Trip to Northwich / Winsford 30-08-2025

Today we decided to re-visit Northwich. Matthew had originally chosen another destination, but we decided to use that for our trip in 2 weeks time. Matthew chose again and he chose Northwich. Matthew woke up at 08:00 and had his medication. Matthew got up at 10:00 and had toast for breakfast. We got in the car and we set off around 11:30. We set off through Blurton onto Beaconsfield Drive. We turned left onto Church Road and at the roundabout we veered left onto Blurton Road. We ran through Blurton and into Heron Cross and over the A50. At Heron Cross lights we turned left onto Grove Road. We ran forwards onto Wheildon Road and we picked up uncle Dave. Once we had picked up uncle Dave, we continued down Wheildon Road and we joined the Northbound A500. We headed Northwards through Etruria and Longport. AS we travelled up the A500 we saw YP74 XBN, Stanton's of Stoke 82 HBC, red minibus YJ22 FZF, First Potteries 63103(#501), Llew Jones LJ72 LLJ, taxi minibus GJ23 YNX and Burland Coaches YN07 OZE. We joined the Northbound M6 headed up to the A54. As we travelled North we saw an unidentified Eavesway coach. We came off at junction 18 and we headed into Middlewich. We headed arund the one-way system and we stopped at the food truck. Matthew had a burger washed down with a can of dandelion & burdock. When we had finished eat we set off onto the A530 and we ran forwards onto the A54. We ran out of town for around 1/3 of a mile and we turned right onto the A533. we turned left onto Brick Kiln Lane and we turned right onto the A533. We continued Northwards on the A533 to the edge of town. We ran forwards onto London Road and we turned right onto Watling Street. We turned left onto Crum Hill and we turned left into the car park. After parking up we said goodbye to mum and we walked onto Watliong Street. We walk past the Interchange and we saw D&G Bus 57 on layover in between runs on the #82 to Chester.

Matthew decided he want ed a cake so we walked into the town centre past the hanging witch and we turned right into the pedestrian area. We walked towards Asda and we stopped at The Coffee House. Matthew went to the toilet and afterwards had a slice of caramel shortbread and a bottle of Coke. When we had finished we went back through the town and we met up with uncle Dave. We walked to the Interchange and we saw Warrington's Own Buses 1037 on a N4 service to Barnton.

We considered doing D&G 57 to Chester, but it pulled off before we could get there. D&G 102 pulled into the Interchange and was going to work a #89 to Pickmere in about 25 minutes. We deciedd to wait for the #31 which was heading into town. A short time latter the bus appeared. As it got closer we saw it was D&G Bus 574 on a #31 to Crewe.

We got on the bus and we bought Network Bus Duo ticket at £12 before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off along Watling Street and we turned right onto the ring road. We followed the A533 out of town for about 1/3 of a mile before we veered left onto London Road. We crossed the A533 and we went over the roundabout over the A556. We continued Southwards into Davenham we ran through the village. We turned right onto Jack Lane and we ran through Moulton. We joined the Southbound A533 and we turned right onto Bostock Road. We ran forwards onto the B5355. We ran forwards onto Whaton Road and we crossed over the big roundabout at the bottom of Winsford onto the High Street where we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus Matthew took another picture of D&G Bus 574 and it continued towards Crewe.

We realised there was a bus back towards Northwich due, so we went under the subway and waited at the bus stop by the Guildhall. A short time later we saw the bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was D&G Bus 55 on a #37 to Northwich.

We got on the bus and we flashed the D&G Network Duo Day tickets to the driver before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off along the High Street and we ran down the hill towards the big roundabout. We ran forwards onto Wharton Road and we continued Northwards out of Winsford. We ran up the A5018 and we turned right onto the Northbound A533 where we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus Matthew took another picture of D&G Bus 55 as it continued towards Northwich.

Once off the bus we walked over to the new service station on the end of the industrial estate. We crossed over the road and we walked into the service station. Matthew went to the toilet and afterwards we bought some pop and a couple of chocolate bars. We walked back over the road and onto the A533 to wait for the next Northbound bus. As short time later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was D&G Bus 576 on a #31 to Northwich.

