Trip to Shelton / Hanley 05-12-2019

Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going to his day service. He was also going to xmas party later on. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast for breakfast. before Matthew went to the day centre he watched buses out of the window. whilst waiting for the time to go to the day centre, we saw Temple Street Church minibus RX18 GZW. We went downstairs and we set off onto Temple Street. In the distance we saw Temple Street church minibus RX18 GZW. We carried on along Temple Street and we turned left onto Christchurch Street. We waited for a bus towards Stoke. After a short wait we saw First Potteries 44515 on a #23 to Hanley.

We got on the bus and we booked to Stoke before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off along Christchurch Street. We turned left onto City Road. down under the railway line and into Stoke. We got off the bus and we decided to get back on and continued towards Shelton. After a brief stop we continued around the one-way system onto Elenora Steet and right onto Copeland street. We turned left onto Glebe Street and we went under the railway line before turning left onto Station Road. We went past the railway station and due to roadworks we ran to the end of Station Road and turned right. We ran up Stoke Road and we turned right onto Avenue Road. At the roundabout we turned left onto College Road. After running the hill through Shelton we continued onto Cleveland Road and forwards onto Regent Road. We turned left onto Lower Bethesda Street and we crossed over the ring road onto Bethesda Street before we turned right onto John Street. We entered the bus station and we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we walked up Lichfield Street we Right onto Old Hall Street. We turned left onto Parliament Row and we stopped at the pound bakery. Matthew picked up a ham sandwich. Afterwards we continued along Parliament Row and we stopped at Poundland. We brought a bottle of Coke and a twirl. Once we had finished in the shop we headed through Intu Potteries and down the ramp onto Quadrant Road. As we went under the shopping centre we saw First Potteries 63116 on a #7 to Hanley.

We turned left onto Bryan Street and we visited the cinema. In the cinema went to the toilet and afterwards had a hot dog. He went to see Frozen 2. at the cinema. When he had finished we set off along Bryan Street and onto Quadrant Road. We walked along Stafford Street and forwards onto Lichfield Street and back to the bus station. we saw Copeland's Tours MIB 104. We waited for a bus back to Fenton. Whilst we waited we saw First Potteries 67159 on a #23 to Newstead.

We got on the bus and we booked to Fenton. The bus was empty so Matthew took a picture inside First Potteries 67159 before we sat down towards the back of the bus.

We set off out of the bus station onto John Street and we turned left onto Bethesda Street we saw Harry Shaw YR17 CYL at the depot. We crossed over the ring road and we ran down onto Regent Road and forwards onto Cleveland Road. We ran down though Shelton along College Road. We turned right onto Avenue Road and left onto Stoke Road. We went passed the former chemists which is becoming a new dessert shop. and we ran down the hill and we turned left onto Station Road and past the railway station. We turned right onto Glebe Street and under the railway line an we ran around the one-way system in Stoke and stopped by Stoke Minster. We turned left onto Church Street and we crossed the A500. We ran under the railway line and we continued onto City Road where we saw Lucky Seven LT63 WRD. At the top of the hill we got up and got off the bus. We crossed the road and we walked onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. We went upstairs and Matthew chilled out in his room. Matthew chilled out in his room on his computer. before going out for the Christmas party Matthew watched buses out of the window. We saw silver minibus WN05 NUB going towards Longton.

As we were going out partying later on, we had a light tea of cheese on toast. Matthew got ready for the Christmas party and had a bath. After his bath he put a nice shirt on. He spent time in the living room and took a picture of Shelton Care Group DY08 FFX out of the window.

Later on when it was time to go Matthew went downstairs to get on a bus. Transport for the journey to Hanley was Shelton Care Group DY08 FFX. We set off onto Temple Street and we turned left onto Christchurch Street. We crossed City Road onto Manor Street and we ran to the end where we turned left onto Victoria Road. We ran down the hill to Joiners Square and across the roundabout onto Lichfield Street. We joined the anti-clockwise ring road and we ran around to Town Road. We turned right onto Quadrant Road and right onto Bryan Street. We turned left onto Brewery Street and left onto Hope Street. We turned right onto New Hall Street and left onto Marsh Street where we got off the bus. Matthew took a picture of Shelton Care Group DY08 FFX before it ran off to park up.

