Today Matthew was going back to the residential unit, but not before he had been out for dinner and to get his weekly shopping. Matthew woke up at 08:00 and had his medication. Matthew got up just after 10:00 and had toast and orange juice for breakfast. We got ready and we went out just before 12:00. We set off to Newcastle to pick up our friend. We got in the car and we set off through Blurton and onto the A5035. We continued to Trentham and we turned right onto the A34 and we saw First Potteries 35940 on the #101 to Stafford. We ran through Hanford and we crossed the A500 and we continued through Trent Vale and into Newcastle. We turned right onto Barracks Road. We turned left onto Ryecroft and stopped to pick up our friend. After we picked him up We crossed over Ryecroft we ran forwards onto the A53. We ran around one-way system and onto the A52. We ran up to Hartshill and we ran forwards onto Shelton New Road. We turned right onto Garner Street and we stopped at the food truck. Our old friend Baz was at the food truck today! Matthew had a cumberland ring with bacon and egg washed down with can of Coke. When we had finished Matthew had a hug off Baz and we set of to the shop. We ran along Garner Street to Etruria and we turned left onto the A53. We veered left onto Forge Lane and we ran forwards onto Shelton Boulevard and we turned left onto the Etruria Valley Link Road. We went under the A500 and we turned left onto the retail park and we saw white minibus LV64 ZLN parked up. We did Matthew's weekly shopping and before we went back to the car we saw orange minibus MXZ 5646 parked up.

We set off through the retail park and we turned left onto the A527. We ran to the top of the hill and we turned left to follow the A527 into Newcastle. We turned right onto Ryecroft and we pulled up. We dropped out our friend. Matthew went up to the flat to have a look around. Matthew used the toilet and afterwards had a can of Dr Pepper. Whilst in the flat we saw First Potteries 63179 on a #99 to Chell Heath. When we had finished the drink we went down to the car. We set off onto Ryecroft and we turned right onto Barracks Road and we saw D&G Bus 155 on a #85 to Nantwich. We turned keft onto the Southbound A34 we ran down to Trent Vale and under the A500 into Hanford. We ran into Trentham and at the roundabout we turned left onto the A5035. We ran into Blurton and we got back to home just before 14:00. Matthew had a piece of chocolate cake and a can of Dr Pepper. We wrote some Blog and afterwards Matthew returned to the residential unit. We got in the car and we set off through Burton and we ran along Beaconsfield Drive where we saw blue minibus SB72 OYJ parked up. We turned left onto Church Street and left onto Blurton Road. We went through the traffic lights onto Heron Steeet. We carried on forwards onto Station Bridge Road and we turned left onto Christchurch Street and we turned left onto Masterson Street and we saw Stafford & District Community Link OW73 RYR. We turned right onto Watkin Street and we continued onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. We went upstairs to his room and we also watched buses out of the window and we saw Afford rent-a-car HT73 SSU.

For a late tea Matthew had chicken and rice with naan bread followed by angel cake and custard and washed it down with a can of Irn Bru. Later on we went downstairs and we set off onto Temple Street. We turned left onto Smithpool Road. We crossed over the railway line and we walked down to the entrance of the park. Once we had finished in the park we walked back along Grove Road. We crossed over the Whieldon Road and we saw it was Travel Express YJ69 EHG. We got on the bus and we set off onto Whieldon Road and we turned left onto Smithpool Road. We turned right onto City Road and we ran up onto King Street and we went forwards onto King Street. We ran through Foley and we under the railway line into Longton. The bus stopped on Market Street and we turned left onto Anchor Road. We turned right onto Sutherland Road and we stopped at the pub. Matthew had a glass of Coke. When we had finished we returned to Fenton in Travel Express YJ69 EHG. We set off onto along Sutherland Road and left onto Anchor Road. We turned right onto Market Street and left onto The Strand and we ran under the railway line onto King Street. We ran through Foley into Fenton and forwards onto City Road and left onto Smithpool Road and left onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. We went upstairs and Matthew chilled out in his room. He watched television and used his computer. Matthew had a bath and then had toast for supper. He then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Mark.

Today we ended up going to Derby. We had planned to go to Widnes, but this did not work out. I had done no reserch for the trip other than to check the weather, Which was for light rain, getting progressively worse towards teatime. Matthew got up around 10:00 and had toast for breakfast. Mum got home just before 11:00 and we got ready and set lff just before 12:00. Matthew got in the car and mum gave hima small chocolate cake. We set off through Blurton and onto Beaconsfield Drive. We turned left onto Church Road and at the roundabout we veered left onto Blurton Road. We continued through Blurton and into Heron Cross and over the A50. At Heron Cross lights we turned left onto Grove Road. We ran forwards onto Wheildon Road and we picked up uncle Dave. After picking up uncle Dave we continued down Wheildon Road. We were struggling to get onto the Northbound A500. Dave said that there had been an accident and that the M6 was slow from junction 18 all the way back to junction 15. We decided to go in another direction. We suggested to Matthew that we go to Derby and he said yes. We turned rihght onto City Road and we joined the Southbound A500. At sideway we joined the Eastbound A50. We continued Eastwards and we ran through Meir. We reached the Blythe Bridge by-pass and we continued along the A50 Eastwards. As we travlled Eastwards we saw Spacebus WSU 812, Ambulance coach J100 STB, Sharpes 7 JXO and another unidentified Sharpes coach. We headed up the hill over the river Dove. We had already decided that we were going to have diner at The Saltbox Cafe, so we came off the A50 and joined the Eastbound A511. We continued the 2 miles or so to junction before we stopped at the cafe. Once at the cafe Matthew used the toilet. For dinner Matthew had a breakfast and washed down with a bottle of Cherry Coke. Whilst we ate we saw Rotala Diamond 31418 on a #401 to Uttoxeter and Trent Barton 704, 715 and 740 on a Villager services. Once we had finished we turned right onto Derby Road and we ran through Halton and under the A50 before joining the Northbound A516. We joined the A38 briefly before veering left and following the A516 into the town centre. We joined the A601 and we ran clockwisw around the town before turning right onto The Cock Pitt. The car park that we usually use was closed, so we ran through the bus station and we turned right onto Morledge. We pulled up in a loading space and we said goodbye to mum. We walked back along Morledge towards the bus station. On the way we saw Hawkes Coaches YJ51 RCU on a Pride Park Shuttle.