We got on the bus and we placed our Neywork Day Duo ticket under the scanner before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off up the fast section of the A533 for around 1/2 mile and we turned left onto Jack lane. We ran into Moulton and we followed Jack Lane to the right and towards Mere Heath. We turned left onto London Road and we headed Northwards into Davenham and we crossed over the A556 and A533. We continued through Leftwich before joining the Northound A533. We ran forwards onto Dane Street and we turned right onto Watling Street before stoppping at the interchange where we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus Matthew took another picture of D&G Bus 576 before it returned on a #37 to Crewe.

Once off the bus we decided to headed to the pub. We went to the bar and we ordered 2 glasses of Coke. Matthew had a glass of Coke and we sat and watched the latest football scored on the TV. When we had finished we headed back to the Interchange. We saw Warrington's Own Buses 1041 on a #9A to Warrington.

Also seen was D&G Bus 100 on a #49 to Weaverham.

We decided to do the #82 which had been on layover for a while. We saw it was D&G Bus 58 on a #82 to Chester.

We got on the bus and we scanned the Network Bus Duo ticket before we sat down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off along Watling Street and then turned right into Chester Way. We crossed over the weaver and we turned left onto the A559. We ran West out of town and as we passed some minibuses parked up off Milner Road adjacent to Greenbank railway station. We continued out past Hartford station and we joined the Westbound A556. We turned right onto Weaverham Road and we ran through the Cuddington housing estate before we joined the Southbound A49. We turned right by the petrol station to re-join the A556 and we carried on Westwards. We then continued on along one of the fast parts of the route through Oakmere until we joined the Westbound A54. We continued for a further 500m and then we turned left into Kelsall village. After running through the village we re-joined the A54. It wsa going to be a dead time in Tarvin village, so we planned to get off at Tarvin Sands... However. there were roadworks where the bus stop is, We spoke to the driver and he said he would drop us at a different stop. We ran inti Tarvin village and as we approached the stop we saw the bus coming the other way! The driver flashed the other driver and told him there passengers coming across. Once off the bus Matthew took another picture of D&G Bus 58 as it headed towards Chester.

We crossed the road and we saw the other bus was D&G Bus 577 on a #82 to Northwich.

We got on the bus and we scanned the Network Bus Duo ticket before we sat down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off along High Street and we turned right onto the A54. We turned right again to run through Kelsall. We rejoined the A54 and we ran through Oakmere before we veered left onto the A556. At the crossed roads we turned left onto the A49 and we entered the estate in Cuddington along Ash Road. We ran through the estate and we rejoined the A556 and ran East to Harford where we came off and went onto the A559. We ran past Hartford and Greenbank railway stations and we entered Northwich. We got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus Matthew took another picture of D&G Bus 577 as it headed towards Northwich.

Once off the bus we headed into a pub and Matthew went to the toilet. We had a small glass of Coke and afterwards we went out to see uncle Dave. We crossed over the road and as we had a little time we walkd back to the Greenbank Hotel. Matthew took a picture of the large house on the junction which is being redeveloped. We waited at the bus stop and Matthew had a Milky Way. A short time later the bus came around the corner and we saw it was D&G Bus 582 on a #49 to Rudheath.

We got on the bus and we placed the Network Duo ticket under the scanner for the final time today before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off along the A559 and we headed Eastwards. We joined the A533 on the edge of town and we crossed over the river Weaver and into the Interchange. We got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus Matthew took another picture of D&G Bus 582 as it continued towards Rudheath.

