Trip to Burslem / Hanley 01-12-2017

Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going to his day service. It was also the start Advent. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast and orange juice. whilst waiting for the time to go to the day centre, we saw First Potteries 42554 on a #23 to Newstead. Around 09:00 We set off on foot to the day centre. We walked onto Temple Street and right onto Christchurch Street. At the day centre In the morning Matthew went out for a it was Shelton Care Group DY08 FFX. We set off onto Glebedale Road and we turned right onto City Road. We turned sharp left onto Victoria Road and we ran down the hill to Joiners Square. We crossed over the roundabout onto Lichfield Street and we ran up the hill to Hanley. We ran around the ring road and we got onto Waterloo Road. We ran through Cobridge. We continued up to Burslem and forwards onto Scotia Road and we stopped at the leisure centre. At the leisure centre Matthew went swimming. After a swimming session Matthew returned to Fenton on Shelton Care Group DY08 FFX. We got on the bus and it ran along Scotia Road into Burslem. We ran forwards onto Waterloo Road and into Cobridge. We ran into Hanley and we went around town on the ring road. We turned left onto Lichfield Street and we ran down the hill to Joiners Square. We crossed the roundabout onto Victoria Road and we ran up the hill into Fenton. We turned sharp right onto City Road and left into Christchurch Street where we stopped outside the Co-operative food store. We continued to Christchurch Street We Walked down Masterson Street and we turned right onto Smithpool Road we saw we saw First Potteries 67157 on a #23A to Newstead. After picking some chips up from the chip shop we walked back up Temple Street onto Christchurch Street and back to the day centre. For dinner Matthew had Sausage Chips and gravy followed by cake and custard. In the afternoon Matthew walked to the pub. We set off onto Christchurch Street We went into the pub. Matthew went to the toilet and then had a glass of Coke. we walked back along Christchurch Street and to the day centre. When it was time to go back to the residential unit we set off onto Christchurch Street We turned left onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew went upstairs to chill out in his room and use the computer, He also watched buses out of the window. We saw Reeseheath College coach MH05 CDE going towards Stoke.

A short while later we saw Stanton's of Stoke Mercedes minibus SL52 CWV going towards Stoke.

We also saw D&G Bus 136 on a #1A to Meir.

Later on Matthew was going out for tea. Transport for the journey was Shelton Care Group PE67 XEV. We got on and we set off onto Temple Street. and right onto Christchurch Street. We crossed over City Road onto Manor Street. At the end we turned left onto Victoria Road and we ran down the hill to Joiners Square. We crossed over the roundabout onto Lichfield Street. We joined the clockwise ring road and we ran around to Etruria Road. We stopped at the pub on the corner and Matthew went to the toilet. Matthew had a burger and fries followed by by a lemon meringue pie. When we had finished we returned to Fenton. We set off onto Etruria Road and we joined the Westbound A53. We ran to Etruria and we got on the Southbound A500. We ran down to Stoke and we came off the A500 onto City Road and we saw First Potteries 63173 on a #11 to Newcastle. We ran up the hill into Fenton and we turned right onto Smithpool Road. We turned left onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. When Matthew got back he went up to his room. He used his computer and watched music videos on the Television. Later on Matthew had a bath and then had toast for supper. He then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Mark.