We went into the bus station which is currently partially closed to support the work being done in Morledge. We stood at the end of the bus station and we took a few pictures. We saw Arriva Midlands 3566 on a #20 to Chaddesden.

Behind us on Morledge we saw Glovers AIG 8385 go past on it's way to Pride Park. We walked through the bus station to the other end and we took a few more pictures. We came back through the bus station and Matthew stopped at the Skylink stand. As we arrived we saw a bus come on stand. We saw it was Kinchbus 157 on a Skylink service to Leicester.

We got on the bus and we booked a ZigZag Duo Plus ticket at £16.50 before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off out of the bus station and onto Morledge. We crossed over the ring road onto Siddals Road. At the end we turned right onto Station Terrace. We stopped at the bus terminal outside the railway station and we turned right onto Midland Road. At the end we turned left onto London Road and we ran South on into Alvaston. We turned right into Shardlow Road. We crossed the Thulston Roundabout onto the B5010. We ran into Thulston and we turned into Shardlow where we saw Kinchbus 151 on a Skylink service to Derby. We travelled through Cavendish Bridge. At the roundabout we turned right into Sawley Jct and we turned into Trent Lane. We turned into Castle Donington and we turned left onto Station Road where we saw Kinchbus 153 on a Skylink service to Derby. We joined into High Street we entered bus Station and into High Street and into Hill Top where we saw Kinchbus 156 on a Skylink service to Derby. We turned left onto the A453 and we went around East Midlands railway station where we saw Kinchbus 152 on a Skylink service to Derby. We turned right into Ambassador Road and we turned right into Viscount Road and we entered the Coach Park where we saw Rotala Diamond East Midlands 30996 on a #9 to Burton. We turned left into Beverley Road and Hunter Road. We turned left onto the A453 and we entered EM Gateway Interchange. We continued into into Kegworth and after a brief stop in Kegworth town centre along Kegworth Bypass. We ran up the hill and into Hathern and we ran down the hill into Loughborough and we joined Derby Road and at the top of the Road we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus Matthew got a picture of Kinchbus 157 before it continued to Leicester.

We walked to the traffic lights to cross over the road. As we approached the lights we saw Confidence 15 turned the corner onto the Southbound A6 which doing a shuttle in relation to the bus rally at Quorn.

We crossed over the A6 and we walked Northwards around the town. By the bus stop we walked up the steps and we visited Tesco. Matthew went to the toilet and afterwards we got a meal deal which included a scotch egg and a bottle of Coke. We paid for the food and drink and we headed back to the bus stop to wait for another bus. A short time later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was Kinchbus 832 on a #12 to Thorpe Acre.

We got on the bus and we placed the ZigZag Duo Plus ticket under the scanner before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off up the A6 and we veered left to follow the road. We crossed the canal and turned right to follow the A6. We ran North Westwards for around a mile and we turned left onto Warwick Way. We turned right onto Barsby Drive and we ran forwards onto Braddon Road. We turned right onto Warwick Way and at the roundabout Maxwell Drive where we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus Matthew took another pictore of Kinchbus 832 at it continued back towards Loughborough.

Once off the bus we went to look for a stop to catch the #11 back to town. I had looked at this area on a Kinchbus newtwwork map and I was under the impression that there was a stop for the #11 areound the corner to the left. I did not appreciate the scale of the map. We set off along Maxwell Drive past Morrisons and The Maxwells pub before crossing over the Black Brook. As we approached the roundabout we saw preserved Crosville TFM 267K presumably linked to the bus rally at Quorn. We turned left onto Warwick Way and we turned left onto Braddon Road. When we got to the bus stop we had less than 5 minutes to wait. A short time later we saw the bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was Kinchbus 832 on a #11 service.

We got on the bus and we placed the ZigZag Duo Plus ticket under the scanner before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set offlong Braddon Road and we ran around the loop of the housing estat before continuing on to Barsby Drive. We turned left onto Warwick Way and we ran past McDonalds before turning right onto the A6. We headed inti town and we ran forwards onto The Rushes where we got up and got off the bus. Matthew took another picture of Kinchbus 830 before it continued towards Shelthorpe

We cut through Clay Pipe Jitty and we went forwards Biggin Street. We turned left onto the A6 and we walked to the stop near to Tesco. Whilst we waited we saw Arriva Midlands 4760 to Leicester.

