Today we decided to stay local as Matthew wasn't in the best of health. We checked the weather and it was for cold mainly dry weather with some sunshine. Matthew got up just after 09:30 and had toast and orange juice for breakfast. We decided to go out on the 11:51 departure towards Newcastle. Just before twelve we said goodbye to mum and we walked all the way to the bus stop on Magdalen Road. Just before our bus arrived we saw First Potteries 67631 on a #22 to Longton. Bang on time the bus appeared and it was dud First Potteries 63101 on a #22 to Newcastle.

We got on the bus and booked a Smart Day ticket at £5.30. This ticket is a multi-operator ticket valid throughout the North Staffordshire area. We sat down ear to the back of the bus and the bus set off onto the A5035. We went past the Trentham Hotel we turned right into New Inn Lane where we saw First Potteries 67159 was on the #21A to Hanley. Assuming we didn't hang around too long, we would be on this bus to Stoke. We got up to get off the bus at the man in Space and Matthew took another picture of First Potteries 63101 before it carried on to Newcastle.

Once we got off the bus we waited at the bus stop for a couple of minutes. A couple of minutes later we saw the First Potteries E200 MMC approaching. As expected it was First Potteries 67159 on the #21A to Hanley.

We got on the bus and we placed our Smart Day ticket under the scanner before we sat down towards the back of the bus. The bus travelled through Trentham up New Inn Lane and right into Hanford along Wilson Road. We ran down Mayne Street before joining the Northbound A34. We crossed under the A500 and we saw First Potteries 63172 on the final #22 turn to Longton. We turned onto London Road and as we headed towards Stoke We passed First Potteries 42554 on a #21A to Tretham Hotel. We got off the bus outside of Maplins and Matthew took another picture of this bus.

Once we got off the bus we walked towards The centre of Stoke. We went around the corner into Church Street to Stoke Cafe. Uncle Dave escorted Matthew downstairs to the toilet and I ordered the food. Matthew had a breakfast washed down with a can of Coke. After we had finished eating we walked down Church Street to the Newcastle bus stop. On the way we saw First Potteries 41499 on a #11 to Newcastle.

When we got to the stop we waited for the the next Newcastle bus to appear. Whilst we waited we saw DE&G Bus 157n on a #9 to Biddulph. A few minutes later we saw a Scania approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 65005 on the #25 to Keele.

We got on the bus and we placed our Smart Day ticket under the scanner before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off along Church Street and off up the hill along Hartshill Road. We passed the Noah's Ark pub and Just after the pub we turned left by the Co-operative Food store and we headed to the hospital. We bounced our way through the hospital grounds over the severe speed bumps and we joined the North bound A34. We went around the roundabout at the bottom end of Newcastle and we turned right onto Barracks Road before entering the bus station from the Southern end. Once off the bus we saw D&G bus 142 on layover in between working on the #94 to Congleton.

We walked down to the bottom of the bus station to take a few pictures whilst we waited for a bus towards Tunstall. We saw First Potteries 32081 on a #98 to Ball Green. A few minutes later we saw D&G bus 149 on a #85 to Nantwich.

A few minutes later we saw First Potteries 37158 on a #99 to Chell.

We walked up to the top of the bus station and we waited for the crowds to die down. We got on the bus and we placed our Smart Day ticket under the scanner before we went upstairs. The rear of the top deck was empty so Matthew took a picture inside First Potteries 37158.

We set off out of the bus station and onto Barracks Road. We crossed the Jubilee roundabout onto the A527 and headed through Wolstanton. As we travelled North up the road we passed First Potteries 41502 on a #98 to Newcastle. We turned right onto Porthill Bank and we we went down the hill and over the A500. We passed the site of Funderpark and we went through Middleport and at Trubshaw Cross we went left onto Brownhills Road. We joined Tunstall High Street and at the top of the Road we got up and got off the bus. Matthew took another picture of 37158 before it carried on towards Chell Heath.

We walked a few paces down the High Street and we entered the Tunstall Cafe. Matthew went to the toilet and I ordered his toffee cheesecake and a can of Coke. Once Matthew had finished eating we said goodbye and we crossed the road. We wanted to go back towards either Hanley or Newcastle. We turned down First Potteries 65733 on a #3 to Hanley and we decided to wait for the next Newcastle bus. A few minutes later we saw dud First Potteries 67603 going Northwards to Crewe.

