Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going to Llandudno on a coach. Matthew got up around 06:00. and had toast for breakfast. Around 09:00 we set off downstairs and onto Temple Street. We turned right onto Christchurch Street and we went into te Co-operative Food store. Matthew brought a bottle of Coke. Once we had finished in the shop we continued along Christchurch Street and we stopped opposite the bench and bar to wait for the coach to arrive. A second coach appeared and it was Copeland's Tours MIB 615 also going to Llandudno.

We got on the coach, found our seats and we sat down. We set off along Christchurch Street and we turned left onto Glebedale Road. We turned left onto City Road. We ran over the railway line and then we turned went Forwards onto the A52. We went under the railway line and we joined the Northbound A500. We ran North up to the M6 and we continued North as far as junction 20. At Junction 20 we went Westwards along the M56. We ran Southwards for around 25 miles and we came off the M6 onto the A5117 and stopped at Chester servcies. Matthew went to the toilet before returning to the coach for the last leg of the journey. We re-joined the Southbound M56 and forwards onto the A494. We crossed over the Dee at Queensferry and we joined onto the Westbound A55. We ran to junction 19 and we joined the Northbound A470. We ran into town and we went around the one-way system and parked up just off Mostyn Broadway. Once off the coach we saw a new building being built in Llandudno. We walked into the centre of town and stopped at a toilet. We turned left onto St George's Place. We went onto the Promendae and we spent some time on the beach. We saw grey minibus BP24 ZDM.

We returned Up St Georges Place and back onto Mostyn Street. Whilst we waited we saw Llew Jones SJ71 LLJ on a #19 to Conwy.

We went to The Coffee Centre. Matthew went to the toilet and afterwards had sausage ships and gravy washed down with a can of Coke. After we had finished eating we walked down Mostyn Street and we crossed over the road. As we turned into St George's Place and we went onto the Promendae. We walked arounf the corner onto Gloddaeth Cres and we continued onto North Parade promenade and into the Leisure Island Amusement Arcade. We ran to Pier Kids Funfair Rides and we went to the toilet and and we walked onto the Llandudno Pier Ferris Wheel. Afterwards Matthew had an ice cream. When we had finished we walked back along North Parade and back up the Saint George's Crescent. Afterwards Matthew had washed down with can of Coke. We went onto the Promendae and we spent some time on the beach. We returned Up St Georges Place and back onto Mostyn Street. We continued onto Mostyn Broadway and Matthew went into a Poundland and Matthew brought egg sandwiches and a bottle of orange Fanta. We came out of the shop and we saw Arriva NW&W 4486 on a #12 to Rhyl. Once off the bus we crossed over the road and we went to the Trinity Square Cafe. Matthew used the toilet and afterwards we went to the bar and Matthew had a glass of Coke. When we had finished we saw Copeland's Tours MIB 536.

When we finished in the coffee shop we walked back to the coach park. As we got to the stop we saw Arriva NW&W 4404 on a #12 to Rhyl.

A short time later we saw our coach for the return journey. It was Copeland's Tours MIB 615.

We got on the coach and we sat down in our seats. We set off onto the one-way system. We ran Eastwards along Mostyn Broadway and we turned left onto Carmen Sylva Road. We turned right onto the B5115 and we headed Eastwards out of town. We ran past the Little Orme to the edge of Rhos on Sea and we turned left onto Church Road. We turned right onto Penrhyn Avenue and we ran down to the see front. We turned right onto Rhos Promenade and we continued onto West Promenade. We turned right onto Cayley Promenade and right onto Whitehall Road. At the roundabout we veered slight left onto the B5115 and we crossed over the A55 at junction 19. We continued Eastwards thriugh Noerh Wales and we ran forwards onto the A494 at Queensferry. We got onto the Eastbound M56. We ran Southwards for around 25 miles and we came off the M6 onto the A5117 and stopped at Chester servcies. Matthew went to the toilet and we saw silver minibus YT06 HPU.