Trip to Fenton / Hanley 13-11-2017

Today Matthew was in Blurton and he was going to his day service. Later on he was returning to the residential unit. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast and orange juice for breakfast. we set off through Blurton along Beaconsfield Drive and we saw Stanton's of Stoke KN61 EYG. We turned right onto Church Road and right again onto Blurton Road and we stopped at the Blurton Road. We carried on up to Heron Cross and we joined the Westbound A50. Near to the roundabout at Sideway. We went North up the A500 to Shelton and we passed Travel de Courcey MD17. We went along Shelton New Road We turned left onto Etruscan Street and we stopped at the food van for breakfast. Matthew had a sausage and cheese sandwich and a bacon and cheese sandwich followed by a can of Coke. Once we had finished eating we went back down Etruscan Road onto Shelton New Road. We joined the Southbound A500 and we ran through Stoke. As we went towards Sideway we passed ABC Supreme KX14 EBZ. We left the A500 at Sideway as we took the Eastbound A50 We came off the A50 by the BET365 Stadium and we ran Southwards down Stanley Matthews Way. We turned left onto the A5035 and we got home around 10:00. Once we had picked something up we ran through Blurton along Beaconsfield Drive We turned left onto Church Road and left again onto Blurton Road and we stopped at the Blurton Road. We went through the traffic lights onto Heron Steeet. We carried on forwards onto Station Bridge Road we saw First Potteries 67151 On the #23A to Newstead. and we turned left onto Christchurch Street. We turned left onto Masterson Street and we turned right onto Watkin Street. We continued onto Temple Street and into the residential unit. Matthew dropped of his things and then said goodbye to mum. before Matthew went to the day centre he watched buses out of the window. Across the road we saw First Potteries 63171 on a #11 to Hanley. we set off on foot to the day centre. A few minutes later we saw Stanton's of Stoke EGZ 2534 on the shuttle bus to Grove Road. We walked onto Temple Street and onto Christchurch Street. In the morning We walked Christchurch Street and we turned right onto Temple Street onto City Road where onto Manor Street. At the end of Manor Street we turned left onto Victoria Road. In Aldi Matthew picked up his weekly shop. On the way back up Victoria Road we saw First Potteries 63171 on a #6 to Hanley. We turned right onto Manor Street and walked to the end. Having crossed over City Road we headed back to the day centre. For dinner Matthew had beans on toast followed by cake. In the afternoon Matthew went to JTF. We set off onto City Road and we saw Stanton's of Stoke SL52 CWV. We walked up to the roundabout where we turned left and into the shop. In the shop Matthew brought some Coke. we walked back onto City Road and left onto Glebedale Road and back to the day centre. When it was time to go back to the residential unit we set off on foot onto Christchurch Street. We turned right onto Temple Street and then went back to the the residential unit. Matthew went up to his room to chill out and use his computer. We saw First Potteries 63175 on a #11 to Newcastle.

For tea Matthew had pasta and tuna followed by a a slice of toffee cheesecake. We went to Hanley and transport was Shelton Care Group DY08 FFX.

We got on the bus and we set off onto Temple Street and we turned left onto Christchurch Street. We went straight on onto Manor Street and at the end we turned left onto Victoria Road. We ran down the hill to Joiners Square. We ran up Lichfield Street and we crossed over the ring road. Lichfield Street and we turned right into Birch Terrace. We followed the road around to the left onto Charles Street. There was no-where to park so we went around again. We turned left onto Old Hall Street and left onto Lichfield Street and we turned left into Birch Terrace. We followed the road around to the left onto Charles Street. where we parked up. Lichfield Street and we turned right into Birch Terrace. We followed the road around to the left onto Charles Street. As we couldn't find anywhere to park we went to Regent Road. We went along Parliament Row and left into Parliament Square Parliament Square. We turned left into Tontine Street and we continued onto Albion Street. We ran past the town hall onto Bagnall Street and we turned right onto John Street. We turned left onto Bethesda Street and we crossed over the ring road onto Lower Bethesda Street. We turned left Regent Road and left onto Eastwood Place. We then turned left onto Jasper Street and left back onto Lower Bethesda Street. We turned onto Regent Road and we finally found a parking space and we got off the bus. One we got off the bus we walked across the ring road we saw Phil Smiths Travel KP64 SVZ and up Lichfield Street to bus station. We went over to the Winter Wonderland and Matthew had a can of Coke. from the Flame Grilled food kiosk.

Matthew then went on some of the rides. Afterward we walked past the old bus statio and we turned right onto Charles Street. We turned right onto Birch Terrace and we walked over the ring road and onto Lower Bethesda Street. We walked onto Regent road and back to the bus that was waiting to take us back to Fenton. It was Shelton Care Group DY08 FFX. We ran along Regent Road and forwards onto Cleveland Road. We ran down though Shelton along College Road and we ran down to the railway station. We turned right onto Glebe Street we saw Z Carz minibus YJ62 RCO. and under the railway line an we ran around the one-way system in Stoke We came off the A500 onto City Road We continued up City Road under the railway line. and up the hill and we turned into Glebedale Road right onto Baker Street. We then crossed Christchurch Street. We turned left onto City Road We turned left onto Smithpool Road. We turned left onto Temple Street and into the residential unit. When Matthew got back he went up to his room. He used his computer and watched music videos on the Television. Later on Matthew had a bath and then had toast for supper. He then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Mark

Trip to Fenton / Newcastle 01-11-2017

Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going to his day service. He was also going to visit uncle Dave later on. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast and orange juice for breakfast. Whilst waiting to go to the day service We saw First Potteries 63174 on a #11 to Newcastle. At 09:00 we set off onto Temple Street and we turned right onto Christchurch Street and to the day centre, where we saw Shelton Care Group DY08 FFX parked up.

