Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going out on the bus. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast for breakfast. before Matthew went to the day centre he watched buses out of the window. whilst waiting for the time to go to the day centre, we saw Afford rent-a-car MT70 AFZ. Later on we went downstairs and we set off onto City Road. We walked down to the bus stop outside the flats. On the way we saw Lucky Seven BK72 NPY. A few minutes later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 67155 on a #23 to Hanley.

We got on the bus and we booked to Hanley before we sat down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off down City Road and we joined the A52 and ran under the railway line. After crossing over the A500 we ran into Stoke town centre along Church Street. We turned right onto Shelton Old Road. We ran forwards onto Stoke Road. We ran under the railway line and up through Shelton. We ran up Broad Street and we turned right onto the anti-clockwise ring road. We turned left onto Bethesda Street and right onto John Street. We climbed the hill and up into the bus station. We got up and got off the bus and Matthew visited the toilet. We headed down the bus station and Matthew decided to go to Northwood. Another vehicle on layover was First Potteries 44511. A few minutes later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was D&G Bus 119 on a #7A to Fegg Hayes.

We got on the bus and we booked to Biddulph before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus waited for time before setting off out of the bus station. We went down John Street and onto Bethesda Street before we went across onto Marsh Street and then we turned right into Trinity Street. We turned left into Stafford Street and we continued forwards to Quadrant Road and we left Hanley along Town Road. We travelled through Northwood and we got up and got off the bus. We continued North for a short while and we turned into the park. At the park Matthew had an ice cream. After we had finished at the park we returned to Hanley in an Intercity taxi. We set off Southwards down the A5272 and forwards onto Town Road. We crossed over the ring road and we continued as far as the Intu Potteries shopping centre where we got out. We walked down onto Parliament Row and we went to the Pound Bakery and Matthew had a sausage roll and a bottle of Coke in a bag. We set off along Parliament Row and Matthew ate his sausage roll and drank his bottle of Coke. We turned right onto Old Hall Street and we turned left onto Lichfield Street and we returned to the bus station. A few mninutes later the bus appeared. It was First Potteries 67177 on a #38 to Newstead.

We got on the bus and we booked to Festival Park before we sat down. The bus set off onto John Street and we ran down the hill before we turned right onto Bethesda Street. We crossed over Broad Street and we continued onto Marsh Street. At the lights we turned left onto Etruria Road past former Sainsbury's supermarket. We went under the A53 and we went forwards onto Festival Way. We ran past Waterworld and we turned left onto Forge Lane past a new minibus building by the Brindley Farm pub. We looped under the A53 and we joined the Westbound A53. We crossed over the A500 at Etruria and and we ran up the hill into Basford and we ran down hill to the edge of Newcastle and we got onto the one way system. At the jubilee roundabout we turned left onto Barracks Road before turning right into the bus station. We got up and we got off the bus. The bus appeared and it was D&G Bus 6009 on a #1 to Meir.

We got on the bus and we booked to Fenton and sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off out of the bus station onto Barracks Road. We ran Southwards onto the A34. We turned left into the hospital and we ran through the the grounds. As we travelled through the hospital we saw ABC Supreme YK24 DYB. We turned left onto Hilton Road. We continued onto Albany Road and we turned right onto The Avenue and we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we went to across the road the road and into wade conference centre. We headed up the hill back towards Fenton. After a short while we saw First Potteries 35950 on a #25 to Hanley. A few minutes later the bus turned up and it was First Potteries 63174 on a #11 to Hanley. We got on the bus and we booked to Fenton before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off out of the Hartshill and we ran down the hill into Stoke town centre. After a brief stop in Church Street we continued into Fenton up the A52, over the A500. We ran under the railway line and we continued onto City Road and we went forwards onto King Street. We ran through Foley and we under the railway line into Longton town centre. We ran up Market Street and we turned left onto Anchor Road. We ran up the hill to the top and ran down to the roundabout in Adderley Green. At the roundabout at the East end of Bentilee we turned right onto Beverley Drive and then left onto Dawlish Drive and we got up and got off the bus. We walked around the corner and we saw First Potteries 67143 on a #11 to Newcastle. Matthew had can of Cherry Coke. We went back to the Fenton. We set off on foot to the bus stop all the way over on Dawlish Drive. As short time later the bus came around the corner. As exoected we saw it was First Potteries 67149 on a #11 to Newcastle. We got on the bus and we booked to Fenton before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off onto Dawlish Drive. We ran through the estate and back onto the A5272. We ran up to Adderley Green and we saw First Potteries 63361 parked in the garage. At the roundabout we turned right onto Anchor Road. system onto Commerce Street and right onto The Strand. After a brief stop we ran down the Strand and under the railway line onto King Street. We continued down through Fenton and forwards onto City Road. We went past KFC and we got up and got off. We walked down City Road. We turned left onto Christchurch Street. We turned right onto Temple Street and we returned to the residential unit. Matthew went upstiars to his room to chill out. We went downstairs and we got in the car and we set off onto Temple Street. We turned left onto Christchurch Street and we crossed over City Road onto Manor Street. We turned left onto Victoria Road and we stopped at McDonalds. Matthew had a burger and fries washed down with a cup of Coke. Matthew went to the toilet and afterwards we returned to Fenton in we got in the car and we set off onto Victoria Road and at joiners Square. We went straight onto Lichfield Street and we turned left onto the clockwise ring road and we turned left onto Broad Street. We ran down the hill and over the ring road onto Snow Hill Before we turned right onto Shelton New Road and we saw Cabability minibus DG17 UYM parkd up at their depot. We ran along the B5045 and through Hartshill and we ran forwards onto the A52 and at the roundabout we ran forwards onto Ryecroft. We continued onto Knutton lane and we turned left onto Dunkirk. We turned right onto Poolside and we arrived at Our Space. Matthew went to the toilet. He also spent time in the soft play area. When we had finished we said goodbye and we returned to Fenton in a taxi. We set off onto Stanier Street. When we returned to Fenton in a Intercity taxi. We set off along Stanier Road and we turned left onto Pool Side. We turned left onto Dunkirk and we turned right onto Knutton Lane. We around the roundabout and back onto the Ryecroft and we ran forwards onto the one-way system. We continued onto the A53. We ran into Basford and over the Soutbound A500 and we ran through Shelton and Stoke. We came off the A500 and we turned left onto City Road. We ran up the hill into Fenton and we turned right onto Smithpool Road, We turned left onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. When Matthew got back we went upstairs and went up to his room. Later on Matthew had a bath and then had toast for supper. He then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Mark.

