Trip to Hanley / Chell 11-01-2025

Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going to do a local trip. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast for breakfast. before Matthew went to the day centre he watched buses out of the window. whilst waiting for the time to go to the day centre, we saw Temple Street Church KD23 DHC.

Once Matthew had finished his breakfast he chilled out in his room until it was time to go to the day centre. We saw bronze minibus SG22 TTX.

Later on we went downstairs and we set off onto City Road. We walked down to the bus stop outside the flats. We waited for a bus to Hanley. On the way we saw Afford rent-a-car YG23 PXM parked up at their garage. A short time later we saw a bus turn around the corner. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 63115 on a #23 to Hanley. We got on the bus and we placed the Smart Day ticket on the scanner before we sat down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off down City Road and we joined the A52 and ran under the railway line. After crossing over the A500 we ran into Stoke town centre along Church Street. We turned right onto Shelton Old Road and we saw Travel Express GN14 DVX parked up th the depot. We ran forwards onto Stoke Road. We ran under the railway line and up through Shelton. We ran up Broad Street and we turned right onto the anti-clockwise ring road. We turned left onto Bethesda Street and right onto John Street. We climbed the hill and up into the bus station. We got up and got off the bus. Once we got off the bus. We entered the bus station and we got up and got off the bus. We waited for a bus to Chell. A short time later we saw it was First Potteries 67149 on a #7 to Kidsgrove. When it was time the bus set off out of the bus station. We went down John Street and onto Bethesda Street before we went across onto Marsh Street and then we turned right into Trinity Street. We turned left into Stafford Street and we continued forwards to Quadrant Road and we left Hanley along Town Road. We travelled through Sneyd Green and over Smallthorne roundabouts to Chell we got up and got off the bus. We set off on foot to the bus stop all the way onto A5272. As it was sun we decided to walk and we turned right the A527. We visited Wrights Pies and we brought a sausage roll, a can of Coke and a Manchester Tart. We continued up A527 and we sat down and Matthew ate his sausage roll washed down with a can of Coke and a Manchester Tart. and we turned right onto Uplands Ave. Matthew decided we wanted to explore the leisure centre. We went inside and Matthew had a look around. Afterwards we came out and Matthew had a can of Fanta Orange. We walked along Uplands Ave and we turned left onto the High Lane to wait a bus to Newcastle. A short time later we saw the bus approaching. It was First Potteries 63111 on a #11 to Newcastle. We got on the bus and we placed our Smart Day ticket under the scanner before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We went down the High Lane and we turned left onto Little Chell Lane and right onto Carlton Avenue. We turned right onto Irene Avenue and we turned right onto Queens Avenue we ran down the hill past the park and we went forwards onto Boulevard. We turned right onto the A50 and we continued down the High Street and we ran past the former Co-operative bank. We stopped at the bottom before joining Brownhills Road. We ran down the hill to Trubshsaw Cross and we continued straight through Longport and over the A500. We went up Porthill Bank and we followed the A527 through Wolstanton & May Bank and into Newcastle. We crossed the roundabout onto Barracks Road and we entered the bus station. As we got off the bus we spotted Megabus 54609 on a M36 to Barnstaple. After a short while the bus back to Hanley appeared. It was First Potteries 35940 on a #101 to Hanley. We got on the bus and we placed the Smart Day ticket before we sat downstairs towards the back of the bus. We set off onto Barracks Road and we ran forwards onto the one-way system. We continued onto the A52 and when we got to Hartshill we veered left onto Shelton New Road. We ran over the railway line and canal and we went up to Snow Hill. We turned left and ran up Broad Street. We turned right onto the ring road and left onto Bethesda Street. We turned right onto John Street and we ran up to the bus station. Once in the bus station we got up and got off the bus. Matthew used the toilet and afterwards we waited for a bus to Bentilee. A short time later the bus arrived on stand. It was First Potteries 47520 on a #11 to Newcastle. We got on the bus and we booked to Fenton before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off onto John Street and we turned left onto Bethesda Street. We turned left onto the ring road and left onto Lichfield Street and we turned right onto Birch Terrace. We followed the road around onto Charles Street and we turned right onto Old Hall Street. We crossed over the ring road onto Bucknall New Road. We ran down the hill through Limekiln lights. we turned right onto Dividy Road. We turned left onto Beverley Drive We got up and got off the bus. We walked Beverley Drive and right onto Dawlish Drive and we stopped at one of the house and Matthew had a glass of Coke. We continued along Dawlish Drive. We turned left onto Beverley Drive. We waited for a bus towards Hanley at the bus stop. A few minutes later we saw First Potteries 63365 on a #11B to Hanley. We got on the bus and we booked to Hanley before sitting down towards the back of the bus We set off onto Beverley Drive. At the end we turned right onto Dividy Road and we ran down the hill to Bucknall. We got up and got off the bus. Once off up Dividy Road and we crossed. We waited for a bus to Hanley and a short time later we saw . A few minutes later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 63347 on a #11 to Hanley. We got on the bus and we booked to Fenton before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off onto Dividy Road and we turned left onto the A52 we ran to limekiln lights and we went across onto Bucknall New Road. We climbed the hill up to Hanley and we joined the clockwise ring road. We turned right onto Bethesda Road and right onto John Street and into the bus station and we got up and got off the bus. Matthew walked into the bus station and went to the toilet. We had arranged with mum to get meet up near to the bus station. Once off the bus we set off up Lichfield Street. We turned righ onto Old Hall Street and we turned the corner onto and we walked up McDonalds and we had dinner. Matthew had a burger and fries washed down with a cup of Coke. Once We walked along Parliament Row and we walked onto Old Hall Street. We walked up Lichfield Street and we got in the car and we went to Blurton. We set off onto Lichfiels Street and we ran down to Joiners Square. we turned right onto the A52 and as we ran towards and past the planned development of Stoke-on-Trent railway station. We ran alongside the railway line and we turned left onto City Road. We ran up the hill into Fenton and we turned right onto Smithpool Road. We turned left onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew went upstairs and back to his room. He had a can of Cherry Coke. He watched television and used his computer. Matthew had a bath and then had toast for supper. He then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Mark.