The Enviro300 was followed by dud First Potteries 32647 on a #3 to Butt Lane.

A few minutes later the bus came around the corner and we saw that it was dud First Potteries 37158 again.

We got on the bus and we placed our Smart Day ticket under the scanner before we went upstairs. We ran down the High Street past the new building on the right and forwards onto Brownills Road. We continued down the hill and at Trubshaw Cross we continued down through Middleport into Longport. We crossed over the A500 and we climbed up Porthill Bank. At the top we turned left and we ran through Wolstanton and May Bank. We ran into Newcastle and we crossed the Jubilee roundabout onto Barracks Street. We went into the bus station and we got up and got off the bus. once in the bus station we had a look around to see what we might be able to catch. On Stubbs Street we saw D&G Bus 138 on layover, in between runs on the #94 to Congleton.

We decided that we wuld catch a bus to Hanley next. We saw First Potteries 65035 on a #101 to Hanley which we turned down.

We got on the bus and we placed our Smart Day ticket under the scanner before we sat down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off out of the bus station and onto Barracks Road. We crossed the Jubilee Roundabout and onto the A53. We ran into Basford and over the A500. We ran down into Etruria and over the A500. We continued along the A53 and we turned left onto Forge Lane. We ran out along the Lane and we crossed over the canal before we returned back into Etruria along festival Way. We crossed under the A53 onto Etruria Road. We ran into Hanley and into the bus station. We let the bus empty and Matthew took a picture inside First Potteries 65730.

Matthew went to the toilet and we missed a #7A to Biddulph. We decided to go up to the carpark and take a few pictures. We left the bus station and walked onto Lidice Way. We crossed lover John Street and we saw First Potteries 67632 on a #3 to Crewe.

We went into the mulit-storey car park and we took a few pictures. We saw First Potteries 67636 on a #4 to Audley.

We came out of the car park to head back to the bus station. On the way we saw First Potteries 67640 on a #7 to Kidsgrove.

We went into the bus station and we visited the Spar shop. Matthew had a can of Coke as well as a couple of chocltae bars. Once we had paid for the thing we went to the stand to see First POtteries Dart 43877 arrive on the #7A to Biddulph.

We got on the bus and we placed our Smart Day ticket under the scanner before we sat down towards the back of the bus. The bus waited for time before setting off out of the bus station. We went down John Street and onto Bethesda Street before we went across onto Marsh Street and then we turned right into Trinity Street. We turned left into Stafford Street and we continued forwards to Quadrant Road and we left Hanley along Town Road. We travelled through Sneyd Green and over Smallthorne roundabouts to Chell. At the roundabout we turned right and we ran down the A527 through Brindley Ford. We turned left to run through Brown Lees. We crossed over the A527 at Knypersley and we ran around through the housing estates of Biddulph before running into town via St John's Road, Colliers Way and up Wharf Road to the bus station where we got up and got off the bus. Matthew took another picture of First Potteries 43877 before it carried on back to Hanley.

We went to the toilet and once we had finished there we headed up wharf Street to the High Street. In the High Street we saw Biddulph Taxi's DS65 TUY. We headed to the Kebab shop and we picked up a couple of portions of fries. We walked back to the bus stops and as we turned the corner we saw D&G Bus 158 on a #9 to Hanley.

We sat down and we ate the fries. Matthew washed them down with a can of Vimto. We just about finished and we saw First Potteries 67658 on a #7A to Hanley.

We got on the bus and we placed our Smart Day ticket under the scanner before we sat down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off onto High Street and we turned left at the roundabout onto St John's Road. We ran around the estate and we crossed over the A527 at Knypersley We ran through Brown Lees via the diversion route and we rejoined the A527 by the industrial estate. We ran down through Brindley Ford and to Fegg Hayes. We ran up the hill to Chell and we turned left onto High Lane. We ran back through Smallthorne & Sneyd Green into Hanley. When we got back to Hanley we got up and got off the bus. We walked down to the bottom end of the bus station and we saw First Potteries 66964 on a #25 to Keele which we decided to do.