Trip to Hartshill / Stoke 30-05-2025

Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going on the bus. Matthew got up around 09:00 and had toast and juice for breakfast. In the morning Matthew went out on the bus. We went downstairs and we set off onto City Road. We headed towards the bus stop by the flats. We continued to the stop and we waited for a bus towards Hartshill. A short time later we saw a bus turned the corner. As it got closer we saw that it was First Potteries 67156 on a #11 to Newcastle. We got on the bus and we booked to Hartshill before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off down City Road and we ran down the hill over the old railway line to Leek and onto the A52. We ran under the railway line and we passed First Pottereies 35688 on a #25 to Hanley going the other way. We went over the A500 and straight into Stoke town centre along Church Street. After a brief stop in Stoke we continued along church Street and we ran forwards onto Hartshill bank. Approximatley half way up the bank we got up and got off the bus. Once we were off the bus we crossed over the road and we waited for a bus towards Hanley. A short time later we saw First Potteries 35685 on a #25 to Keele. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 35687 on a #25 to Hanley. We got on the bus and we booked to Stoke before going upstairs. We set off down the hill and we ran into Stoke. We ran along Church Street and we crossed over the A500. We crossed under the railway line before turning left onto the A52 and we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we walked up onto the A52 and we ran past the railway station. They are currently in the process of building a new bus gate and bus lane outside of the station. We turned right onto College Road. We walked around Hanley Park for a while. We walk northwards through the park and into the North West corner to the sensory play area. Matthew walked to the toilet. We walked through the park and we walked back to the South East corner of the park. After spending a while there we walked back to the South East corner of the park. We returned back to Fenton we got in the car and we set off along The Avenue and onto Boughey Road and we turned left onto Ridgway Road and we turned left onto Mawson Grove and we turned left onto the A52. We turned left onto Lichfield Street. We crossed over the road and we visited the chip shop. Matthew had sausage chips and gravy washed down with a can of Coke. When we had finished we headed into Hanley. We crossed over the ring road and we headed up Lichfield Street and into the bus station. We waited for a bus towards Fenton. A short time later we saw First Potteries 63100 on a #103 to Crewe.

A short time later we saw a bus approachng. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 67155 on a #23 to Blurton.

We got on the bus and we booked to Blurton before we sat down towards the back of the bus. The bus waited for time before setting off out of the bus station. We went down John Street and onto Bethesda Street. The road in front of the museum was closed so we turned right onto the the ring road. We turned right onto Broad Street. We ran down the hill and over the ring road onto Snow Hill Before we turned left onto Copeland Street. We continued forwards onto Glebe Street and we followed the road around onto Church Street. We crossed the A500 and we ran under the railway line and we continued onto City Road. At the top of the hill we got up and got off the bus. We crossed over City Road and we cut through to the residential unit. We went upstairs and chilled out in his room to chill out and use the computer. Matthew also watched buses out of the window. We went out to catch the bus. We set off onto Temple Street and walked through onto City Road. At the roundabout we went right onto Victoria Road and and we ran down the hill. We stopped at B&M and we did some more shopping. When we had finished there we ran over to do some more shopping. We ran up Victoria Road and we turned right into Manor Street and right onto City Road. We turned left onto Smithpool Road and left onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. We went upstairs and Matthew went to his room to chill out. Later on we went downstairs and we set off onto City Road and we saw Afford rent-a-car FE25 XGP outside there yard.