Today Matthew was going on the bus and was returning to the residential unit. Matthew wokw up at 08:00 to have his medication. Matthew got up around 10:00 and had toast and orange juice for breakfast. Just after 11:30 we set off on foot to the bus stop at the bottom of Beaconsfield Drive. A short time later the bus appeared. As it turned the corner we saw it was First Potteries 67154 on a #23 to Hanley.

We got on the bus booked to Stoke before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off along Beaconsfield Drive and we turned left onto Church Road. At the roundabout we veered left onto Blurton Road. We ran through Blurton and up the hill into Heron Cross. We crossed over the A50 and we went through the traffice lights onto Heron Street. We followed the road around onto Station Bridge Road and and we turned left onto Christchurch Street. We turned left onto City Road and we ran down the hill towards Stoke. We went under the railway line and we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus Matthew got another picture of First Potteries 67154 as it continued towards Hanley.

We went down the steps and got onto the the Trent and Mersey canal. We headed Northwards around the back of the railway station and through Cliff Vale. We decided to come off the canal at the other end of Stoke to have a look at the minibuses parked up in the yard at Travel Express. Amongst the minibues we saw GN14 DVX.

We walked back to the canal and on the way we saw a teddy bear on a chair. We got back onto the canal and we came off the canal at Cockshute where we veered left onto the path that runs along side the railway line. We came out by the Railway Enterprise Centre and we crossed over the A500 slip road onto Garner Street. We continued up to Emerys Builders Merchants and we cut into the yard to Bailey's Food Truck. Matthew had a cumberland sausage ring, bacon and egg on a bap washed down with a can of Coke. When we finished eating our food we said godbye to the Bazzers and we walked along Garner Street. We walked up the ramp onto Shelton New Road and we crossed over to catch a bus towards Newcastle. We got to the bus stop by the flyover and almost Immediately we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 35935 on a #101 to Stafford.