Matthew went to the toilet before returning to the coach for the last leg of the journey. We re-joined the Southbound M56 At junction 9 we joined the Southbound M6 and we ran down to junction 16. We went Southwards down the A500 to Etruria and we cam off the A500. We turned left onto City Road. We went under the railway line and up the hill into Fenton. We turned right into Christchurch Road and we got up and got off the coach. We walked back into Temple Street and we continued to the residential unit. Matthew went upstairs to his room to chill out. He also ate a bakewell tart. Matthew went back to the room and went on his computer. Later on Matthew had a bath and then had toast for supper. He then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Mark.

Today was the second day of the trip to Wales. We had checked the weather which was for a dry sunny day and I had looked at the multi-operator tickets for North Wales. Matthew was awake around 09:00 and we met up in Matthews room and packed all our belongings away. We set off around 09:45 and we walked onto Clonmel Street and put the bags in the car. We continued onto Mostyn Street and we looked for the cafe we intended to eat at. We decided to move the car to a nearby street so I moved the car and Matthew chilled out watching the buses. After I parked the car, before we went to the cafe we saw Arriva NW&W 3181 on a #5D to Bangor.

We crossed the road and we went into the Arcade and walked to the back to the cafe. Matthew had a full breakfast washed down with a glass of orange juice. He also had a can of Coke. When we had finished we said goodbye to mum and we walked to the bus stop opposite the North West Gardens. Whilst we waited for the #5 bus we saw Arriva NW&W 4479 on an inbound #12 from Rhyl.

A short time later we saw the bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was Arriva NW&W 3187 on a #5 to Bangor.

We got on the bus and we booked a Group day ticket at £15 before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off along Mostyn Street and we ran forwards onto Mostyn Broadway. We continued onto Mostyn Avenue, and we turned right onto Queen's Road. We crossed the A470 and we ran fowards onto Conway Road. We ran forwards onto the B5115 and we turned left onto Marl Lane. We turned right onto Victoria Drive and we headed Southwards. At the end of the road we waited in the traffic to get across the flyover. The lights changed and we turned right onto Ferndale Road and we went forwards onto the A547 and we crossed over the cob and over the river Conwy. We ran past the castle and through the town and we past through the narrow gap in the wall. We ran out of town and we joined the Westbound A55. As we travelled along the A55 we saw NPC BV19 YGJ. We went through the tunnel and we came off the A55 onto Glan-Yr-Afon Road. We ran through Dwygyfylchi and we continued onto Conway Road and through Penmaenmawr. We re-joined the A55 and we came off again onto Penmaenmawr Road. We ran through Llanfairfechan. We re-joined the A55 and we came off the A55 for the Aber Falls srop before re-joining the A55. We came off the A55 at junction 12 and we ran throu Tal-y-bont. We ran through Llandygai and we joined the A5. We ran past Bangor Crematorium and past the bay. We turned left and headed Southwards and we ran past the end of the bus station. We turned left onto Ffordd Gwynedd and we followed the road around onto Tan-Y-Fynwent where we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we had a look around. We saw Arriva NW&W 677 parked up on layover.

We continued around the corner and we saw O.R.Jones YX17 NDU parked up on stand.

We walked down to the bottom end of the bus station and we saw Arriva NW&W 684 on a #58 to Beaumaris.

Matthew went to the toilet and afterwards we had a sit down and think about where we could go. We considered going towards Caernarfon but the bus came in and there were a lot of people on the bus. A short time later we saw Arriva NW&W 2912 on a X4 to Holyhead via Llangefni.