We waited for a Lucky Seven taxi and we went to Stoke. We got in the taxi and we set off down City Road. We ran down the hill onto the A52 and we went under the railway line. We crossed over the A500 and we ran into Stoke. We went onto the one-way system and we turned right onto South Wolfe Street. We crossed over Church Street onto Kingsway and we parked up. We walked around the orner and we went to the pub. Matthew had a burger and chips washed down with a glass of Coke. Afterwards we walked back to the car and we returned to Fenton. We set off onto Kingsway and we turned right onto Glebe Street. We turned left onto Church Street and we crossed over the A500. We ran under the railway line and we ran forwards on City Road up into Fenton. We turned right onto Smithpool Road and left onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. We went upstairs and Matthew chilled out in his room. Matthew used his computer and watched music videos on the television. Later on Matthew had a bath and then had toast for supper. He then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Mark.

Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going to visit uncle Dave later on. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast for breakfast. before Matthew went to the day centre he watched buses out of the window. Whilst we saw First Potteries 67156 on a #11 to Hanley. Later on we went downstairs and we set off onto City Road and we saw Free Spirits DG16 HDY. A few minutes later we saw a bus turned the corner. As it got closer we saw that it was First Potteries 63356 on a #11 to Newcastle.

We got on the bus and we booked to Newcastle before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off down City Road and we ran down the hill over the old railway line to Leek and onto the A52. We ran under the railway line and over the A500 and straight into Stoke town centre along Church Street. After a brief stop in Stoke we continued along church Street and forwards onto Hartshill Road. We ran up the hill and into Hartshill and we ran forwards onto George Street and we ran down the hill into Newcastle. We turned left at the roundabout onto Barracks Road and into the bus station where we got up and got off the bus. We got in the bus station and there was already a bus we could catch in the bus station. As it got closer we saw that it was First Potteries 67159 on a #39A to Butt Lane.

We got on the bus and we booked to Hanley before we sat down near to the back of the bus. We set off out of the bus station and onto Barracks Road. We crossed the Jubilee Roundabout and onto the A53. We ran into Basford and over the A500. We ran down into Etruria and over the A500. We continued along the A53 and we turned left onto Forge Lane. We turned left onto Shelton Boulevard and we turned right onto Etruria Valeey Link Road and we ran out along the Lane and we crossed over the canal before we returned back into Etruria along festival Way. We crossed under the A53 onto Etruria Road. We turned right onto the ring road and we ran around anti-clockwise to Bethesda Street. We turned right onto John Street and we ran up the hill to the bus station. We got up and got off the bus and Matthew visited the toilet. We waited for a bus to Kidsgrove. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 67159 on a #39A to Butt Lane.

We got on the bus and we booked to Kidsgrove before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off out of the bus station and onto John Street. We turned right onto Bethesda Street and we went straight across onto Marsh Street. We turned right up onto trinity Street and then left onto Stafford Street. After picking up more passenger outside of Debenhams. We followed the road around to the left and then back onto marsh Street. At the roundabout we went straight on onto Waterloo Road and we ran up the hill into Cobridge. We continued into Buslem and through the traffic lights onto Scotia Road. We went past the old Burslem PMT garage and we followed the road around to the left onto Williamson Street. At the corner we turned right onto Tunstall High Street and past the A527 where there is a new pertol station. We continued North onto the A50. We ran through Goldenhill and down the bank into Kidsgrove. Adjacent to Aldi there is a new retail park being built. We turned left onto the B5371 and when turned the corner and we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we walked around the corner onto the B5371. As we turned into the B5371 and we headed into Kidsgrove Methodist Church. Matthew to the toilet and I ordered the food. Matthew had a breakfast washed down with a can of Coke. After we had finished eating we walked down the B5371 to the Hanley bus stop. We set off on foot up the B5371 and we turned left onto Woodshutt's Street. We turned right onto the A34 and we turned right onto Slacken Lane past the site on where a to build 170 new homes. We got in the car. We set off along Slacken Lane and we turned right onto the A34 and we turned right onto B5371 and parked up. We turned left onto Liverpool Road and up to the bus stop. We crossed over the road and we saw blue minibus SF65 EYL.

A short time later the bus appeared. It was First Potteries 63172 on a #38 to Hanley.

We got on the bus and we booked to Hanley before we sat down. We set off along the A50. We ran up the hill into Goldenhill and then forwards through Sandyford past the new retail park into Tunstall. We ran down the High Street. We continued down the High Street and we ran past the former Co-operative bank. We turned left onto Williamson Street. At the roundabout we turned right onto Scotia Road and past the the old bus garage before running up the hill into Burslem Town centre. We ran through the light onto Waterloo Road and up the hill into Cobridge. We ran down the hill towards Hanley and then up into town along Hope Street and Stafford Street. We got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we walked along Stafford Street and we turned left onto Tontine Street and and we went forwards onto Lichfield Street and we continued into the bus station. matthew visited the toilet and afterwards we waited for a bus back towards Fenton. Afterwards we saw First Potteries 44514 on a #6A to Blythe Bridge. A short time later we saw a bus approaching. We saw it was First Potteries 67157 on a #23 to Newstead.