We got on the bus and we booked to Newcastle before we went upstairs and sat down. We set off along Shelton New Road and we ran up the hill into Hartshill. At the roundabout we ran forwards onto George Street and into Newcastle. We continued along the A52 past the baths and we turned left onto Barracks Road. We entered the bus station and we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus saw D&G Bus 151 on a #9 to Biddulph.

we went up Castle Walk and we visited Costa Coffee. Matthew went to the toilet and picked out what he wantd to eat and drink before sitting down. Matthew had a millionaires shortbread and a bottle of Coke. When we had finished we headed back to the bus station. We saw First Potteries 63357 on a #11 to Hanley. We saw our bus on stand and we saw it was First Potteries 63364 on a #22 to Longton.

We got on the bus and we booked to Longton before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off out of the bus station onto Barracks Road and we ran Southwards onto the A34. We turned left into the hospital and we ran through the the grounds. We turned right onto Hilton Road and forwards onto Harpfields Road. We ran to the end and we turned left onto the Southbound A34. We ran under the A500 into Hanford and we turned left onto Church Lane. We climbed to the top of the hill and we turned right onto Wilson Road. We turned left onto New Inn Lane and we ran into Trentham. We turned left onto the A5035 and we crossed over the railway line into Blurton. We passed the end of Stanley Matthew Way and we turned left onto Magdalen Road. We turned right onto Finstock Avenue and left onto Beaconsfield Drive where we got up and got off the bus. Matthew took another picture of First Potteries 63364 before it continued towards Longton.

Once off the bus we walked back to the house. Matthew had a can of Cherry Coke and we wrote the Blog and edited photos. Around 16:00 Matthew set off back to the residential unit by car. We set off through Blurton onto Finstock Avenue and we turned left onto Beaconsfield Drive. We turned left onto Church Road and left again onto Blurton Road. We went through the traffic lights onto Heron Street. We carried on forwards onto Station Bridge Road we turned left onto Christchurch Street and we turned left onto Masterson Street and we saw Stafford & District Community Link DK05 ERV. We turned right onto Watkin Street and we continued onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. We went upstairs to his room and we put all his shopping in his cupboard or in the kitchen. Matthew had a can of Cherry Coke. Matthew chilled out on his computer and watched buses out of the window. Later on we saw Lucky Seven KX19 NBE heading towards Longton. For tea Matthew had chicken & rice and washed it down with a glass of lemonade. Matthew then went out to catch a bus to Hanley. We went downstairs and it was an Intercity taxi. We got in the taxi and we set off onto Temple Street. We turned left onto Christchurch Street and we crossed over City Road onto Manor street. At the end of manor street awe turned left onto Victoria Road. We ran down to joiners Square and we crossed over the roundabout onto Lichfield Street. We crossed over the ring road and we parked up in the small car park in front of the pub. We went into the Coachmakers Arms. Matthew went to the toilet and afterwards had 1/2 a Coke. After we had finished we returned to Fenton in a taxi. We got in the taxi and we set off onto Lichfield Street. We crossed over the ring Road and we ran down to Joiners Square. We crossed the roundabout onto Victoria Road and we ran up the hill into Fenton. At the roundabout we turned sharp right onto City Road and left onto Smithpool Road. We turned left onto Temple Street and we went to his room and chilled out. We went upstairs and Matthew went to his room. He watched television and used his computer. Later on Matthew had a bath and then had toast for supper. He then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Mark.

Today Matthew was in the residential unit and he was going out on the bus. He was also going to see Grandma and returning to Blurton later on. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast and orange juice for breakfast. We saw Shelton Care Group HF73 YPW outside. We went downstairs and we set off onto Temple Street and we turned left onto Christchurch Street. We waited for a bus towards Hanley. We continued along Christchurch Street. We onto City Road. At the top we crossed over Victoria Road to wait for the bus at the bus stop. A few minutes later the bus turned up and it was dud First Potteries 63146 on a #6A to Hanley. We got on the bus and we booked to Hanley before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off down Victoria Road and we crossed over the A52 at Joiners Square. We ran up Lichfield Street past the site of the new housing development. We turned left onto the ring road and we turned right onto Bethesda Street and right onto John Street and into the bus station and we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we went to the toilet. Afterwards we went to the chip shop. We set off out of the bus station onto Lichfield Street. We crossed over the ring road and we went to the chip shop. Matthew had sausage chips and gravy washed down with a can of Coke. When we had finished we crosse over the ring road and over Lichfield Street. We returned to the bus station and we waited for a bus towards Newcastle. A short time later we saw a bus come on stand. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 63366 on a #11 to Newcastle.

