Today Matthew was in residential and he was going to his day service. Matthew was also going to Hanley later on the bus. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast and orange juice for breakfast. Whilst waiting to go to the day service we saw First Potteries 67639 on a #11 to Newcastle. Around 09:00 we set off on foot to the day centre. We walked onto Temple Street and right onto Christchurch Street. At the day centre we saw Shelton Care Group DY08 FFX.

In the morning Matthew spent time on the computer and did communication studies. For dinner Matthew had a cheese oatcake followed by a Bakewell Tart. In the afternoon Matthew went trampolining in Abbey Hulton on Shelton Care Group DY08 FFX. We set off onto Glebedale Road and we turned right onto City Road. At the roundabout we turned sharp left onto Victoria Road and we ran down the hill to Joiners Square. At the roundabout we turned right onto the A52. We continued Northwards towards Bucknall. We continued forwards onto the A5009 and we ran into Abbey Hulton. We turned right on to Abbots Road and we stopped at the sports centre. At the sports centre we saw Stoke-on-Trent city council welfare bus LK17 DXD.

Matthew used the toilets before having a session on the trampoline and getting his level 2 certificate. We saw Shelton Care Group PE67 XEV. When it was time to go back we climbed back aboard Shelton Care Group DY08 FFX for the return journey. We set off onto Abbots Road and left onto Leek Road. We turned right onto Botteslow Street. We turned left onto Derby Street and we crossed over Lichfield Street an onto Regent Road. We stopped at the church and then we continued down Regent Road and onto Lichfield Street. We ran down the hill to Joiners Square. We turned went straight onto Victoria Road and we ran up the hill. We turned right onto Manor Street and right onto City Road. We turned left onto Smithpool Road and left again onto Temple Street. Back at the residential unit Matthew went up to his room and watch buses before going out. We saw D&G Bus 44 on a #1 to Meir.

Later on we went out for tea on the bus. We went downstairs and we set off on foot to the bus stop. We walked onto Temple Street and right onto Christchurch Street. We continued up City Road and we walked up to the roundabout and around the corner onto Victoria Road to wait for the bus to Hanley. Whilst we waited we saw First Potteries 67603 on a #6 to Weston Coyney. A few minutes later we saw First Potteries 32650 on a #6 to Hanley.

We got on and booked to Hanley before we went upstairs. The top deck of the bus was empty so Matthew took a picture inside First Potteries 32650 before we sat down.

We set off down Victoria Road and we ran down the hill towards Joiners Square and at the roundabout we went straight across onto Lichfield Street. We crossed over the ring road and at the stop outside the bus station we got up and got off the bus. Once we got off the bus we went inside the bus station we saw First Potteries 67642 on a #18 to Leek. We set off out of the bus station onto Lichfield Street. We turned righ onto Old Hall Street anbd we went into B&M. Matthew did some shopping and we crossed over the road onto Stafford Street and and went into Wilko. Matthew went in and brought some more shopping. We walked along Stafford Street and we saw D&G 38 on a #2 to Birches Head.

There is a section of the shared space bind re-laid. We continued along Stafford Street and up Lamb Street up to the Intu Potteries shopping centre. Matthew visited HMV and brought some music. He visited a shop that sold luxury sweets. Once we had finished in the shopping centre we went outside and onto Tontine Street. We stopped at Wetherspoons for tea. Matthew had a burger and fries washed down with a glass of Coke. Once we had finished we set off along Tontine Street and forwrds onto Lichfield street. We went to the bus stops outside the bus station to catch a bus back to Fenton. We saw a bus going the long way back and we decided to do that. It was First Potteries 63176 on a #11 to Newcastle.