In the morning Matthew went to JTF on foot. We set off onto Glebedale Road and left onto City Road. At the roundabout we turned left and walked past KFC we saw Copeland's Tours MIB 516.

We then carried on into JTF. Matthew went upstairs to the cafe and had toast and a drink of Coke. When we had finished we walked back to the day centre. We set off past KFC and onto City Road before turning left into Glebedale Road. turning left into Gimson Street. right onto Christchurch Street where we saw Stanton's of Stoke minibus EGZ 2534 on the shuttle bus to Grove Road.

As it got closer we saw that it was Stanton's of Stoke SL52 CWV. We got on the bus and we set off onto Glebedale Road. We turned left into City Road and we ran down the hill under the railway line. We crossed over the A50 and we ran through Stoke around the one-way system. We continued into Hartshill up Hartshill Road. We ran forwards onto George Street and we ran down the hill into Newcastle. We ran across the Jubilee Roundabout and we parked up on Ironmarket. We walked up Ironmarket and we turned left onto High Street. We went to the Kiln and Matthew went to the toilet and then had a glass of Coke. For dinner Matthew had a full English breakfast followed by a cheesecake. When we had finished we walked back up the High Street and we turned right onto Ironmarket. Transport for the journey back to Fenton was Stanton's of Stoke SL52 CWV. We set off onto the Jubilee roundabout and we crossed over onto the A53. We ran around the one-way system onto the A52 and we went up George Street onto Hartshill Road. We ran down the hill into Stoke and we went around the one-way system. We turned left onto Liverpool Road and we veered right onto Elenora Street. We turned right onto Copeland Street and we continued forwards onto Glebe Street and we turned left onto Church Street. We crossed over the A500 and we went under the railway line and onto City Road. We turned right onto Smithpool Road and left onto Temple Street and back to the residential centre. Matthew went up to his room to chill out and use his computer. Whilst in his room we saw First Potteries 37159 on a #11 to Newcastle.

Later on we went to visit uncle Dave for tea on foot. We set off onto temple Street and we turned left onto Smithpool Road. We crossed over the railway line and we walked across the path onto Willowdale Avenue. We went down to uncle Dave's and for tea Matthew had chicken potatoes and carrots. later on he had a drink of Tango orange and a few custard creams. L:ater on staff came back to escort Matthew back to the residential unit. We set off on foot onto Whieldon Road and we turned into Willowdale Avenue. We walked across the path at the end of the avenue and we turned left onto Smithpool Road. We saw red minibus R839 UWF. We crossed over the railway line and we turned right into Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew went back to the room and went on his computer. Later on Matthew had a bath and then had toast for supper. He then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Mark.

Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going to his day service. He was also going out for his tea in Biddulph. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast and orange juice. whilst waiting for the time to go to the day centre, we saw First Potteries 42554 on a #23 to Hanley. Around 09:00 we did Shelton Care Group DY08 FFX to Northwood.

We set off onto Temple Street and we turned right onto Smithpool Road. We turned left onto City Road and we ran down the hill onto the A52. We turned right towards the railway station and we ran past the station and university up to Joiners Square. At the roundabout we turned left onto Lichfield Street and we ran up the hill towards Hanley. We ran anti-clockwise around the ring road and we left town along Town Road. We joined the A5272 and we ran into Northwood. We stopped at Wright's Pies and we picked up some shopping. We brought some Manchester tarts for later on. We then returned to the day centre on Shelton care Group DY08 FFX. We ran down the A5272 and we went down the hill past Northwood Stadium and onto Bucknall New Road. At Bucknall light we turned right onto the A52 and we ran Westwards through Joiners Square and into Stoke. We followed the road to the left by the railway station and we ran parallel to the railway line before turning left onto City Road. We ran up the hill We we turned right into Glebedale Road before going to the day centre. Once we got back to the day centre Matthew had dinner. For dinner Matthew had toast and sausages followed by a Bakewell Tart. In the afternoon Matthew went to Hanley on the bus. We set off on foot onto City Road and we saw Copeland's Tours MIB 783 going towards Stoke. We crossed over City Road and we walked up to Victoria Place to wait for a bus to Hanley. A few minutes later we saw First Potteries 63097 on a #6 to Hanley.