We got on the bus and we placed our Smart Day ticket under the scanner for the final time today before we sat down towards the back of the bus. When it was time we set off out of the bus station onto john Street and left onto Bethesda Street. We crossed over the ring road and we ran down through Shelton along Regent Road and College Road. We passed the railway station and we continued forwards onto the A52. We followed the road to the right under the railway line and we saw an unidentified Robin Hood coach. We crossed over the A500 entering Stoke town centre. We continued along Church Street onto Hartshill Road and into the centre of Hartshill. We turned left into the Avenue and left again onto Hilton Road before turning right into the City General Hospital. Once through the hospital we turned right onto the A34 and we ran into Newcastle. We crossed the roundabout and we ran up Barracks Road and into the bus station from the South end. Once we got ot the bus station we got up and got off the bus. In the bus station we saw D&G 113 on a #1A to Park Site.

We stopped at the toilet and afterwards we crossed over Barracks Road onto Hassell Street where mum was waiting. We got in the car and Matthew had a bottle of Irn Bru. After a short while she appeared and we got in the car. We went around the outside of Newcastle and we stopped at the Dancing Octopus for chips. We drove back down the A34. We continued South Through Trent Vale and Hanford and we joined the Northbiuond A500. We came off the A500 at Sideway and we joined the Eastbound A50. At LOngton we came off the A50 to check out what was at Z Carz this evening. There was nothing on the spare ground and we turned left into Willow Row and we saw Z Carz minibus YJ61 GYZ.

We returned onto the A50 and We ran Westwards and we came off at Heron Cross. We turned left onto Blurton Road and we ran through Blurton before turning right onto Church Road. We turned right onto Beaconsfield Drive. We turned left onto Finstock Avenue and we stopped at the Co-operative food to pick up some things. We continued down Finstock Avenue and we got home around 19:00. For a late tea we had bangers and mash with carrots followed by a piec of cheesecake. Matthew chilled out on his computer and we did some more of the Blog and out our bus pictures online. Matthew went to bed around 01:00... Mark.

Trip to Festival Park / Stoke 09-02-2018

Today Matthew was in residential and he was going to his day service. Matthew was also going bowling today. Matthew ws also going out later on after going to the Day Centre. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast and orange juice for breakfast. Whilst waiting to go to the day service we saw Jayjays Travel PO58 XFX going towards Heron Cross.

When it was time to go out Matthew walked to the day centre. We set off onto Christchurch Street and to the day centre. In the morning Matthew went bowling in Festival Park we saw Shelton Care Group DY08 FFX.

We set off on foot onto Glebedale Road and we turned right onto City Road. After crossing over we walked around the corner onto Victoria Place. Whilst at the stop we saw First Potteries 67650 on a #6 to Hanley. We got on the bus and we booked to Hanley before we sat down. We set off down Victoria Road and we crossed over the A52 at Joiners Square. we saw Stoke-on-Trent city council welfare bus LK17 DVV. We ran up Lichfield Street and we crossed over the ring road. We then got up and got off the bus at the stop outside the bus station. We let the bus empty and Matthew took a picture inside First Potteries 67650.