A short time later we saw our bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was Kinchbus 150 on a Skylink to Derby

We walked through the bus station and e turned left onto Morledge. We walked to where we were dropped off and we waited for mum to appear. When she turned up we got in the car and Matthew had a can of Irn Bru. We set off along Morledge and we did a u-turn at the roundabout. We turned left onto the ring road and we ran anti-clockwise around town. We turned right onto the A516 and we ran out of town. We ran forwards onto the B5020. We crossed over the A38 and we ran into Mickleover. We stopped in the car park near to the chippy and I went to get food. Matthew had sausage chips and gravy. When I had finished eating we re-joined the B5020 and we headed onto the Westbound A516. We ran to the North of Burnaston and Etwall and we joined the Eastbound A50. On the A50. We continued past Blythe Bridge bypass and through Meir. We came off the A50 at Heron Cross. We turned right onto Blurton Road and left onto Grove Road. We continued onto Whieldon Road and we dropped off uncle Dave. Matthew went in as he was desperate for the toilet. Matthew also helped uncle Rob finish off some Irn Bru. He also updated uncle Dave's calendar with the details of today's trip. We said goodbye to uncle Dave and we set off back to Blurton. We set off onto Wheildon Road and past the former Regent pub which is now being set up as an Indian Restaurant. We ran forwards onto Grove Road and we saw green minibus R482 NDM parked up. We turned right onto Blurton Road and we crossed over the A50. We continued through Blurton and we turned right onto Church Street. We turned right onto the A5035 and back to Blurton around 20:00. Matthew chilled out on his computer and we did some of the Blog. We also wrote a few emails and generally used the computer to entertain ourselves. We watched TV and Matthew got ready for bed. Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going Stafford on the bus. The weather for today was cool and sunny. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast for breakfast. before Matthew went to the day centre he watched buses out of the window. whilst waiting for the time to go to the day centre, we saw Temple Street Church RX18 GZW. Later on we went downstairs and we set off onto City Road. We continued to the stop outside the flats and we waited for a bus to Newcastle. A few minutes later the bus appeared and it was First Potteries 67155 on a #23 to Hanley.

We got on the bus and place the First Potteries Newtwork Day tickets under the scanner before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off down City Road and we joined the A52 to go under the railway line and over the A500. We continued onto Church Street and into the centre of Stoke. After a brief stop we continued around the one-way system onto Elenora Street and right onto Copeland street. We turned left onto Glebe Street and we went under the railway line before turning left onto Station Road. We went past the railway station ans we turned right onto College Road. After running the hill through Shelton we continued onto Cleveland Road and forwards onto Regent Road. We turned left onto Lower Bethesda Street and we crossed over the ring road onto Bethesda Street. We turned right onto John Street and once in the bus station we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we waited for a bus to Trentham. A short time later we saw First Potteries 65032 on a #7A to Biddulph. As it got closer we saw that it was First Potteries 65036 on a #101 to Stafford.

We got on the bus and place the First Potteries Newtwork Day tickets under the scanner before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off through the bus station. and onto John Street. We turned right onto Bethesda Street and left onto Broad Street. We ran down the hill and over the ring road onto Snow Hill Before we turned right onto Shelton New Road. We ran down through Etruria an up into Hartshill before joining the A52. We ran into Newcastle down George Street. We joined the one way system and we turned left on the roundabout onto Barracks Road. As we got to the bus station in Newcastle we saw required First Potteries 67179 on a #22 to Longton. bus station onto Barracks Road. We ran Southwards onto the A34 and we ran down through Trent Vale and into Hanford. We continued down through to Trentham and then we got onto the fast section of the A34. We ran through Tittensor to Darlaston past the Darlaston Inn which closed. We continued down the A34 to the North end of Stone. We Veered left onto Newcastle Road and we ran into Stone town centre. After going around the one-way system and onto Stafford Road. We crossed over the A34 onto Eccleshall Road. We turned left onto Tilling Drive and we ran onto the industrial estate. We rejoined the A34 at the roundabout where the A51 goes Eastwards and we ran Southwards through the fast section on the A34 to the A513 roundabout. We ran the last couple of miles into town down the A34 onto Foregate Street and we turned right onto Chell Road. We crossed the roundabout onto Tenterbanks and we turned right onto Victoria Road. We turned left onto Station Road and we got up and got off the bus. We continued to the park and and Matthew decided he wanted to go to the toilet. Once out of the staion we walked to the pavillion and we brought a sausage bap and a bottle of Coke. Matthew ate his sausage bap a can of Coke. When we had finished eating we went back past St Mary's into the town centre We walked over market Square onto Gaolgate Street. At the top we turned right and we stopped at the bus station. In the bus station we saw Select Bus 32 on a #9 to Highfields. We waited for a bus back towards Newcastle. A short time later we saw First Potteries 35944 on a #101 to Hanley. We got on the bus and we flashed The Knot ticket to the driver before. We left the bus station onto the A34 and we ran Northwards to the edge of town. We continued up the fast section of the A34 to the edge of Stone and then we turned left onto the industrial estate. We ran around the estate and onto Tiling Drive. We turned right onto Eccleshall Road and we crossed the A34 onto Stafford Road. We turned left onto Crown Street and we stopped at the main stop in Stone. We ran North up Newcastle Road and we re-joined the Northbound A34. We ran Morth through Meaford and Tittensor and up into Trentham. We continued North through Hanford and Trent Vale and we past the City General hospital before going into Newcastle. We turned right onto Barracks Road and we entered the bus station we saw First Potteries 65033 on a #11 to Hanley. We continued along onto Barracks Road and we crossed the roundabout onto the A53 and we went onto the one-way system on the A52. We veered left onto George Street and at the roundabout we went onto Shelton New Road. We crossed over the A500 and we ran up to Snow Hill. We ran up Broad Street and we turned right onto the anti-clockwise ring road. We turned left onto Bethesda Street and right onto John Street. We climbed the hill and up into the bus station. We got up and got off the bus. We waited for a bus to Uttoxeter and a short while later the bus appeared and it was First Potteries 63099 on a #6A to Blythe Bridge.