We got on the bus and we booked to Hanley before we sat down. We set off down Victoria Road and we crossed over the A52 at Joiners Square. We ran up Lichfield Street and we crossed over the ring road. We then got up and got off the bus at the stop outside the bus station. When we got to Hanley we set off on foot towards Primark. We set off up LIchfield Street and we went forwards onto Tontine Street. We crossed over Tontine Square and we went into Primark. Matthew brought some clothes and then returned to the bus station back down Tontine Street and onto Lichfield Street. Back at the bus station we saw First Potteries 67152 on a #23 to Newstead.

We got on the bus and we booked to Fenton before we sat down. We set off onto John Street and we turned left onto Bethesda Street. We crossed over the ring road and we ran down onto Regent Road and forwards onto Cleveland Road. We ran down though Shelton along College Road and we ran down to the railway station. We turned right onto Glebe Street and under the railway line an we ran around the one-way system in Stoke and stopped by Stoke Minster. We turned left onto Church Street and we crossed the A500 and we ran under the railway line. After climbing up the hill into Fenton we turned right into Christchurch Street where we got up and got off the bus. We then walked back to the day centre. Later on we returned to the residential unit. We set off onto Christchurch Street and left onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew went toup his room to chill out on his computer and watch buses out of the window. He also had a Manchester tart. Later Matthew went out on the bus to Biddulph. We walked onto City Road where we saw First Potteries 63100 on a #11 to Newcastle.

We walked up to Victoria Place and we turned the corner onto Victoria Road to wait for a bus to Hanley. A few minutes later we saw First Potteries 42552 on a #6A to Hanley.

We got on the bus and we booked to Hanley before we sat down. We set off down Victoria Road we caught up Stanton's of Stoke SL52 CWV. We crossed over the A52 at Joiners Square and we ran up Lichfield Street and we crossed over the ring road. We then got up and got off the bus at the stop outside the bus station. Once off the bus we walked into the bus station to wait for a bus to Biddulph. A few minutes later we saw First Potteries 67638 on a #7A to Biddulph.

We got on the bus and we flashed the Smart day ticket to the driver before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off out of the bus station and we ran down John Street. We turned right onto Bethesda Street and we crossed Broad street onto Marsh Street. We turned right onto Trinity Street and we stopped on Stafford Street to to pick up more passengers before we left town along Quadrant Road. We crossed over the ring road and we headed out of town towards Sneyd Green along Town Road. We continued to Smallthorne roundabouts and we continued forwards onto High Lane. At the end of High Lane we turned right onto the A527 and we ran down the hill through Fegg Hayes and up into Brindley Ford. We continued up towards Knyperlsey and we turned left onto Brown Lees Road. We ran through the estate and we crossed over the A527 and into the Biddulph estate. We went passed the barley Mow and we turned left onto St John's Road. At the end we re-joined the A527 and we entered the town at Wharf Road and we stopped at the bus station where we got up and got off the bus. We then we to the pub for tea. We walked around the corner around onto the High Street and we went into the pub. Matthew went to the toilet and then had a glass of Coke. For tea Matthew had Southern fried chicken strips with chips followed by chocolate fudge cake with ice cream. Once we had finished we walked down the road to Sainsbury's where Matthew brought a Panda mask. We went back to the bus station around the corner to the bus station and we saw required D&G Bus 157 on the #9 to Hanley.

A short while later we saw another First Bus approaching. As it got closer we saw that it was First Potteries 67601 on a #7A to Hanley.

We got on the bus and we booked to Hanley before we sat down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off onto the High Street and we turned left onto Wells Street. We ran around the estate and we crossed over the A527 at Knypersley. We ran through Brown Lees and we rejoined the A527 by the industrial estate. We ran down through Brindley Ford and to Fegg Hayes. We ran up the hill to Chell and we turned left onto High Lane. We ran back through Smallthorne & Sneyd Green into Hanley. When we got back to the bus station we waited for a bus back to Fenton. A few minute later we saw First Potteries 53041 on a #23A to Newstead.

We got on the bus and we booked to Fenton before we sat down. We set off onto John Street and we turned left onto Bethesda Street.
