Today was our second full day on holiday and we had planned to stay fairly local. Matthew woke up at 08:00 and had his medication. Matthew got up at 09:00 and had toast and orange juice for breakfast. We realised that we had not done the e-mail for yesterday, so we spent over an hour compiling the e-mail. We got in the car and we set off around 11:30. We drove out of the caravan park and we headed Southwards down Scratby Road. We ran straight onto Jack Chase Way and we ran forwards onto the Caister bypass. We continued along the A149 and we turned left onto Jellicoe Road. We turned right onto North Drive and we ran into Yarmouth. We looked for somewhere to park along the front, but we were struggling so we decided to park in town instead. We turned right onto Main Cross Road and we turned right onto the Northbound A1243. We ran to the edge of town and we turned right onto Stonecutters way and we turned right onto Howard Street South and we entered the car park. After we had parked up we cut through Austin Row onto Market place and we went around the corner onto Theatre Plain. We turned left onto Regent Road and we headed across the bus station into the pub. Matthew wenrt to the toilet and afterwards mum ordered some food. Matthew had a burger and chips washed down with a glass of Coke. When we had finished we said goodbye to mum and we headed out into the bus station. In the bus station we saw First Eastern Counties 33813 on a X11 to Norwich.

We decided to head South towards Gorleston. We saw a bus approaching on one of the middle stands. As it got closer we saw it was First Eastern Counties 36690 on a #8 to James Paget Hospital.

We got on the bus and we booked a Costal Day ticket at £8 before we sat down. We turned ran forwards onto Market Gates and we continued Southwards. We continued onto Alexandra Road and we crossed KIng Street onto Yarmouth Way. We turned right onto South Quay and we turned left onto the A1243. We turned left onto Southown Road and we headed towards Gorleston. We briefly joined Beccles Road and we turned left onto High Road past the former Barlcays bank which is being converted into shops and flats. We ran forwards onto High Street and into the centre of Gorleston. We got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus Matthew took another picture of First Eastern Counties 36690 before it contunued towards James Paget Hospital.

We walked up the road and we visited a couple of shops to npick up some hardware. Afterwards we went into a convenience store and Matthew bought a can of Coke for later. We headed back to the bus stop and we waited for a bus Southwards towards Lowestoft. A short time l;ater we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Eastern Counties 33815 on a X1 service to Lowestoft.

We got on the bus and we placed the Costal Day ticket under the scanner before we went upstairs and sat down. We set off down the High Street and we continued Southwards and onto Lowestoft Road. We continued onto Victoria Road and we turned left onto Park Road. We turned right onto Marine Parade and right onto Bridge Street. We turned left onto the A47 and we turned right into Paget James hospital. We ran around the car park and we turned right on to the A47. We followed the road Southwards for a few miles and we turned left onto LOwestoft Road. After loading up at the stop we returned onto the A47. We headed South down the A47 and we turned left into the retail park. After turning around at the roundabout we re-joined the A47. We ran to the North edge of town and we left into Gordon Road and into the bus station where we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we took a few pictures. We saw First Eastern Counties 37577 parked up in the bus station.

We decided to have a short break away from the bus, so we went to the pub. We walked along Gordon Road and we turned left onto London Road North. We headed into the pub and Matthew went to the toilet. We went to the bar and we ordered a couple of drinks for us. Matthew had a glass of Coke. We sat and watched some of the football until we had finished our drinks. We set off back down London Road North and we turned right onto Gordon Road and back to the bus station. We worked out that we were going to get the same bus back that we causght down. We waited for the bus to be readied for service. When it was time to board, Matthew got another picture of First Eastern Counties 33815.

We got on the bus and we placed the Costal Day ticket under the scanner before we went upstairs and sat down. We set off out of the bus station and we turned right onto Gordon Road. We past the former theatre site which is currently being re-developed. We joined the Northbound A47 and we headed out of town. A few miles North we turned right into the retail park. After a brief Stop we rejoined the Northbound A47. A few miles further North we turned right onto Lowestoft Road to the stop by the ASda petrol station. We returned to the A47 and further up the road we turned left into James Paget Hospital. After a brief circuit around the hospital and a stop we rejoined the Northbound A47. We turned left onto Brasenose Avenue and we passed a new build site. We turned right onto Hertford Way and we turned left onto Magdalen Way. We turned right onto Church Lane and we crossed over the A47 and we stopped at some traffic light as there was roadworks on a roundabout. We ran into Gorleston and we turned left onto the High Street where we got up and got off the bus. Matthew took another picture of First Eastern Counties 33815 before in continued to Norwich.

