Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going to his day service. He was also going out on the bus and going to college later on. Originally mum shopuld have worked today, but her boss cancelled the shift so she could have time off on her birthday. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast for breakfast. before Matthew went to the day centre he watched buses out of the window. whilst waiting for the time to go to the day centre, we saw Shelton Care Group DY08 FFX. Later on we went dowstairs dinner. we went downstairs and we got in the car we set off onto Christchurch Street and we turned right onto City Road. We ran up onto King Street past an old pub which has now been reopened as something else. and into Longton town centre. We ran up Market Street. We stopped at the cash machine and we went into the market. We walked up the Strand and we visited Cafe Delight. Matthew had sausage chips and gravy washed down with a can of Coke. We walked back past the bus station we saw First Potteries 63117 on a #22 to Newcastle. We got on the bus and we booked to Longton before we sat down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off out of the Interchange onto Baths Road past Tesco. We cross over the A50 onto Foley Road and at the end we turned right onto Longton Hall Road. We ran down the hill into Blurton and we turned left onto Blurton Road. We ran up the hill and at the roundabout we turned right onto Church Road. We turned right onto Beaconsfield Drive and we ran to the end. We turned right onto Finstock Avenue and we followed the road around onto Magdalen Road. We turned right onto the A5035 and we ran over the railway line into Trentham. We before and we turned right into New Inn Lane. We ran up the hill passing First Potteries 67654 on the #22 to Longton and we entered Hanford. We turned right into Wilson Road and we turned left into Church Lane. We joined the A34. We then headed into Trent Vale passing E-zec patient transport YN15 FKE. We turned right into Harpfields Road and we continued onto Hilton Road. We turned left into the hospital and we saw ABC Supreme YA67 VBB and First Potteries 32648 on a #25 to Hanley. We turned right onto the A34 and we ran into Newcastle. We crossed the roundabout and we ran up Barracks Road and into the bus station from the South end. Once we got to the bus station we got up and got off the bus. Matthew took another picture of First Potteries 63117 as it carried on back to Longton.

A few minutes later we saw First Potteries 65727 on a #4 to Audley. Matthew used the toilet in the bus station. We waited for a short while and we saw D&G Bus 114 on a #1 to Park Site.

Whilst we waiied for the bus we saw D&G Bus 111 on a #1 to Meir.

A short time later we saw First Potteries 65041 on a #101 to Hanley.

We got on the bus and we booked to Hanley before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off out of the bus station onto barracks Road and we ran up to the Jubilee Roundabout. We joined the one-way system and we ran onto the A52. We continued up to the top of George Street and we veered left onto the B5045. We went through the traffic light onto Shelton New Road. We crossed over the A500 and we ran up to Snow Hill. We ran up Broad Street and we turned right onto the anti-clockwise ring road. We turned left onto Bethesda Street and right onto John Street. We climbed the hill and up into the bus station. We got up and got off the bus. A short time later we saw First Potteries 69148 on a #8 to Ball Green. We got on the bus and we booked to Norton before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off out of the bus station and onto Bethesda Street. We went onto Marsh Street before turning back into Hanley on Trinity Street. We turned onto Stafford Street and we picked up more passengers before heading out of town along Quadrant Road. We headed through Townsend an onto Chell Street. We went through Sneyd Green and we turned left at Smallthorne Roundabouts onto Ford Green Road. We continued Ford Green Road and up into Norton. At the top of Norton we got up and got off the bus. we Waited for a bus towards Burslem. We waited for a bus back towards Newcastle. A short time later we saw First Potteries 69148 on a #98 to Newcastle. We got on the bus and we booked to Burslem before we sat down. We set off onto Ford Green Road. We ran to the bottom of the hill and ran up through Smallthorne to the roundabout we turned left onto Moorland Road and we ran down to Burslem and we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we set off on foot up Market Place and we turned right onto Westport Road and to the old NatWest bank which has now closed. We had already arranged to go out on Friday to celibrate with Matthew. The former natWest bank is new soft play area and cafe. Matthew went upstairs to the toilet. We went downstairs and we set off onto Westport Road and at the end we turned left onto Market Place. Afterwards we went outside to we waited for the taxi to Fenton. When it arrived we saw it was an Intercity taxi. We set off onto Market Place and we turned right onto the A50 into Cobridge. We ran down the hill to the edge of Hanley and we went around the ring road. We turned left onto Lichfield Street and we crossed the roundabout onto Victoria Road and we turned onto Manor Street. We turned right onto City Road and left onto Smithpool Road. We turned left onto Temple Street past the new building under construction and back to the residential unit. we went upstairs to his room to chill out and watch buses out of the window. chilled out in his room and used his computer. For tea Matthew had a pizza followed by a slice of Lemon meringue pie. Matthew went downstairs and we got in a car. We set off onto Temple Street and we turned left onto Christchurch Street. We turned left onto City Road and we ran down the hill to Stoke. joining onto the A52. We ran under the railway line and we turned right onto the Northbound A5500. Wew ran through Etruria to Longport and we turned right onto the A5271. At the roundabout formerly know as Trubshaw Cross (now the Wayne Walker roundabout) we turned right onto Newcastle Street. We ran up to Burslem and forwards onto Moorland Road. We stopped at the college and we continued doing the welding, making a brick mold for the forthcoming brick production. When we had finished we returned to Fenton. We set off onto Moorland Road and we ran down to Burslem. We continued onto Newcastle street and at the roundabout we veered left onto the A5271. Due to the road being blocked by the Texaco petrol station we were turned around by the police. We ran back up the A5271 and we turned right onto Newcastle Street. At Furlong Court we turned right onto the one-way system and we joined the A50. We ran through Cobridge and we joined the clockwise ring road around Hanley. We turned onto Lower Bethesda Street and we turned right onto regent Road. We ran around onto College Road and down the hill into Stoke. Wew turned left onto station Road and we ran forwards onto the A52. We turned left onto City Road and up the hill intp Fenton. We turned right onto Smithpool Road. We turned left onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew went upstairs to his room and chilled out on his computer. Later on Matthew had a bath and then had toast for supper. He then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Mark.