We set off out of the bus station onto John Street and we turned left onto Bethesda Street. We turned left onto the ring road and we turned right onto Lichfield Street and we ran down the hill to Joiners Square. We crossed the roundabout onto Victoria Road. We continued onto City Road and forwards onto King street. We ran through Foley and under the railway line into Longton town centre. The bus stopped on Market Street and then we continued onto Uttoxeter Road. We ran through Normacot and then we joined the A50. We ran fast up to Meir and then we came off the A50 onto Broadway. At the roundabout we turned right onto the A520 and we headed up the hill to Rough Close and we turned left onto Grindley Lane. We turned left onto Whitestone Road and then left onto Lysander Road. We ran around the Meir Park and we crossed over the A50 onto the A521. We ran into Blythe Bridge and we crossed over the railway line. We continued into the town centre and we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we set off on foot towards foot onto the A521 and and down the hill to Draycott and Tean down the A522 and Matthew went to the public and used the toilet. We returned onto the A522 we waited for a Kingfisher towards Uttoxetter. The bus appeared and it was D&G Bus 21 on a #32X to Uttoxeter. We got on the bus and we put the First Network Day ticket under the scanner before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off out of tean and we ran Eastwards along the A522 through Checkley We crossed over the A50 and we ran the last mile or so into town past the biscuit factory. In the centre of town we followed the A522 to the left and we turned into the bus station where we got up and got off the bus. Once in Uttoxeter we waited for a Swift service to Derby. A short time kater Trent Barton 736 appeared on a Swift service to Derby. We got on the bus and we booked our a Zig-Zag duo ticket at £11 before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off out of town and past the bakery before forking right and crossing the A50 by MacDonalds. We headed out of town towards Rocester and we turned into town. We came out of the other side of Rocester and then we headed into the B5030. We turned right onto Ashbourne Road. We turned right onto the B5030. We turned left onto the B5031. We turned left onto College Road. We turned right onto Alton Road. We turned right onto Alton Road. We turned right onto the B5032. We ran up the hill and into Quixhill. We ran up the hill and into Ellastone. We ran up the hill and into Mayfield. We turned right onto the A52. We ran Northwards up the A515 through Ashbourne. We turned left onto the A515. we turned left into King Edward Street. we turned left into Station Road. We turned left onto the A515. We turned right onto Derby Road. We turned right onto Springfield Ave. We turned right onto Old Derby Road. We turned left onto Wyaston Road. We turned left onto Willow Meadow Road. We turned right onto Old Derby Road. We turned right onto Derby Road. We turned left onto the A52. we ran into Commonside. We turned into Brailsford Green. We turned into Kirk Langley. We turned into Markeaton. We turned onto the A52. As we went along Friar Gate. We ran up the hill and into Derby. We turned left into Cheapside. We turned left into Bold Lane. We continued onto Jury Street and forwards onto Cathedral Road. We crossed over onto Full Street. We turned the roundabout into Morledge and into the bus station where we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus Matthew went to the toilet. We had a look around the bus station. The plan was to get straight on the Skylink to Alvaston so we crossed over and we saw required Kinchbus 739 on the Skylink service to Leicester. We got on the bus and we booked our tickets before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off out of the bus station and onto Morledge. We crossed over the ring road onto Siddals Road. It was Kinchbus 155 on the Skylink service to Leicester. We got on the bus and we booked our tickets before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off along the Northbound A6. We ran around 2 miles into Derby and we turned right into Midland Road. After stopping outside the railway station we continued North up railway Terrace and we turned left onto Siddals Road. We crossed The Cock Pitt and we ran under the bridge before turning right into the bus station. Once we got off the bus station we walked up to the end of the bus station. We knew that we saw required Kinchbus 104 on the Skylink service to Leicester. A short time later a bus appeared and it was Trent Barton 846 on a #6.3 to Ripley. We got on the bus and we flashed the Zig-zag group ticket to the driver for the final time today before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off out of the bus station onto the A601 and we crossed over the Derwnt and onto King Street. We joined the Northbound A6 and we ran for through Darley Abbey. We crossed over the A38 and we continued up the A6 into Duffield. We crossed over the railway line and we ran Northwards into Milford. We crossed back over the railway line and we ran into Belper. The was a 'Save our NHS' protest outyside the Babington hospital. At the roundabout we turned right onto the A609 and then we turned left onto Campbell Street. We turned right into King Street and we got up and got off the bus. Once of the bus we walked up King Street past the old RBS bank which has now closed. In the end mum ran out time on the car park so she came to pick us up outside the bus station. We got in the car and Matthew had a Greggs sausage roll and a can of Irn Bru. We set off onto A6. We continued the Cromford and into Matlock Bath. We accidentally turned into Matlock. We turned right onto Snitterton Road and the A615 lane before stopping at the chip shop at the top of Bierley Lane. We stopped to get chips and Matthew had a jumbo sausage and chips. After we had eaten we set off down the A615 and we turned right onto Snitterton Road and we joined the Northbound A6 and we continued Northwards through Darley Dale and Rowsley. We continued Northwards for the last 3 miles or so into Bakewell and we continued west along the B5055 through Moneyash. We crossed the A515 and we continued through Longnor and onto the A53 at Winkhill. We ran South through Blackshaw Moor. We entered the east end of Leek and ee turned left onto Springfield Road. We turned right onto the A523 and we ran into the centre of Leek. We got back onto the A53 briefly, before we turned into Compton and onto the A520. We ran down through Cheddleton and Wetley Rocks and Cellaread to Meir. We joined the Westbound A50 at Heron Cross. We turned right onto Blurton Road and left onto Grove Road. We continued onto Whieldon Road and we dropped off uncle Dave. Matthew went in as he was desperate for the toilet. He also updated uncle Dave's calendar with the details of today's trip. We said goodbye to uncle Dave and we set off back to Blurton. We set off onto Wheildon Road and past the former Regent pub which is now up for sale. We turned onto Smithpool Road. We turned right onto Temple Street the Queen Elizabeth II Court. We continued back to the residential unit. Matthew went upstairs to his room to chill out and watch buses out of the window. He also ate the a can of Irn Bru and a golden crunch creams. Later on Matthew had a bath and then had toast for supper. He then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Mark.

Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going to stay fairly local. In light of the weather forecast it was perhaps a good idea. We didn't do any research for the trip other than to check the weather. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast for breakfast. before Matthew went to the day centre he watched buses out of the window. whilst waiting for the time to go to the day centre, we saw D&G Bus 111 on a #1A to Meir.

Later on we went downstairs and we set off onto Temple Street. In the distance we saw Temple Street church minibus RX18 GZW. We carried on along Temple Street and we turned left onto Christchurch Street. The bus appeared and it was First Potteries 67152 on a #23 to Hanley. We got on the bus and we booked to Stoke before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off along Christchurch Street. We turned left onto City Road. down under the railway line and into Stoke. We got up and got off the bus and we went around the corner into Church Street to Stoke Cafe. Uncle Dave escorted Matthew downstairs to the toilet and I ordered the food. Matthew had a breakfast washed down with a can of Coke. After we had finished eating we walked down Church Street. A few minutes later we saw the bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 63177 on a #25 to Hanley. We got on the bus and we flashed the Network Day ticket to the driver before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off along Church Street over the A500 and under the railway line. We followed the A52 to the left and we ran alongside the railway and onto Station Road. We went past the railway station ans we turned right onto College Road. After running the hill through Shelton we continued onto Cleveland Road and forwards onto Regent Road. We turned left onto Lower Bethesda Street and we crossed over the ring road onto Bethesda Street. We turned right onto John Street and we saw First Potteries 69155 on a #7A to Biddulph. We entered the bus station and we got up and got off the bus. We walked down to the stand for the Crewe bus and we waited for the next one. A few minutes later the bus appeared and it was First Potteries 65727 on a #3 to Crewe. We got on the bus and we flashed the First Day ticket to the driver before we sat down near to the back of the bus. We set off out of the bus station and onto John Street. We turned right onto Bethesda Street and we went straight across onto Marsh Street. We turned right up onto Trinity Street and we went past the former RBS now a new shop. We turned left onto Stafford Street. After picking up more passenger outside of Debenhams we followed the road around to the left and then back onto marsh Street. At the roundabout we went straight on onto Waterloo Road and we ran up the hill into Cobridge. We continued into Burslem and through the traffic lights onto Scotia Road. We went past the old Burslem PMT garage and we followed the road around to the left onto Williamson Street. At the corner we turned right onto Tunstall High Street We saw First Potteries 63034 on a #3 to Hanley. and we continued North onto the A50. We ran through Goldenhill and down the bank into Kidsgrove. We ran under the railway line and we past Lidl. We into Cheshire and we crossed over the A34. We continued into Church Lawton and then into Alsager. We continued Westwards along the B5077 under the M6 and into Radway Green. We followed the road to the right up Slaughter hill and we continued straight up into Haslington. We turned left onto Crewe Road and we re-joined the B5077 towards Crewe Green. We crossed over the roundabout onto the Westbound A534 and we ran towards Crewe railway station. We past the railway station where we saw an unidentified Majestic coach. We continued for around 1/2 mile before turning right into Edlestone Road. We ran into town crossing over the railway line and forwards onto Chester Bridge. We followed the road around onto Delamere Street and we turned right into the bus station where we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we saw Arriva NW&W 2934 on a #31 to Northwich. We decided to have a quick walk around town for a break from buses. We set off around the corner onto Charles Street and right onto Victoria Street past the former Wetherspoons pub which closed down as part of the new bus station development that will be starting soon. We turned right onto Market Street and left onto Earle Street. We walked past the market which is under renovation, and we stopped at the pub on the end of the road. Matthew went to the toilet and afterwards we had a glass of Coke. Whilst we gad our drink we asked Matthew hwere he wanted to go next. He wanted to go to Congleton so we looked at the time of the next bus. there was a departure in just less than 20 minutes so we finished our drinks and walked back to the bus station. We set off down Prince Albert Street and we turned right onto Crewe Street. We followed the street to the left onto and we turned right onto Moss Square. We re-joined Prince Albert Street and we turned left onto Chester Street and we turned right onto Market Street. We turned left onto Delamere Street and we entered the bus station from the Southern End. We walked into the main station and we saw Arriva NW&W 4406 on a #31 to Northwich. We saw a few buses parked up on layover. Opposite was Arriva NW&W 2931 parked up. After a short while we saw Arriva NW&W 2933 on a #38 to Macclesfield. We got on the bus and we booked Arriva NW&W Day Savers at £5.50 each before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off out of the bus station and we turned left onto Delamere Street. We followed the road around to the right onto Chester Bridge past the site of the up and coming Little Dessert Shop. We crossed the railway