We waited by the Interchange and mum came to pick us up. We got in the car and we set off onto the A533. We continued Southwards out of town and to the edge of Winsford. We followed the A533 left and we joined the A54. We ran into Middlewich and we re-joined the A533 and ran out of town. We turned left onto St Annes Avenue and I parked up. I walked to the chop shop on the main road and fetched some food for everyone. Matthew had sausage chips and gravy washed down with a can of dandelion and burdock. When I had finished eating we set off along St Annes Avenue and left onto Sutton Lane. We turned left onto Long Lane South and we re-joined the A533. We ran along side the Trent & Mersey canal, which at this moment seems ton be almost empty. We continued to the edge of Sandbach and through to the motorway. As we apoproached the motorway we saw Keane Coaches YT24 BRF. We joined the Southbound M6 and we ran down to Junction 16. As we travelled Southwards we passed 5 ALS Coaches coaches and 3 Big Coach Company coaches. We went Southwards down the A500. We ran along the high level A500 and onto Wheildon Road. We went into uncle Dave's and Uncle Dav e had his birthday presents from Matthew. Matthew used the toilet and had some of uncle Rob's Fanta orange. After dropping off uncle Dave we set off onto Wheildon Road and we ran forwards onto Grove Road. We turned right onto Blurton Road and we crossed over the A50. We continued through Blurton and we turned right onto Church Road and right onto the A5035. We got back to the house around 19:00. Matthew had his medication and chilled out on his computer. Matthew did some of the Blog. We also wrote a few emails and generally used the computer to entertain ourselves. Matthew had a can of Cherry Coke. Later on Matthew had a Flake ice cream. Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going out on the bus. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast for breakfast. before Matthew went to the day centre he watched buses out of the window. whilst waiting for the time to go to the day centre, we saw Shelton Care Group YS70 KWG. Later on we went downstairs and we set off onto Temple Street. In the distance we saw Temple Street church minibus RX18 GZW. We carried on along Temple Street and we turned left onto Christchurch Street. We waited for a bus towards Hanley. A few minutes later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 67153 on a #23 to Hanley. We got on the bus and we booked to Hanley before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off along Christchurch Street. We turned left onto City Road. and we joined the A52 to go under the railway line and over the A500. We continued onto Church Street and into the centre of Stoke. After a brief stop we continued around the one-way system onto Elenora Steet and right onto Copeland street. We turned left onto Glebe Street and we went under the railway line before turning left onto Station Road. We went past the railway station and and turned right. We ran up Stoke Road and we turned right onto Avenue Road. At the roundabout we turned left onto College Road. After running the hill through Shelton we continued onto Cleveland Road and forwards onto Regent Road. We turned left onto Lower Bethesda Street and we crossed over the ring road onto Bethesda Street before we turned right onto John Street. We ran up the hill into the bus station and onto stand. Once in the bus station we got up and got off the bus. In the bus station and we walked up Lichfield Street. We continued onto Tontine Street. Matthew visited the barbers and got a haircut. whilst at the barbers Matthew used the toilet. After having his haircut we continued onto Tontine Square and we stopped at Greggs. Afterwards we walked back along Tontine Square to the Intu Potteries shopping centre where Matthew had a chicken sandwich washed down with can of Irn Bru. We had a walk around the shops and afterwards we walked through Tontine Square onto Tontine Street. We walked back down Lichfield Street and back to the bus station and Matthew used the toilet. A few minutes later we saw D&G Bus 102 on a #5 to Abbey Hulton.

A few minutes later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 67177 on a #11 to Newcastle.

We got on the bus and we booked to Longton we sat down. We set off up set off onto John Street and we turned left onto Bethesda Street. We turned left onto the ring road and left onto Lichfield Street and we turned right onto Birch Terrace. We followed the road around onto Charles Street and we turned right onto Old Hall Street. We crossed over the ring road onto Bucknall New Road. We ran down the hill through Limekiln lights and we turned right onto Dividy Road. We turned left onto Beverley Drive and right onto Dawlish Drive. We ran through the estate and back onto the A5272. We ran up to Adderley Green and we saw First Potteries 67148 parked in the garage. At the roundabout we turned right onto Anchor Road. We turned left onto Market Street and right onto Commerce Street past the former Co-op Bank. We went around the roundabout and turned right onto The Strand where we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we went down The Strand and we turned left onto the passgeway by Next. We went to Tesco and Matthew went to the toilet. Afterwards we went outside to we waited for the taxi to Fenton. When it arrived we saw it was an Intercity taxi. We set off onto Baths Road towards Longton and we did a u-turn at the roundabout. We headed for the A50. We traveled Westward to Heron Cross and we turned right onto the A50 link road. We ran to the end of the road and we got out. We walked into Smithpool Park down the steps. We arounf the Pit Hill. We crossed over Station Bridge Road and we walked along Christchurch Street. We turned left onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew went upstairs to his room and chilled out in his room and use his computer and watch buses out of the window. Matthew also drank a can of Cherry Coke. Matthew chilled out in his room and watched buses out fo the window. We went downstairs and we set off onto Temple Street. In the distance we saw Temple Street church minibus RX18 GZW. We carried on along Temple Street and we turned left onto Christchurch Street. We waited for a bus towards Hanley. We continued along Christchurch Street. We onto City Road. At the top we crossed over Victoria Road to wait for the bus at the bus stop. A few minutes later the bus turned up and it was dud First Potteries 67147 on a #6A to Hanley.