We had about 20 minutes to wait for the next non-electric bus. Matthew decided that as we did not get a cake early, he would visit Costa. Matthew used the toilet and afterwards had is usual of a bottle of Coke and a slice of Millionaire's Shortbread. Matthew drank his coke out of a glass with ice and ate the shortbread. When we had finished we went outside and we saw First Eastern Counties 36696 on a #8 to Caister.

We let this go in favour of a Hybrid bus that was 10 minutes behind. The time past quickly and as expected we saw the bus turn the corner. As it got closer we saw it was First Eastern Counties 35670 on a #2 to Great Yarmouth.

We got on the bus and we placed the Costal Day ticket under the scanner before we went upstairs. The rear of the top deck was empty, so Matthew took a picture inside of First Eastern Counties 35670 before we sat down.

We set off Northwards up High Street and forwards onto Beccles Road. We continued onto William Adams Way and at the roundabout turned right onto the A1154. We crossed over the River Yare and we turned right onto the Southbound A1243. We turned left onto Main Cross Road and we turned left onto South Beach Parade. After a short stop at the timing point we ran North up South Beach Parade. We turned left onto Harbord Crescent and left onto Peggotty Road. We turned right onto Admiralty Road and we headed Northwards. We ran forwards onto Camden Road and forwards again onto Blackfriars Road. We turned right onto St Peter's Road and left onto Nelson Road Central. We turned left onto St Nicholas Road and we turnd left and entered the bus station where we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus Matthew took another picture of First Eastern Counties 35670 before it worked the following #3 to Burgh Castle.

The plan was to now get a couple of the older Volvo buses in. I had seen that 37566 was following us up from Gorleston on a #1 to Martham, and 37562 was a replacement on the open top #1C service. As the #2 is a more circuitous route from Gorleston, by the time we got to Great Yarmouth the Martham bus was already in the bus station. We took a slow walk over to the opposite side of the bus station. We strolled across and Matthew took a picture of First Eastern Counties 37566 on a #1 to Martham.

We got on the bus and we placed the Costal Day ticket under the scanner before we went upstairs and sat down. We set off out of the bus station and we turned ran forwards onto Temple Road and onto Priory Plain. We turned right onto Northgate Street and we headed Northwards. We continued onto Caister Road and we stopped near to the bus depot. We saw First Eastern Counties 37069 parked up outside on Staff Bus duties. We continued Northwards up Caister Road past the racecourse and Yarmouth Stadium. We continued onto Yarmouth Road and into Caister. We turned right onto Prince of Wales Road and turned right onto Jack Chase Way. We turned left onto Yarmouth Road and we turned left onto Cromer Road and we turned right onto Station Road. We turned left onto North Road and we continued onto Ormesby Road. We continued onto The Street and we turned left onto Yarmouth Road and we turned right onto The Street and we turned left onto Kingsway. At the roundabout we turned left onto the layby in front of the shops. We got up and got off the bus. Matthew took a picture of First Eastern Counties 37566 as it continued towards Markham.

Once off the bus Matthew went to the toilet. We stopped at the Co-op. Matthew had a can of Coke, some cookies and a chocolate bar. We paid for the food and we came back to the stop and Matthew ate a Crunchie. A few minutes later we saw a bus approaching from the Beach. It crossed the roundabout and as it got closer we saw it was First Eastern Counties 37533 on a #1C to the Pleasure Beach.

We got on the bus and we placed the Costal Day ticket under the scanner before we went upstairs and sat down. We set off onto Kingsway and we headed Southwards. We ran forwards onto Yarmouth Road and onto Scratby Road. We turned left onto Beach Road and we continued onto Rottenstone Lane. We got a better view of the sea in this direction and I remember us coming here around 25 years ago when Matthew was very little. We turned right onto California Road and left to re-join Scratby Road. We turned left onto Ormesby Road and we ran into Caister. We continued onto High Street and onto Yarmouth Road. We ran down Caister Road and we turned left onto Jellicoe Road. We turned left onto North Drive and we ran to the turning circle at the end. We got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus Matthew took another picture of First Eastern Counties 37533 as it continued towards the Pleasure Beach.