We got on the bus and we placed the group day ticket under the scanner before we sat down. The bus set off out of the bus station and we turned left onto the A5. We turned left onto Farrar Road and we ran past the entrance to the railway station before we rejoined the A5. We followed the A5 out of town through 180' and we headed South Westwards. There is currently a weight restriction on the Menai Suspension Bridge, so the bus continued along the A487. We joined the Northbound A55 and we crossed over the Britannia Bridge. We turned right onto the A5 and we headed Eastwards. We headed to Menai Bridge and as if we were going towards the bridge before turning left onto the A545. We turned left at Wood Street and we stopped briefly at Menai Bridge bus station, which is basically 2 bus stops on the opposite of the road by the Library. We turned left onto Dale Street and we rejoined the Westbound A5. We crossed under the A55 and we ran into Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch where we saw Nash's coach N400 SHS as well as a few other unidentified coaches. We continued through Gaerwen and Pentre Berw and we crossed over the A55 and turned right onto the A5114. We turned right onto the Industrial Estate and we ran Northwards into Llangefni. We turned left onto Bridge Street and we continued onto High Street where we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus Matthew took another picture of Arriva NW&W 2912 as it continued towards Holyhead.

Once off the bus we walked along High Street and forwards onto Bridge Street. We saw a sign for a toilet so we walked along a path next to the Afon Gefni and into a car park where we found a toilet block. Matthew used the toilet. Afterwards we walked back along the path and we turned left onto Bridge Street. We went to the Spar shop we had passed earlier and we bought some drnks and chocolate. We walked back to the centre of the town and we sat down and Matthew had a bottle of Dr Pepper Whilst we were sitting down we saw Arriva NW&W 2658 on a #4R to Llangefni that was going forwards on a X4 to Bangor.

A short time later we saw Arriva NW&W 2652 on a X4 to Holyhead.

After we had finished our drink weh had a look at the map tp have a look at where the stop was to return to Bangor. We headed Eastwards along Bridge Street and we turned right onto Industrial Estate Road. We waited at the bus stop for the bus towards Bangor. Whilst we waited we saw Arriva NW&W 2654 on a X4 to Holyhead.

A few minutes later we saw the bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was Arriva NW&W 2667 on a X4 to Bangor.

We got on the bus and we placed the group day ticket under the scanner before we sat down. The bus set off along Industrial Estate Road and we turned right at the roundabout and left on to the A5114. We headed Southwards and we crossed over the A55 before joining the Eastbound A5. We ran through Gaerwen and Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch and we continued Eastwards to Menai Bridge. We decided to get off the bus here and catch something else fowards. We ran straight onto Dale Street and we turned right onto Wood Street where we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus Matthew took another picture of Arriva NW&W 2667 before it continued towards Bangor.

Once off the bus we had a quick look at the timetable. There was a #62 to bangor due in around 10 minutes. Whilst we waited Matthew had a chocolate bar. A few minutes later the bus appeared. It was Arriva NW&W 2913 on a #62 to Bangor as expected.

We got on the bus and we placed the group day ticket under the scanner before we sat down. The bus set off along Wood Street and we turned right onto the A545. With the weight restriction on the Menai Susupensio Bridge the bus was diverted over the Britannia Bridge. We turned right onto the A5 and we ran Westwards along the A5. We joined the Southbound A55 and we crossed over the bridge. After crossing the Menai Straight we came off the A55 and we headed Eastwards along the A487. We rejoined the A5 just East of the Menai Suspension Bridge and we followed the road into town. We ran past the railway station and we turned sharp left to stay on the A5. We continued for another 300 yds and we turned right onto Ffordd Gwynedd. We followed the rosd to the left onto Tan y Fynwent and we got up and got off the bus. We crossed over the road and Matthew got a picture of Arriva NW&W 695 which was on layover.

We deicded to have a bit of a break off the bus so we went into town to get some food. We set off up path in between to shopping centres into the pedestrian area. We turned right on High Street and we visited Greggs. We brought a 4 pack of sausage rolls and Matthew also had a vanilla slice. We headed back down Garth Road and we sat down by the bus stops. We each had a sausage roll and afterwards vanilla slice. After we had finished eat Matthew went to the toilet. We decided to head back towards Llandudno. Whilst we waited for the bus we saw Lloyds Coaches SN15 ETD on a T2 to Aberystwyth.

