Today Matthew was in respite and was going to his day service. Construction work is still going on in the building and it looks line part of the building has been demolished. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast and orange juice for breakfast. Whilst Matthew waited for the bus he watch to see what else was coming and going. We saw Stoke-on-Trent city council welfare bus FJ59 GKA.

A few minutes later Matthew transport arrived. It was Shelton Care Group DY08 FFX.

We set off through Bentilee onto the A52 and into Bucknall and we saw Stanton's of Stoke VUD 483. We followed the A52 to the left and at Joiners Square we turned the left onto Victoria Road. At the top we turned sharp right onto City Road. We turned left into Glebedale Road and to our destination. In the morning Matthew spent time in the sensory room and on the computer. For dinner Matthew had pizza. In the afternoon Matthew went to Central Forrest Park on Shelton Care Group DV10 JCU.

We set off onto Glebedale Road and we turned left onto City Road. We ran down the hill onto the A52 and under the railway line. At the edge of Stoke we went North up the A500 up to Shelton New Road. We turned right and we ran over the canal and onto Snow hill. We ran up Broad Street and we joined the anti-clockwise ring road. We went around Hanley and we left town along Town Road towards Birches Head. We followed the road around into Sneyd Green and we turned into the park. In the park Matthew used the toilet and then had a drink of Coke and an ice cream. On the main road we saw First Potteries 53064 on #7 to Kidsgrove.

A few minutes later we saw First Potteries 65005 on a #18 to Leek.

The Scania single decker was followed by First Potteries 53059 on a #7A to Biddulph.

When it was time to go we climbed back aboard Shelton Care Group DV10 JCU. We set of back onto the A5272 and we ran into Birches Head. We ran towards Hanley along Town Road and we joined the clockwise ring road. We ran around Hanley and we turned left onto Lichfield Street. At Joiners Square we ran straight onto Victoria Road. We ran to the top of the Road and we turned sharp right onto City Road. We turned left onto Glebedale Road and to our destination. After a short break Matthew glt back on Shelton Care Group DV10 JCU for the journey to Bentilee. We set off onto Glebedale Road and we turned right onto City Road. We turned right onto the A50 link road and we joined the Westbound Heron Cross and onto the Westbound A50 where we saw Z Carz GL04 CVE. We came off the A50 onto Stanley Matthews Way we saw an unidentified White Ford minibus. At the end we turned right onto the A5035 and we ran over the railway line to Trentham. We turned right into New Inn Lane and we dropped a service user off before returning back onto the A5035. We ran back through Blurton and Dresden and over the A50. We joined Chadwick Street and we went past the Gladstone Pottery Museum. We crossed over Uttoxeter road and onto Bridgewood street. We turned left onto Forrister and then right onto Anchor Road. We ran to the top of the hill and into Adderley Green. In the back of the First garage we saw First Potteries 66309. We turned left onto the A5272 and we ran into Bentilee and into respite. When Matthew got back he spent some time in his room on the main road we saw First Potteries 63096 on a #26 to Hanley.

For tea Matthew had gammon and mash followed by arctic roll. In the evening Matthew went out. Transport for the trip was Lucky Seven taxi BX02 CLV. We set off onto Dividy Road and we ran up to Adderley Green. At the roundabout we went straight onto park Hall Road. We ran to the end and we turned right onto the A520. We turned left onto Brookwood Drive and we an down to the Crescent Childrens centre on Pinewood Crescent. Whilst there Matthew spent time in the outdoor playspace. He also used he toilet and then went to the cafe. Matthew had a can of Coke. When it was time to go we got back in Lucky Seven taxi BX02 CLV. We set off onto Pinewood Crescent and onto Brookwood Drive. We turned right onto Lyme Road and forwards onto Stanton Road. At the end we turned right the A520. We ran up to Weston Coyney and we turned left onto park Hall Road. We ran past Park Hall to Adderley Green and we went straight over the roundabout onto Dividy Road and into Bentilee. We got back into respite around 17:05. In the evening Matthew chilled out in the lounge and watched telly. Later on he had a bath and then had toast for supper. Matthew went to bed around 23:00...