We got on the bus and we booked to Newcastle. we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off onto John Street and we turned left onto Bethesda Street. We turned left onto the ring road and left onto Lichfield Street and we turned right onto Birch Terrace. We followed the road around onto Charles Street and we turned right onto Old Hall Street. We crossed over the ring road onto Bucknall New Road. We ran down the hill through Limekiln lights and we turned right onto Dividy Road. We turned left onto Beverley Drive and right onto Dawlish Drive. We ran through the estate and back onto the A5272. We ran up to Adderley Green and we passed the bus garage. At the back we saw First South Yorkshire 36277 as well as another Bee Network single decker. At the roundabout we turned right onto Anchor Road. system onto Commerce Street and right onto The Strand. After a brief stop we ran down the Strand and under the railway line onto King Street. We continued down through Fenton and forwards onto City Road and we went past KFC. We ran down the hill over the old railway line to Leek and onto the A52. We ran under the railway line and over the A500 and straight into Stoke town centre along Church Street. After a brief stop in Stoke we continued along church Street and forwards onto Hartshill Road. We ran up the hill and into Hartshill. We ran forwards onto George Street and we ran down the hill into Newcastle. We turned left at the roundabout onto Barracks Road and into the bus station where we got up and got off the bus. As we got off the bus we saw Leon's 244 in the bus station. Once off the bus we set off up Castle Walk and we went to The Coffee House. We turned left onto Ironmarket and we turned left onto Astley Walk and we stopped for a ice cream van. Matthew had a vanilla ice cream. We set off along Astley Walk and we turned left onto Hassell Street back to the bus station. We ewaited for a bus back to Fenton. As sbort time later a bus came on stand. We saw it was First Potteries 63360 on a #11 to Hanley.

We got on bus and we booked to Fenton before sitting down towards the back of the bus. We set off onto Barracks Road and we ran up to the Jubilee roundabout. We ran onto the A53 and around the one-way system onto the A52. We ran up George Street into Hartshill and we saw Travel Express GN14 DVX on the shuttle bus to the hospital. We ran down the hill into Stoke town centre. After a brief stop we continued along Church Street out of Stoke and over the A500. We ran under the railway line and we continued onto City Road. At the top of the hill we got up and got off the bus. We crossed over city Road and we got in the car and we drove onto City Road and we ran forwards onto Manor Street. At the end we turned left onto Victoria Road and we headed down the hill to Joiners Square. We crossed over the roundabout and we ran forwards onto Lichfield Street. We joined the anti-clockwise ring road and we ran around to Town Road. We headed towards Birches Head and we joined the Northbound A5272. We ran through Sneyd Green and up to Smallthorne roundabout. We continued onto High Lane and we ran to the end. We turned right onto the A527 and down the hill to Fegg Hayes. We turned right onto Chell Heath Road and we turned left onto Cumberbatch Avenue. We turned right into Hambro Place and we visited the playground. There is a new construction taking place. Later on we returned to Fenton. We got in the car and we set off along Hambro Place, We turned left onto Cumberbatch Avenue and we turned left onto Chell Heath Road. We ran through Chell Heath past Matthew's old School which is now sheltered housing. We continued through Bradeley and at the end of the road we turned left onto Ford Green Road. We ran to the bottom of the hill and ran up through Smallthorne to the roundabouts. We turned left onto the A5272 and we headed through Sneyd Green and to the edge of Hanley. We ran clockwise around the ring road and we turned left onto Lichfield Street. We ran down the hill to Joiners Square and we went across the roundabout onto Victoria Road. We ran up the hill into Fenton and we turned right onto Manor Street. We turned right onto City Road and we turned left onto Smithpool Road. We turned left onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew went upstairs to his room and chilled out on his computer. Matthew had a new panda bear. Just after 15:00 I arrived with mum and we came to pick Matthew up. Matthew came downstairs and we said goodbye to mum who went of to Grandma's and me and Matthew went to the bus stop. Wwe cut through onto City Road and we walked down to the bus stop. We waited for a bus to Newcastle. A short time later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 67179 on a #11 to Newcastle.