We walked down towards the beach. We continued onto the beach and we sat on a large concrete block. We went outside and we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Eastern Counties 37562 on a #1C to Hemsby.

We got on the bus and we placed the Costal Day ticket under the scanner before going upstairs and sitting down. We set off Southwards along North Drive and we turned right onto Jellicoe Road. We turned right onto Caister Road past the racecourse and Yarmouth Stadium. We continued onto Yarmouth Road and into Caister. We turned right onto Ormesby Road and turned right onto Scratby Road. We turned right onto Californis Road and left onto Rottenstone Lane. We continued onto Beach Road and we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we had the considerable walk back to the caravan. As we got back mum pulled up in the car and we went into the caravan. Matthew chilled out on his phone and I went to get some food for tea. When I cam back Matthew had sausage chips and gravy washed down a can of cherry Coke. We did some of the Blog and we wrote an e-mail. Matthew also watched some YouTube. After Matthew had his shower, we did some more of the Blog and he watched some more YouTube until bedtime at 00:00... Mark

Today was the first full day of our stay in Esat Anglia. It was also the time the new link road over the A47 was close to completion. Matthew woke up at 08:00 and had his medication. Matthew got up around 09:30 and had toast and orange juice for breakfast. We got ready to go out and just after 10:30 we got in the car and we set off to Great Yarmouth. We left the camp site and we turned left onto Scratby Road and we ran forwards onto Jack Chase Way. We ran forwards onto the A149 and we passed the site of a contraversial McDonalds near to Yarmouth Stadium. We continued down the A149 and into Great Yarmouth. At the edge of town we turned left past the railway station and we ran forwards onto the Southbound A47. We turned left onto Pasteur Road and left into Tesco. We stopped at the petrol station and we filled up with petrol. After filling up we headed past the former Franki and Benny's onto the Northbound A47. We turned right onto the A149 and right onto North Quay. We turned left onto Stonecutters Way and left onto Howards Street North. We turned right onto The Conge and into the Market Place where we parked the car. Once we parked up the car we said goodbye to mum and we headed up Market Place. We walked forwards onto Theatre Plain and we turned left onto Regent Road. We headed inbto the bus station and we looked for something to catch. Alsmost Immediately we saw First Eastern Counties 35676 on a #1 to Lowestoft which we turned down. A short time later we saw something more interesting appear. As it got closer we saw it was First Eastern Counties 37573 on a X1 to Norwich.

We got on the bus and we booked an Explorer Day tickets from the driver at £10 before we went upstairs and sat down. We set off out of the bus station and we turned right onto King Street and we followed the road to the left onto Regent Street. We turned right onto Howard Street South and we headed Northwards. We turned right into The Conge and we enterted the market place. We turned left Fuller's Hill and we headed out of town along the A47. After about 5 miles we turned right onto the A1064 as there was a diversion in place due to the closure of Norwich Road. We turned left onto Old Road and we ran into the Centre of Acle. After a brief stop we turned left onto New Road and we re-joined the Westbound A47. Just after we joinmed the A47 we past the works site for the dualing of the A47 between North Burlington and Blofield. We ran fast along the A47 for another 7 or so miles and we came off the A47 onto the Northbound A146. We crossed over the river Yare and the railway line and we turned right onto the A1054. We turned left onto the A147 and we ran the last mile or so into the city centre. We ran past Sainsburys and we turned right onto Surrey Street and we turned left into the bus station where we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus Matthew got another picture of First Eastern Counties 37573 before it returned onto a X11 To Belton.

We had a look around the bus station and Matthew took a few pictures. We saw KonnectBus 617 on a #8 to Dereham.