We got on the bus and we booked to Fenton before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off through the bus station. and onto John Street. We turned right onto Bethesda Street and left onto Broad Street. We ran down the hill and over the ring road onto Snow Hill Before we turned left onto Copeland Street. We continued forwards onto Glebe Street and we followed the road around onto Church Street. We crossed the A500 and we ran under the railway line and we continued onto City Road. At the top of the hill we got up and got off the bus. We crossed over city Road and wwe got a Lucky Seven taxi up to Fenton. We set off along City Road and we joined the Northbound A500 and we ran through Stoke and Etruria. We continued past Longport and we joined the A527. We ran past the North end of Tunstall and we stopped to have a look at the new business park on James Brindley Way and past the Tesco Express. We ran to towards Goldenhill and down the hill into Kidsgrove. We continued North through Church Lawton into Rode Heath and out the other side We passed the Stanway's depot and we continued North to Holmes Chapel and we continued Northwards to Knutsford and we used the toilet and we returned to the bus station. We walked onto Toft Road and we turned right onto Princess Street. We turned right onto Canute Place and we headed over the Plaza to the Sainsbury's local shop. In the shop we brought a can of Coke and a couple of bars of chocolate as well as a Drumstick lolly. Once we had finished we walked back down Canute Place. We forwards through Princess Street and we turned right onto Toft Road. We forwards through Stanley Road and we forwards through Cranford Avenue and we forwards through Westfield Drive. Matthew went into the building and used the toilet. He spent the afternoon on the trampoline. We set off onto Westfield Drive and left onto Cranford Avenue and turned right onto Stanley Road and we turned right onto the A50 and we traveled South through Holmes Chapel and down into Kidsgrove. We carried on South towards Tunstall and we turned left onto the A527. In Fegg Hayes we turned right onto Oxford Street and we ran through Chell Heath past Matthew's old school. In Smallthorne we turned right onto Ford Green Road and at the roundabouts we turned left onto the A5272. We followed the road through Sneyd Green and Northwood and down to Bucknall. We turned right onto the A52 and at Joiners Square roundabout we turned left onto Victoria Road. At the top of the hill we turned right onto City Road and we ran down the hill to Smithpool Road. We turned left and left again onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew went upstairs his room to chill out and use his computer and watch buses before going out later on. Later on we went downstairs and we set off onto Temple Street and at the end we turned left onto Smithpool Road. We went across the spare ground onto Willowdale Avenue and onto Whieldon Road and into uncle Dave's house. For tea Matthew had chicken potatoes and carrots with gravy followed by a slice of cheesecake. Later on he had a drink of Fanta orange and a few digestive biscuits. Uncle Dave now has a biscuit tin. Matthew chilled out in uncle Dave's house using his computer and watching television. Uncle Dave also did his DJ set. A couple of hours later staff came to escort Matthew back home. We set off onto Whieldon Road and we turned onto Willowdale Avenue and we crossed the spare ground and we turned left onto Smithpool Road. We turned right onto Temple Street past the the Queen Elizabeth II Court. We continued back to the residential unit. Matthew went back to the room and went on his computer and drank his bottle of Coke. Later on Matthew had a bath and then had toast for supper. He then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Mark.

Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going out on the bus later on. Matthew got up 08:00 and had his medication. Matthew got up and had toast and orange juice for breakfast. Whilst waiting to go out we saw First Potteries 63362 on a #11 to Newcastle. In the morning Matthew went to get his shopping. We went downstairs ans we got in the car. We set off onto Temple Street and we turned right onto Smithpool Road. We turned left onto City Road and we turned right onto the road to the swimming baths. We turned left onto Victoria Road and we ran down to Aldi. We saw Notts and Derby 67. After we had sone the shopping we got back in the car and we headed back to the residential unit. We turned right onto Victoria Road and right onto the road to the swimming baths. We turned left onto City Road and we turned right onto Smithpool Road. We turned left onto Temple Street and we returned to the residential unit. We went upstairs and we put the shopping away. We went downstairs and we set off on foot to the bus stop. We walked onto Temple Street and right onto Christchurch Street. We continued up City Road. We carried on down the road and we waited for a bus towards Newcastle. A few minutes later the bus appeared and it was First Potteries 63174 on a #11 to Newcastle. We got on the bus and we booked to Newcastle before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off down City Road and we ran down the hill over the old railway line to Leek and onto the A52. We ran under the railway line and over the A500 and straight into Stoke town centre along Church Street. After a brief stop in Stoke we continued along church Street and forwards onto Hartshill Road. We ran up the hill and into Hartshill. We ran forwards onto George Street and we ran down the hill into Newcastle. We turned left at the roundabout onto Barracks Road and into the bus station where we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus Matthew got a picture of First Potteries 63174 before it returned towards Hanley on a #11 service.

Once of the bus we set off up Castle Walk and we stopped at Greggs and Matthre brought a sausage roll and a bottle Dr pepper for dinner. We walked along Castle Walk and we had finished eating we went next door to Sports Direct and Matthew bought some boots. When he had finished eating we went next door to Bristish Heart Foundation Home and Fashion and Matthew bought some boots. We walked down Hassell Street and we walked up High Street and we stopped at Cash Converters. We saw purple minibus TJ07 UNA.