We got on the bus and we booked to Fenton we sat down. We set off up Lichfield Street and we turned right onto Birch Terrace. We followed the road around onto Charles Street and we turned right onto Old Hall Street. We crossed over the ring road onto Bucknall New Road. We ran down the hill through Limekiln lights and we turned right onto Dividy Road. We turned left onto Beverley Drive and right onto Dawlish Drive. We ran through the estate and back onto the A5272. We ran up to Adderley Green. At the roundabout we turned right onto Anchor Road. system onto Commerce Street and right onto The Strand. After a brief stop we ran down the Strand and under the railway line onto King Street. We continued down through Fenton and forwards onto City Road. We went past KFC and we got up and got off at the Travers Court bus stop outside the block of flats. Once off the bus we walked onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew ewnt back up to his room to chill out. Matthew used his computer and watched music videos on the television. Later on Matthew had a bath and then had toast for supper. Matthew got up and had toast and orange juice for breakfast. Whilst waiting for time to got to the day centre Matthew spent time in his room watching buses. In the morning Matthew made some cup cakes with butter icing. For dinner Matthew had sausage chips and gravy followed by a Bakewell Tart. In the afternoon Matthew walked to the pub. We set off onto Christchurch Street and we turned left onto Temple Street. residential unit. We walked onto Temple Street and right onto Christchurch Street and we went into the Co-operative Food store and Matthew had a can of Coke. We walked back out onto Christchurch Street. We went to Mitchell Arts Centre in a Lucky Seven taxi. we set off Christchurch Street We turned left onto City Road we saw First Potteries 67158 on a #11 to Hanley. We ran down the hill to the A52 and we turned right towards the railway station. We went forwards onto Station Road and we turned right onto College Road. and Broad Street. We crossed over the ring road and we continued up Broad Street where we were dropped off. We walked up Piccadilly and we crossed obver Stafford Street onto Percy Street. We turned left onto Tontine Street and we went to the pub. Matthew went to the toilet and then had a glass of Coke. He also had chocolate fudge cake and ice cream. When we had finished we walked along Parliament Row. We turned left onto Tontine Street. We went forwards onto Lichfield Street and into the bus station. We waited for a bus back to Fenton. Whilst we waited we saw First Potteries 67154 on a #8 to Ball Green.

We got on the bus and we booked to Fenton before we sat down. We set off up Lichfield Street and we turned right into Birch Terrace. We followed the road around to the left onto Charles Street. At the top we turned right onto Old Hall Street before turning right onto the ring road. We turned left onto Lichfield Street and we ran down the hill to Joiners Square. We crossed the roundabout onto Victoria Road we saw Harry Shaw SF08 FTA. We ran up the hill into Fenton. At the top of the hill we got up and got off the bus. One off the bus we set off on foot onto City Road and we turned left onto Christchurch Street. We returned to the day centre and Matthew did some mopping up. When it was time to go back to the residential unit Matthew set off onto Christchurch Street we saw First Potteries 53041 on a #23 to Hanley. We turned left onto Temple Street and back to the unit. Matthew went up to his room to chill out and use the computer. Matthew also watched buses out of the window. We saw First Potteries 63176 on a #11 to Hanley.

Matthew was going out for tea. We went to Radford Bank in a Intercity taxi. We set off down Temple Street and we turned right onto Smithpool Road. We turned left City Road and we ran down the hill and under the railway line onto the A500. We then went South on the A500 which we did down to A34. Once on the A34 we went South through Trentham and past Stone and into Stafford. We saw Arriva Midlands 3782 on a #5 to Telford. We carried on through Stafford town centre and out the other side. just beyond Radford bank Inn we turn onto Weeping Cross for the last couple of miles. After going to the toilet, Matthew had a cheeseburger and chips followed by a chocolate fudge cake and ice cream. When we had finished eating we returned to Fenton in a Intercity taxi. The headed back towards Stafford on the A513 and then onto the A34 at Weeping Cross. they passed through Stafford town centre before going North on the A34 up to Hanford. At Hanford they got on the A500 which we did to Stoke. We came off the A500 and we turned right onto City Road. We turned right into Smithpool Road and we turned left onto Temple Street and back to unit. Matthew chilled out in his room and used the computer. We turned left onto Glebedale Road and back to the day centre. After a quick stop we went onto Albert Square and we turned left into Gimson Street, We turned left onto Glebedale Road and right onto City Road. We turned sharp left onto Victoria Road Victoria Road and we ran up to the top of the hill. We turned sharp right onto City Road and left onto Glebedale Road At the roundabout we turned sharp left onto Victoria Road and we ran down the hill to Joiner Square. At the roundabout we turned right onto the A52. We ran North to Bucknall and we went straight on at the lights onto the A5009. We ran under the old railway line to Leek and into Abbey Hulton. We turned right onto Abbots Road and we ran up to the sports centre. Outside the sports centre we saw silver minibus EU16 ENV.