Once of the bus we walked around the corner onto Trinity Street and we turned left onto Foundry Street. In foundry Street we saw Shelton Care Group PE67 XEU parked up.

We went into the club and Matthew had a glass of Coke. Matthew went to the toilet and afterwards ha a selection of party foods including egg sandwiches, party rings, jammy dodgers, jam tarts and a slice of chocolate roll. He spent time dancing with his peer and staff and had a great night. when it was time to go home we walked onto Foundry Street and around the corner onto Trinity Street. We turned right onto Marsh Street and back to the car park. Transport for the journey back was Shelton Care Group DY08 FFX. We got on the bus and we sat down. We set off onto Marsh Street and we turned right onto Etruria Road. We ran down towards Festival park and we joined the Westbound A53. We ran up to Etruria and we joined the Southbound A500. We came off the A500 at Stoke road and we ran along the high level A500. We turned left onto the A52 and we went under the railway line. We ran forwards onto City Road and ran up the hill into Fenton. We turned right onto Smithpool Road and left onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. We went upstairs and Matthew went to his room to chill out. Matthew went back to the room and went on his computer. Later on Matthew had a bath and then had toast for supper. He then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Mark.

Trip to Wellington / Taunton 29-05-2019

Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going to his day service. He was also going to uncle Daves for tea. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast for breakfast. before Matthew went to the day centre he watched buses out of the window. whilst waiting for the time to go to the day centre, we saw First Potteries 67151 on a #23 to Hanley. We went downstairs and we saw that transport for the trip was Harry Shaw YR17 CYL We got on the coach and we set off onto City Road. We went under the railway line and we turned left onto the Southbound A500 and we ran down to the motorway. We got onto the Southbound M6 and we ran through Staffordshire into the West Midlands. We came off the M6 at junction 8 and we joined the Southbound M5 we ran for around 150 miles, out of the midlands and into the South West. We left the M5 at junction 16 and we turned right onto Taunton Road./ We ran the last few miles into Wellington and the coach stop and Matthew got up and got off. Once off the coach Matthew went to a café for dinner. He visited the toilet and afterwards had a sausage bap washed down with a can of Coke. When Matthew had finished we went outside to meet the coach. We boarded the coach and we set off along Fore Street. We ran forwards onto Taunton Road and at the roundabout we joined the Northbound A38. We continued to Tangier and we ran around the Southern end of the town centre. We continued onto east Reach and we and we ran forwards onto Critchard way. At the roundabout we west Westwards along the A3038. We turned right onto Station Road and we stopped near to the railway station we saw First Somerset and Avon 43202. After a short stop we returned to Fenton on Harry Shaw YR17 CYL. We set off along Station Road and we turned left onto the A3038. We ran forwards onto the Eastbound A358. We ran up to the motorway and we got onto the Northbound M5. We left the South West and we travelled into the Midlands> we ran to the very end of the M5 and we joined the Northbound M6. We ran North out of the West Midlands and into Staffordshire and up to junction 15 where we cam off onto the A500. We travelled North up to Sideway and then we joined the Eastbound A50. We came off the A50 at Heron Cross and we turned left onto Blurton Road. We went through the traffic lights onto Heron Steeet. We carried on forwards onto Station Bridge Road and we turned left onto Christchurch Street. We turned left onto Masterson Street and we turned right onto Watkin Street. We continued onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew went upstairs to use his computer and chill out in his room. Whilst there we saw D&G Bus 142 on a #1 to Meir.

After Matthew went for a walk to Aldi to get some shopping. We went downstairs and we set off onto City Road and we crossed over and onto Manor Street. We saw former BKS double decker coach C363 SVV.

