Today Matthew was going to the pub for his tea, but not before he had been to his day service. Matthew got up around 08:00. He got dressed and had crumpets and orange juice for breakfast. Just before 09:00 his transport to his day service turned up and it was Shelton Care Group DY08 FFX.

We got on the bus and we set off onto the A5035. We went right into Trentham and we saw Stanton's of Stoke RX65 YPM. We then turned right into New Inn Lane. After picking up another service user in Trentham we returned onto the A5035 and we returned towards Blurton. In the lay by we saw Bennett's Solo W246 PAU. We turned left into Church Road and then left onto Blurton Road. We traveled through Blurton and into heron Cross and over the A50. At the light we went straight across and onto Heron Street. We followed the road around over Station Bridge Road and we turned left onto Christchurch Street and to our destination. In the morning Matthew spent time on the computer and time in the sensory room. For Dinner Matthew had a burger and fries with Coke from MacDonalds. After dinner we went to the pub in Shelton Care Group DV10 JCU.

We got on the bus and it set off onto Glebedale Road. We crossed City Road and onto Fountain Street before following the road to the left into William Street. At the end we turned right into Manor Street. We turned left onto Victoria Road and we ran down the hill to Joiners Square. We crossed the roundabout and went straight across onto Lichfield Street and to our destination. At the pub Matthew went to the toilet and then had a glass of Coke. Highlights of the bus sighting included First Potteries 63177 on a #6 to Hanley.

Matthew listened to music on the Jukebox which included Arctic Monkeys, Vengaboys and Whitney Houston. When it was time to go Matthew got on board Shelton Care Group DY08 FFX. We set off onto Palmerston Street and right onto the A52. At Joiners Square roundabout we went straight across continuing along the A52. We went onto Glebe Street and we followed the one way system back around to Church Street where we joined the Southbound A500. On the A500 we saw an unidentified Marchants coach. We went East on the A50 and then we crossed the A50 onto Stanley Matthews Way. At the end of Stanley Matthews Way we turned left onto the A5035. Matthew beat me home again and so they did a lap around the block and I passed them going the other way on Beaconsfield Drive. We got home around 14:30. Matthew had toast and a drink of orangeade whilst he waited for the time to go out and catch the bus. Today we went to catch the 16:26 to Newcastle. We set off on foot to the bus stop all the way onto Magdalen Road. I had seen all the #22 turns earlier in the day and First Potteries 67602 was booked to be our bus. We waited at the bus stop and our bus turned up bang on time. It turned the corner and as expected it was dud First Potteries 67602.

We got on the bus and we booked to Harpfields Road before sitting down towards the back of the bus. It was quite well filled today. set off onto the A5035 and we headed over the railway line into Trentham. We passed First Potteries 67636 going the other way on the #22 to Longton. We turned right onto New Inn Lane and before we got to the Man in Space we passed First Potteries 41512 on a #21 to the Trentham Hotel. We carried on up to Hanford and we turned right into Wilson Road. We turned left into Church lane and we ran down to the A34. After crossing under the A500 into Trent Vale we saw First Potteries 42893 on a #21A to Trentham Gardens emerging from London Road. We continued to Harpfield Road and as we turned we saw First Potteries 65039 on a #101 to Stafford. We turned into the Road and we passed City Cabs YE08 PYJ as we got off the bus. Matthew took another picture of First Potteries 67602 as it carried on towards Newcastle.

We walked back onto the A34 and we walked to the pub. We got there before mum so we waited outside and took a few bus pictures. A few minutes later we saw the third #22 turn emerge from out of Harpfields Road. It was dud First Potteries 67603.

A minute or so later we saw Intercity taxi minibus BJ07 HXD going Southwards.

On the other side of the road we saw Stanton's of Stoke yellow coach 3093 RU going Northwards.

Mum turned up so we went into the pub. Matthew had a brunch with bread and butter followed by toffee sponge pudding with ice cream. Whilst we ate highlights of the passing buses included required First Potteries 65038 on a Staford Bound #101 service as well as Leons Coaches minibus 219 going North and ABC Supreme N806 CRJ on a South bound shuttle. When it was time to go we got in the car to go and pick up uncle Dave. We went South down the A34 and we turned left onto the A500. At Sideway we went East up to Heron Cross and we dropped down into Fenton to pick up uncle Dave. As we traveled through Blurton we saw School's Out YG58 WFS and Autocabs minibus SJ07 LWT. We turned right into Beaconsfield Drive and we got home just after 18:20. As it was a dry evening Matthew spent some time 'The man cave' and helped to do some digging in the garden.