A few minutes later we saw the bus approaching the stand. As it got closer we saw it was Arriva NW&W 3184 on a #5 to Llandudno.

We got on the bus and we placed the group day ticket under the scanner before we sat down. The bus set off out of the bus station and we turned right onto the A5 and through Hirael and Llandygai and right onto onto A55. As we travelled Eastwards we passed an unidentified Jim Bell coach. We turned right onto Aber Road and up to Llanfairfechan and right onto onto A55 and into Penmaenmawr. We turned left onto Bangor Road left onto Town Ditch Road. We turned the corner onto Castle Street and forwards onto Conway Road. We crossed over the River Conway through the roadworks and we ran forwards onto Ferndale Road. We turned left onto Victoria Drive and we turned left onto marl Lane. We turned right onto the B5115 and we headed Northwards. We ran Northwards for about a mile and we crossed over the A470. We ran forwards onto Queen's Road and we ran to the end. We turned left onto Mostyn Avenue and we ran into town. And we turned left onto Tudor Crescent. We turned right onto Conway Road and left onto Mostyn Street. We got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we crossed over the road and we went to the King's Arms pub. Matthew used the toilet and afterwards we went to the bar and Matthew had a glass of Coke. When we had finisned we went outside to meet up with uncle Dave. Matthew spotted a sugar dummy with a Wales lanyard so we went into the shop and paid for it before we heeaded to the bus stop. Whilst we waited for a bus towards Abergele we saw Ellison's YJ16 ELX pass by.

A short time later we saw the bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was Arriva NW&W 4552 on a #12 to Rhyl.

We got on the bus and we placed the group day ticket under the scanner before we went upstairs and sat down. We set off along Mostyn Street and we past the coach park where we saw and unidentified Happy Als Coach and an unidentified Alfa coach. We continued onto Mostyn Broadway and we turned left onto Carmen Sylva Road. We turned right onto the B5115 and we headed Eastwards out of town. We ran past the Little Orme to the edge of Rhos on Sea and we turned left onto Church Road. We turned right onto Penrhyn Avenue and we ran down to the see front. We turned right onto Rhos Promenade and we continued onto West Promenade. We turned right onto Cayley Promenade and right onto Whitehall Road. At the roundabout we veered slight left onto the B5115 and we crossed over the A55. We continued into Colwyn Bay along the A547 and through Old Colwyn. We climbed the hill up to Penmaen rhos and we ran past the quarry into Llandulas. We continued Eastwards along the A547 and we pulled off the main road onto the entrance of the North Wales Business Park. After a short wait there we went around the roundabout and we got back onto the Eastbound A547. We ran to the edge of Abergele and we pulled into the car park. after turning on the roundabout we pulled up onto the stop where we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus Matthew took another picture of Arriva NW&W 4552 before it carried on towards Rhyl.

Once off the bus we walked towards Tesco and we met up with mum. We went in the shop and Matthew went to the toilet whilst mum got some shopping. This included a bag of ice to put in the drinks and a box of Choc Ices. Matthew had a choc ice before we had a cup of Cherry Coke with ice. We set off onto the A547 and we headed through the town before joining the Eastbound A55. Seen on the A55 were Travelmaster Holidays BN17 JMO, Greenwood CV58 YOH and Pat's Coaches OU17 ORN. We came off the A55 just East of Chester and we joined the Eastbound A51. We turned right to bypass Tarvin and we continued Eastwards along the A51. Seen on the A51 were Lakeside BV69 LPL. We passed Snugbury's and the site of the new petrol station. We turned left on to the Nantwich by-pass and past Reaseheath College and we turned right onto Barony Road. We turned right onto Beam Street and we parked up by the civic centre. Mum went off the get the chips and me and Matthew walked onto Beam Street to got to a pub. We went to the Red Cow and Matthew used the toilet. Afterwards he had a glass of Coke. Whilst in the pub we saw a bus go into the bus station. We finished our drink and we went outside. We saw Stagecoach Merseyside 27902 on a #84 to Chester.