We got on the bus and we booked to Newcastle before sitting down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off down City Road and we ran down the hill over the old railway line to Leek and onto the A52. We ran under the railway line and over the A500 and straight into Stoke town centre along Church Street. After a brief stop in Stoke we continued along church Street and forwards onto Hartshill Road. We ran up the hill and into Hartshill. Near to the roundabout we saw St Thomas More Catholic Academy HW20 HXR. We ran forwards onto George Street and we ran down the hill into Newcastle. We turned left at the roundabout onto Barracks Road and we turned right into the bus station where we got up and got off the bus. Another bus came on stand and it was First Potteries 35936 on a #25 to Hanley.

We got on the bus and we booked to the hospital before we went upstairs and sat down. We set off out of the bus station onto Barracks Road. We ran Southwards onto the A34 and we got up and got off the bus by the Cherry Tree. We got off the bus and Matthew took a picture of First Potteries 35936 as it continued towards Hanley.

Once off the bus we headed along the A34 and we went up the hill towards Grandma's. At Grandma's Matthew had toast and a can of Irn Bru and used her computer. When it was time to go we went to the pub and we headed down Victoria Street. We turned left onto the A34. We continued southwards into Trent Vale. We continued through Trent Vale and we stopped at the pub. We walked into the pub and we sat down at our one our normal tables. Matthew had a brunch with oatcakes followed by toffee sponge pudding with ice cream. Highlights of the bus sightings included First Potteries 67174 on a #101 to Stafford and white minibus BD69 ESU. Once we had finished eating we set off We carried on along the A34 through Hanford and into Trentham and we turned left onto the A5035. We crossed over the railway line and into Blurton. We got back around 19:00. Matthew chilled out on his computer and we sorted a few things out. Matthew also had a can of Cherry Coke and a couple of slices of brioche bread. We wrote the Blog and sent a couple of e-mails. We chilled out on the sofa until bedtime around 00:00... Mark

A short time later we saw Travel Express GN14 DVX. Matthew got ready to go to Newcastle. Whilst getting ready we saw Stafford & District Community Link DK05 ERU heading towards Stoke. We went downstairs and we saw First Potteries 63349 on a #11 to Hanley.

We set off onto Temple Street. We turned left onto Christchurch Street and we crossed over City Road onto Manor Street. On George Street we saw Stanton's of Stoke FSU 359. We turned left onto Victoria Road and we saw St Thomas More Catholic Academy YR73 UHV.

As it got closer we saw that it was dud Stanton's of Stoke 8701 VT on a #50 to Hanley. We got on the bus and we booked the Hanley before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off down Victoria Road and towards Joiners Square. At the roundabout we went forwards onto Lichfield Street. We turned left onto the ring road and we turned right onto Bethesda Street and right onto John Street and into the bus station we got up and got off the bus. We set off out of the bus station onto Lichfield Street and we past the fromer Stratstone showroom a which new convenience store. We turned left onto Derby Street and we stopped at Derby Street Pharmacy. After the brief stop we went up Derby Street. We crossed the ring road onto Botteslow Street and Matthew visited the doctor. Afterwards we walked back up to the ring road and around to Charles Street. We went forwards onto Tontine Street and onto Tontine Square and we stopped at Greggs. Afterwards we walked back along Tontine Square to the Intu Potteries shopping centre where Matthew had a chicken sandwich washed down with can of Irn Bru. We had a walk around the shops and afterwards we walked though and down onto Stafford Street and we went onto Lichfield Street and back to the bus station. As we got to the bus station we saw First Potteries 63364 on a #3 to Crewe. Across the way we saw First Potteries 67152 on a #11 to Newcastle.

