Today Matthew was going to the pub for his tea with mum and a friend as I was going to the East Lancs Railway, but not before he had been out with his day service. Matthew got up around 08:00 and had toast and orange juice for breakfast. Just before 09:00 his transport to his day service turned up and it was Shelton Care Group DV10 JCU.

we got on the bus and the bus set off onto the A5035. We went over the railway line into Trentham before turning at New Inn Lane. We turned into Pacific Drive and we picked up another service user before going back onto New Inn Lane. We returned along A5035 before turning left into Stanley Matthews Way. We passed the Britannia Stadium Before joining the Eastbound A50 up to Heron Cross. We turned right to go through the traffic lights and onto heron Street. After crossing over the railway we turned left onto Christchurch Street before reaching our destination. In the morning Matthew went into the sensory and spent time using a computer. We went to fetch dinner from the chip shop. For dinner he had sausage chips and gravy from the chips shop. After dinner we went to the pub. Today we went to the pub in Shelton Care Group DY08 FFX. We set off onto Glebedale Road and right onto City Road. We turned sharp left onto Victoria Road and we headed down to Joiners Square roundabout. At the roundabout we went straight onto Lichfield Street and we reached our destination. At the pub Matthew went to the toilet and had a drink of Coke. highlights of the bus sightings at the pub included Nash coach NA15 SHS which was heading away from Hanley.

When it was time to go home we got back onto Shelton Care Group DY08 FFX. We went down Lichfield Street and then straight onto Victoria Road and we turned right onto manor Street. We turned left onto City Road and then right into Glebedale Road and to our destination. When it was time to go home we climbed aboard onto Shelton Care Group DY08 FFX. We set off onto Christchurch Street an right onto Station Bridge Road. We carried on onto Heron Street. In Heron Cross we went straight across onto Blurton Road and over the A50. We carried on into Blurton along Blurton Road and forward onto Church Road where we passed First Potteries 42356 on a #23A to Hanley. We turned right onto Beaconsfield Road and arrived home just before 15:00. When Matthew got home he had toast and a bottle of Coke. Around 15:47 they set off in the car to pick up the friend. We headed out onto the A5035 and went left towards Dresden. We turned right onto Belgrave Road and right again onto Lightwood Road. We turned into the housing estate behind the new Florence pub and picked up the friend. We then headed back onto Lightwood Road passing Stanton's of Stoke VU06 KFA going towards Dresden. We continued onto Belgrave road following the bus and then onto the A5035. We got home just after 16:00 and we walked to the stop all the way over on Magdalen Road. The bus turned the corner around it was dud First Potteries 60205.

We got on the bus and booked to Harpfields Roads before sitting down towards the back of the bus. Matthew sat next to the friend and mum was sat on the opposite side of the bus. The bus set off onto the A5035 and we turned right. We crossed over the railway line and into Trentham. We passed First Potteries 40028 on a #21 followed by First Potteries 60193 on a #22 to Longton. We carried on through Trentham and into Hanford before travelling down Church Lane and onto the A34. We headed under the A500 and into Trent Vale before turning right into Harpfields Road. We then got up and got off the bus. Matthew took another picture of First Potteries 60205 as it carried on towards Newcastle.

Matthew and co walked back onto the A34 and into the pub. Matthew had a brunch with bread and butter followed by toffee sponge pudding with ice cream. Whilst we ate highlights of the passing buses were Stanton's of Stoke coach BAZ 2002 and ABC Supreme FP53 ESU & N806 CRJ. The plan had been was for me to pick them up from the pub, but they called me I was still on the M6 stuck in traffic next to the M56 exit. As I couldn't say when I'd be back we got a taxi. We called the taxi and 5 minutes a Lucky Seven taxi appear. The taxi went onto the A34 and then North on the A500. At Sideway we turned left onto the A50. We went along Stanley Matthews Way. We then joined the A5035 and we got home around 17:45. We then had to drop the friend off back home so we jumped into the car and went back onto the A5035. We went to Dresden and turned right Belgrave Road and then left onto Dunrobin Street. We went to Longton to see what was parked up. First in the row was Z Carz minibus FP06 WTW.

We turned left into Willow Row to see what was in the compound. Z Carz Ford Minibus NA06 SUO was present in the yard.

We turned around and got back onto the A500. We did a u turn at the Tesco roundabout before crossing over the A50 and we saw Z Carz S952 VMY. We went down Lightwood Road and went into the Florence estate. Once we had dropped the friend off we got back onto Lightwood Road and we went into Dresden down Belgrave Road. We turned left on the A5035 and we got back around 18:20. I got back at 18:30. I put my railway pictures online and Matthew helped me to write the Blog. For a late snack Matthew had a slice of Toffee Cheesecake. He then chilled out on his computer until bedtime around 00:00... Mark