We headed into the bus station cafe and Matthew used the toilet. Afterwards we sat in the window of the cafe and I ordered some food. Matthew had a sausage roll and a slice of vegan Biscoff cake, washed down with a can of Coke. After we had finished eating we went outside into the bus station to find something to catch. We decided to go in a new direction. We saw one of the Excel branded buses on stand. As we got closer we saw it was First Eastern Counties 36911 on a A service to Peterborough.

We got on the bus and we flashed the First Explorer Day ticket to the driver before we we went upstairs and sat down. We set off out of the bus station onto Surrey Street and we crossed the roundabout and onto the A11. We ran for a couple of miles and we went onto a dual carriageway section. After another mile or so we turned right onto Round House Way and we ran around the Cringleford Interchange. We rejoined the A11 and we ran down to the A47. We joined the Northbound A47 and we ran for several miles. At Longwater we came off the A47 and we headed along Dereham Road. We passed the county show ground and afterwards we turned into a brand new housing estate. We turned left onto Bluebell Way and we turned right onto Fennel Drive. We rejoined Bluebell Way and we headed Northwards back onto Dereham Road. We ran back past the county showground and we rejoined the A47. We ran for a few more mile and we ran through the roadworks and we switched side under the new dual carriageway. We saw stricken First Eastern Counties 3690 broken down at the side of the road. We turned right onto The Street and we ran through Hockering village before re-joining the A47. A few miles later we came of the A47 and we turned left onto Mattishall Road. We turned left onto Norwich Road and we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus Matthew got another picture of First Eastern Counties 36911 as it continued towards Peterborough.

Once off the bus we thought we would go and look for the railway. We did not look at direction initially and we set off down Greenfields Road. It soon became clear we were going in the wrong direction, so we we walked back along Greenfields Road and we crossed over and went to the shop. SWe bought some supplies for later on and Matthew had a Flake ice cream. We went outside and Matthew started to have his ice cream immediately. We spotted a signal box in the distance so we walked along Norwich Road past a large, old warehouse and over a level crossing. We walked to the railway station and Matthew used the toilet. We had a quick look in the station, but it seem expensive to have just a quick snack, so we headed back to where we got off the bus and crossed over the road to wait for a bus back towards Norwich. We saw it was KonectBus 624 on a #8 to Norwich Railway station.

We got on the bus and I booked a single to Norwich at £3 before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off along Norwich Road and we headed Eastwards to the A47. We joined the A47 and we run through miles of roadworks where they are working on creating a dual carriageway up to the A11. We ran to the edge of Norwich and we joined the Northbound A11. We ran through Cringford and along the trunk road into the centre of town. We turned right onto Queens Road and we turned left into the bus station. The bus emptied out quite a lot and afterwards we set off towards the station. We turned left out of the bus station onto Surrey Street and right onto St Stephens Street past the former Debenhams which is being converted into Fun Parx Indoor Adventure. We ran forwards onto Red Lion Street and onto Castle Meadow and the shopping centre. We continued onto Prince of Wales Road and we crossed over River Wensum onto Thorpe Road. As we went past the railway station we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus Matthew took another picture of KonectBus 624 before it returned on a #8 to Toftwood.

We headed into the shelter and we sat down for a while. We all had a Crunchie bar. When we had finished eating we headed to the stop to catch something. We let a few electric buses go and we waited for a diesel. A short time later we saw a Gemini approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Eastern Counties 36222 on a #14 to Attleborough.

We got on the bus and we flashed the First Explorer Day ticket to the driver before we we went upstairs and sat down. We set off along Thorpe Road and we crossed over the River Wensum onto Prince of Wales Road. We veered left onto Rose Lane and right onto Market Avenue. We turned left onto Castle Meadow and we ran around the castle tower and onto Red Lion Street. We ran forwards onto St Stephens Street and we stopped in the main bus area. After filling up passenger we crossed over the roundabout onto the A11 and we headed out of town. As we reached the River Yare the road became a dual carriageway and we had a fast run for a mile or so, before we turned right at the roundabout onto Round House Way. We turned around at the roundabout and we stopped at one of 3 bus stops at Cringleford Interchange where we got up and got off the bus. We woreked out that to catch a bus back to Norwich we had to cross over Round House Way and onto a loop on which another one of the 3 stops existed. We sat at the stop and we waited for a bus. We had planned on turning down the electric buses that turned up and the first bus that appeared was a diesel anyway. As it got closer we saw it was First Eastern Counties 36182 on a #14 to Dussindale. We got on the bus and we placed the Explorer day ticket under the scanner before we went upstairs and sat down. We set off along Round House way and at the roundabout we joined the Northbound A11. We ran fast to the end of the dual carriageway section and we ran at a steadier pace through the built up area running into town. We crossedd the roundabout onto St Stephens Street and we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus Matthew got a picture of First Eastern Counties 36182 before it carried on towards Dussindale.

