstairs onto temple Street and cut through onto City Road. On the way to the bus stop we saw Afford rent-a-car BK74 AWN parked up in Elsing Street. We continued to the bus stop and we waited for a bus towards Newcastle. A short time later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 63100 on a #11 to Newcastle.

We turned left Dunkirk and we walked up Castle Hill Road and we right onto Stanier Street. We got out of the taxi and we saw grey minibus DU25 TKE.

When we got into the building Matthew went to the toilet. He also spent time in the soft play area. He also had a can of Coke. When it was time to go home we returned to Fenton in a Lucky Seven taxi. We walked out of the entrance and we got in the taxi we set off along Stanier Street. We turned right onto John O' Gaunt's road and left onto Silverdale Road. We turned left onto the A525 and we ran past the dancing Octopus. We turned right onto the Southbound A34 and we turned left onto the A527. We ran past the bus station and we crossed over the roundabout onto the A53. We ran around the one way system and we went along the A52 into Hartshill. We ran down the hill into Stoke and we went around the one-way system in Stoke. We turned left onto Liverpool Road and we veered right onto Elenora Street. We turned right onto Copeland Street and we turned left onto Glebe Street. We turned right onto Lytton Street and we ran through onto City Road. We ran under the railway line and up the hill into Fenton. We turned right onto Smithpool Road and left onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew went upstairs and Matthew went to his room. He watched television and used his computer. later on he had a bath. For supper Matthew had some toast. Matthew went to bed around 23:00... Mark.