A few minutes later the bus appeared and it was Stanton's of Stoke 8701 VT on a #26 to Bentilee.

We got on the bus and we booked to Bucknall before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off up set off onto John Street and we turned left onto Bethesda Street. We turned left onto the ring road and left onto Lichfield Street and we turned right onto Birch Terrace. We followed the road around onto Charles Street and we turned right onto Old Hall Street. We crossed over the ring road onto Bucknall New Road. We ran down the hill through Limekiln lights and we turned right onto Dividy Road. We got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we went down Dividy Road and went to the Trent Tavern. We waited for a bus to Fenton. A few minutes later we saw a bus approaching. As it got closer we saw it was First Potteries 67152 on a #11 to Newcastle. We got on the bus and we booked to Bentilee before we sat down towards the back of the bus. The bus set off down Dividy Road and we turned left onto Beverley Drive. We got up and got off the bus. We walked Beverley Drive and right onto Dawlish Drive and we stopped at one of the house and Matthew had a glass of Coke. We continued along Dawlish Drive and we got in a City Cabs taxi and we set off along onto Dawlish Drive. We turned left onto Beverley Drive and we turned right onto Malthouse Road. We turned right onto Wooliscroft Road and left onto Corneville Road. We turned right onto Ruxley Road and right onto the A52 and and we turned left onto Eaves Lane. We turned left onto Greasley Road and continued onto Greasley Road. Before we joined the A5009 and we ran past the Cemetery to Milton and we turned left onto Millrise Road and we ran forwards onto Maunders Road and we crossed over the old railway line. We turned right onto Newford Crescent and left onto the A53. We turned into the retail park. We headed through Cobridge and we ran past the site of the new Wrights Pies shop. At the lights we turned left onto Waterloo Road. We ran down to the ring Road and then we ran around Hanley before going onto Lichfield Street. We ran down to Joiners Square and we continued onto Victoria Road. We ran up to the top and we turned sharp right onto City Road. We ran down to Smithpool Road and we turned left. We turned left onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew went upstairs and chilled out in his room to use his computer and watch buses. Later on we went downstairs and we set off onto City Road and we saw First Potteries 63113 on a #11 to Hanley. We continued up City Road. We walked up to the roundabout and around the corner onto Victoria Road to wait for the bus to Hanley. Whilst waiting we saw Safeguard YX67 YDT going towards Hanley.

Eventually we saw another bus approaching. As it got closer we saw that it was dud First Potteries 63359 on a #6 to Hanley.

We got on the bus and we booked to Hanley before we sat down towards the back of the bus. We set off down Victoria Road and we crossed over the A52 at Joiners Square. We ran up Lichfield Street past the site of the new housing development. We turned left onto the ring road and we turned right onto Bethesda Street and right onto John Street and into the bus station and we got up and got off the bus. We waited for a bus towards Crewe. We left the bus station and we walked up LIchfield Street. We walked down Tontine Street and onto Tontine Square and we stopped at Greggs. Afterwards we walked back along Tontine Square to the Intu Potteries shopping centre where Matthew had a chicken sandwich washed down with can of Coke. We had a walk around the shops and afterwards we walked through Tontine Square onto Tontine Street. We walked back down Lichfield Street and back to the bus station and Matthew used the toilet. A few minutes later we saw First Potteries 67146 on a #6A to Blythe Bridge.

A few mninutes later the bus appeared. It was First Potteries 47520 on a #6 to Coalville.

We got on the bus and we booked to Fenton before we sat down. We set off out of the bus station onto John Street and we turned left onto Bethesda Street. We turned left onto the ring road and we turned right onto Lichfield Street and past the site new Lidl. We crossed over Joiners Square. We crossed the roundabout onto Victoria Road and we ran up the hill into Fenton. At the top of the hill we got up and got off the bus. Once off the bus we set off on foot up Victoria Road and we went sharp right onto City Road. We turned left onto Christchurch Street and we turned right onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew went up to his room to chill out. For tea Matthew had a Lamb Mince Pasta Bake Cheese & Bacon with chips followed by cake. He used his computer and watched music videos on the Television. Later on Matthew had a bath and then had toast for supper. He then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Mark

