Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going to his day service. he was going to see Grandma later on and going to the pub and returning to Blurton for a long weekend and Christmas. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast and orange juice for breakfast. Around 09:00 we went downstairs and we set off onto Temple Street. We continued along Christchurch Street and to the day centre, where we saw Shelton Care Group DY08 FFX.

In the morning Matthew did some baking. He made some cup cakes. For dinner Matthew had sausage chips and gravy. After dinner Matthew went to the pub. We set off onto Christchurch Street and we stopped at the pub. Matthew went to the toilet and afterwards had a glass of Coke. When it was time to go Matthew walked onto Christchurch Street. We turned left onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. I turned up around 14:30 just after Matthew to pick Matthew up. We went upstairs to his room to get ready to leave. We got things ready and we left the residential unit just after 15:00. We went downstairs and we got into the car. We drove onto Temple Street. We turned right onto Christchurch Street and right onto Station Bridge Road. We followed the road around onto Heron Street and into Heron Cross. We went through the traffic lights and forwards onto Blurton Road. We continued through Blurton and we turned right onto Church Street. We turned right onto Beaconsfield Drive. We got home around 15:00. When we got home Matthew had toast and a glass of Pepsi Cola. Today we were catching the 15:56 to Newcastle as we were going to the pub via Grandma's House. We set off around 15:45 on foot to the bus stop all the way onto Magdalen Road. Whilst we waited for the bus we saw Plants JP18 NTS heading into Blurton.

A few minutes later we saw a bus coming around the corner. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 63097 on a #22 to Newcastle.

We got on the bus and we booked to Newcastle and sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off onto the A5035. We went over the railway line into Trentham. We ran up the hill towards Hanford passing First Potteries 67662 on a #22 to Longton. We turned right into Wilson Road. We ran down Church Lane and we continued down onto the A34. We crossed under the A500 and we ran into Trent Vale. We turned right into Harpfields Road. We continued forwards on Hilton Road. we turned into the hospital. We ran through and we saw First Potteries 32649 on a #25 to Hanley and ABC Supreme HN18 VHL. We turned right onto the A34. A couple of stops down the road we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus Matthew took a picture of First Potteries 63097 as it continued towards Newcastle.

Once off the bus we saw D&G Bus 42 which was right behind us on the #2 to Westbury Park.

We walked up the hill to Grandma's house. At Grandma's Matthew had a can of Irn Bru and used her computer. When it was time to go we went to the pub in the car. We set off just after 17:40 and we ran down Victoria Street. We turned left onto the A34. We continued southwards into Trent Vale and we stopped at the pub. We walked into the pub and we sat down at our one our normal tables. Matthew had a brunch with oatcakes followed by toffee sponge pudding with custard. Highlights of the bus sightings included Destination Courtesy Travel DS15 ABX, First Potteries 37146 on a #101 to Hanley and First Potteries 65002 on a #101 to Stafford. Once we had finished eating we set off to uncle Dave's to pick him up. We ran down the A34 and we crossed under the A500 into Hanford. We continued into Trentham and we turned left into Bankhouse Road. We turned right and Boma Road and left into Parkwood Avenue. After a brief stop Once we had finished we turned left into Allerton Road and right into Trentley Road. We turned right into New Inn Lane and left into Pacific Drive. We continued around onto Constance Avenue and we stopped. We continued around the loop and we re-joined New Inn Lane. We turned left onto Stanley Matthews Way and we joined the Eastbound A50. We came off the A50 at Heron Cross. We dropped down into Fenton to pick uncle Dave up. Once we had picked him up we ran up to Heron Cross and we turned into Heron Street. Matthew wanted to returned to the residential unit we we ran forwards onto Station Bridge Road. We turned left onto Masterson Street and right onto Watkin Street. We turned right into Temple Street and Matthew went upstairs to the residential unit. After a quick stop he returned to the car. We set off onto Temple Street and we turned right onto Christchurch Street. We turned right onto Station Bridge Road and Forwards onto Heron Street, crossing over the A50. We continued into Blurton along Blurton Road. We turned right onto Church Road and we turned right into Beaconsfield Drive. We got home around 19:30. Matthew chilled out on his computer and we composed a few e-mails and sorted a few things out. We then chilled out on the sofa doing e-mails and writing the until bedtime around 01:00... Mark

Today Matthew was going to the pub for his tea, but not before he had been to his day service. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast and orange juice for breakfast. Just before 09:00 his transport to his day service turned up and it was Shelton Care Group DY08 FFX.

