Trip to Trentham Garden / Longton 04-09-2018

Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going to his day service. He was also going to the pub later. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast and orange juice. Whilst waiting for the time to go to the day centre, we saw First Potteries 67155 on #23 to Hanley. Around 09:00 we set off on foot to the day centre. We walked onto Temple Street and right onto Christchurch Street where we saw Copeland's Tours MIB 279.

We continued along Christchurch Street and into the day centre. At the day centre we saw Shelton Care Group DY08 FFX.

In the morning Matthew we on the computer. For dinner Matthew had a jacket potato with tuna followed by a Bakewell tart. In the afternoon Matthew went to Tretham Gardens on Shelton Care Group DY08 FFX. We got on the bus and the bus set off onto Glebedale Road Glebedale Road. We ran forwards onto Station Bridge Road and we followed the road to the left onto Heron Street. We went through the traffic lights and we crossed over the A50. We ran through Blurton along Blurton Road and then turned right onto Church Road. At the light we turned right onto the A5035 We continued over the railway line into Trentham and we ran to the end of the A5035. We crossed over the roundabout and we ran into Trentham Gardens. We parked up and then went to the garden centre. In the distance we saw blue minibus DG02 TWM parked up near to the retail village.

There were also a few coaches there. We saw AT Brown P20 ATB parked up near to the retail village.

later on we walked through the retail village and we walked to the Riverside Cafe. Matthew had a bottle of Coke. Once we had finished we return to Shelton Care Group DY08 FFX. We set off the through the car parks and we saw an unidentified P&D York coach. We crossed over the the A34 onto the A5035. We crossed over the railway line into Blurton and we turned left onto Church Road. We ran forwards onto Blurton Road and we ran through Blurton over the A50 to Heron Cross. We turned right onto Blurton Road and we ran through Heron Cross lights onto Heron Street. We followed the road around onto Station Bridge Road and we turned left onto Christchurch Street. We turned left onto Masterson Street and right onto Watkin Street. We ran onto Temple street and back to the residential unit. Matthew went upstairs to his room to chill out and use his computer. We saw City Cabs YX61 VVO going towards Stoke.

For tea Matthew had bangers and mash followed by cake. Later on Matthew went out to Longton in Z Carz taxi. We set off onto Christchurch Street and we turned right onto City Road. We ran up onto King Street and into Longton under the railway bridge. We turned right into baths Road and we did a u-turn over the A50 and into the retail park. We stopped at Pets at Home to pick up food for the rabbit. Afterwards we went to the Pepper Mill for a drink. Matthew went to the toilet and then had a glass of Coke. Matthew also had a red velvet cheesecake. after we returned to Fenton in Z Carz taxi. We ran onto baths Road and we did a u-turn on the roundabout outside Tesco. We ran onto the A50 and we ran West along the A50 to Heron Cross. We joined the A50 link Road and we ran up to City Road. We turned left into Smithpool Road and left again into Temple Street and back to the residential unit. We then went by car to the disco. Later on Matthew had a bath and then toast and orange juice for supper.He chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Mark.