We walked down Market Street and we headed through a passageway onto the civic centre car park. Matthew had sausage chips and gravy washed down with a can of Irn Bru. When I had finished eating we set off onto Beam Street and we turmed right onto the B5074. We turned left onto The B5338 and we ran Eastwards to te bypass. We joined the Southbound A51 and at the next roundabout we joined the Eastbound A500. We continued Eastwards to Barthomley and we went under the M6. We continued along the A500 through Talke, Longport and Eruria and we came off at Stoke. We came off the A500 and we diverted onto Wheildon Road. We dropped off uncle Dave and Matthew got out to use the toilet. He also had some of uncle Rob's Irn Bru. We updated uncle daves calendar to show recent activity. Once we had dropped off uncle Dave we set off onto Wheildon Road and past the former Regent pub which is now up for sale. We ran forwards onto Grove Road and we saw green minibus R482 NDM parked up. We turned right onto Blurton Road and we crossed over the A50. We continued through Blurton and we turned right onto Church Road. We turned right onto the A5035 and we got back to Blurton around 20:30. Matthew chilled out on his computer and we did some of the Blog. We also wrote a few emails and generally used the computer to entertain ourselves. We watched TV and Matthew got ready for bed. Matthew settled down around 01:00... Mark

Trip to Llandudno / Colwyn Bay 12-05-2023

Today was the first day of a short break in Wales. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast and orange juice for breakfast. We saw Shelton Care Group YP70 JYJ outside. We went downstairs and we set off onto Temple Street. In the distance we saw Temple Street church minibus RX18 GZW. We carried on along City Road and we saw Afford rent-a-car NX72 HFY outside there yard.

We continued to the bus stop and we waited for the bus to Hanley. A short time later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 63012 on a #23 to Hanley.

We got on the bus and booked to Hanley before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off down City Road and we joined the A52 and ran under the railway line. After crossing over the A500 we ran into Stoke town centre along Church Street. We followed the one-way system around onto Elenora Street and right onto Copeland Street. We turned left onto Glebe Street and we ran under the railway line before turning left onto Station Road. After stopping briefly outside the railway station we turned right onto College Road and we ran up the hill through Shelton. We continued onto Cleveland Road and we turned left onto Bethesda Street. We crossed over the ring road and we continued along Bethesda Street before turning right onto John Street. We ran up the hill into the bus station and onto stand. Once in the bus station we got up and got off the bus. In the bus station we saw First Potteries 67158 on a #7A to Biddulph. We left the bus station and we walked up Lichfield Street. We continued onto Tontine Street and onto Tontine Square. Afterwards we walked back along Tontine Square to the Intu Potteries shopping centre. We had a walk around the shops and afterwards we walked through Tontine Square onto Parliament Row. We stopped at Poundland and Matthew brought a bottle of Coke. After we had been to Poundland we stopped on Upper Market Square and We sat down and Matthew had a bottle of coke. When we had finished we walked along Tontine Street and forwards onto Lichfield Street and we stopped at the bus station to use the toilet. We decided to get a taxi back to Fenton. We got in the taxi on Lichfield Street and we set off along Licfield Street and over the ring road. At Joiners Square we went straight onto Victoria Road. We ran up the hill and we turned right onto the private road past the swimming baths. We turned left onto City Road and right onto Smithpool Road. We got out of the taxi by the chip shop and we ordered dinner. We walked back along Smithpool Rod and we turned right onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. We went upstairs and Matthew had sausage chips and gravy for dinner. Afterwards Matthew chilled out in his room until we came to pick him up at around 13:30. Matthew came downstairs and got in the car. We set off from Temple Street and we turned left onto Smithpool Road. We turned right onto Wheildon Road and we stopped to pick up uncle Dave. We continued down Wheildon Road towards the A500. At Stoke we saw D&G 160 on a #9 to Biddulph. We joined the Northbound A500 and we ran through Etruria and Longport. As we headed Northwards we saw Sporting Stars HX22 BTV, Hollinshead DH15 HOL, ABC Supreme HV22 HKB. We went under the M6 and we continued South of Crewe to the edge of Nantwich. We joined the Nantwich bypass A51 and we saw Stagecoach Merseyside 10575 / 27925(#84), Fenn MR09 FEN and Leger Services BJ15 BDE as we headed towards Reeseheath College. We continued to the edge of town as we were about to turned right we saw white minibus YN07 OZE. We stopped at Snugbury's and Matthew had ab ice cream. We walkked up to and around the bee and we saw the Stagecoach double decker go past. When we had finished we got back in the car and we joined the Westbound A51. As we travalled Westwards we saw an unidentified Paul's of Stoke coach, Lakeland L11 ESU, Anthony's Travel CB14 ANT,Stagecoach Merseyside 27925(#84), green minibus DK58 HSD and D&G bus 43(#82). Just outside of Chester we turned left and joined the A55. On the A55 we saw Veol 776 VC. We had a brief stop near to Abergele. Matthew used the toilet and we brought sausage rolls. We continued past Colwyn Bay and we came off the A55 to run into Llandudno along the B5115. As we tralled towards Llandudno we saw white coach FJ11 GMO, silver minicoach YN03 NHH, Alpine coaches YNZ 3263, Voel 7934 VC and City Sightseeing Tours OFZ 7848. We continued onto St George's Crescent and we stopped outside of the hotel. Whilst mum was booking in we saw Daish's Hoilidays BF68 ZDY. Once mum had check in we went outside and up to our room. Matthew had a room at the front of the hotel and could see the sea. We chilled out for around an hour and had drink before getting ready and going out to catch a few buses. We went out of the hotel and we turned right onto Clonmel Street. We turned right onto Mostyn Street and we walked up to the bus stop. As we got to the stop we saw Arriva NW&W 681 depart on a #14 to Llysfaen.