line and onto Edleston Road. At the end of the long straight road we turned left onto the A534 and we ran past the railway station ans past B&Q. We traveled Eastwards along Crewe Road. We went through Haslington and Winterley and further North through Wheelock Heath. We crossed the A534 and we ran through Wheelock. We ran over the canal and into Sandbach town center past Sandbach School. When we got to the Common onto Congleton Road. We joined the A534 and past the site of the new development by the M6. We continued along the A534 and we crossed over the M6 and into Arclid. We carried on through Medhurst Green and we crossed over the Wall Hill roundabouts. On the edge of Congleton we joined the A34 and we ran East along the road for a short while before going onto West Street. We turned left onto Antrobus Street and turned left Mill Street. We turned right onto Mountbatten Way and We turned right into Market Street, past the Bear Grills cafe and into the bus station. We got off the bus. We walked up to the top end of the bus station and Matthew visited the toilet. Afterwards we continued up Market Street and we turned right on to Bridge Street and we turned right onto Mill Street. We turned left onto the A54 and we turned left onto the A34. We turned right onto Barn Road psat the former Congleton Household Waste which is new a Costa Coffee. We ran forwards onto Viking Way past the site of the new homes, supermarket, local centre, offices, and light industrial development. We walked back up Viking Way and forwards onto Barn Road. We turned left onto the A34 and we turned right onto the A54. We turned right into Market Street and into the bus station and we waited for a bus towards Holmes Chapel. After a short while we saw D&G Bus 36 on a #42 to Crewe. We got on and we booked singles at £1.50 each before we sat down towards the back of the bus. When it was time we set off up Market Street and we ran down the hill onto Mountbatten Way. We turned left onto Mill Street and we climbed the hill, turning right onto West Street. At the roundabout we went straight onto the A34 and up West Heath. we went straight ahead onto the A54. We turned right onto Cumberland Road and we turned left onto Longdown Road. We turned left onto Delamere Road. We turned right onto the A54. We through Somerford. We traveled through through Brereton Heath. We up through Davenport and we ran down through Sandlow Green and we turned right onto Manor Lane. We turned left onto the A535. We ran down the hill into Holmes Chapel. We turned left onto the A50 and we got up and got off the Once off the bus we set off on foot up the A50. Once off the bus we walked through town back towards the centre. We had spotted a co-operative food store on the way past so we walked. Matthew had a a can of Coke and a couple of chocolate bars. We crossed over the road and we headed to the bus stop. We waited for a bus back towards Congleton. A short time later we saw D&G Bus 155 on a #42 to Congleton. we got on and we booked singles before we sat down towards the back of the bus. When it was time we set off up the A50. We turned right onto the A535 and turned right onto Manor Lane. At the roundabout we turned left onto the A54. We ran through Sandlow Green and we continued up to Davenport. We crossed over the A536 and we continued North through Somerford. We ran through West Heath. We turned left onto Delamere Road and we turned left onto Longdown Road. We turned right onto Cumberland Road. We turned left onto the A54. On the edge of Congleton we joined the A34 and we ran East along the road for a short while before going onto West Street. We turned left onto Antrobus Street and turned left Mill Street. After a short while we saw D&G Bus 127 on a #42 to Crewe. We got on and we booked singles for the final time today each before we sat down towards the back of the bus. When it was time we set off up Market Street and we ran down the hill onto Mountbatten Way. We turned left onto Mill Street and we climbed the hill, turning right onto West Street. At the roundabout we went straight onto the A34 and up West Heath. we went straight ahead onto the A54. We turned right onto Cumberland Road and we turned left onto Longdown Road. We turned left onto Delamere Road. We turned right onto the A54. We through Somerford. We traveled through through Brereton Heath. We up through Davenport and we ran down through Sandlow Green and we turned right onto Manor Lane. We turned left onto the A535. We ran down the hill into Holmes Chapel. We set off along the A50 and we ran into Brereton Green and down towards Brereton. We continued down through Arclid. We ran through Fourlanes End and into Rode Heath. We continued over the A5011 and into Staffordshire and we ran under the railway line into Talke. We ran forwards onto the A34. At the next roundabout we turned left onto the A500 at Sideway and we got onto the Eastbound A50. We came off at Longton and we went to Z Carz to see what was there this evening. There was nothing on the spare ground so we turned left into Willow Row. In the yard was Z Carz Ford minibus LG09 WPE. We went West along the A50 at Heron Cross and we turned right onto Blurton Road. We ran through Heron Cross onto Heron Street and we followed the road around onto Station Bridge Road. We turned left onto Christchurch street and left again onto Masterson Street. We turned right onto Watkin Street and right onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. For a late tea Matthew had a chicken burger from KFC. He also had some fries and a cup of Coke. Matthew used his computer and watched music videos on the television. Later on Matthew had a bath and then had toast for supper. He then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Mark.