We went inside the bus station to wait for the next #4/4A to Festival park. Whilst we waited we saw First Potteries 65728 on a #4A to Talke Pits. A few minutes later the bus appeared and it was First Potteries 65727 on a #4 to Audley. We got on the bus and we booked to Festival Park before we sat down. The bus set off onto John Street and we ran down the hill before we turned right onto Bethesda Street. We crossed over Broad Street and we continued onto Marsh Street. At the lights we turned left onto Etruria Road. We went under the A53 and we went forwards onto Festival Way. We crossed the next roundabout and then we got up and got off the bus. We walked across to the bowling alley and then Matthew had a few games of bowling. We then walked back onto Festival Way to catch a bus back to Hanley. A few minutes later we saw the bus approaching and we could see by the large number on the front it was First Potteries 66964. We got on the bus and we booked to Hanley before we sat down. We set off along Festival Way and under the A53. We went forwards onto Etruria Road and we ran up the hill into Hanley. We crossed over Marsh Street and we ran forwards onto Trinity Street. At the top of the hill we turned right onto Stafford Street, past the town hall and Radio Stoke. We entered the bus station off Bagnall Street. Once off the bus Matthew went to the toilet and the bus we saw First Potteries 32634 on a #32 to Uttoxeter. We walked down to the stand for the #23 and we waited for the next bus. A few minutes later the bus appeared and it was First Potteries 67151. Whilst we waited for the bus to be readied for service we saw First Potteries 67643 on an #7A to Biddulph. We got on the bus and we booked to Fenton. before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off onto John Street and we turned left onto Bethesda Street. We crossed over the ring road and we ran down onto Regent Road and forwards onto Cleveland Road. We ran down though Shelton along College Road and we ran down to the railway station. We turned left onto Station Road and we ran part the railway station before going right onto Glebe Street. and we followed the road around onto Church Street. We crossed the A500 and we ran under the railway line. After climbing up the hill we turned right onto Smithpool Road where we got up and got off the bus. Smithpool Road After picking some chips up from the chip shop we walked back up Temple Street onto Christchurch Street and back to the day centre. For dinner Matthew had Sausage Chips and gravy followed by cake and custard. outside to get on the bus to the pub. Today it was Shelton Care Group DY08 FFX. We got on the bus and the bus set off onto Glebedale Road before turning left onto City Road. We carried on under the railway line and we joined the Northbound A500. We ran up to Cliffe Vale and we come off the A500 onto Shelton New Road and we ran up the hill into Shelton. We turned left onto Cemetary Road and we ran to the end. We stopped for a short while to pick up other service users and then we ran back down Cemetery Road. We turned left onto Caledonia Road and left again onto Stoke Road. We turned right onto Wellesley Street and at the end we turned left onto College Road. We ran forwards onto Regent Road. At the end we turned right onto Lichfield Street and we reached our destination. Matthew used the toilet and then had a drink of Coke. Highlights of the bus sightings included Stanton's of Stoke minibus KXZ 2173 and First Potteries 42554 on a #6 to Weston Coyney. we returned to Fenton in Shelton Care Group DY08 FFX. We set off onto Palmerston Street and we turned right onto the A52. We turned left at Joiners Square roundabout and we ran up the hill into Fenton. At the roundabout we turned sharp right onto City Road. We turned left onto Smithpool Road and we turned left and left onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew went up to his room to chill out and use his computer. Whilst we waited for tea Matthew also watched buses out of the window. We saw Intercity SF08 BVH going towards Stoke.

Matthew changed the batteries in his camera. We went out for tea and we saw it was Shelton Care Group DY08 FFX. We set off onto Temple Street and we turned right onto Christchurch Street. We turned right onto Masterson Street and we ran to the end. We turned right onto Smithpool Road and at the end we turned left onto City Road. We ran down the hil into Stoke and we went under the railway line. We crossed over the A500 and we ran around the one-way system. We turned left onto London Road and we parked up at Sainsbury's. Across the road we saw City Cabs Depot. The is also a new building being built next to Maplins. We continued into Stoke along Campbell Place. We walked onto Church Street and we saw First Potteries 32647 on a #25 to Keele.

We walked down the road to The Wheatsheaf. Matthew went to the toilet and then had a glass of Coke. For tea Matthew had a chicken burger and fries followed by a chocolate fudge cake and ice cream. Highlights of the bus sightings included First Potteries 66962 on a #25 to Keele & MJ Travel DS57 AKN going towards Newcastle. When we had finished we walked back to Sainsbury's. We returned to the residential unit on Shelton Care Group DY08 FFX. We set off onto the one-way system and we ran around Stoke onto Glebe Street. We turned left onto Church Street and we crossed over the A500 onto City Road. We ran under the railway line and we ran up into Fenton. We had to pick food up for someone else so we ran up to the roundabout and we turned right into KFC. After picking up the food we returned onto City Road before turning left onto Glebedale Road. We turned right onto Baker Street and left onto Christchurch Street. We went onto Masterson Street and we turned right onto Watkin Street. We turned onto Temple Street and back to the residentiual unit. Once back at the unit Matthew went upstairs to chill out in his room. Back in his room Matthew used his computer and watched TV in his room. Matthew had a bath and then had toast for supper. He then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Mark.

Whilst waiting to go to the day service we saw First Potteries 67638 on a #11 to Hanley. Outside we saw Shelton Care Group DY08 FFX.

When it was time to go out Matthew walked to the day centre. We set off onto Christchurch Street and to the day centre. In the morning Matthew went bowling in Festival Park. it was decided that Matthew was travelling up on the bus. We set off on foot onto Glebedale Road we saw Stoke-on-Trent city council welfare bus LK17 DVV. and we turned right onto City Road. After crossing over we walked around the corner onto Victoria Place. Whilst at the stop we saw Harry Shaw coach YN15 EKV.