We had a look on the ma and we saw there was a #12 on the corner of the road about to depart towards Rhyl. We wauited for a few minutes and the bus appeared. As it got closer we saw it was Arriva NW&W 4546 on a #12 to Rhyl.

We got on the bus and we booked and Arriva Daysaver Duo at £11.50 before going upstairs and sitting down. We set off along Mostyn Street and we past the coach park where we saw and unidentified Happy Als Coach and an unidentified Alfa coach. We continued onto Mostyn Broadway and we turned left onto Carmen Sylva Road. We turned right onto the B5115 and we headed Eastwards out of town. We ran past the Little Orme to the edge of Rhos on Sea and we turned left onto Church Road. We turned right onto Penrhyn Avenue and we ran down to the see front. We turned right onto Rhos Promenade and we continued onto West Promenade. We turned right onto Cayley Promenade and right onto Whitehall Road. At the roundabout we veered slight left onto the B5115 and we crossed over the A55. We continued into Colwyn Bay along the A547 and we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus Matthew took another picture of Arriva NW&W 4546 as it continued towards Rhyl.

We crossed the road and we had a look on the map what was due. There was a #12 due first, but it was running a little late. just after that the was a #14 service. Whilst we waited we saw National Express liveried Llew Jones BG65 TGU on a #175 from Manchester to llandudno.

A short time later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw Arriva NW&W 681 on a #14 to Llandudno.

