Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going to his day service. He was also going to Chesterton later. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast for breakfast. before Matthew went to the day centre he watched buses out of the window. Across the road we saw First Potteries 67151 on a #23 to Hanley. In the yard was Shelton Care Group DY08 FFX.

We set off to the day centre on foot. We walked onto Temple Street and we saw it was Shelton Care Group DY08 FFX. we set off along Temple Street and we turned right onto Christchurch Street and left onto Gimson Street. We turned left onto Glebedale Road and right onto City Road. We turned sharp left onto Victoria Road and we ran down the hill to Joiners Square. We crossed the roundabout onto LIchfield Street and we stopped at the petrol station. We carried on up Lichfield Street and across the ring road. Matthew was dropped of and the bus carried on. Once off the bus we continued up Tontine Street and onto Parliament Row. Matthew had an oatcake from the oatcake van. We sat down and Matthew ate his sausage and cheese oatcake. Once we had finished eating we walked back down Tontine Street to the bus station. We stood in the bus station to wait for a bus back to Fenton. A short time later we saw it was First Potteries 42554 on a #23 to Newstead.

We got on the bus and we booked to Fenton. As the bus was empty Matthew took a picture inside First Potteries 42554 before we sat down.

We set off onto John Street and we turned left onto Bethesda Street. We crossed over the ring road and we ran down onto Regent Road and forwards onto Cleveland Road. We ran down though Shelton along College Road and we ran down to the railway station. Due to a diversion we turned right onto Station Road and left onto Stoke Road. After crossing the A500 we got onto the one-way system and we turned left onto Copeland Street. We continued forwards onto Glebe Street and we followed the road around onto Church Street. We crossed the A500 and we ran under the railway line. After climbing up the hill we turned right onto Christchurch Street. We got up and got off the bus by the square. Once off the bus we walked back to the day centre. In the afternoon Matthew went out on Shelton Care Group DY08 FFX. We set off onto Glebedale Road and we turned left onto City Road. We ran onto the A52 and we went under the railway line. We joined the Northbound A500 and we ran up to Shelton New Road. We ran into Hartshill and we ran down George street into Newcastle. We ran along Ryecroft and we turned right onto the A34 we ran North to Milehouse and we turned right onto Milehouse lane. We ran up through Dismdale and back onto the Northbound A34. We turned left into Parkhouse and we continued into Crackley before running back down the hill to Chesterton. We stopped at the Wrights Pie shop and we brought a Manchester tart. Once we had finished shop we continued in our journey on Shelton Care Group DY08 FFX. We continued through Chesterton and along London Road onto the A34. We continued South and then we turned left onto St Michael's Road. We joined the Southbouns A527 and we stopped at Brampton Park. At the park Matthew had a short walk before returning to Fenton on Shelton Care Group DY08 FFX. We set off onto the A527 and at the roundabout we got onto the A53. We ran through Basford down to Etruria and we got onto the Northbound A500. We came off the A500 at Stoke and we turned left onto Cty Road where we saw Reeseheath College YN15 EKT. We went up to the car park on City Road where there is currently a funfair. Then we carried on up City Road to Fountain Street. We turned left onto William Street and left again onto Manor Street. We turned right onto City Road and we turned left onto Smithpool Road. We turned left onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew went up to his room to chill put and use his computer. He also watched buses out of the window. We saw City Cabs LL09 SSV going towards Stoke.

For tea Matthew had chicken nuggets and chips followed by semolina. Later on Matthew went to the Stanworths funfair. He went on the rides and then later returned to the respite unit. Matthew went back to the room and went on his computer. Later on Matthew had a bath and then had toast for supper. He then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Mark.