At the end of Manor Street we turned left onto Victoria Road and and we stopped at Aldi to pickup Matthew's weekly shop. Once Matthew had finished shopping we returned to the residential unit in Autocabs taxi. We set off up Victoria Road and we ran through the private road on which the swimming baths are situated. At the end we turned left onto City Road and right into Smithpool Road. We turned left onto Temple Street and we returned to the residential unit. Matthew went upstairs to his room to chill out and watch buses out of the window. When it was time to go to uncle Dave's we went downstairs and we set off onto Temple Street and at the end we turned left onto Smithpool Road. We went across the spare ground onto Willowdale Avenue and onto Whieldon Road and into uncle Dave's. Matthew had some cheesecake and a can of Fanta orange. For tea Matthew had chicken potatoes and carrots. Later on he had another slice of cheesecake and a few digestive biscuits and custard creams. Uncle Dave now has a biscuit tin. Matthew chilled out in uncle Dave's house using his computer and watching television. Uncle Dave also did his DJ set. A couple of hours later staff came to escort Matthew back home. We set off onto Whieldon Road and by the shop we saw Autocabs KN62 XTR. We turned onto Willowdale Avenue. We crossed the spare ground and we turned left onto Smithpool Road. We turned right onto Temple Street past the new building under construction, which is now getting near to completion. We continued back to the residential unit. Matthew went back to the room and went on his computer. Later on Matthew had a bath and then had toast for supper. He then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Mark.

Trip to Hanley / Crewe 23-03-2019

Today Matthew was in residential and he was going to his day service. He was also going to Hanley on the bus later on. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast for breakfast. before Matthew went to the day centre he watched buses out of the window. whilst waiting for the time to go to the day centre, we saw Shelton Care Group DY08 FFX parked up outside.

Later on we set off on foot to the bus stop on Cityy Road. We went downstairs and we cut through onto City Road and walked to the bus stop outside the flats. We waited for a bus towards hanley. A few minutes later we saw a bus turn the corner. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 67157 on a #23 to Hanley. We got on the bus and we booked to Hanley before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off down City Road and we joined the A52 to go under the railway line and over the A500. We continued onto Church Street and into the centre of Stoke. After a brief stop we continued around the one-way system onto Elenora Steet and right onto Copeland street. We turned left onto Glebe Street and we went under the railway line before turning left onto Station Road. We went past the railway station and we turned right onto College Road. After running the hill through Shelton we continued onto Cleveland Road and forwards onto Regent Road we saw Taxico TXI 7007. We turned left onto Lower Bethesda Street and we crossed over the ring road onto Bethesda Street we saw Harry Shaw YN15 ELV. We turned right onto John Street. Once in the bus station we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus Matthew took a picture of First Potteries 67157 before it returned to Newstead on a #23.

we set off up Lichfield Street and across onto Tontine Street and we stopped at the pub. Matthew went to the toilet and then had a glass of Coke. For dinner Matthew had For dinner Matthew had a Chicken burger and fries followed by chocolate fudge cake and ice cream. Once we had finished eating we went up Tontine Street and forwards onto Lichfield Street and back to the bus station. In the bus station we saw First Potteries 65706 on a #3 to Crewe. We waited for a bus back to Fenton. A few minutes later we saw First Potteries 67152 on a #23 to Newstead.

After climbing up the hill into Fenton we turned right into Smithpool Road where we got up and got off the bus. We walked back up Temple Street and back to the residential unit. We went upstairs and Matthew chilled out in his room on his computer. Later on Matthew went out. We went downstairs and we got in a car. We set off onto Temple Street and we turned left onto Christchurch Street. We turned left onto City Road and we ran down the hill into Stoke. We joined the A52 and we went under the railway line and over the A500 before joining the Northbound A500. We ran through Etruria and Longport and under the A34. We continued near to Audley and under the M6. We continued Westwards to the South of Crewe and we turned right onto David Whitby Way. We turned left onto Weston Road and we crossed over the A34 onto the A532. At the next roundabout we turned left and over the railway line. We stopped at the Grand Junction retail park and we went to KFC. Matthew went to the toilet. Afterwards he a had a chicken burger and fries with some chicken popcorn washed down with a cup of Coke. When we had finished we returned to Fenton by car. We set off onto the A532 and at the roundabout we followed the road to the right. At the next roundabout we went straight across onto Weston Road continuing Southwards. We turned right onto David Whitby Way and we turned left onto the A500. We ran fast though Cheshire and we went under the M6 and continued into Staffordshire. We went under the A34 and through Longport and Etruria and we came off the A500 at Stoke. We turned left onto the A52 and we went under the railway line. We continued up the hill into Fenton up City Road and we turned right onto Smithpool Road. We turned left onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew went upstairs to his room to chill out. Later on Matthew chilled out in his room. Matthew used his computer and watched music videos on the television. Later on Matthew had a bath and then had toast for supper. He then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Mark.