At this point we decided to look for a pub. We set off along St Stephens Street onto Red Lion Street and we turned down Orford Place. We saw a sign for a pub which led down an alleyway into a large outdoor drinking area with the pub beyond this. We headed inside and Matthew used the toilet. We got a drink from the bar and we sat outside in the beer garden. It was very busy and Matthew had someone randomly come and high 5 him! We droped the empty glasses at the bar and we set off onto Orford place. We turned right onto Red Lion Street and we saw First Eastern Counties 63321 on a #16 to Linwood.

We continued back towards the bus station along St Stephens Street and we turned left onto Surrey Street. We entered the bus station from the North and we came in Matthew saw a bus he fancied catching back towards Gorleston. As we got closer we saw it was First Eastern Counties 33808 on a X1 to Lowestoft.

We got on the bus and we placed the Day Explorer ticket under the scanner before we went upstairs and sat down. We set off out of the bus station onto Surrey Street and we headed out of town along the A147. We turned right onto Martineau Lane and we turned left onto the A146 and we headed South Eastwards. On the edge of the city we joined the Eastbound A47. We ran fast for around 10 miles and we turned left onto New Road. We called into Acle and we ran through town, rejoining the Eastbound A47. We ran the last 8 or so miles to the edge of Great Yarmouth and we ran into town. We ran forwards onto Fuller's Hill and forward again onto Priory Plain. We ran into the bus station and we stopped for around 10 minutes. When it was departure time we continued Southwards. We continued onto Alexandra Road and we crossed KIng Street onto Yarmouth Way. We turned right onto South Quay and we turned left onto the A1243. We turned left onto Southown Road and we headed towards Gorleston. We briefly joined Beccles Road and we turned left onto High Road past the former Barlcays bank which is being converted into shops and flats. We ran forwards onto High Street and into the centre of Gorleston where we got up and got off the bus. We headed to the public toilets and Matthew used the toilet, Afterwards we crossed over the road and we waited for a bus Northwards. We had formulated a plan to ride up to Caister, and then the following #1C service should be required First Eastern Counties 37069 which we could do back to our holiday camp. A few minutes later we saw a suitable bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Eastern Counties 36188 on a #1 to Martham.

We got on the bus and we flashed the First Day Explorer ticket to the driver before we sat down. We set off Northwards up High Street and forwards onto Beccles Road. We turned right onto Southdown Road and we ran alongside the River Yare. We turned right onto Bridge Road and we crossed over the river onto Hall Quay. We veered left onto Regent Street and we turned right onto King Street. We turned left onto Regent Road and left into the bus station. After a brief stop the driver anounced that due to the vehicle needimng a repair, the bus would swap at the depot. We set off Temple Road and onto Priory Plain. We turned right onto Northgate Street and we headed Northwards. We continued onto Caister Road and we stopped outside of the bus depot. Seen in the depot was First Eastern Counties 36286. Next to us was the replacement. As we got closer we saw it was First Eastern Counties 36196 on a #1 to Martham. We continued Northwards up Caister Road and we ran past Yarmouth Stadium where there was stock car racing taking place. We continued North into Caister and we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus Matthew took another picture of First Eastern Counties 36196 as it continued towards Martham.

We crossed over the road and we headed into the shop. We bought a few meal deals and some flapjack mini bites. As we came out of the shop we saw First Eastern Counties 35672 on a #1A to Lowestoft.

We headed back across the road to wait for a bus back to the holiday park. As short time later the bus came up the road. We saw it was First Eastern Counties 37069 on a #1C to Hemsby.