We got on the bus and we booked to Hanley before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off down Victoria Road and we crossed over the A52 at Joiners Square. We ran up Lichfield Street past the site of the new housing development. Instead of going to the bus stops outside the bus station, we turned left onto the ring road. We turned right onto Bethesda Street and right onto John Street and into the bus station and we got up and got off the bus. As it got closer we saw that it was First Potteries 65038 on a #101 to Stafford.

We got on the bus and we booked to Hanley before we sat down. We set off out of the bus station and we ran down John Street and left onto Bethesda Street. We turned right onto the clockwise ring road and we turned left onto Broad Street. We ran down to snow hill and at the roundabout we turned Shelton New Road. We ran over the canal and railway line. We ran through the cross road up to Hartshill and at the roundabout we ran into Newcastle down George Street. We joined the one-way system and at the next roundabout we turned left onto Barracks Road. We turned right into the bus station. After a brief stop we Continued onto Barracks Road and forwards onto the Southbound A34. We ran past the hospital into Trent Vale and under the A500 into Hanford. We continued into Trentham and when we got opposite to the old Trentham Gardens entrance we got up and got off the bus. We crossed over the road and we set off to Frankie & Benny's. Matthew went to the toilet and afterwards had a classic cheeseburger and fries washed down with a glass of Coke followed by a chocolate fudge cake and ice cream. When we had finished we had finished shopping we walked down to The News Kiosk Matthew brought can of Coke. We went into the gardens and we walked to the North West corner and we stopped to benches sit down on the benches. Matthew had a can of coke. Once we had finished eating we walked back through the main gate and onto the A34 opposite the A5035. We turned left and walked along the A34 to the old Gardens entrance where we saw white minibus DG66 YPF. A few minutes later we saw First Potteries 33828 on a #101 to Hanley.

We got on the bus and we booked to Hanley before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off Northwards through Trentham. We continued North through Hanford and Trent Vale and we past the City General hospital before going into Newcastle. We turned right onto Barracks Road and we entered the bus station. After a brief stop we continued towards Hanley. We set off onto Barracks Road and we ran forwards onto the one-way system. We continued onto the A52 and when we got to Hartshill we veered left onto Shelton New Road. We ran over the railway line and canal and we went up to Snow Hill. We turned left and ran up Broad Street. We turned right onto the ring road and left onto Bethesda Street. We turned right onto John Street and we ran up to the bus station. Once in the bus station we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we headed to the toilet. We waited for a bus back towards Fenton. We saw First Potteries 65042 on a #11 to Newcastle.

We walked back into Temple Street and into the residential unit. Matthew went upstairs to his room to chill out. Matthew went back to the room and went on his computer. Later on Matthew had a bath and then had toast for supper. He then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Mark.

Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going to his day service. He was also going out on the bus later on and Freedom Day. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast for breakfast. before Matthew went to the day centre he watched buses out of the window. whilst waiting for the time to go to the day centre, we saw Temple Street Church RX18 GZW. We went downstairs and Transport for the trip was an Intercity taxi. We set off onto Temple Street and we turned right onto Smithpool Road. and we turned right onto City Road. We ran forwards onto King Street and we stopped at the charity shop to pic something up. We continued up through Foley and into Longton. We turned right onto Baths Road and we turned into Tesco. Matthew went to the toilet and afterwards we set off on foot to Longton Interchange. We looked at the bus time and we saw the first bus towards Blurton was to D&G Bus #24 service. Whilst we waited for the bus we saw First Potteries 47520 on a #11 to Newcastle. A short time later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was D&G Bus 102 on a #24 to Hanley. We got on the bus and we booked to Blurton before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off out of the Interchange onto Baths Road. We ran forwards onto Market Street and we followed the one-way system around onto Commerce Street. We crossed over the A50 and we headed out of Longton along Lightwood Road. We turned right onto Belgrave Road and left onto Chaplin Road where we saw D&G Bus 116 on a #24 to Longton. At the end we turned right onto Cocknage Road and we continued onto the end of Queens Park. We turned left onto the A5035 where we saw D&G Bus 174 on a #24 to Longton. We ran through Blurton. We turned left onto Barlaston Road and right onto Waterside Drive. We turned left onto Wimbourne Avenue and we turned right onto Waterside Drive. we continued to the ens and we turned left onto Barlaston Road. We turned left onto the A5035 and right onto Ripon Road where we saw D&G Bus 124 on a #24 to Longton. At the end we turned right onto Finstock Avenue. We turned left onto Beaconfield Drive. We ran to the other end and we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we walked all the way back to the house. Later on we were going shopping. We got in the car and we set off through Blurton. We ran along Beaconsfield Drive. We turned left onto Church Road and at the roundabout we turned left onto Blurton Road. We joined the Westbound A50. At Sideway we joined the Northbound A500. We continued Northwards and we turned left onto Adsa. After parking up we went in the supermarket. Matthew used the toilets and afterwards we went around and did the shopping. When we had finished we decided to go have dinner. We left the retail park and we saw City Centre Central SF60 BYP parked up near Asda. joined the Southbound A500. We came off at Etruria and we went onto the Eastbound A53. We veered left onto Garner street where we saw silver minibus SP09 NTV. We stopped at the food van by the builders yard and Matthew had a Cumberland sausage bap. once we had finished we got a car back to the residential unit. We set off along Garner Street and we turned right onto the A500. We headed South through Stoke and we turned left onto City Road. We turned right onto Smithpool Road and left onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew went upstairs to chill out in his room. For dinner Matthew had a Cumberland sausage bap washed down with a can of Coke. room to chill out and watch buses out of the window we saw First Potteries 67662 on a #23 to Hanley. Later on Matthew went out for a walk. We went downstairs and we set off onto Temple Street. In the distance we saw Temple Street Church RX18 GZW.

Later on Matthew went out for a walk. We went downstairs. We set off onto Temple Street and we went onto Christchurch Street. When we had finished we walked through the passageway and across the car park onto City Road. We walked up to Victoria place and we turned left onto Victoria Road where we saw Z Carz YA13 AMK.

We walked down the hill to the park. We left the park onto Beville Street and we turned left onto Victoria Road and walked up to the square and crossed over the road. We turned right onto Beville street and left onto Victoria Road. We turned right onto Maud Street and we turned left onto Edward Street. We turned right onto George Street and we turned left onto Manor Street and we turned left. We crossed over City Road and we stopped at the bus stop on Christchurch Street. We turned right onto Temple Street and we returned to the residential unit. Matthew went upstairs to his room to chill out and watch buses out of the window. We saw blue minibus DG52 CXP heading towards Stoke.

For tea Matthew had a lasagne followed by cake. Matthew returned to his room to chill out. Matthew went out for a Newfriars College. We went downstairs and we got in the car. We set off onto Temple Street and we turned left onto Christchurch Street. We crossed over City Road onto Manor Street and we ran to the end. We turned left onto Victoria Road and we ran down the hill to Joiners Square. At the roundabout we turned right onto the A52. We ran to Limekiln light and we turned right to follow the A52. We ran into Bucknall and we turned left onto Newhouse Road. We ran to the end and we stopped at the college. Matthew went to the toilet and returned to Fenton by car. We set off onto Newhouse Road and we turned right onto the A52. We followed the the A52 to the left and we headed up to Joiners Square. We crossed over the roundabout and we headed towards Stoke. We passed near to the railway station and we ran along side the railway line. We turned left onto City Road and we headed up into Fenton. We turned right onto Smithpool Road and left onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Outside Matthew got to see the new visitor unit which arrived on site today. We went upstairs and Matthew went to his room. He watched television and used his computer. later on he had a bath. For supper Matthew had some toast. Matthew went to bed around 23:00... Mark

Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going to his day service. He was also going out on the bus later on. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast for breakfast. before Matthew went to the day centre he watched buses out of the window. whilst waiting for the time to go to the day centre, we saw Temple Street Church RX18 GZW. We went downstairs and Transport for the trip was an Intercity taxi. We set off onto Temple Street and we turned right onto Smithpool Road. and we turned right onto City Road. We ran forwards onto King Street and we stopped at the charity shop to pic something up. We continued up through Foley and into Longton. We turned right onto Baths Road and we turned into Tesco. Matthew went to the toilet and afterwards we set off on foot to Longton Interchange. We looked at the bus time and we saw the first bus towards Blurton was to D&G Bus #24 service. Whilst we waited for the bus we saw First Potteries 63096 on a #11 to Newcastle. A short time later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was D&G Bus 102 on a #24 to Hanley. We got on the bus and we booked to Blurton before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off out of the Interchange onto Baths Road. We ran forwards onto Market Street and we followed the one-way system around onto Commerce Street. We crossed over the A50 and we headed out of Longton along Lightwood Road. We turned right onto Belgrave Road and left onto Chaplin Road where we saw D&G Bus 50 on a #24 to Longton. At the end we turned right onto Cocknage Road and we continued onto the end of Queens Park. We turned left onto the A5035 where we saw D&G Bus 174 on a #24 to Longton. We ran through Blurton. We turned left onto Barlaston Road and right onto Waterside Drive. We turned left onto Wimbourne Avenue and we turned right onto Waterside Drive. we continued to the ens and we turned left onto Barlaston Road. We turned left onto the A5035 and right onto Ripon Road where we saw D&G Bus 146 on a #24 to Longton. At the end we turned right onto Finstock Avenue. We turned left onto Beaconfield Drive. We ran to the other end and we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we walked all the way back to the house. Later on we were going shopping. We got in the car and we set off through Blurton. We ran along Beaconsfield Drive. We turned left onto Church Road and at the roundabout we turned left onto Blurton Road. We joined the Westbound A50. At Sideway we joined the Northbound A500 where we saw Copeland's Tours MIB 229 heading Southwards. We continued Northwards and we turned left onto Adsa. After parking up we went in the supermarket. Matthew used the toilets and afterwards we went around and did the shopping. When we had finished we decided to go have dinner. We left the retail park and we saw City Centre Central SF60 BYP parked up near Asda. joined the Southbound A500. We came off at Etruria and we went onto the Eastbound A53. We veered left onto Garner street where we saw silver minibus SP09 NTV. We stopped at the food van by the builders yard and Matthew had a Cumberland sausage bap. once we had finished we got a car back to the residential unit. We set off along Garner Street and we turned right onto the A500. We headed South through Stoke and we turned left onto City Road where we saw First Potteries 67662 on a #23 to Hanley. We turned right onto Smithpool Road and left onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew went upstairs to chill out in his room. For dinner Matthew had a Cumberland sausage bap washed down with a can of Coke. room to chill out and watch buses out of the window we saw First Potteries 69148 on a #23 to Hanley. Later on Matthew went out for a walk. We went downstairs. We set off onto Temple Street and we went onto Christchurch Street. When we had finished we walked through the passageway and across the car park onto City Road. We walked up to Victoria place and we turned left onto Victoria Road where we saw Z Carz YA13 AMK. We walked down the hill to the park. We left the park onto Beville Street and we turned left onto Victoria Road and walked up to the square and crossed over the road. We turned right onto Beville street and then left onto Victoria Road. We crossed over City Road and we turned left onto Christchurch Street. We turned right onto Temple Street and we returned to the residential unit. Matthew went upstairs to his room to chill out and watch buses out of the window. We saw First Potteries 67158 on a #23 to Hanley.

