Today Matthew was in residential and he was going to his day service. He was also going out on the bus. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast and orange juice. In the morning Matthew chilled out in his room whilst waiting to out later. When it was time to go we set off onto temple Street and walked through onto City Road. We saw First Potteries 32081 on a #11 to Newcastle. On the way to the bus stop we saw Afford Rent-A-Car minibus PO16 WBW outside their yard.

Further down the road we saw D&G Bus 111 on 'The Orange ONE' to Meir.

We crossed over city Road and we went to the bus stop outside the shops. We decided to go to Hanley the long way around on a #11 service. We waited at the bus stop and a few minutes later the bus appeared. As it got closer we saw that it was dud First Potteries 41499.

We got on the bus and we booked to Hanley before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off up City Road and we went forwards onto King Street. We ran through Foley and we under the railway line into Longton town centre. We stopped outside the old job centre as the #11 no longer calls in the Interchange. We ran up Market Street and we turned left onto Anchor Road. We turned right onto Sutherland Road and we passed blue minibus GN03 MTZ. We turned left onto Weston Coyney Road and we ran up the bank. half way up the bank we turned left onto Farnworth Road. we jinked onto Lindburn Road and we ran to the end turning right onto Amison Street. At the end of the street we turned right onto Anchor Road. We ran up the hill to the top and ran down to the roundabout in Adderley Green. At the roundabout at the East end of Bentilee we turned right onto Beverley Drive and then left onto Dawlish Drive. We ran to the end and we turned left onto Beverley Drive. At the end we turned right onto Dividy Road and we ran down the hill to Bucknall. We turned left onto the A52 and we ran to limekiln lights and we went across onto Bucknall New Road. We climbed the hill up to Hanley and we joined the clockwise ring road. We ran around to Lichfield Street and we turned right to pull up outside the stop adjacent to the bus station. We got up and got off the bus and we walked into the bus station. We saw Arriva Midlands 3695 on a #164 to Market Drayton. We also saw First Potteries 67641 on a #4 service to Audley.

Also in the bus station was First Potteries 65728 on a #7A to Biddulph.

We decided to go to Newcastle so we waited for a #101 service. A few minutes later one turned up and it was First Potteries 65042.

We got on the bus bus and we booked to Newcastle before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off out of the bus station and onto John Street. We turned right onto Bethesda Street and left onto Broad Street. We ran down the hill and over the ring road onto Snow Hill Before we turned right onto Shelton New Road. We ran down through Etruria an up into Hartshill before joining the A52. We ran into Newcastle down George Street and at the roundabout we turned left onto Barracks Road. We turned right and we entered the bus station before we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we walked onto Stubbs Street were we saw a long line of D&G buses on layover. At the end of the row we saw D&G Bus 115.

We also saw First Potteries 63175 on a #11 to Hanley.

We walked along Hassell Street and we turned left onto High Street. we walked down hick Street and back onto High Street and we went into Cash Converters. Matthew had For dinner Matthew had sausage chips and gravy from the chip shop. He also went to the toilet. When we had finished eating We stopped at the Premier convenience store and Matthew had a bottle of Coke. We walked onto Stafford Street and onto Stubbs Street back to the bus station. We saw First Potteries 67635 on a #4A to Kidsgrove.

We also saw First Potteries 67633 on a #22 to Longton.

A few minutes later we saw First Potteries 65036 on a #101 to Stafford.

It was then time to return to the residential unit so we waited for a bus back to Fenton. A few minutes later we saw required First Potteries 63174 on a #11 to Hanley.

We got on the bus and we booked to Fenton before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off out of the bus station and we ran onto Barracks Road. We turned right at Jubilee roundabout onto the A53 and we ran around the one-way system onto the A52. We ran up George Street and into Hartshill. We ran through the village and down the hill into Stoke town centre. After a brief stop in Church Street we continued into Fenton up the A52, over the A500 and under the railway line. We ran up City Road and near to the top we got up and got off the bus. We crossed the road and we walked onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew chilled out in his room on his computer and watched buses out of the window. We saw Afford Rent-A-Car minibus HN16 CNA in road opposite.

For tea we went out to the Dalaston Inn in a car. We set off onto Temple Street and we ran down to Smithpool Road. We ran under the railway line and we turned left onto the Southbound A500. We came off the A500 onto the A34 and we ran South past Trenthem Gardens and through Tittensor. We ran into Meaford and at the next roundabout we turned right into the car park of the Darlaston Inn. Matthew went to the toilet and then had a glass of Coke. Matthew had an all day breakfast followed by chocolate fudge cake with ice cream. When we had finished we returned to the residential unit by car. We set off up the A34 and we ran North to Trentham. We came off the A34 and we went Eastwards along the A5035. We turned left onto Church Road and we ran forwards onto Blurton Road. At Heron Cross we went forwards onto Heron Street and onto Station Bridge Road. We turned left onto Christchurch Street and left again onto Masterson Street. We turned right onto Watkin Street and onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew chilled out in his room and then had a bath. Later on Matthew had toast for supper before going to bed around 23:00... Mark.