Matthew had a session on the trampoline and then he went to the toilet before having a drink of Coke. When it was time to return to Fenton we got aboard When it was time to go back we climbed back aboard Shelton Care Group DY08 FFX for the return journey. We set off onto Abbots Road and left onto Leek Road. We continued through Limekiln Bank junction and forwards to Joiners Square. At the roundabout we turned right onto Lichfield Street and left onto Regent Road. We stopped for a short while and we continued onto College Road and down through Shelton. We turned left onto Station Road and we ran forwards onto the Westbound A52. We followed the railway line and we turned left onto City Road. We stopped outside the old Newtown pub and we crossed over the road and walked up Temple Street back to the residential unit. Matthew went up to his room to chill out and use his computer. For tea Matthew had sausage and mash followed by a Bakewell Tart. later on Matthew went out to Hanley. Transport for the trip was Shelton Care Group DY08 FFX. We got on the bus and we set off onto Temple Street and we turned left onto Christchurch Street. We went straight on onto Manor Street and at the end we turned left onto Victoria Road. We ran down the hill to Joiners Square. We ran up Lichfield Street and we turned left onto Regent Road. We parked up and we walked up to Winter Wonderland. We crossed over the ring road and we walked up Lichfield Street to the attraction. Matthew had his picture taken by one of the boards as Santa and then went on some of the rides. There was a Funhouse, a ride called Superbowl, and another ride that went high into the sky with a star on top. Matthew also had a drink of Coke. When we had finished we walked back to the bus. We set off down Lichfield Street and we crossed over the ring road and cut through to Regent Road. We got on Shelton Care Group DY08 FFX to return to Fenton. We set off along Regent Road and forwards onto Cleveland Road. We ran down though Shelton along College Road we saw First Potteries 63101 on a #21A to Hanley and we ran down to the railway station we saw First Potteries 32630 on a #25 to Hanley. We turned right onto Glebe Street and under the railway line an we ran around the one-way system in Stoke We came off the A500 onto City Road We continued up City Road under the railway line. and up the hill and we turned into Glebedale Road right onto Baker Street. We then crossed Christchurch Street. We turned left onto City Road We turned left onto Smithpool Road. We turned left onto Temple Street and into the residential unit. Once we got back to the residential unit Matthew went upstairs to chill out. He used his computer and watched music videos on the Television. At the roundabout we turned sharp left onto Victoria Road and down the hill to Joiners Square. At the roundabout we turned right onto the A52 and we ran up to Bucknall. At the lights we continued onto the A5009 and we ran through Abbey Hulton and Milton to Stockon Brook. We joined the Northbound A53 and we ran through Endon and and Longsdon. We continued through Ladderedge and up the hill into Leek town Centre. We passed through the town and continued along the A53 to Blackshaw Moor. We turned left and we ran down the track to the reservoir. Matthew visited the cafe and had a cake and a glass of Coke. Once we had finished in the cafe we returned to Fenton in Shelton Care Group DY08 FFX. We ran up the track to the A53 and we turned right onto the A53 and we headed South. We ran through Leek town centre and out the other side along the A53. We travelled South up the hill through Ladderedge and down into Longsdon and Endon. We continued as far as Stockton Brook and we turned left onto the A5009. We ran through Milton and Abbey Hulton and into Bucknall. We continued onto the A52 and at the roundabout we turned left onto Victoria Road. We ran up to the top of the hill to the top and we turned sharp right onto City Road. We turned left onto Glebedale Road and back to the day centre. For dinner Matthew had a pasta followed by Bakewell Tart. In the afternoon Matthew went to Crewe on Shelton Care Group DY08 FFX. We set off onto Glebedale Road. and we turned right onto City Road. At the roundabout we turned sharp left onto Victoria Road and down the hill to Joiners Square. We ran up Lichfield Street. we turned left onto Regent Road and forwards onto Cleveland Road. We ran down though Shelton along College Road. we turned right onto Station Road and left onto Stoke Road. After crossing the A500 we got onto the one-way system and we turned left onto Copeland Street. We continued forwards onto Glebe Street and we followed the road around onto Church Street. We turned left A500 We climbed up the hill through Basford and then we went down into Newcastle down the A52. We ran forwards onto Ryecroft and we turned right onto the Northbound A34. We stopped at Sainsbury's and Matthew went to the toilet. We brought a can of Coke and then we returned to the bus. We ran North past the old First Potteries Newcastle depot through Milehouse We saw First Potteries 67651 on a #4A to Hanley. We continued up the A34 to Talked and then we got onto the Northbound A500. We ran under the M6 before we got to Basford Hall Near Crewe where we turned right onto David Whitby Way. St the end we turned left onto the A532 and we ran into Crewe stopping at the Brocklebank pub. Matthew had a glass of Coke. Once we had finished in the pub we returned to the minibus to go back to Fenton. We ran along the A532 and we went Southwards down David Whitby Way to the A500. We Headed Eastwards and under the M6 before carrying on down to the A34. At Talke we went Southwards down the A34 through to Chesterton and we turned left onto the B5369. We continued through Dimsdale. We crossed over the A527 and we continued to Basford and we turned left onto the A53. We re-joined the Southbound A500 and we ran through to Stoke where we came off. We turned left onto Stoke Road and we turned right onto Avenue Road. We ran around Hanley park and we joined Regents Road. We stopped briefly before continuing back to Fenton. We turned right onto the A50 and we ran down the hill to Joiners Square At Joiners square we turned left towards Stoke and we followed the A52 to the bottom of Fenton. We turned left onto City Road and we ran up the hill. We turned right onto Smithpool Road and the left onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew went up to his room to chill out and use his computer. Out of the window we saw D&G 112 on a #1 to Meir.