We had to go back to the day centre so we walked down City Road and onto Glebedale Road and back to the day centre. We set off on foot onto Glebedale Road and we turned right onto City Road. After crossing over we walked around the corner onto Victoria Place. Whilst at the stop we saw First Potteries 63177 on a #6A to Hanley. We got on the bus and we booked to Hanley before we sat down. We set off down Victoria Road and we crossed over the A52 at Joiners Square. We ran up Lichfield Street and we crossed over the ring road. We then got up and got off the bus at the stop outside the bus station. Matthew took a picture of First Potteries 63177 before it returned on a #6A to Blythe Bridge.

We went inside the bus station to wait for the next #4/4A to Festival park. Whilst we waited we saw Shaw Hadwin (National Express) BX65 WCM on a #333 to Bournemouth and First Potteries 32648 on a #25 to Keele. A few minutes later the bus appeared and it was First Potteries 67636 on a #4A to Talke Pits.

We got on the bus and we booked to Festival Park before we sat down. The bus set off onto John Street and we ran down the hill before we turned right onto Bethesda Street. We walked to the stops outside the bus station to catch a bus back to Fenton. We looked up and we saw it was First Potteries 63175 on a #6 to Coalville.

We got on the bus and we booked to Fenton before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off up Lichfield Street and we turned right into Birch Terrace. We followed the road around to the left onto Charles Street. At the top we turned right onto Old Hall Street before turning right onto the ring road. We turned left onto Lichfield Street and we ran down the hill to Joiners Square. We crossed the roundabout onto Victoria Road and we ran up the hill into Fenton. At the top of the hill we got up and got off the bus. We walked down Victoria Road to the chip shop to pick up dinner. We walked back to the day centre. We went down William Street and forwards onto Fiountain Street. WE crossed over Ckty Road onto Glebedale Road and back to the day centre. For dinner Matthew had sausage chips and gravy followed by a Manchester Tart. In the afternoon Matthew went to the local pub. We set off onto Christchurch Street. At the pub Matthew went to the toilet and then had a glass of Coke. When it was time to go Matthew walked back onto Christchurch Street and and to the day service. We walked along Christchurch Street and back to the day centre. We then returned to the residential unit. We set off onto Christchurch Street and we turned left onto Temple Street. Matthew went upstairs his computer and watching buses out of the window we saw Afford Rent-a-car PO17 ZXT. Matthew went shopping in The Range. We walked onto Temple Street and onto City Road. In the shop matthew went into the cafe and had some toast and a can of Coke. After he had finished eating we walked out onto City Road We then walked up the hill and we turned right into Temple Street and back tpo the residential unit. Matthew went up to his room to use his computer and watch buses out of the window. For tea Matthew had fish and chips followed by a Bakewell Tart. Later on Matthew went out in a Intercity taxi. We set off onto Temple Street and we turned right onto Christchurch Street. We turned right onto Station Bridge Road and we followed the road forwards onto Heron Street. At the light we went straight onto Blurton Road and at the roundabout we turned right onto thr Westbound A50. We ran down to Sideway and we turned right onto the Northbound A500. We came off the A500 in Stoke ansd we turned right onto the A52. We followed the road under the railway line and then left owards the railway station. We continued up to Joiners Square and t the roundabout we turned left onto Lichfield Street. We ran into Hanley and we stopped near to the Victoria Hall. Matthew went to see the circus show. Matthew went to the toilet and then had a glass of Coke before going into the hall to watch the show. When it had finished Matthew returned to Fenton in a taxi. We set off down Lichfield street and across the ring road. We ran forwards onto Lichfield Street and down to Joiners Square. At the roundabout we went straight onto Victora Road and up the hill into Fenton. We turned right onto City Road and left onto Smithpool Road. SWe turned left onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Later on Matthew chilled out in his room. Matthew used his computer and watched music videos on the television. Later on Matthew had a bath and then had toast for supper. He then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Mark.

Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going to his day service. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast for breakfast. before Matthew went to the day centre he watched buses out of the window we saw First Potteries 63179 on a #11 to Hanley. Later on Matthew went out for a short while on the buses. We set off onto City Road and we saw D&G Bus 107 on a #23A to Hanley. bus appeared and it was First Potteries 63173 on a #11 to Newcastle.

