Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going to his day service. He was also going to see Grandma later on and going to the pub and returning to Blurton for a long weekend. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast and orange juice for breakfast. Once Matthew had finished his breakfast he chilled out in his room until it was time to go to the day centre. We saw Taxico WX07 DFV going towards Stoke. When it was time to go out we went downstairs and we set off on foot to the day centre. We walked onto Temple Street and right onto Christchurch Street. At the day centre we saw Shelton Care Group DY08 FFX.

In the morning we went to Hereford. Transport for the trip was Shelton Care Group DY08 FFX. We got on the bus and we sat down. We set off onto Glebedale Road and turned left onto City Road. We ran down the hill through the roadworks and we ran forwards onto the A52. We went under the railway line and we turned left onto the Southbound A500. We ran past Sideways to Hanford and we turned left onto the Southbound A34. We ran through Trentham and we continued through Tittensor and to the West of Stone. We continued Southwards into Stafford and we continued onto the A449. We joined the M6 at junction 13 and we ran Southwards. We continued into the West Midlands and at junction 8 joined the Southbound M5. We ran down to junction 3 and we joined the Westbound A456. We ran through Kidderminster and we continued to the A49. We headed South through Leominster and we entered Hereford from the North. We went into town and we saw Lugg Valley 124 on a #492 to Leominster. We coninued into town and we parked up. Matthew ate at the Hereford bus station cafe. For dinner Matthew had a cooked breakfast washed down with a can of Coke. Whilst there we saw Stagecoach West 25213 on a #36 to Monmouth and Stagecoach South Wales 28725 on a X3 to Cardiff. When we had finished we set off back to Fenton on Shelton Care Group DY08 FFX. We set off Northwards up the A49 and we headed Eastwards along the A456. We passed through Kidderminster and we joined the Northbound M5. We headed into the West Midlands and we joined the Northbound M6. We came off the M6 at junction 13 and we headed into Stafford. We joined the A34 and we ran Northwards past the town centre. We continued to the West of Stone and up through Tittensor into Trentham. We came of the A34 at Hanford and we joined the Northbound A500. We came off the A500 at Stoke and we turned right onto the A52. We went under the railway line and we headed into Fenton along City Road. We turned right onto Smithpool Road and left onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew went upstairs to his room to chill out and wait for me to arrive to pick him up. I arrived around 14:45 and Matthew got ready to go out. When he was ready we went downstairs and we walked through onto City Road. We saw D&G Bus 115 on a #1A to Wood Lane.

We walked to the bus stop but we weren't quick enough to get to the D&G bus. There was a #23 right behind. It turned the corner and as it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 43877 on a #23 to Hanley.

We got on the bus and we booked to Stoke before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off down City Road and we ran down the hill over the old railway line to Leek and onto the A52. We ran under the railway line and over the A500 and straight into Stoke town centre along Church Street where we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus Matthew we waited for a #25 to Newcastle. A few minutes later we saw First Potteries 67658 on a #11 to Newcastle.

We decided to do this bus to Newcastle instead. We got on the bus and we booked to Newcastle before sitting down towards the back of the bus. After a brief stop in Stoke we set off along church Street and forwards onto Hartshill Road. We ran up the hill and into Hartshill. We ran forwards onto George Street and we ran down the hill into Newcastle. We turned left at the roundabout onto Barracks Road and into the bus station where we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we looked for a bus towards Grandma's house. Whilst we waited we spotted First Potteries 65705 on a #4 to Hanley.

A few minutes later we saw a couple of buses going in that direction. There was First Potteries 63172 on a #22 to Longton. We decided to do the Biddulph bus instead. We saw it was D&G 159 on a #9 to Biddulph.

We got on the bus and we booked to the Cherry Tree before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off out of the bus station onto Barracks Road. We ran Southwards onto the A34 and we got up and got off the bus by the Cherry Tree. Once off the bus we headed up the hill towards Grandma's. At Grandma's Matthew had toast and a can of Irn Bru and used her computer. When it was time to go we went to the pub in the car via uncle Daves house. We set off just after 17:30 and we set off onto Victoria Street. We turned the A34 and after the traffic lights we turned left onto The Avenue. At the end we turned right onto Hartshill Road. We ran down to Stoke and onto the one way system. We turned right onto Elenora Street and we followed the road around onto Copeland Street. We ran forwards onto Glebe Street and we followed the one way system onto Church Street. We crossed over the A500. We turned right onto the A500 and we veered left int Fenton to pick up uncle Dave. We set off back down towards Stoke and onto the A500. We went around the one-way system. We went around the one-way system. We ran up the hill into Hartshill and we continued to the edge of Newcastle and we caught up with First Potteries 65027 on a #101 to Stafford. We went forwards onto the one way-system and we turned left onto Barracks Road. As we passed the bus station we saw First Potteries 67659 on a #72 to Clayton. We turned left onto the A34 and we ran into Trent Vale to the pub. We walked into the pub and Matthew had a brunch with oatcakes followed by toffee sponge pudding with custard. Whilst we ate highlights of the passing buses included First Potteries 65036 on a #101 to Stafford, First Potteries 32633 on a #101 to Hanley and D&G Bus 159 running out of service towards the depot. Once we had finished eating we set off We carried on along the A34 through Hanford and into Trentham. We turned left onto the A5035 and we saw Happy Days 235 going towards the A34. We crossed over the railway line and into Blurton. We got back around 19:00. Matthew chilled out on his computer and we sorted a few things out. We wrote the Blog and we sent a couple of e-mails. We chilled out on the sofa until bedtime around 00:00... Mark