We got on the bus and we placed the Explorer day ticket under the scanner for the final time today before going upstairs and sitting down. We set off up High Street and we turned right onto Ormesby Road. We continued along Ormesby Road and turned right onto Scratby Road. We turned right onto California Road and left onto Rottenstone Lane. We continued onto Beach Road and we got up and got off the bus. We had the long walk back to the caravan and when we got back Matthew had chicken and bacon sandwiches and a breakfast sandwich. He also had some of the flapjack mini bites. We wrote some of the Blog and Matthew had his medication. Later on Matthew had a can of Cherry Coke. We contiknued working on the Blog and we went to bed around 00:30... Mark

Today was the first full day of our stay in Esat Anglia. Matthew woke up at 08:00 and had his medication. Matthew got up around 09:00 and had toast for breakfast. We got ready to go out and just after 10:00 we got in the car and we set off to Great Yarmouth. We left the camp site and we stopped at the garden centre to pick up a parcel. We turned left onto Scratby Road and we ran forwards onto Jack Chase Way. We ran forwards onto the A149 and we headed into Great Yarmouth. We ran forwards onto North Quay and we veered left onto Regent Street. We turned left onto Howards Street South and we parked up at the car park. We walked along Austin Row and onto Market Place We continued onto Theatre Plain and we turned right onto Regent Road. We went into the bus station area and we stopped at the cafe. Matthew had a full English breakfast washed down with a glass of Irn Bru. When we had finished eating Matthew went to the toilet. We said goodbye to mum and we had a look around to see what we might catch. We saw First Eastern Counties 33819 on a X1 to Lowestoft.

We saw First Eastern Counties 37579 on X1 to Norwich. We turned this down as we saw another bus approaching. As it gt closer we saw it was First Eastern Counties 37565 on a #1 to Lowestoft.

We got on the bus and we booked a Explorer Hi5 Day ticket at £14 before we went upstairs and sat down. We turned ran forwards onto Market Gates and we continued Southwards. We continued onto Alexandra Road and we crossed KIng Street onto Yarmouth Way. We turned right onto South Quay and we turned left onto the A1243. We turned left onto Southown Road and we headed towards Gorleston. We briefly joined Beccles Road and we turned left onto High Road past the former Barlcays bank which is being converted into shops and flats. We ran forwards onto High Street and into the centre of Gorleston. We continued Southwards and onto Lowestoft Road. We continued onto Victoria Road and we turned left onto Park Road. We turned right onto Marine Parade and right onto Bridge Street. We turned left onto the A47 and we turned right into Paget James hospital. We ran around the car park and we turned right on to the A47. We followed the road Southwards for a few miles and we turned left onto Station Road. We ran through Hopton and we turned right onto Coast Road. We headed towards Corton and we turned left onto Church Lane. We turned right onto Station Road and we turned right onto the B1385. We headed South down the A47 and we turned left into the retail park. After turning around at the roundabout we re-joined the A47. We ran to the North edge of town and we turned right onto St Peter's Street. We turned left onto Katwijk Way and we turned right into Gordon Road and into the bus station where we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we took a few pictures. We saw First Eastern Counties 37274 on a X22 to Norwich.

As we were wondering what to do next we saw a vintage bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was preserved London Transport RTL 1163 on a shuttle service to Carlton Coalville.

We asked the conductor if we could ride on the bus and she confirmed it was a free shuttle to Carlton Coalville as there was a London Transport even going on this weekend at the East Anglia Transport Museum. We got on the bus and we sat down in the lower deck. We set off out of the bus station and we ran down to the A47. We headed Southwards and we ran forwards onto the B1532. We ran South past the pier and the South Beach and we continued out of town. We turned right onto Bloodmore Road and left onto the B1145. We turned left onto Chapel Road and we entered the site of the East Anglia Transport Museum where we got up and got off the bus. We considered going into the museum, but the queue to get in was around the block, so we decided to come back tomorrow for the museum. Whilst we were considering what to do we saw another bus come on stand. As it got closer we saw it was London Transport RM 613 on a shuttle to Gunton Cliff.