Today we decided to re-visit Warrington. We asked Matthew where he wanted to go within around 50 miles and Matthew chose to go to Warrington. Matthew did his own research, visiting the Network Warrington website and downloading the map and sending to a phone by e-mail. We also checked the price of a day ticket. And we looked to see what Fairbrothers had in their current fleet. We checked the weather and it was for warm weather with sunny intervals with the chnace of an odd shower. Matthew got up around 09:30 and had toast and orange juice for breakfast. We set off just before 12:00 onto the A5035 and we saw Stanton's of Stoke minibus NXJ 321 in a layby. We turned right onto Stanley Matthews Way and at the end we joined the Westbound A50. When we got to Sideway we joined the Northbound A500 which was very busy. There had been an accident on the Northbound M6 and traffic had diverted onto the A500. We needed petrol so we headed up the Wolstanton to go to the petrol statipon at Adsa. On the way to the petrol station we saw Glovers AIG 7450 & Club Travel CT04 BUS. We came off the A500 and we ran up to the petrol station. After filling up we returned to the Northbound A500. We came to a stand about 1 1.2 mils South of the M6. It took us around 20 minutes to get to the motorway. As we queues we saw Intercity OU59 EFH, Stanton's of Stoke TPY 245, Rosevile EJ61 VGZ, Edwards BX65 WCZ (#375), Yourbus 4028 (#550), Park's of Hamilton BV67 JYW( #570), Ausden Clark CRZ 6381, Selwyn's BX16 CKA(#323), Bruce's Coaches FN63 PWK(#532), Travel De Courcey FJ13 EAK, blue minibus BV67 KVW & white minibus GN60 EFZ. Eventually we got onto the Northbound M6 and it was busy but mving Well. As we travelled up to Junction 20A we saw an unidentified Weardale coach, Park's of Hamilton HSK 656(#540) & D Hurst N12 RFL. We came off the M6 onto the Northbound A50. As we travelled into town we saw Roseville BG07 XCN. After we crossed over the ship canal we turned left onto Station Road. We followed the road around onto Wash Lane and we joined the Westbound A5061. As we travelled through Latchford we noticed large crowds of people. We had decided to come to Warrintgon on the same day as a music festival. We continued into town and at the big roundabout that straddles the river Mersey we went Northwards onto Mersey Street. We turned left onto Midland Way and then we went past the bus station and into the car park for the Golden Square shopping centre. Once we had parked up we made our war through the shopping centre to the bus station. We stopped at the toilets and Matthew used the facilities. We decided to go and have dinner at Wetherspoons so we crossed over Winwick Street onto Scotland Road. As we approached Cockhedge Way we saw Network Warrington 194 on a shuttle service to the music festival.

We continued along the road the pub abd we got a table outside. It was extremely busy as people had come to get drinks before continuing to the festival. Mum placed an order using the Wetherspoons app and we waited outside for the food. Whilst we waited we saw quite a few buses go past. For dinner Matthew had a chicked and beefburger in a bun with fries washed down with a glass of Coke. When we had finished eating we said goodbye to mum and we set off up Scotland Road back to the bus station. We enetered the bus station and we quickly looked for something we could catch. We spotted Network Warrington 89 on #21 Orford circular.

We decided to do this bus so we got on and bought Day tickets at £5.95 each before we sat down towards the rear of the bus. A quick consultation of the buses I travelled on revealed the bus to be dud. We had been on this bus into Leigh on the #19 back in August 2016. The bus set off along the bus station and turned around to head back onto Winwick Street. We went under the railway line past Warrington Central station and we saw Copeland's Tours MIB 293 on Rail Replacement work. At the roundabout we veered right onto Pinners Brow. We crossed over the A49 onto Orford Lane and we followed the road around a right hand bend. We turned left onto Orford Avenue and we followed the road to the right onto Norris Street. We turned left onto Hallifelds Road and we turned rihght onto Smiths Drive. At the roundabout we turned left onto the A50 and right onto Poplars Avenue. We ran the entire length of the Avenue which is about a mile long and we followed the road around a left hand bend onto Cotswold Road. We stopped outside some shops before continuing Southwards. We decided to stay on the bus until we reached the A49. We ran forwards onto Sandy Lane and at the next roundabout we turned right onto Northway. At the end of Northwards we turned right onto the A50 and then left onto the A49. We got up and got off the bus. Matthew took another picture of Network Warrington 89 as it continued back towards Warrington.

Once off the bus we consulted the electronic display which said that the next bus was due in around 3 minutes. Whilst we waited we spotted D Hurst N12 RFL going North towards Winwick.

A few minutes later we saw the bus approaching. It was required Network Warrington 68 on a #19 to Warrington.

We got on the bus and we flashed the day ticket to the driver before we sat down towards back of the bus. The bus was quite full as people were travelling down to the festival. It was quite lively journey as we travlled down thw A49 to the edge of town. We turned left onto PInners Brow and Left onto Winwick Street. Most of the revellers got off by the railway station as that is where one of the shuttles departed from. We ran under the railway line and we turned right into the bus station. We let the bus empty and Matthew took a picture inside Network Warrington 68 before we got off.

Once off the bus we decided to walk around the other side of the bus station to get a few bus pictures. We set off onto Winwick Street and we crossed over. We crossed over Crown Street and we crossed back over Winwick Street under the railway bridge to get to the bus station. We walked along the walkway and we looked at the buses on layover. We saw Network Warrington 207 on layover in between Cat services.

We saw that you could get back into the bus station at the other end by the car park. We entered the bus station and we went to look for something to catch. The was a Cat service about to go so we went over to have look. It was required Network Warrington 201 on a Cat6 service to Grappenhall via Stockton Heath.