For tea Matthew had sausage sandwich followed by a pink blancmange with cream and chocolate sprinkles. Matthew took some batteries and We went downstairs to Meir to go out to see the site of the new school in Meir in an intercity taxi. We set off onto Temple Street and we turned right onto Christchurch Street. We turned left onto Baker Street and left onto Glebedale Road where we saw Austin's Travel OU14 AOX. We turned right onto City Road and we ran through Fenton. We continued onto King Street and through Foley into Longton. We went under the railway bridge into Market Street and we continued onto Uttoxeter Road. We ran through Normacot and then we joined the A50. We ran fast up to Meir and then we came off the A50 we turned right onto onto Broadway and we turned right onto Box Lane and we arrived at Abbey Hill. Matthew went to the toilet and afterwards we went on the bouncy castle. Afterwards we returned to Fenton in a taxi. We walked out onto Box Lane and we saw it was a Lucky Seven taxi. We got in the taxi and we set off along Box Lane. We ran forward onto Uttoxeter Road and forward onto Railway Road. We turned left onto the A50 onto Broadway. At the roundabout we turned right onto the and we turned right into Waterhead Road. We ran through to Upper Belgrave Road where we saw Premier Travel YD63 UMC. We turned right onto Lightwood Road and into Longton. We crossed over the A50 and we ran down The Strand. After a brief stop we ran down under the railway bridge onto King Street. We continued down through Fenton and forwards onto City Road. We went past KFC. City Road and left onto Smithpool Road. We turned left into Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew went upstairs and back to his room to chill out. Matthew had a bottle of Coke. He watched television and used his computer. Later on Matthew had a bath and then had toast for supper. He then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Mark.

Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going to his day service. It was also the day that Matthew found out that there were 'new' buses with the First Potteries fleet. Matthew got up and had toast and orange juice for breakfast. Whilst waiting for time to got to the day centre Matthew spent time in his room watching buses. We saw First Potteries 47519 on a #11 to Newcastle. Around 09:00 we went downstairs and we set off onto Temple Street. In the distance we saw white minibus G14 SBX.

We carried on along Temple Street and we turned right onto Christchurch Street and to the day centre. At the day centre we saw Shelton Care Group DY08 FFX.

In the morning Matthew went out on the bus. We set off onto Glebedale Road and we turned right. We walked up City Road and we walked up to the roundabout and around the corner onto Victoria Road to wait for the bus to Hanley. A few minutes later we saw First Potteries 67649 on a #6A to Hanley. We got on the bus and we booked to Hanley before we sat down. We set off down Victoria Road. crossed over the A52 at Joiners Square. We ran up Lichfield Street instead of going to the bus stops outside the bus station, we turned left onto the ring road. We turned right onto Bethesda Street and right onto John Street and into the bus station. We got up and got off the bus and Matthew used the toilet. We waited for a bus to Tunstall. A few minutes later we saw First Potteries 67663 on a #3 to Crewe. We got on the bus and we booked to Tunstall before we sat down. We set off out of the bus station and onto John Street. We turned right onto Bethesda Street and we went straight across onto Marsh Street. We turned right up onto Trinity Street and we went past the former RBS now a new shop. We turned left onto Stafford Street. After picking up more passenger outside of Debenhams we followed the road around to the left and then back onto Marsh Street. At the roundabout we went straight on onto Waterloo Road and we ran up the hill into Cobridge. We continued into Buslem and through the traffic lights onto Scotia Road. We went past the old Burslem PMT garage and we followed the road around to the left onto Williamson Street. We turned right onto Tunstall High Street and towards the top end we got up and got off the bus. We waited for #94 bus to Congleton. A short time later D&G Bus 106 appeared on the #94 to Congleton. We got on the bus and we booked to Congleton. We set of up the High Street and we turned right onto Furlong Road. We ran up to the A527 and we ran through Turnhurst and down the hill towards Fegg Hayes. We ran up the hill into Brindley Ford and we continued up to Knypersley. We turned right into Park Lane left into Woodlands Street. We turned right onto Church Close and we turned left onto Church Road. We continued onto Princess Street and we turned left onto Well Street. We turned right onto Biddulph High Street and left onto South View. We stopped briefly on Wharf Road and we continued down to the roundabout. We turned right onto the A527 and we headed Northwards. We ran through Whitemore and Mossley and we ran past Congleton railway station. We ran inbto town and we turned left into the bus station where we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we walked up Market Street and we turned right onto Bridge Street. We went to the pub and Matthew had dinner. He had a burger and fries followed by chocolate fudge cake and ice cream, was down with a glass of Coke. When we had finished we returned down Bridge Street and onto Market Street and back to the bus station. We waited for a bus back towards Tunstall. A short time later we saw it was D&G Bus 102 on a #94 to Newcastle. We set off onto Market Street and we turned right onto Lawton Street. We joined the Eastbound A527 and we ran past Congleton railway station. We continued out of town through Mossley and Whitemore and we went into Biddulph. We went along the by-pass and we turned left onto Wharf Road. After a brief stop at Biddulph bus station we turned right onto High Street. We turned left onto Well Street and left onto Princess Street. We crossed over the roundabout onto Church Road and we turned right onto Church Close. We turned left onto Woodland Street and right onto Park Lane. We turned left onto the A527 and we ran through Knypersley into Brindley Ford. We turned right into Scotia Road and we ran into Burslem town centre. We continued into Cobridge and down into Hanley. We joined Hope Street and we ran forwards to Stafford Street. After going past the town hall we entered the bus station via Bagnall Street. Once we got off the bus. A short time later we saw First Potteries 67661 on a #11 to Newcastle. We got on the bus and we booked to Fenton, we sat down. We set off out of the bus station onto John Street and down the hill past the car park. We turned left onto Bethesda Street and we turned left onto the ring road. We ran around the ring road and we turned right onto Bucknall New Road. We ran down the hill through Limekiln lights. We ran forwards onto the A52 and we turned right onto Dividy Road. We turned left onto Beverley Drive and right onto Dawlish Drive. We ran through the estate and back onto the A5272. We ran up to Adderley Green. At the roundabout we turned right onto Anchor Road. system onto Commerce Street and right onto The Strand. After a brief stop we ran down the Strand. After a brief stop we ran down the Strand and under the railway line onto King Street. We continued down through Fenton and forwards onto City Road. We went past KFC and we got up and got off. We walked down City Road and we turned left onto Christchurch Street. We turned right onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Later on we went to Hanley on the bus. we went downstairs and we set off on foot to the bus stop. We walked onto City Road and we saw D&G Bus 44 on a #1 to Park Site.