For tea Matthew went out. We got on the bus and we set off onto Temple Street. We turned left onto Christchurch Street and left onto City Road. We saw First Potteries 42554 on a diverted #23A to Newstead. We ran down the hill into Stoke and we joined the Northbound A500. We ran North up through Etruria and Longport and we joined the Eastbound A527. We ran up the hill to the top end of Tunstall. we turned left onto the A50 and we stopped at McDonalds and we went inside. Matthew had a plain Big Mac and fries washed down with a cup of Coke. Matthew then went to the toilet. One we had finished we continued to Kidsgrove on Shelton Care Group DY08 FFX. We continued Northwards up the up the A50 through Goldenhill and down the hill into Kidsgrove. We stopped at Aldi and Matthew brought his weekly shopping. Once we had finished we returned to Fenton in a lucky seven taxi. we turned right onto Mount Road. We stopped again to pick up a service user and we continued onto Pennyfield Road and we ran up through Harriseahead and towards Mow Cop. We continued up to the Edge of Biddulph and we turned right onto the A527. We ran Southwards through Brown Lees and Brindley Ford and we followed the road through Knypersley and Fegg Hayes up to Chell. We turned left onto High Lane and we ran through Smallthorne. We continued through Sneyd Green and we entered Hanley along Town Road. We ran clockwise around the ring road and we turned left onto the A50. We ran down Lichfield Road down to Joiners Square. We continued onto Victoria Road and we ran up the hill into Fenton. We turned right onto Manor Street. At the end we turned right onto City Road and left Smithpool Road. We turned left onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew went back to the room and went on his computer. Later on Matthew had a bath and then had toast for supper. Today Matthew was in respite and he was going to his day service and we had a gas inspection. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast for breakfast. There was still work going on at the respite place, so there were builders and building work being carried out in various place around the place. After breakfast Matthew waited for the bus to turn up, which today was Shelton Care Group DV10 JCU.