We decided to do this bus. We got on and we flashed the day tickets to the driver before we sat down near to the back of the bus. We set off out of the bus station and under the car park. We turnd left onto Leigh Street and right onto Sankey Street. We turned left onto Parker Street and past Warrintgon Bank Quay railway station where we saw Paul's of Stoke Y12 POS on a rail replacement service. We turned right onto Sluchers Lane and left onto Centre park Square. We continued onto a roundabout and forwards onto the A49. We headed Southwards into Stockton Heath and we crossed over the A56. We turned left onto Dingleway and at the end we turned left onto Bridge Lane. We turned left onto Lumb Brook Lane. We turned right onto the A56 and we ran Eastwards. We had a brief stop at a bus stop and we saw that the bus in front was empty so Matthew took a picture inside Network Warrington 201.

We continued Eastwards for a short while and we turned left onto East View. We turned left onto the A50 and at the next stop we got up and got off the bus. We sat at the bus stop and waited for the next cat5 back to Warrington. Whilst we waited we saw Robinsons FN04 JZV on a Holiday trip returning from Tenby.

The bus was running a ltiile late. Whilst we waited Matthew ate a packet of Milky Stars whilst we waited for the bus. The Cat5 appeared running just in front of the following Cay6 service. As it got closer we saw that it was required Network Warrington 206.

We got on the bus and we flashed the day ticket to the driver before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off along the A50 and we ran forwards onto Hunts Lane. We ran forwards onto Ackers Road and we turned right onto the A56. We turned left onto Lumb Brook Road and right onto Bridge lane. We turned right onto Dingleway and at the end we turned right onto the A49. We ran Northwards into Stockon Heath and up to the edge of town. We past the Nework Warrington bus depot and the adjacent coach depot and we ran forwards onto park Boulevard. We crossed over Centre Park Square and we turned right onto Slutchers Lane. We turned right onto Parker Street and we saw D Hurst N12 RFL outside the railway station. We turned right onto Sankey Street and left onto Leigh Street. We turned right and we ran under the car park and into the bus station from the West end. We ran to the roundabout on Winwick Street and we turned around and cam back into the bus station. We got up and got off the bus and Matthew went to the toilet. We saw required Network Warrington 155 on layover and we hoped that it might work, but it was in between runs on the shuttle. It had gone 17:00 so we needed to catch another bus quickly. We walked to the other end of the bus station and we saw required Network Warrington 73 on a #21 to Orford.

We got on the bus and we flashed the ticket to the driver before we sat down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off along the bus station and turned around to head back onto Winwick Street. We went under the railway line past Warrington Central station. At the roundabout we veered right onto Pinners Brow. Once off the bus we decided to visit the Co-operative food store and do some shopping. Matthew had a couple of small bottle of Coke as well as a couple of chocolate bars. We went out to the stop and a few minute later we saw a required bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was Network Warrington 211 on a #21 to Warrington.

We got on the bus and we flashed the ticket to the driver for the final time today before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We ran forwards onto Sandy Lane and at the next roundabout we turned right onto Northway. At the end of Northwards we turned right onto the A50 and then left onto the A49. We continued Southwards to Jubilee Way and we ran down to The Orford Centre. After passing the bus stop we returned to the A49. We turned left onto PInners Brow and Left onto Winwick Street. We ran under the railway line and we turned right into the bus station where we got up and got off the bus. Matthew went to the toilet and we decided to take a few picture before meeting uo with mum. We walked clockwise around the bus station to the layover lane and we saw Network Warrington 195 which had been working on shuttle services earlier in the day.

We crossed over Winwick Street and Crown Street and we turned left onto Scotland Road. We walked towards the pub and we waited on the wall for mum to come and pick us up. Whilst we waited we saw First Manchester 37442 on a #100 to Manchester.

Due to road layout mum was unable to get to us easily, so we ended up walk down Scotland and around the corner onto Buttermarket. We got in the car and mum was waiting with some doghnuts and a can of Irn Bru for Matthew. We set off onto Academy Street and the sat-nav sent us down Bridge Street. This was not a through road for car so we returned onto Friars gate and left onto Barbauld Street. We crossed over the big roundabout and we exited town along the A5061. We past the festiavl site and we continued through Latchford. We crossed over the ship canal and we ran forwards onto the A50. We joined the M6 at Junction 20A and we ran Sluthwards into Staffordshire. Travelling home along the M6 we saw Coastal Coaches BF67 WKG, Copeland's Tours MIB 293, Springfields F13 HOW, Alfa 80 & Rotala Hallmark 11524. We came off the M6 at junction 16 and as we travelled Southwards we saw Ace Travel SF11 HZE parked in the first layby. We ran into Stoke-on-Trent and at Sideway we joined the Eastbound A50. We came off the A50 at Longton and we turned left onto Baths Road. We turned right into tesco and we filled up with petrol. Once we had filled up we ran along the hight level of the A50 and around past the site of the new Lidl. We came off the A50 and we went to check out what was at Z carz this evening. There was nothing on the spare ground so we turned left into Willow Row. The only bus we could see was Z Carz blue minibusn BN61 RWK parked up behind a car.

We went West along the A50 to Heron Cross and we turned left onto Blurton Road. By the BP garage we saw Alfa 64. We continued up to Church Road and we turned right into Beaconsfield Drive and we got back home at 19:30. When we got back for a late tea Matthew had sausage chips and gravy followed by a hortbread snack biscuit. We did an e-mail and we wrote some of the Blog. Matthew went to bed around 02:00.... Mark.