We got on the bus and we placed the Daysaver Duo tickets under the scanner before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off along the A547 and we turned right onto the B5115 and we crossed over the A55. We veerd slight right onto Whitehall Road and we turned left onto Cayley Promenade. We turned left onto West Promanade and we ran forwards onto Rhos Promenade. We turned left onto the B5116 and we turned right onto Elwy Road. We turned right onto Church Road and left onto Penrhyn Avenue. We turned left onto Marine Drive and we ran along the coast. Near to the Little Orme we veered off the coact and we ran forwards onto Glan Y Mor Road. At the roundabout we turned right onto the B5115 and we ran up the hill. By the Llandudno sign we turned left onto Blyn Y Bla Road. We ran to the end and we turned left to rejoin the B5115. We ran along the coast for a short while before turning left onto Carmen Sylva Road. We turned right onto Moston Avenue and we ran towards the town centre. Following the one-way system we turned left onto Tudor Crescent and right onto Conway Road. By North West Gardens we turned left onto Moston Street. We ran a few blocks North Westwards before turning left onto the A546. We ran towards the West Beach and we turned left to follow the A546 and we got up and got off the bus. Matthew took another picture of Arriva NW&W 681 before the bus continued to the terminal.

We walked around the corner onto the A546 and we walked back up towards the centre of Llandusno to the next stop. There was someone waitinmg for a bus, so we decided to stop and look at the next bus. We had a lok at the timetable and there was a #5 to Bangor in about 15 minutes. Whilst at the stop we saw Arriva NW&W 3189 head towards the terminal. The bus ran around the turning circle and sat at the first stop. A short time later we saw the bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was Arriva NW&W 3189 as expected.

We got on the bus and we placed the tickets under the scanner before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off along the A546 and we ran to the end before turning right onto Mostyn Street. We ran along the main street and e ran forwards onto Mostyn Broadway. We continued onto Mostyn Avenue, and we turned right onto Queen's Road. We crossed the A470 and we ran fowards onto Conway Road. We ran forwards onto the B5115 and we turned left onto Marl Lane. We turned right onto Victoria Road and we headed Southwards. We ran for about 1/4 mile and we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus Matthew took a picture of Arriva NW&W 3189 as it continued towards Bangor.

We crossed over the road and we waited for the bus back towards Llandudno. The was a bus due in around 5 minutes. A short time later we saw the bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was Arriva NW&W 3190 on a #5 to Llandudno.

We got on the bus and we placed the Daysaver Duo tickets under the scanner for the final time today before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off Northwards up Victoria Drive and we turned left onto marl Lane. We turned right onto the B5115 and we headed Northwards. We ran Northwards for about a mile and we crossed over the A470. We ran forwards onto Queen's Road and we ran to the end. We turned left onto Mostyn Avenue and we ran into town. And we turned left onto Tudor Crescent. We turned right onto Conway Road and left onto Mostyn Street. We got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we walked along Mostyn Street and we turned right onto Clonmel Street. We turned left onto St George's Crescent and we met up with mum. The original plan was to go to McDonalds. We got in the car and we ran along St George's Crescent. We turned left onto St George's Place amd left onto Mostyn Street. We ran forwards onto Mostyn Broadway and we entered the retail park. When we realised the voucher we had for McDonalds wasn't worth the bother, we decided to try a chips shop. We left the retail park and we turned right onto Moston Avenue. We turned left onto Pleasant Street and right onto Victoria Street. We found the chip shop but there was nowhere to park, so we decided to go to Asda and get stuff to make sandwiches. We turned left onto Queens Road and left onto the B5115. We turned left onto Ty'n Y Ffrith Road and right onto Mostyn Broadway. We turned left onto Rudor Crescent and we ran forwards into Asda car park. After parking up we went inside and got food. Mum went to the till and Matthew went to use the toilet. We returned to the car and we set off onto Conway Road. We turned left onto Mostyn Street and we turned right Clonmel Street. We turned left onto St George's Crescent and the was no space, so we went around the block and parked on Clonmel Street. We walked back to the hotel and we we went up to the room. We started with a small sausage roll and afterwards had a ham sandwich. Matthew had a bag of Frazzles and then an egg custard. We chilled in the room and we wrote e-mails and did some of the Blog. Matthew had a bottle of Cherry Coke. He got changed for bed and I left for our room around 23:30. Matthew chilled out and went to bed around 00:30... Mark

Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going to Llandudno on a coach. Matthew got up around 06:00. and had toast for breakfast. Around 09:00 we set off downstairs and onto Temple Street. We turned right onto Christchurch Street and we went into te Co-operative Food store. Matthew brought a bottle of Coke. Once we had finished in the shop we continued along Christchurch Street and we stopped opposite the bench and bar to wait for the coach to arrive. Whilst we waited we saw Copeland's Tours MIB 520 on a day trip to Llandudno.