We got on the bus and set off onto Dividy Road and we ran down to Bucknall where we joined the A52. We followed the road around to the left and at Joiners Square we went left onto Victoria Road. We went up the hill to the toip of the road and then we turned right onto the City Road. We turned left onto Glebedale Road and to our destination. In the morning Matthew went shopping in The Range. We walked onto Christchurch Street and we turned left onto Temple Street. We turned right into Smithpool Road and then left onto City Road. As we walked down the hill we saw Copeland's Tours MIB 542.

In the shop matthew went into the cafe and had some toast and a can of Coke. After he had finished eating we walked out onto City Road and we went under the railway line onto the A52. We joined the Southbound Trent & Mersey canal towpath and we walked down around 1/2 mile and onto Whieldon Road. We went under the railway line and we climbed up the hill. Part way up we saw Stanton's of Stoke Mercedes minibus KY12 YGC.

We carried on up Whieldon Road and we turned left onto Willowdale Avenue and we went across the spare ground and onto Smithpool Road. We crossed over the railway line and we turned right onto Temple Street. At the top of Temple Street went crossed over Christchurch Street and into the Co-operative Food store. In the Co-op Matthew brought a can of Coke. After we had finished we walked to the day centre. For dinner Matthew had Pizza followed by a Bakewell Tart. In the afternoon Matthew went for a ramble around the lido. We set off Onto Christchurch Street we went down Masterson Street and onto Watkin Street. We walked to the end and we went down the back alley of Welby Street and onto Smithpool Street. We crossed over the railway line and we turned left into the lido. we walked around the pool and back onto Smithpool Road. We went back via Alma Street, Evelyn Street and onto Masterson Street. We went over Christchurch Street and back to the day centre. When it was time to go back to respite Matthew climbed back aboard Shelton Care Group DV10 JCU. We set off onto Glebedale Road and we turned right onto City Road. We joined the A50 link Road and we did the A50 to Heron Cross. We joined Blurton Road and we ran through Blurton and forwards onto Church Road. We turned right onto the A5035 and we ran over the railway line to Trentham. We turned right into New Inn Lane and we dropped a service user off before returning back onto the A5035. We ran back through Blurton and Dresden and over the A50. We joined Chadwick Street and we went past the Gladstone Pottery Museum. We crossed over Uttoxeter road and onto Bridgewood street. We turned left onto Forrister and then right onto Anchor Road. We ran to the top of the hill and into Adderley Green. In the back of the First garage we saw First Potteries Dart 41496. We turned left onto the A5272 and we ran into Bentilee and into respite. When Matthew got back he spent some time in his room watching the digger digging up the grounds of the building. We then saw Stoke-on-Trent city council minibus KY12 YEF.

A few minutes later we saw First Potteries 63176 on a #26 to Hanley.

For tea we went out to the Arnold Machin pub in Newcastle. Transport for the trip was Stanton's of Stoke minibus GX60 RHV. We got on the bus and we went down the A5272 towards Bucknall. We joined the A52 and then we went forwards onto Bucknall New Road. At the top of the hill we joined the clockwise ring road and we ran around to Snow Hill. We ran down the hill and we turned right onto Shelton New Road. We ran through Shelton and we ran up the hill to the edge of Newcastle. We ran down George Street into Newcastle and into Ironmarket. Matthew went into the pub and went to the toilet. For tea Matthew had gammon egg and chips washed down with a glass of Coke. For afters Matthew had chocolate fudge cake with ice cream. When we had finished Matthew went to the toilet and then we returned to Stanton's of Stoke minibus GX60 RHV. We set off out of Ironmarket over the Jubilee roundabout onto the A53. We ran over the A500 and into Etruria. We came off the A53 by Festival Park and we turned right onto Etruria Road. We joined the anti-clockwise ring road around to Bucknall New Road. We ran down the hill and over the canal and we joined the A52. We ran into Bucknall and we turned right onto the A5272. We ran up into Bentilee and back to respite. Once back in the home Matthew chilled out watching telly and using his computer. Later on Matthew had a bath and then had toast for supper. Matthew went to bed around 23:00... Mark