Today Matthew was in Blurton and was going back to the residential unit laer on. Matthew woke up at 08:00 to have his nedication. Matthew got up around 09:30 and toast and apple juice for breakfast. Mum came home from work and later on we went out for dinner and to get shopping. We got in the car and we set off through Blurton onto Beaconsfirld Drive and we turned left onto Church Road. We turned left onto Blurton Road and we ran towards Heron Cross. We joined the Westbound A50 down to Sideway. We joined the Southbound A500 and we saw Travel Express GN14 DVX. We came off at Shelton New Road and we crossed over the A500. We turned right as if to re-join the A500 and we turned right onto Garner Street. We stopped at the food truck and Matthew had a cumberland sausage ring with egg and bacon washed down with a can of Coke. When we had finished we got back into the car and we set off along Garner Street. We turned left onto the A53 and we went left onto Forge Lane. We turned left by Brindley Fam and at the roundabout we took the new link road over the railway line and under the A500. We ran up to Asda and we parked up. We saw Benson Travel minibus C11 BTL parked up.

We went in the shop and Matthew went to the toilet and afterwards picked up his shopping. We got back in the car and we set off along the road. We joined the A527 and went under the A500 before going South. We came off the A500 at Sideway and we headed to Heron Cross. We turned right onto Blurton Road and we turned right onto Church Road and we saw First Potteries 63176 on a #22 to Longton. We turned right onto Beaconsfield Drive and we got back around 13:30. Matthew had a can of Cherry Coke and we wrote some of the Blog. Matthew used the computer and we had a slice of New York Cheesecake. Around 16:00 we got ready to return to the residential unit. We set off onto Beaconsfield Drive passing blue minibus SB72 OYJ. We continued along Beaconsfield Drive and we turned left onto Church Road and left again onto Blurton Road and we saw First Potteries 67145 on the #22 on to Newcastle. We went through the traffic lights onto Heron Steeet. We turned left onto Christchurch Street and we turned left onto Masterson Street and we saw Stafford & District Community Link DK05 ERV. We turned right onto Watkin Street and we continued onto Temple Street and back to the residential unit. We went upstairs to his room and we put all his shopping in his cupboard or in the kitchen. Matthew had a can of Cherry Coke. Matthew chilled out on his computer and watched buses out of the window. we saw D&G Bus 112 on a #1 to Park Site.

For a late tea we had chicken, bacon, chips, spaghetti hoops and tomato sauce followed by millionaire's shortbread squares. Matthew chilled in hos room for a while before we went out. Later on we went downstairs and we saw it was Shelton Care Group YP70 JYJ. We got on the bus and we set off onto Temple Street. We turned left onto Christchurch Street. and left onto City Road. We ran down the hill onto the A52 and we went under the railway line. We crossed over the A500 and we ran into Stoke and on the one way system. We followed the road onto Lonsdale Street and right onto Fleming Street. We turned right onto Campbell Place and we followed the road around back onto Church Street. We ran up the hill into Hartshill and edge the edge of Newcastle we ran onto George Street. We went forwards onto the ring road and we crossed the roundabout onto Ironmarket. We parked up and and we went to the pub. For dessert he had chocolate fudge cake with ice cream. When we had finished we set off along Ironmarket to the High Street. We turned left onto Hassell Street and we walked past the bus station. We walked onto the ring road and past the new council building and into the park. After we had finished in the park we returned to the minibus. We returned to Fenton in Shelton Care Group YP70 JYJ. We got on the bus and we set off onto the roundabout and we turned right onto barracks Road. We joined the Southbound A34 and we ran down to Trent Vale. We turned left onto Harpfields Road and we went forwards onto Keelings Drive. We turned left onto London Road and we ran through Boothen into Stoke. We ran around the one-way system and onto Church Street. We crossed over the A500 and under the railway line into Fenton. We ran up City Road and we turned right into Smithpool Road and left into Temple Street and back to the residential unit. Matthew went back to the room and went on his computer. Later on Matthew had a bath and then had toast for supper. He then chilled out in his room until bedtime around 23:00... Mark.