We walked out of the bus station Matthew went to the toilet. Afterwards we waited for a bus to Hartshill. A few minutes later a bus appeared and it was First Potteries 67173 on a #11 to Hanley.

We ran down the hill and under the railway line into Stoke. We crossed over the A500. We turned left onto Church Street and we we around the one-way system. We turned left onto London Road and we stopped at Sainsbury's to put diesel in the car. Once we had filled up with diesel we set off onto London Road and we conrinued onto the one-way system. We turned left onto Church Street and we turned right onto Shelton Old Road. We ran forwards onto the A500 and we headed North. We decided to come off onto the A527 and we turned right onto John Rhodes Way. We turned left onto William Coltman Way and we turned left onto Andrew Mulligan Close and past the site of new children's residential care home. When we returned to Fenton in a Autocabs taxi. We set off along Andrew Mulligan Close and we turned right onto William Coltman Way. We turned right onto John Rhodes Way and we turned left onto the A527 and we ran down to the A500. We ran Southwards through Longport and Etruria and we came off the A500 at Stoke. We ran up the A52 under the railway line and we ran forwards onto City Road. We ran up the hill into Fenton and we turned right onto Smithpool Road, We turned left onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. We went upstairs to his room to chill out and watch buses before going out later on. We saw Free Spirits SF15 DGV. Before tea We went downstairs out for a walk to fetch his tea. we set off onto Temple Street and we turned left onto Smithpool Road. We ordered sausages and chips gravy and then we walked back along Smithpool Road and onto and back to the residential unit. We went upstairs and Matthew went to his room to chill out. Matthew went into the living room to have tea. Matthew ate his sausages and chips gravy followed by a Butterfly cake. We went downstairs and we walked onto City Road. As we walked up the bus stop. A short time later we saw the bus approaching. It was First Potteries 67141 on a #11 to Newcastle.

We got on the bus and we booked to Stoke before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off down City Road and we ran down the hill over the old railway line to Leek and onto the A52. We ran under the railway line and over the A500 and straight into Stoke town centre along Church Street. We got off the bus and we crossed obver the road to the stop opposite to wait for a #25 to Hanley. A few minutes later we saw a bus approaching. As soon as it cam into view we knew it was First Potteries 35689 on a #25 to Hanley. We got on the bus and we booked to Hanley before we sat down. The bus set off out of Stoke town centre and across the A500. We crossed under the railway line before turning left onto the A52 and we ran past the railway station to joiners Square. We turned left onto Lichfield Street and we turned left onto the ring road and we turned right onto Bethesda Street and right onto John Street and into the bus station and we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus Matthew took another picture of First Potteries 35689 as it continued towards Hanley.

We went into the bus station and we waited for a bus towards Newcastle. As short time later we saw a bus approach the stand. We saw it was First Potteries 35940 on a #25 to Keele.

We got on the bus and we booked to the Keele before we went upstairs and we sat down. We set off out of bus station and onto John Street. We turned right onto Bethesda Street and left onto Broad Street. We ran down the hill and over the ring road onto Snow Hill Before we turned left onto Station Road and we past the railway station. We ran forwards onto the A52 and we ran alongside the railway line before turning right onto City Road. We crossed over the A500 and we ran into Stoke centre along Church Street. We went out of the other side of Stoke and up Hartshill Road into Hartshill. We turned left into The Avenue and we ran down to Hilton Road and we turned right into the hospital where we ran through the hospital and we turned right onto the A34. We ran up to Newcastle and forwards onto Barracks Road at the roundabout. We came into the bus station. We got up and we got off the bus. A short time later we saw First Potteries 35685 on a #25 to Hanley.

We set off onto Hassell Street and we turned right onto High Street and we visited a cash machine. We turned left into Church Street and we turned left onto Bridge Street and we went under the subway on to the A34. We turned left Dunkirk and we saw white minibus SN56 FCL. We walked up Castle Hill Road and we right onto Stanier Street. We got into the building Matthew went to the toilet. Afterwards Matthew went outside and went on the slide. He also spent time in the indoor soft play area. When we had finished we said goodbye and we returned to Fenton in a taxi. We set off onto Stanier Street. When we returned to Fenton in a Intercity taxi. We set off along Stanier Road and we turned left onto Pool Side. We turned left onto Dunkirk and we turned right onto Knutton Lane. We around the roundabout and back onto the Ryecroft and we ran forwards onto the one-way system. We continued onto the A52 and we ran into Hartshill. We veered left onto Shelton New Road and we stopped briefly near to the old Gilberts furniture shop. We continued down Shelton New Road through the traffic lights and we turned right to join the Southbound A500. We stayed on the high level road and we came off the A500 at City Road. We ran under the railway line and up the hill into Fenton. We turned right onto Smithpool Road and left onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew went upstairs and Matthew went to his room. He watched television and used his computer. later on he had a bath. For supper Matthew had some toast. Matthew went to bed around 23:00... Mark.

Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going out on the bus later. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast for breakfast. before Matthew went to the day centre he watched buses out of the window. whilst waiting for the time to go to the bus to Hanley. We went downstairs and we and we cut through onto City Road to wait a bus to Hanley. A few minutes later we saw D&G Bus 6009 on a #1 to Park Site.

A few minutes later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 67152 on a #23 to Hanley.

We got on the bus and we booked to Hanley before we sat down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off down City Road and we joined the A52 and ran under the railway line. After crossing over the A500 we ran into Stoke town centre along Church Street. We turned right onto Shelton Old Road and we saw Travel Express SH70 EVN parked up th the depot. We ran forwards onto Stoke Road. We ran under the railway line and up through Shelton. We ran up Broad Street and we turned right onto the anti-clockwise ring road. We turned left onto Bethesda Street and right onto John Street. We climbed the hill and up into the bus station. We got up and got off the bus and Matthew visited the toilet. Once off the bus we set off down John Street and we turned right onto Bethesda Street. We stopped on the corner of Bethesda Street and we walked up Albion Street. We turned onto Stafford Street and we walked up Piccadilly and across Tontine Square and into the market. We sat down and Matthew ate his sausage roll washed down with a can of Coke and a Manchester Tart. Afterwards we went to the floor above into the shopping centre and we went up to the First Floor. We headed upstairs to the toilet and afterwards went out of the shopping centre onto Tontine Square and onto Parliament Row. We stopped at Poundland and we walked along Parliament Row and we walked onto Old Hall Street. We walked up Lichfield Street and back to the bus station. We waited for a bus to Longton and a short time later we saw First Potteries 47519 on a #11B to Bentilee. A short time later we saw First Potteries 63357 on a #11 to Newcastle. After a short while we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 67180 on a #6A to Blythe Bridge.

We got on the bus and we booked to Longton before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off out of the bus station onto John Street and we turned left onto Bethesda Street. We turned left onto the ring road and we turned right onto Lichfield Street and we ran down the hill to Joiners Square. We crossed the roundabout onto Victoria Road. City Road and we continued forwards onto King Street. We passed through Foley. We ran forwards into Longton and under the railway line into Longton town centre. The bus stopped on Market Street and we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we crossed Market Street and walked up Transport Lane and crossed over The Strand and to the bus stop. We waited for a bus back towards Fenton. We went around the corner onto Transport Lane and we got in a Lucky Seven taxi. We set off along Transport Lane and we turned right onto The Strand. We ran under the railway ine onto King Street and we ran through Foley into Fenton. We ran forwards onto City Road and we turned right into Manor Street where we got out of the taxi. We crossed over City Road and we cut through onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. We went upstairs and Matthew went to his room. Later on we went downstairs and we set off onto Temple Street. We turned left onto Smithpool Road. We crossed over the railway line and we walked down to the entrance of the park. For dinner Matthew had washed down a can of Irn Bru. In the park Matthew walked up to the playground. Once we had finished in the park we walked back along Grove Road. We crossed over the Whieldon Road and we turned left onto Smithpool Road. We turned right onto City Road and we crossed over onto Manor Street for We stopped at the Fenton Community Hall and Matthew went to the toilet. It was someone birthday so we sang happy birtday and we had some egg sandwiches and some cake. Matthew also had a glass of Coke. After we had finished we returned to the residential unit. We walked along Manor Street and we crossed over City Road and we turned right onto onto Temple Street and we returned to the residential unit. We went upstairs and back into his room. Later on Matthew chilled out in his room. He watched television and used his computer. Matthew had a bath and then had toast for supper. He then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Today Matthew was going back to the residential unit, but not before he had been out for dinner and to get his weekly shopping. Matthew woke up at 08:00 and had his medication. Matthew got up just after 10:00 and had toast and orange juice for breakfast. We got ready and we went out just before 11:30. We got in the car and we set off through Blurton. We saw First Potteries 67141 on a #22 to Newcastle. We ran through Blurton up Finstock Avenue and we turned right onto Beaconsfield Drive. We turned left onto Church Road. We turned left onto Blurton Road and we went through the road works and up the hill to Heron Cross. We crossed over the A50 and we turned left at the traffic lights onto Grove Road. We continued onto Wheildon Road and we picked up uncle Dave. Afterwards we set off down Wheildon Road and forwards onto the A500. We ran through Stoke and Etrurtia and we came off the A500 at Wolstanton. We turned left onto the retail park and we parked up at Asda. As it was a bank holiday Monday we decided to eat at Asda for a change. Matthew had a brunch washed down with a cup of Coke. After we had finished eating Matthew went to the tolilet and I went to fetch the trolley. We whizzed around Asda and Matthew picked up his weekly shop. When we had finished we drove back to Blurton. We got in the car and we set off out of the retail park. We went under the A500 and we joined the Southbound carriageway. We ran through Etruria and Stoke and we came off the A500 at Sideway. We turned left onto the Eastbiund A50 andwe came off onto Stanley Matthews Way. We ran to the other end and we turned left onto the A5035. We got back to Blurton just before 13:00. Matthew used his computer and had a Cherry Coke. As Matthew has been excellent this weekend we decided to go out and get another couple of buses in. Just before 14:00 we set off on foot over towards the bus stop outside of High Tales. We headed onto the A5035 and we crossed over. We saw First Potteries 67176 on a #22 to Longton. Also seen was D&G Bus 159 turning around ready to work the #24 to Norton.