We got on the bus and we booked to Hanley before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off down City Road and we joined the A52 to go under the railway line and over the A500. We continued onto Church Street and into the centre of Stoke. After a brief stop we continued around the one-way system onto Elenora Steet and right onto Copeland street. We turned left onto Glebe Street and we went under the railway line before turning left onto Station Road. We went past the railway station and we turned right onto College Road. After running the hill through Shelton we continued onto Cleveland Road and forwards onto Regent Road. We turned left onto Lower Bethesda Street and we crossed over the ring road onto Bethesda Street. We turned right onto John Street and into the bus station where we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we set off up Lichfield Street and forwards onto Stafford Street. We turned right by Debenhams and we walked up towards the shopping centre before going into Primark. After doing some shopping we walked back down to Stafford Street and we stopped at Greggs. Matthew brought a sausage roll and a bottle of Coke. We waled up towards wilko and we stopped on the seat to watch buses. We saw First Potteries 67631 on a #18 to Leek. Matthew ate his sausage roll and drank his bottle of Coke. When we had finished we walked along Stafford Street and we stopped at B&M. We brought a small pack of Milky Way's. We walked down Lichfield Street and we we went into the bus station. We waited for a bus back to Fenton. A short time later we saw First Potteries 67633 on a #6 to Coalville.

We got on the bus and we booked to Fenton before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off out of the bus station onto John Street and we turned left onto Bethesda Street. We turned left onto the ring road and we turned right onto Lichfield Street and we ran down the hill to Joiners Square. We crossed the roundabout onto Victoria Road. and we ran up the hill into Fenton. At the top of the hill we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we set off on foot up Victoria Road and we went sharp right onto City Road. onto Glebedale Road and we walked along Baker Street. We turned right onto Christchurch Street. We returned onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. When Matthew got back we went upstairs and went up to his room. He used his computer and watched music videos on the Television. Later on Matthew had a bath and then had toast for supper. He then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Mark.