A second coach appeared and it was Copeland's Tours MIB 516, also going to Llandudno.

We were booked on Copeland's Tours MIB 516 so we got on the coach, found our seats and we sat down. We set off along Christchurch Street and we turned left onto Glebedale Road. We turned left onto City Road. We ran over the railway line and then we turned went Forwards onto the A52. We went under the railway line and we joined the Northbound A500. We ran North up to the M6 and we continued North as far as junction 20. At Junction 20 we went Westwards along the M56. We ran to the end of the M56 and forwards onto the A494. We crossed over the Dee at Queensferry and we joined onto the Westbound A55. We ran to junction 19 and we joined the Northbound A470. We ran into town and we went around the one-way system and parked up just off Mostyn Broadway. Once off the coach we saw a new building being built in Llandudno. We walked into the centre of town and stopped at a toilet. We carried on and we saw Atlantic Executive Travel BT15 KLJ.

We walked further into town along Mostyn Broadway and we saw Arriva NW&W 3170 on a X5 to Bangor.

We saw the former RBS bank which is now a charity shop. A few minutes later we saw Mikro Coaches FJ60 HYO.

We continued to the end of the main stree and we walked part way around the base of the Orme. Afterwards we walked to the tram station and we caught a tram up to the half way station. We transferred onto the other tram amd we continued to the summit of the Great Orme. Matthew went to the toilet and afterwards had a ice cream. When we had finished we returned to town. We did a tram to the half way station and we transferred onto the other tram to go back down to the bottom. We continued onto Mostyn Street and we saw Arriva NW&W 2524 on a #13 to Prestatyn.

We continued along Mostyn Broadway and we stopped at a pizza restaurant for dinner. Matthew had some pizza and a bottle of Coke. After dinner we set off onto Mostyn Streer and we turned left onto St George's Place. We went onto the Promendae and we spent some time on the beach. We returned Up St Georges Place and back onto Mostyn Street. We continued onto Mostyn Broadway and Matthew went into a shop and brought a new bag. We came out of the shop and we saw Arriva NW&W 4547 on a #12 to Rhyl.

Matthew visited the toilet in the North West Gardens and we cross the road to Starbucks. Matthew had a bottle of orange juice. When we finished in the coffee shop we walked back to the coach park. We saw Llandudno Cars DS67 JXE stopped outside.

A short time later we saw our coach for the return journey. It was Copeland's Tours MIB 516.

Whilst we waited to get back on the coach we saw Arriva NW&W 2915 on a #13 to Prestatyn.

We got on the coach and we sat down in our seats. We set off onto the one-way system. We ran Eastwards along Mostyn Broadway and we turned right onto the B5115. We joined the Southbound A470 and we joined the A55 at junction 19. We continued Eastwards thriugh Noerh Wales and we ran forwards onto the A494 at Queensferry. We got onto the Eastbound M56. At junction 9 we joined the Southbound M6., We stopped at Knutsford Services and Matthew visited the toilet, We also visited burger king and Matthew had a burger and fries. We re-joined the M6 and we ran down to junction 16. We went Southwards down the A500 to Etruria and we cam off the A500. We turned left onto City Road. We went under the railway line and up the hill into Fenton. We turned right into Christchurch Road and we got up and got off the coach. We walked back into Temple Street and we saw Shelton Care Group DY08 FFX parked up nearby.

We continued to the residential unit. Matthew went upstairs to his room to chill out. He also ate a bakewell tart. Matthew went back to the room and went on his computer. Later on Matthew had a bath and then had toast for supper. He then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Mark.