We crossed back over the A5035 and e headed onto Stanley Matthews Way. We had around 10 minutes to wait for the bus. First to arrive was D&G 159 on the #24 to Norton. A short time later our bus appeared. As it approached we saw it was D&G Bus 6012 on a #27A to Bentilee.

We got on the bus and we bought Smart Day tickets at £4.80 each. The bus set off along Stanley Matthews Way and we ran down to the A50. We headed Westwards and we turned left towards the Southbound A500. We came off near to the incinerator and we ran forwards onto Railway Cottages. We stopped to let off a passenger who had missed the #24 and they jumped on the bus in front. WE turned around at the turning circle by the Dunelm Mill warehouse and we headed back along Railway Cottages. We ran forwards onto the A5006 and we turned around at the Michelin Roundabout. We turned left onto the A500 and right onto the A50. We ran up to Heron CRoss and we turned left onto the A50 link road. We went under the railway line and we turned right onto King Street. We ran through Foley into Longton and under the railway line again. We got up and got off the bus and Matthew took another picture of D&G Bus 6012 as it continued towards Bentilee.

We crossed over the road and we went forwards onto King Street and under the railway bridge. We waited for a bus towards Fenton. Whilst we waited we saw grey minibus SG74 NCF. A few minutes later we saw Steve's Travel ST21 FLY. We saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 63345 on a #6 to Hanley.

We got on the bus and we placed the Smart day under the scanner before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off along King Street. We ran through Foley into Fenton and forwards onto City Road past the new petrol station and coffee shop. We turned right into Victoria Road and we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus Matthew got a picture of First Potteries 63345 before it returned towards Hanley.

We headed on foot to Aldert Square to catch a bus towards Blurton. We walked around the corner onto City Road and we turned left onto Glebedale Road. We turned right onto Baker Street pas the former site of Links. We crossed the square and waited at the bus stop. A few minutes later we saw the bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 63103 on a #23 to Blurton.

We got on the bus and we booked to Newstead before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off onto Christchurch Street and we turned right onto Station Bridge Road. We went forwards onto Heron Street and we went through Heron Cross and over the A50 onto Blurton Road. We ran down the hill and we went past the BP garage. We ran up the hill towards Critchlow's Corner and we turned right onto Church Road. We turned right onto Beaconfield Drive and we ran to the end. We turned left onto Finstock Avenue and up towards the shops. We turned right onto Ripon Road and at the end we turned right onto the A5035 due to a diversion. We turned right onto Magdalen Road where we got up and got off the bus. Matthew took another picture of First Potteries 63103 before it continued towards Hanley.

Once off the bus we headed back to the house. We arrived around 15:20. We had a slice of Vienetta each, washed down with a can of Cherry Coke and afterwards we edited the Blog. Around 16:30 we set off back to the residential unit. We got in the car and we set off through Burton and we ran along Beaconsfield Drive where we saw blue minibus HV72 XHX parked up. We turned left onto Church Street and left onto Blurton Road. We went through the traffic lights onto Heron Steeet. We carried on forwards onto Station Bridge Road and we turned left onto Christchurch Street and we turned left onto Masterson Street and we turned right onto Watkin Street and we continued onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. We went upstairs to his room and we put all his shopping in his cupboard or in the kitchen. Matthew had a can of Cherry Coke. Matthew chilled out on his computer and watched buses out of the window. For tea Matthew had chicken and rice with naan bread followed by a Toffee sponge pudding and custard. Washed it down with a can of Fanta. Later on Matthew went downstairs and we got in a taxi. We set off onto Temple Street and we turned left onto Chrsitchurch Street. We turned left onto City Road. We ran forwards onto the A52 and we went under the railway line. We crossed over the A500 and we went around the one way system. We turned left onto Lonsdale Street and right onto Fleming Road. We turned right onto Campbell Place and we left onto Hill Street. We walked down the road to pub. Matthew went to the toilet and had a glass of Coke. When we had finished we returned to Fenton. We got in a taxi and we set off onto Hill Street right we Trades Street. We turned left onto Church Street and right onto Elenora Street and we followed the road around onto Copeland Street and we turned left onto Glebe Street. We turned right onto Lytton Street and we ran through onto City Road. We ran under the railway bridge and we ran up the hill into Fenton. We turned right into Smithpool Road and we turned left onto Temple Street past the new building under construction and back to the residential unit. Later on Matthew had a bath and then had toast for supper. He then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Mark.

