Today Matthew was in residential and he was going out on the bus. Matthew woke up at 08:00 and had his medication. Matthew got up and had crumpets and orange juice for breakfast. Matthew sepnt some time in his room watching buses out of the window and we saw SAS Travel SA68 RZZ outside.

ater on we wset off on foot to the bus stop. We went downstairs and we cut through onto City Road. We walked to the stop and whilst we waited for the bus we saw First Potteries 63103 on a #23 to Newstead. A few minutes later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 67152 on a #11 to Newcastle.

We got on the bus and we booked to Newcastle before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off down City Road and we ran down the hill over the old railway line to Leek and onto the A52. We ran under the railway line and over the A500 and straight into Stoke town centre along Church Street. After a brief stop in Stoke we continued along church Street and forwards onto Hartshill Road past the former pub which is being rebuilt as a shop. We ran up the hill and into Hartshill. We ran forwards onto George Street and we ran down the hill into Newcastle. We turned left at the roundabout onto Barracks Road and into the bus station where we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we went to the toilet. A short time later we saw First Potteries 67143 on a #25 to Keeley. We decided to head towards Keele. As we got closer we saw it was First Potteries 63172 on a #9 to Fegg Hayes.

We got on the bus and we booked to Hanley before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off out of the bus station onto Barracks Road and we ran Southwards onto the A34. We turned left into the hospital and we ran through the the grounds. We turned right onto Hilton Road. At the roundabout we went left onto Newcastle lane and we ran up the hill into the centre of Penkhull. We turned left onto St Thomas Place and forwards onto Princes Street. We past the old school. on the left old North Staffs Royal Infirmary. At the end of the road we turned right onto the A52 and we ran down into Stoke. We passed through Church Street and the bus topped in the town centre. After a brief stop we continued over the A500. after running under the railway line we followed the A52 around to the left running parallel to the railway line. We followed the A52 to the left and we went forwards onto Station Road before turning right onto College Road. At the top off College Road we continued onto regent Road before turning left onto Bethesda Street. We crossed the ring road onto Bethesda Street and we turned right onto John Street. We ran up the hill into the bus station and onto Bethesda Street. We went onto Marsh Street before turning back into Hanley on Trinity Street. we turned onto Stafford Street and we picked up more passengers before heading out of town along Quadrant Road. We headed through Townsend an onto Chell Street. We went through Sneyd Green and we turned left at Smallthorne Roundabouts onto Ford Green Road. We turned left onto Chell Heath Road through Bradeley and into Chell Heath and passed his old school now sheltered housing. We carried on through Fegg Hayes and we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we walked back to the Oxford Road. We turned right onto the A527 and we turned left onto Hornbeam Drive. We turned left onto Spindle Close and past the Moreens Nigerian Kitchen door and it appeared to be closed. We decided to head back towards Hanley. We walked along Spindle Close and we turned right onto Hornbeam Drive and we cut through onto the A527. We crossed over the road and we waited for a bus. Almost immediately we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was D&G Bus 6006 on a #7A to Hanley. We got on the bus and we booked to Chell before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off up the A527 and we headed into Chell. We turned the corner onto the A5272 and we ran through to Smallthorne roundabout and we continued long the A5272 through Sneyd Green. We ran into Hanley along Town Road and we crossed over the roundabout onto Quadrant Road. We ran forwards onto Stafford Road and we went past the town hall onto Bagnall Street. We entered the bus station and we got up and got off the bus. Matthew went to the toilet. We waited for a bus to Fenton. A short time later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 63172 on a #9 to Newcastle. We got on the bus and we booked to the Keele before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off out of the bus station and we ran down John Street onto Bethesda street where we crossed over the ring road and we ran down through Shelton along Cauldon Road and we turned left onto Station Road outside the railway station. We went forwards onto A52 and we followed the road around to the right and under the railway line. We crossed over the A500 and we ran into Stoke town centre along Church Street where we got up and got off the bus. We crossed over Church Street and we walked around the corner onto Campbell Place and we walked up to Sainsbury's. Matthew did his weekly shop and we returned to Fenton in a Lucky Seven taxi. We set off along London Road and forwards onto Campbell place. We followed the one-way system to the left onto Church Street and we veered left onto Liverpool Road. We veered right onto Elanora street and we followed the road to the right onto Copeland Street. We ran forwards onto Glebe Street and we followed the one way-system onto Church Street. We crossed over the A500 and we ran forwards onto City Road. We went under the railway line and we ran up City Road into Fenton. We turned right onto Smithpool Road. We turned left onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. We went upstairs to his room to chill out and watch buses out of the window. Whilst he waited he used his computer and watched buses out of the window. He set off downstairs and onto Temple Street. We turned left onto Watkin Street and right along the back street opposite Crawford Street by the railway line. We turned left onto Smithpool Road and we crossed over the railway line. We went into the park and Matthew. Matthew visited the playground and afterwards we got in car. We set off along Smithpool Road. We turned left onto City Road and we ran down into Stoke. We ran around the one-way system and we turned left onto London Road. We turned right onto Penkhull New Road and we ran to the top of the hill. We stopped at the pub and Matthew went to the toilet. Matthew had a glass of Coke whilst he waited for his food. Matthew had hunters chicken and home made chips. For dessert Matthew had chocolate fudge cake and ice cream. Once we had finished we set off down Penkhull New Road and we turned left onto London Road. We ran forwards onto the one=way system and we followed the road around onto Church Street. We turned right onto Liverpool Road and we veered left onto Elenora Street. We followed the road left onto Copeland Street and forwards onto Glebe Street. We ran onto Church Street and we crossed over the A500 and onto City Road before going under the railway line. We climbed the hill and we turned right onto Smithpool Road. We turned left onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. We went downstairs and we sat in the lounge and with the other residents ar cuppa club. Matthew had various biscuits as well as some rice crispy cakes washed down with a can of Dr Pepper. Later on Matthew went back upstairs and had a bath and then had toast for supper. He then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Mark.