We got on the back of the bus and we went upstairs and sat down. We set off out of the museum and we turned left onto Chapel Road and we ran forwards onto the A1145. We continued onto the A146 and we ran North to Oulton Broad South railway station. We continued past Oulton Broad North railway station and we ran forwards onto the A1144. We ran Northwards up the A47 and we turned right onto Corton Road. We turned right onto Links Road and we turned right onto Gunton Cliff. The bus top briefly for a photo stop and we thought it would head back to Lowestoft bus station. It turned out not to be going to the bus station and we headed back to the Museum! We set off along Gunton Cliff and we we continued onto North Parade. We headed Southwards down the A47. We ran to the North edge of town and we turned right onto St Peter's Street. We turned left onto Katwijk Way and we bypassed the town centre. We turned right onto Denmark Road and we turnd left onto the A12 and we crossed over the inner harbour. We turned right onto Waveney Drive and we continued onto Victoria Road. We joined the A146 and we headed Southwards. We ran forwards onto the A1145 and forwards onto Chapel Road and back to the museum. We got of the bus and we saw another bus move onto the bus stop. As we got closer we saw it was London Transport RF 626 on a Lowestoft Shuttle.

We got on the bus and we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off out of the museum and we saw First Eastern Counties 35291 on the park and ride shuttle of the museum. We set off out of the museum site and we turned left onto Chapel Road and we ran forwards onto the A1145. We ran forwards onto the A146 and we ran up to Oulton Broad South railway station. We turned right onto Victoria Road and we ran forwards onto Waveney Drive. We ran forwards onto the A12 and continued onto Horn Hill. We ran forwards onto Belvedere Road and we joined the A47. We turned left and we stopped at Lowestoft railway station. After the stop we ran North up Katwijk Way and we turned right onto Gordon Road where we got up and got off the bus. Matthew got another picture of London Transport RF 626 before it returned to the museum.

Once off the we headed to the pub. We walked along Gordon Road and left onto the High Street. We stopped at the pub and Matthew went to the toilet. Matthew had a glass of Coke and when we had finished we walked back down the High Street. We stopped at a Bakery and we bough Sauasge rolls and a slice of cake for later and a bottle of Coke. We headed back to the bus station and we looked for some to catch out. Whilst there we saw First Eastern Counties 44450 on #102 Lowestoft circular.

We had a look around the bus station to see what we might catch. A short time later we saw a suitable bus. As we got closer we saw it was First Eastern Counties 37711 on a X2 to Norwich.

We got on the bus and we placed the Explorer Hi5 Day ticket under the scanner before we sat down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off out of the bus station and we turned right onto Gordon Road. We went around the rouandabout and we turned sharp right onto the Southbound A47. We crossed over the inner harbour before turning left onto the B1532. There were two parrallel road with terrace housing in between them. We ran Southwards down the Eastern of the 2 roads for about 1/2 a mile before the 2 roads merged. We ran through Kirkley and into Pakefield and we turned right onto the B1384. We crossed the roundabout onto Bloodmoor Road and we ran forwards onto Elmtree Road. We turned left onto Ashburnham Road and we headed Westwards. We turned left onto the A146 and we ran fast for a few miles. We turned left onto Lowestoft Road and we ran through Worlingham. We continued onto Ingate and we ran forwards onto Blyburgate and into the centre of Beccles. We ran through Exchange Square and we ran forwards onto Smallgate. We turned left onto Old Market Place and we stopped at a small interchange. Also there were Borderbus 103 on a #580 to Harleston and Simonds YX12 FPY on a #81 ti Diss. We turned right onto Northgate and we turned left onto Bridge Street. We crossed over the river Waveney and we ran forwards Gillingham Dam. We ran forwards onto Loddon Road and through Gillingham and we joined the A146. We ran through Stubbs Green and into Thurton and we headed North Westwards. We ran fast for around 10 miles through Holveston and Bixley and we came to the A47. We crossed under the A47 and we crossed over the River Yare and we turned right onto Martineau Lane. We turned left onto the A147 and we headed into Norwich city centre. We ran past Sainsbury's and we turned right into the bus station. We got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus Matthew took another picture of First Eastern Counties 37711 before it returned to Lowestoft on a X22.

We had a look around the bus station. We saw Simmonds 592 on a PR3 Postwick park and ride service.