Today Matthew was doing some of his usual Sunday stuff, as well as going to Newcastle to see a band play. Matthew woke up at 08:00 and had his medication. Matthew got up just after 10:00 and had toast and orange juice for breakfast. We got ready to go out and we set off just after 11:00. We got in the car and we set off through Blurton. We saw First Potteries 67141 on a #22 to Newcastle. We ran through Blurton up Finstock Avenue and we turned right onto Beaconsfield Drive. We turned left onto Church Road. We turned left onto Blurton Road and we went through the road works and up the hill to Heron Cross. We crossed over the A50 and we turned left at the traffic lights onto Grove Road. We continued onto Wheildon Road and we picked up uncle Dave. Afterwards we set off down Wheildon Road and forwards onto the A500. We turned left onto Church Street and we ran around the one-way system. We turned right onto Campbell Place and left onto Hartshill Road. We ran to the edge of Newcastle and we ran down George Street. At the roundabout we turned left onto Barracks Roac and right onto the Northbound A34. We ran through Milehouse to Chesterton and we stopped at McDonalds. Matthew had a cheeseburger and fries washed down with a cup of Coke, and we shared some chicken nuggets. When we had finished we headed to Newcastle. We got in the car and we set off down the A34. We ran through Milehouse to Newcastle and we turned left onto Ryecroft. We turned right onto Barracks Road and we turned left into the car park. We parked up and we cut through the car park on Hassell Street. We crossed over Barracks Road and we saw First Potteries 63175 on a #25 to Keele.

We walked along Hassell Street and we turned right onto the High Street. Just past the Guildhall, there was a truck parked up and it was being used as a stage for the band to perform on. They were just starting to set up ready for the start at 13:00. After a quick chat to the band, we headed off to get Matthew a cake. We walked up High Street and we turned right onto Ironmarket. There was someone else on the other stage doing their set. We turned right onto Castle Walk and we stopped at The Cofee House. Matthew had a slice of Millionaire's Shrtbread and a bottle of Coke. When we had finished eating we headed back to the bus station before goimng onto the High Street. We saw First Potteries 47520 on a #9 to Fegg Hayes.

We walked onto Hassell Street and we turned right onto the High Street. We went into the area set up in front of the stage and we sat down. At 13:00 the anounced the band and they started to play. They played for around 30 miniutes and Matthew got up and went to have a cup of Coke from the nearby stall. After the band had finished we headed off down High Street and left onto Hassell Street. We stopped at the toilet at the bus station and Matthew used the toilet. We crossed Barracks Road and we cut through onto the got park. We got in the car and we set off onto Barracks Road. We turned left onto the Southbound A34 and we turned left onto The Avenue and we turned right onto Hartshill Road. We ran down into Stoke and we followed the one-way system. We turned left onto Liverpool Road and right onto Elanora Street. We turned right onto Copeland Street and left onto Glebe Street. We turned right onto Lytton Street and at the end we turned left onto City Road. We ran up the hill into Fenton and we ran forwards onto King Street. We ran through Foley and under the railway bridge into Longton. We ran forwards onto Market Street and we turned left onto Anchor Road. WE climbed the hill up to Adderley Green and we turned left onto Mossfield Drive. We ran to the end and we parked up. Matthew was desperate for the toilet again so he had to go in a bush. We went to the back of the D&G Bus garage and we saw D&G Bus 161 parked in the depot.

We got back in the car and we drove to the other end of Mossfield Drive and parked up. We walked down the footpath to the back of the First Pottereis bus garage. We walked around the garage and we saw an number of ex First West of England in the depot some of which are to be painted before going to other depots. We walked down the path and we turned right onto the A5272. Outside the front of the garage we saw First Potteries 35690 parked up. We walked up the grass bank at the side of the garage and we saw First 35687 parked up, painted in the new colours.

We walked along the path at the back and there were another couple of ex First West of England buses that we could not see properly including First 35691. We walked up the path back to the car and we got in. Matthew had a can of Dr Pepper. We set of along Mossfield Drive and we turned right onto Anchor Road. We ran down the hill into Longton and we turned left onto Market Street. We turned right onto Commerce Street and at the roundabout we turned right onto The Strand. We got out of the car and waited for a bus. We saw it was First Potteries 63146 on a #6 to Hanley. We got on the bus and we booked to Fenton before we sitting down. The bus set off down The Strand. After a brief stop we ran down under the railway bridge onto King Street. We ran down through Fenton and forwards onto City Road past the new Burger King. We turned right into Victoria Road and we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we set off on foot onto City Road. I picked Matthew up and we went to dropp off uncle Dave. We set off onto City Road and we ran through Fenton down to Stoke. We turned left onto the A500 and we ran forwards onto Wheildon Road past the old Board Products factory which is being converted into a new soft play place. We dropped off uncle Dave's and we set off back to Blurton. We set off onto Wheildon Road and past the former Regent pub which is now being set up as an Indian Restaurant. We ran forwards onto Grove Road and we saw green minibus R482 NDM parked up. We turned right onto Blurton Road and we crossed over the A50. We continued through Blurton and we turned right onto Church Street. We turned right onto the A5035 and back to Blurton just after 14:30. We did some of the Blog and we had a Scotch Egg. Later on Matthew had a burger and fries with donner neat washed down with a can of Cherry Coke followed by a cake bar. Later on Matthew had a bath. Later on we had a Twirl each. Matthew settled down for bedtime around 00:00... Mark