We got on the bus and we sat down. We set off down to the A5035 were we turned left. We turned left onto Church Road and at the roundabout we turned left onto Blurton Road. We joined the Eastbound A50 and we then turned left onto the A50 link Road and we ran up to City Road. We turned left and we ran to Glebedale Road and turned left and to our destination. In the morning Matthew made a cheesecake. For dinner Matthew had burger fries & coke from MacDonalds followed by a slice of cheesecake. In the afternoon Matthew went to the pub in Shelton Care Group minibus NX13 XDH. We got on the bus and sat down. We set off onto Glebedale Road and we turned right onto City Road and then left onto Victoria Road. At Joiners Square we went straight across onto Lichfield Street and to the destination. At the pub Matthew went to the toilet and had a drink of Coke. Highlights of the sightings included Stevens Travel KS56 DSZ and First Potteries 63173 on a #6 to Weston Coyney. When it was time to go we got on Shelton Care Group DV10 JCU. We set off onto Palmeston Street and at the end we turned left onto the A52. We turned left up Victoria Road and we turned right into Manor Street. At the end of Manor Street we turned left onto City Road and then right into Glebedale Road. After a quick stop in Fenton we carried on back onto City Road and down the hill towards Stoke. We saw First Potteries 41502 on a #23A to Newstead. We joined the A52 and we ran under the railway line before we went South down the A500. We ran down to Hanford and we turned left onto the A34. We turned left onto Church Lane and we ran up the hill through Hanford, turning right onto Wilson Road. We turned left onto New Inn Lane and we ran down into Trentham where we dropped off another service user. We continued onto the A5035 and we turned left. We went over the railway into Blurton and Matthew got home just before 15:00. Matthew took another picture of Shelton Care Group DV10 JCU.

Matthew had toast and a drink of dandelion & burdock whilst he waited for the time to go out and catch the bus. Today we went to catch the 16:26 to Newcastle. We set off on foot to the bus stop all the way onto Magdalen Road. We had seen the turn earlier in the day and it was booked to be dud First Potteries 67603. Whilst we waited we saw First Potteries 67641 on an #22 to Longton.

A few minutes later we saw dud First Potteries 67603 turn the corner as expected.

We got on the bus and we booked to Harpfields Road. Unusually the bus was empty today, so Matthew took a picture inside First Potteries 67603 before we sat down towards the back of the bus.

We joined the Westbound A5035 and we ran over the railway line into Trentham. We then passed West Midlands Ambulance patient transport minibus YJ16 GEU going the other way. We turned right into New Inn Lane and past the main in Space we saw First Potteries 42894 on a #21 service to the Trentham Hotel. We climbed the bill into Hanford and we turned right into Wilson Road. We turned left Church Lane and we ran down the hill and joined the A34. We joined the A34 and we crossed under the A500 into Trent Vale and as we turned right into Harpfields Road. We got up and got off the bus and Matthew took a picture of First Potteries 67603 as it carried on towards Newcastle.

As we got off the bus we saw First Potteries 67602 on the final #22 turned going towards Longton. We walked back onto the A34 and on the way to the pub we were passed by Destination Courtesy Travel minibus DS15 ABX.

Mum passed us just before we got to the pub and we went straight inside. Matthew had a brunch with oatcakes followed by toffee sponge pudding with ice cream. Whilst we ate highlights of the passing buses included First Potteries 65033 on a Stafford Bound #101 service, an unidentified Stacey's (Carlisle) coach on low-loader and Stanton's of Stoke coach VUD 483 going North and ABC Supreme P881 RND on a Southbound shuttle. When it was time to go we got in the car to go home. We went South down the A34. Turned left onto the A500 and we ran North up to Sideway. We turned right onto the A50 and we continued to Heron Cross dropping down into Fenton to pick uncle Dave up. Once we had picked him up we ran back up to Heron Cross and over the A50. We ran into Blurton. At the bottom of the hill we saw Paul's of Stoke coach Y13 POS. We turned right into Church Road and right again onto Beaconsfield Drive. We got home around 18:00. Matthew chilled out on his computer and we sorted things out. We chilled out on the sofa until bedtime around 00:00... Mark