We headed into the main building and Matthew went to the toilet. Afterwards we sat in the waiting area and Matthew had a sausage roll. He also had a piece of Bakewell Tart and a can of orange Fanta. Whilst we ate we saw First Eastern Counties 36903 on an Excel service. We went out ibnto the bus station to take a few picture before we started to head back. We saw Konnect Bus 249 on a #84 to Hempnall Green.

We waited for a bus back towards Great Yarmouth. A short time later we saw a bus arrive on stand. We saw it was First Eastern Counties 35671 on a X11 to Belton.

We got on the bus and we placed the Hi5 Explorer ticket under the scanner before we went upstairs and sat down. We set off out of the bus station and we ran down to Queens Road. We headed out of town along the A147 and we turned right onto Martineau Lane. We turned left onto the A146 and we headed South Eastwards. On the edge of the city we joined the Eastbound A47. We ran fast for around 10 miles and we veered left onto Norwich Road. We called into Acle and we ran through town, rejoining the Eastbound A47. We ran the last 8 or so miles to the edge of Great Yarmouth and we ran into town. We ran forwards onto Fuller's Hill and forward again onto Priory Plain. We ran into the bus station and we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we had a look around to see what we could catch. We headed ovew to the WEst side of the bus station. As we got closer we saw it was First Eastern Counties 36287 on a #1A to Markham.

We got on the bus and we placed the Hi5 Explorer Day tickets under the scanner before we went upstairs and sat down. We turned ran forwards onto Temple Road and onto Priory Plain. We turned right onto Northgate Street and we headed Northwards. We continued onto Caister Road and we stopped near to the bus depot. We saw First Eastern Counties 37069 parked up outside on Staff Bus duties. We continued Northwards up Caister Road and we ran past Yarmouth Stadium where there was stock car racing taking place. We saw white coach 523 CBF. We continued North into Caister and we decided to get up and get off the bus. Once off the bus Matthew took another picture of First Eastern Counties 36287 as it continued towards Markham.

We headed to the pub and Matthew usd the toilet. Afterwards we had a glass of Coke. We wen outside and we met up with uncle Dave. We crossed the road and headed to the bus stop. We waited fior a bus towards Gorleston. A short time later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Eastern Counties 36286 on a #8 to James Paget Hospital.

We got on the bus and we placed the Hi5 Explorer Day tickets under the scanner for the final time today before we went upstairs and sat down. We ran forwards onto High Street and forwards onto Yarmouth Road. We joined the Southbound A149 and we ran past the greyhound stadium. We turned left onto Jellicoe Road and right onto Beatty Road. We turned left onto Barnard Avebue and right onto Sandringham Avenue. We continued Southwards before turning right onto Beaconsfield Road. We turned left onto Northgate Street and we headed Southwards into the town. We veered left onto Fullers Hill and we continued onto Priory Plain. We continued onto Temple Road and we stopped in the Market Gates Interchange for a short while. After a short wait we continued Southwards. We continued onto Alexandra Road and we crossed KIng Street onto Yarmouth Way. We turned right onto South Quay and we turned left onto the A1243. We turned left onto Southown Road and we headed towards Gorleston. We briefly joined Beccles Road and we turned left onto High Road past the former Barlcays bank which is being converted into shops and flats. We ran forwards onto High Street and into the centre of Gorleston. We crossed over the road and we met up with mum. We got in the car and we headed to the chip shop in Caister. We ran up the High Street and we joined Beccles Road and joined the Northbound A47. We ran onto Runham Road and we ran next to the Bure before joining the A149. We ran North past the bus garage and greyhound stadium and we ran forwards onto Yarmouth Road. We stopped in Caister and we picked up the food. We continued onto Norwich Road and we ran forwards to the dual carriage. We had gone too far so we did a u turned and we turned left onto Jack Chase Way. We ran forwards onto Scratby Road and we turned right onto Beach Road. e stopped at the caravan parked and we parked up by the chalet. We wen inside and Matthew had his food. matthew had sausage chips and gravy washed down with a bottle of dandelion & burdock. We wrote some of the Blog, We uploaded some pictures and we wrote an e-mail. later on Matthew had a Gu cheesecake and had his medication. Matthew settled to bed around 00:30... Mark