We got on the bus and we booked to Newcastle before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off down City Road and we ran down the hill over the old railway line to Leek and onto the A52. We ran under the railway line and over the A500 and straight into Stoke town centre along Church Street. After a brief stop in Stoke we continued along church Street and forwards onto Hartshill Road. We ran up the hill and into Hartshill. We ran forwards onto George Street and we ran down the hill into Newcastle. We turned left at the roundabout onto Barracks Road and into the bus station where we got up and got off the bus. A few minutes later we saw First Potteries 63101 go onto the #72 to Clayton. After a short while First Potteries 66964 appeared on the #25 to Hanley.

We got on the bus and we booked to Hanley before we sat down towards the back of the bus. When it was time to go the bus set off out of the bus station and onto Barracks Road. We turned left at the roundabout onto the A34 and we ran South as far as the hospital where we turned left. We came out of the hospital and turned left onto Hilton Road. We ran into Hartshill and we turned right onto the A52. We ran down the hill into Stoke town centre and along Church Street. After a brief stop we continued along the A52, over the A500 and under the railway line. We followed the A52 to the left and we ran alongside the railway and onto Station Road. We passed the railway station and we turned right onto College Road. We ran up the hill through Shelton and we followed the road to the right onto Cleveland Road and Regent Road. We turned left onto Lower Bethesda Street and we crossed over the ring road, continuing onto Bethesda Street. We turned right onto John Street and Lidice way. When we got to the bus station we got up and got off the bus and Matthew used the toilet. Once we got off the bus we saw First Potteries 65037 on a #32 to Cheadle.

We also saw National Express liveried Selwyn's coach FJ13 EBC on a #323 to Liverpool.

Once of the bus we walked through Hanley to the Intu Potteries shopping centre. We set off up LIchfield Street and forwards onto Tontine Street. We continued into Upper Huntbach Street and into the main entrance. We went up the stairs and we visited shops. Once we had done we returned along Upper Huntbach Street and Parliament Row onto where Matthew visited Wetherspoons which wasn't open and then Caffè Nero. For dinner Matthew had a sausage egg and bacon Ciabatte and a glass of Coke followed by a lemon drizzle cake. When we had finished we returned to the bus station along Tontine Street and Lichfield Street. When we go back to the bus station we saw First Potteries 63179 on a #7 to Kidsgrove.

A short while later we saw dud First Potteries 65730 on a #25 to Keele.

We got on the bus bus and we booked to Newcastle before We sat down towards the back of the bus and the bus loaded quickly and departed almost immediately. We set off out of the bus station and we ran down John Street onto Bethesda street where we crossed over the ring road. We ran down through Shelton along Cauldon Road and we turned left onto Station Road outside the railway station. We went forwards onto A52 and we followed the road around to the right and under the railway line. We crossed over the A500 ans we ran into Stoke centre along Church Street. We went out of the other side of Stoke and up Hartshill Road into Hartshill. We turned left into The Avenue and we ran down to Hilton Road and we turned right into the hospital. We ran through the hospital and we turned right onto the A34. We ran up to Newcastle and forwards onto Barracks Road at the rounsabout. We came into the bus station from the South and we got up and got off the bus. Matthew went to the toilet and then returned to the bus station to catch a bus back to Fenton. We saw D&G Bus 44 on a #1 to Newcastle.

Matthew went went to Wilko do do some shopping. We set off up Castle Walk and into the shop. In the shop Matthew did some of his weekly shop. We also saw First Potteries 67636 on a #25 to Hanley.

We then went for a walk up to Ironmarket to visit the post office. We then set off along ironmarket onto High Street and we stopped at Boots to pick up a few things. Once we had finished there we walked down the High Street to Vue Cinema where Matthew used the toilet. Once we had finished there we returned to the bus station along Hassell Street. At the bus station we saw First Potteries 67647 on a #4A to Kidsgrove.

We got on the bus and we booked to Fenton before sitting down towards the back of the bus. the bus waiting to depart, we saw required First Potteries 41498 on a #4 to Hanley. We set off onto Barracks Road and we ran up to the Jubilee roundabout. We ran onto the A53 and around the one-way system onto the A52. We ran up George Street into Hartshill and we ran down the hill into Stoke town centre. After a brief stop we continued along Church Street out of Stoke and over the A500. We ran under the railway line and we continued onto City Road. At the top of the hill we got up and got off the bus. We crossed over city Road and walked back to the residential unit. Matthew went back up to his room to chill out and use his computer. For tea Matthew had pasta with tomato sauce. Later on Matthew chilled out in his room. Matthew used his computer and watched music videos on the television. Later on Matthew had a bath and then had toast for supper. He then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Mark.
